Good morning! We don't always share about our efforts in giving back to the community. However, I wanted to take a moment to say how incredibly proud of my family I am! My beautiful daughter Aurelia Ruffin, @chuckruffinmusic and myself, are 2022 @handsonriverregion Volunteer of the Year Nominees! Charlie and I have always loved giving back to our communities. Not only are we happy to share our love for giving with our children, but to see our child recognized for her efforts in lending a helping hand, makes me so happy. Of course we don't need recognition but we always hope that by sharing, we can set a good example and inspire others to get involved. Like most parents, I often question my ways of parenting. Today is most definitely a parent win!
