This is his first time he has seen Maddie since he became a billionaire and he goes and loses her son. The poor little badger must be terrified. At least Jazz can be trusted. She even made friends with … oh what was his name? Bryan? Bryan Lane? Something like that. Anyway Jazz had befriended the young ward of some billionaire Vlad hadn’t met yet and was staying in one place.

Now all he had to do was find Danny before Maddie came back. How Jack had convinced her it was a good idea to abandon their children at a party to chase ghosts that weren’t even there the will never know (Vlad had endured no one would disrupt his night with Maddie).

But enough about that. Vlad needed to find his little badger before something happened to him. He had possessed enough of these “upstanding citizens’ to know they would take and advantage they could and Danny was an easy mark.

Finally Vlad spotted a short mop of black hair. A mop of black hair that just so happened to be sitting on the lap of some random guy. How dare he touch his Little Badger, who did this upstart think he was- no, Vlad had to calm down it wouldn’t do him any good to start showing off his angry eyes in the middle of the Gala. All he had to do was retrieve his godson, after that he could make the man who dared touch him pay, but Danny came first.
