Your stay at Villa Cora awaits...
Villa Cora is located in a centuries-old park that overlooks the Boboli Gardens, on the hills just outside the historical center of Florence. The villa is an aristocratic residence built at the end of the XIX century upon commission by Baron Oppenheim reflecting the architectural styles of that period. In 2016, Villa Cora became part of The Leading Hotels of the World, an international collection of luxury independent hotels.
Under the cut, you’ll find the list of all the roommates.
The roommates were done by a RANDOM generator. Unless we got a message from you telling us you wanted to be with a specific person or were not in the ships list - you were included in the generator.
As we get more people into the roleplay, we will update the list. If you do not see your FCs name on this list, please message us POLITELY and let us know - sometimes a name gets missed getting put into the generator. We’re human and it happens! At the same time, if your FC is on their twice by any chance then please let us know. Again, mistakes happen. As we accept new applications and people come into the group before AND during the event, this list will be updated. Same will go for if people get unfollowed or ask to leave the group. Please be aware and mindful that this will get updated and your roommate may change!
In the mean time, please reach out to your roommate if you find that it happens to be a new connection! It’s a perfect opportunity to get some new interactions and connections blooming. After all, they WILL be sleeping in the same room together for a week. We can’t wait to see some new friendships and plots forming with this trip!

Chapter 23 Episode Script
Narrator: Previously on Love Island… After her fishing expedition, chickens came home to roost for [your partner].
[your partner]: I... don't know what to say. I kind of want to have a deep chat with you now.
Narrator: Meanwhile, Will let the cat out of the bag, and now Juliet's in the doghouse.
Valentina: I'm not taking it lying down if someone tries to get in on my guy!
Narrator: And I smell a rat. Possibly literally. This cabin isn't exactly a four-star hotel. On the other side of the fence, in the luxurious confines of the Villa… Everyone's lined up on the platform, waiting for the challenge to start.
Narration: [your partner] chats with Tom and Cora, who stand a little apart from the crowd. Juliet whispers into Kobi's ear. He gives her a kiss on the forehead.
Valentina: I can't believe that girl. She's just rubbing it in our face!
Youcef: I find it's not good to get too worked up. It's not worth it.
Valentina: I know, but she can't make a pass at Will and act like nothing's happened!
Narration: She glares at Juliet. [your friend] spots you and gives you a little wave before making their way to you.
Kobi/Angie/Thabi: Player? You OK?
Player (thinking): [your partner]'s checking up on me…
            CHOICE: I'm excited about the challenge
            CHOICE: I'm stressed because of all the drama
            CHOICE: I'm a little worried about me and [your partner]
            CHOICE: I'm happy about me and [your partner]
Kobi/Angie/Thabi: It's gonna be a nice change of pace, that's for sure...
Narration: Kobi/Angie/Thabi’s eyes move from Valentina to Juliet.
Kobi/Angie/Thabi: Yeah... It's gotten very loud very quickly.
Player: We had some words in the Beach Hut.
                         {if kissed Tom/Cora}
Player: They showed my date, and how I... kissed Tom/Cora.
Kobi/Angie/Thabi: That is... not great.
Player: Yeah... We talked it through, but I still feel a bit uneasy.
Kobi/Angie/Thabi: You'll be fine.
Kobi/Angie/Thabi: This is the Villa, everyone knows to expect a little spice now and then.
Player: I hope so.
Kobi/Angie/Thabi: You had a good chat in the Hut?
Player: Yeah. I think it's brought us even closer...
Kobi/Angie/Thabi: That's fantastic to hear. Everything's working out for you, and you deserve it!
Player: How's it going for you, away from the tension? I should be asking you how you're feeling. This whole drama must hit close to home.
Narration: Kobi/Angie/Thabi opens their mouth to speak, but just then, a phone chimes.
Cora: I got a text!
Narration: Kobi/Angie/Thabi gives your arm a little squeeze and goes to join their partner. [your partner] crosses the platform to replace Kobi/Angie/Thabi by your side.
Najuma: What's it say? Read it out!
Narrator: Islanders, the audience has voted in a game of Who's Most Likely To? Your challenge is to make guesses as a couple, or as the singles' team. The winners will rule over a cocktail party tonight, with the whole Villa at your command!
Bruno: A cocktail party? Fancy!
Valentina: I'm feeling good about this. I know a few answers already. Like, who's most likely to be reincarnated as a snake?
Juliet: You'd have done the same if you were in my shoes, Valentina...
Narration: Another phone chimes.
Tom: Shush!
Juliet: Did you just shush me?
Tom: I've got a text...
Narrator: Which couple is most likely to get matching tattoos?
Narration: A short silence follows.
                        {alternate 1}
[your partner]: That could totally be us!
                        {alternate 2}
[your partner]: That's definitely not us.
Player (thinking): Would I get a matching tattoo with [your partner]?
            CHOICE: Matching tattoos for the win! {alternate 1}
[your partner]: Yay baby! I can totally see us getting two halves of a little sun or something.
Player: I love it!
Angie: Oh please. If you get a tattoo, really make it your own!
            CHOICE: Matching tattoos for the win! {alternate 2}
Player: Right, [your partner]?
[your partner]: I'll... think about it.
Angie: Oh please. If you get a tattoo, really make it your own!
            CHOICE: I'm not going near needles
[your partner]: They're tiny needles... But I understand.
[your partner]: Couldn't agree more.
Narration: You share a relieved smile.
            CHOICE: That sounds so basic
Angie: Big no to matching tats. What's unique about that?
Player: If you're gonna get a tattoo, really make it your own!
Angie: Thank you, Player. The voice of reason.
Thabi: I don't know, Anj. I could picture you getting matching tats with the love of your life.
Angie: Thabi, love, you're lucky I dote on you.
Narration: [your partner] speaks to you in hushed tones.
[your partner]: She's not wrong though. The audience could have voted for Angie.
Player: Will's also an option. He's got lots of tats.
[your partner]: Yeah, but would he get that cutesy with someone?
Player: I feel like he'd try anything once?
[your partner]: Good point. We also have to consider their partners, though.
Narration: Neither [your partner] nor Valentina look convinced by matching tattoos.
[your partner]: I don't see it being us.
Valentina: I'm voting Angie and Bruno/Youcef.
Player: Not very promising...
[your partner]: No, but we gotta pick someone.
Player (thinking): Which couple is most likely to get matching tattoos?
            CHOICE: Angie and Bruno/Youcef
[your partner]: Solid choice.
            CHOICE: Will and Valentina
[your partner]: Solid choice.
            CHOICE: Me and [your partner]
[your partner]: I'm feeling good about this!
[your partner]: Seriously? If you think that's what the audience picked…
Narration: After a short moment, Cora's phone beeps.
                        {alternate 1}
Narrator: The viewers have voted for... [your partner] and Player!
[your partner]: Now we have to get those two little halves of a sun.
Player: It's a date.
                        {alternate 2}
Narrator: The viewers have voted for... Angie and Bruno/Youcef.
Angie: You've got to be kidding me.
Bruno/Youcef: I don't even like tattoos.
Angie: Hey!
Bruno/Youcef: No, they look good on you. They're just not my thing.
                        {alternate 1}
Narration: [your partner] gives you a high-five.
[your partner]: You're the best!
Player: I know.
Narration: You exchange a smile.
                        {alternate 2}
Player: We'll do better on the next one!
Narration: Just then, Tom's phone goes off.
Tom: Everyone, listen up! You ready for this? We feeling good?
Kobi: Come on mate, what's the question?
Narration: Tom looks at his phone and goes pale.
Narrator: Which Islander is the most afraid of spiders?
Will: I guess Tom's face makes it pretty clear.
Kobi: Well it's not me for sure! I love spiders. Cute little fellas.
Juliet: How can you love spiders? They're horrible!
Valentina: Aren't you like, nature's best friend?
Juliet: I keep my tent zipped up when I go camping! That's just common sense. Who wants to wake up with a big spider on their head?
Kobi: I wouldn't mind.
Player (thinking): How do I feel about spiders?
            CHOICE: Gimme all the spiders to cuddle, baby!
Juliet: You're weird.
Tom: Weirdos.
            CHOICE: Spiders are a no from me
Juliet: That's sensible.
Tom: People who like spiders are weird.
            CHOICE: Spiders are OK, they eat mosquitoes
Will: That's right! If you respect nature, it'll help you in return.
Juliet: You're weird.
Tom: Weirdos.
Thabi: Hey, that's not nice!
Angie: Oh look, Tom's come back to life.
Narration: Tom's face has recovered some colour, but he still looks uncomfortable.
Tom: No, I'm sorry, but... I just really do not care for them. Once I avoided my bedroom for a whole week because I suspected there might be a spider there.
Cora: If I had to avoid my bedroom for a week, I'd be living on the landing...
James: Yeah, that's not something many people could afford. Plus if you leave a room alone for a week, there's no way you'll get less spiders.
Tom: It turned out fine. I just waited for the cleaner to come by.
Youcef: How very... bourgeois.
Juliet: Well, I get it. I'd honestly have asked someone else to deal with it too. The idea that spiders, like, lay eggs and then a hundred tiny spiders pop out of them...
Bruno: There are good eggs and bad eggs, and Tom's a good one. Because he's poshed.
Angie: Badum-tss.
Tom: Yes, alright. How about getting those votes in?
[your partner]: What do you think, Player?
Player (thinking): Who do I think is most afraid of spiders?
            CHOICE: Juliet
[your partner]: She doesn't like them much, clearly.
            CHOICE: Tom
[your partner]: Yeah, that sounds about right!
            CHOICE: Kobi
[your partner]: Huh? You do know it's completely the wrong answer?
Player: I know! That's what makes it funny!
[your partner]: Such chaotic energy.
            CHOICE: Me!
[your partner]: Oh, baby. Don't worry, I'll protect you!
Narration: Everyone finishes typing up their answers.
Bruno: And... sent!
Narrator: The public voted and their answer was... Tom!
Valentina: To nobody's surprise.
Juliet: Yeah, I've met my match!
Narration: Valentina throws her a withering glance, and Juliet looks down.
Tom: It feels like I just won something.
                        {alternate 1}
Player: And so did we!
[your partner]: Whoop whoop!
                        {alternate 2}
Player: Unlike us…
                            {if coupled with Najuma}
Narration: Youcef's phone beeps.
Youcef: Let's see.
                        {else}
Narration: Najuma's phone beeps.
Najuma: My turn!
Narrator: Next question! Which Islander is most likely to write erotic poetry for their partner?
Thabi: Oh! That's a good one.
                        {if coupled with James/Najuma}
Bruno: I'd write something for you, Thabi, but... I'm pretty awful at the whole rhyming thing. II once managed to make ‘dried apricot' rhyme with ‘super hot', so that gives you an idea.
Cora: Why would you even use dried apricot in a love poem?
Bruno: It was thematically appropriate!
Thabi: That's alright, babe! I appreciate the thought.
                        {if coupled with Bruno}
Youcef: Would you like me to write you a poem, Thabi? I could compose some beautiful verse in French, but I warn you… It might be very naughty.
Narration: Thabi smiles, then bites her lip and looks away.
Angie: I bet you've written love poems before, Thabi!
Thabi: I... once wrote a poem to a crush in uni. But it wasn't erotic! There was this really cute boy I fancied, but I was afraid how he'd react. So I just typed it up and slid it in his backpack when he wasn't looking.
Player (thinking): Thabi wrote a poem to a crush…
            CHOICE: Seriously? I did the exact same thing!
Thabi: Oh nice! How did that work out for you?
Player: Well, I didn't sign it...
Thabi: ... So nothing happened.
Player: Exactly.
Angie: You two girls, I swear...
            CHOICE: And? What happened?
Thabi: Well, he didn't know it was from me so... nothing.
Angie: You need to put yourself out there more, love...
            CHOICE: Last time I wrote someone a poem, it was erotic
Youcef: Way to go, Player!
[your partner]: I'm kinda jealous now...
Player: I might write you one as well.
Thabi: I'm impressed. I'd be too scared to try something like that.
Angie: You need to put yourself out there more, love...
Narration: She shakes her head.
James: I did the same thing as you two, though/ I did the same thing as Thabi, though.
James: Down to every detail. Except I got a reply… She wrote back saying, Thanks, I got your homework.
Thabi: Oh no…
                        {if coupled with James}
Player: We're basically meant to be together. You're so sweet...
Narration: He gives your hand a tender squeeze.
Juliet: OK, that's enough. I'm sitting you lot down after this and we're gonna discuss how to approach your crushes.
Narration: Valentina rolls her eyes.
James: I mean, it was years ago. Hopefully all my... homework's paid off.
Narration: You squeeze his hand back and he softly leans into you.
Youcef: So many of you people are poets. French teenagers have got nothing on you. Anyone else trying to become Shakespeare?
Narration: Tom looks at the floor.
Tom: I was told there's no point in writing anything if it's not good enough to publish.
James: Wow. Who told you that?
Tom: I don't know, everyone. My mum, my dad...
Cora: That's wild. When I started writing songs, let's just say... thank goodness no one else was listening to them. But if I'd stopped then, I wouldn't be recording an album with my band now!
Player: Oh yeah, Cora, you've probably written some poems to people, right?
Cora: Poems and love songs, yeah. Some naughtier than others! I write one for every person I fall in love with. Must have enough to fill up four or five albums by now...
Angie: That's a whole lot of loving.
Cora: What can I say? I love love.
[your partner]: So what do you reckon, Player?
Player (thinking): Who do I think the audience picked as erotic poem-writer?
            CHOICE: Cora
[your partner]: I agree.
            CHOICE: Thabi
[your partner]: Maybe...
            CHOICE: James {if coupled with James}
Player: You better write me one, anyway.
James: Oh yeah? I'm gonna start working on it then.
            CHOICE: James
[your partner]: Maybe...
            CHOICE: Me
[your partner]: Maybe…
Narration: You send the text in, and Tom's phone beeps immediately.
Narrator: Some of you got it right! Our audience's answer was... Cora.
                        {alternate 1}
[your partner]: Well done, Player!
Narration: You look around. A lot of couples seem disappointed with the result. Will and Valentina are all smiles.
Will: You're good at this!
Valentina: Told you I had a good feeling!
Tom: Wait, there's more.
                        {alternate 1}
Narrator: We're almost midway through the challenge! After a flawless performance in the first half, Valentina and Will are tied for the lead with [your partner] and Player.
Player: We're rocking it. Eyes on the prize!
                        {alternate 2}
Narrator: We're almost midway through the challenge! After a flawless performance in the first half, Valentina and Will are in the lead.
[your partner]: It's OK, it's not over yet.
Player: Yeah, eyes on the prize!
Narrator: All the couples have a chance of turning it around! And the next question means business...
Angie: Bring it on!
Narrator: Which couple is most likely to be just friends when they leave the Villa?
Thabi: Wow. The gloves are coming off...
Narration: There's an awkward silence.
Juliet: Please don't say Kobi and I.
Valentina: You're presuming we believe you can be friends.
Narration: Juliet stares at Valentina, her eyes big and sad.
Angie: Wow, Valentina. Tone it down.
Player (thinking): Valentina's still salty at Juliet…
            CHOICE: Just give it a rest
Kobi: Yeah. This isn't cool.
            CHOICE: I get why you're angry
Kobi: Maybe, but this isn't cool.
            CHOICE: Can't we all get along?
Kobi: Yeah. This isn't cool.
Kobi: You've made digs at Juliet what, three, four times now? You're annoyed, I get it, but what did she even do?
Valentina: You know exactly what she did. How aren't you more annoyed?
Kobi: She like, tried to graft onto Will. Big deal. Everyone's grafting. This is the Villa. She was just feeling insecure, and she's sorry. Right, Jules?
Narration: Juliet looks at Kobi, a happy sort of wonder on her face.
Valentina: Is she though?
Juliet: Of course I'm sorry! I panicked, OK? Why else would I even try something like that?
Will: Because I'm just that attractive?
Valentina: Will, not now.
Juliet: Shut up, Will.
Narration: Both girls glare at Will, then realise they spoke at the same time. They tentatively look at each other.
Player (thinking): Maybe I can help them sort things out…
            CHOICE: Shout Jinx!
Player: Jinx!
Bruno: Aren't Juliet or Valentina supposed to say jinx?
Cora: Yeah, you can't say jinx just like that. There are rules! Jinx is a serious business.
Bruno: Jinx is a serious business.
Cora: Jinx!
Bruno: Dammit, too slow.
Valentina: You're all so silly.
Narration: She shakes her head but seems much more relaxed than a moment ago.
            CHOICE: Pretend you're eating popcorn
Player: I have lots of popcorn left. If you stop fighting, who's gonna provide entertainment?
Tom: Maybe it'll be you. Be careful what you wish for.
Player: What?
Tom: I don't know. Sounds like the sort of thing people say?
Thabi: Guys. Can we just try to get along, please?
Narration: Valentina looks away, but she seems calmer than a moment ago.
            CHOICE: Say it's Will's fault
Player: That Will, always attracting drama...
Will: Hey, I'm just an innocent bystander!
Valentina: I wouldn't quite say that, babe.
Thabi: Stop it!
Narration: Thabi's voice is louder than usual.
Thabi: The Juliet and Valentina drama isn't gonna become the Valentina and Will drama. Let's just try to get along. Please?
Narration: Valentina looks away, but she seems calmer than a moment ago.
[your partner]: We still don't know who to vote for, though...
Thabi: Just vote for me and Bruno/Youcef.
Bruno/Youcef: That's a good idea. It's not gonna hurt our feelings.
Valentina: Thabi and Bruno/Youcef it is.
Will: But is that who the audience picked?
Valentina: Who cares?
Juliet: Thanks, Val. I appreciate it.
Valentina: It's Valentina. But anyway, it's fine.
[your partner]: Do you wanna vote for them too, Player?
Player (thinking): Which couple do I think will end up as friends?
            CHOICE: Thabi and Bruno/Youcef
[your partner]: Doing the nice thing, I see.
Narration: You warmly smile at each other.
            CHOICE: Juliet and Kobi
[your partner]: Yeah, the audience probably did vote for them.
               CHOICE: Angie and Bruno/Youcef
[your partner]: They haven't been mentioned, but it does make a lot of sense!
Narration: Juliet and Kobi look down while everyone types in their votes. Thabi walks up to Juliet and gives her a hug.
Thabi: Hey, whatever the audience said, don't let it get to you, OK? What would coach Juliet tell you now?
Juliet: She'd tell me to just keep doing my thing.
NarratioN: She looks up at Thabi and smiles. Cora's phone beeps.
Narrator: And the viewers chose Juliet and Kobi!
{alternate 1}
Player: I knew it!
Narration: Juliet looks at you, a wounded expression on her face.
[your partner]: I guess we won the point…
Narration: Kobi gives Juliet a sorry glance, but she puts a hand on his neck, stands on tiptoe, and kisses him deeply. His eyes widen, then he reciprocates.
Tom: Dee-per! Dee-per! Show us some tongue!
Angie: This isn't a rugby social, love.
Narration: Tom pipes down and shifts from foot to foot.
Angie: Although they should get a room.
Player (thinking): Angie says Juliet and Kobi should get a room…
            CHOICE: Absolutely
Narration: They let the kiss continue for a little while longer, ignoring your objections.
            CHOICE: Dee-per! Dee-per!
Narration: Angie groans while Tom shoots you a grateful look.
            CHOICE: If you can't beat em, join em
Narration: You catch [your partner] by the chin and bring them to you. Then you pull [your partner] into a slow, deep kiss.
[your partner]: Love it when you take the initiative, Player.
Narration: Right at that moment, Tom's phone goes off. He reads the text in a low voice.
Narrator: Which Islander is the best at planning dates?
Bruno: Now you're talking.
Youcef: Hopefully the answer should be obvious.
Narration: He smiles a smug smile and points a thumb at himself.
Kobi: Bold claim, mate.
Youcef: It's backed by facts. I once got a date a seat in the first row of a Christophe Dufy runway I was walking! What could top that?
Angie: Maybe a date that's about, you know, the person you're dating?
Youcef: Well, she loved it, especially the part where we went on a... private tour backstage.
Angie: Each to their own.
[your partner]: So do you think we should vote for Youcef?
Narration: You look around. Tom starts to speak up, but then he changes his mind.
Player (thinking): Should we vote Youcef as the best date planner?
            CHOICE: Yes, Youcef it is
Player: I'd love a date like that!
[your partner]: So hmm... if I get you a backstage pass to my local arts and crafts fair, would that work?
Narration: You playfully poke [your partner]’s arm.
            CHOICE: No, I'm betting on Tom
Player: Youcef's date doesn't sound all that great. And Tom's must be like, super fun over-the-top.
[your partner]: Seems fair.
            CHOICE: I think it's you!
[your partner]: I'm not sure that's what the audience said, but thanks! I'll try to live up to that.
Narration: [your partner] gives you a peck on the temple.
Kobi: Honestly, it's a tough one.
Will: Yeah, this is the kind of question where everyone just ends up voting for themselves.
Narration: Cora's phone goes off.
Youcef: Alright, time for everyone to acknowledge my supremacy!
Narrator: According to the public vote, our best date planner is Tom!
Narration: Youcef looks dejected.
                        {alternate 1}
[your partner]: Wow, Player, great job!
Player: I have a sixth sense for this kind of stuff.
                        {alternate 2}
Player: Now that's a surprise.
Cora: Really, Tom? Do you just fly all your dates to Dubai in a helicopter or something?
Tom: No, not at all. I'd do that if my date wanted, but I rather try to make it nice for them, you know? My last date used to love her Italian grandmother's cooking while she was still with us, bless her. So I looked far and wide for a restaurant that could replicate it. Turns out there's this small hole-in-the wall place in London that's owned by a distant member of her family. They didn't even know they were related, so it was all quite emotional. And the food was wonderful indeed.
Cora: OK, I admit it, that's not what I expected.
Player (thinking): Tom unearthed a restaurant owned by his date's distant family…
            CHOICE: Not bad, but I've seen better
Narration: Tom looks down at his toes.
            CHOICE: It's kinda sweet
Narration: He beams at you.
            CHOICE: Absolute date goals
Narration: He beams at you.
Valentina: Well, you should have spoken up, Tommy boy. This was a hard one!
Juliet: At least it wasn't a drama question like the one before.
Narration: Another phone beeps across the platform.
                        {if coupled with Najuma}
Youcef: Oh, then you're going to love this one, Juliet.
                        {else}
Najuma: Oof. You spoke too fast, Juliet.
Narrator: Which couple is most likely to cheat?
Narration: Juliet throws a quick glance at Will but immediately looks away.
                        {if kissed Tom/Cora}
Player (thinking): Oh no. This could totally be us.
Narration: [your partner] looks into the distance, their law suddenly tight.
Player (thinking): This could escalate real fast… How should I navigate the cheating question?
            CHOICE: Try to defuse the situation
Player: This is just an audience vote, anyway! Doesn't make it true.
Youcef: No, but we still have to vote somehow.
            CHOICE: See what happens {if kissed Tom/Cora}
Narration: You cross your arms and lean onto [your partner]. [your partner] leans back into you a little but doesn't look at you.
            CHOICE: See what happens
Narration: You cross your arms and lean onto [your partner]. [your partner] wraps their arm around you and hugs you close to them.
            CHOICE: Draw attention away from me
Player: I mean, the chats a couple minutes ago gave a few clues...
Narration: Both Juliet and Valentina frown at you.
            CHOICE: Throw fuel on the fire
Player: I mean, the chats a couple minutes ago gave a few clues...
Narration: Both Juliet and Valentina frown at you.
Tom: Will's an option. He's done it before, hasn't he?
Bruno: Tom, mate, don't...
Angie: No, leave him be. He's just saying what we're all thinking.
Will: Hey, I don't cheat! I only get in open relationships.
Cora: Agreed, that's not the same thing at all.
Valentina: Well, I'm not on board with opening this one.
Will: I know that...
Narration: There's a long, tense silence.
Tom: Sorry... I just wanted to win the point for the single team.
Juliet: Not all victories are worth it. Plus it might not even be right. I'd know. When I tried to graft onto Will, he didn't let me.
Narration: Valentina sends her a warm smile.
[your partner]: At least it looks like these two are friends again.
Narration: Despite their words, [your partner] stands tense next to you, nervousness palpable.
Player: Yeah, they seem to have worked it out somehow.
[your partner]: So what do you think?
Player (thinking): Which couple is most likely to cheat on each other?
            CHOICE: Valentina and Will
[your partner]: I guess… This is kinda nasty either way, but we haven't got a choice.
            CHOICE: Me and [your partner]
[your partner]: What am I supposed to do with this?
Player: I'm just going by what the audience's seen, I don't mean anything by it!
[your partner]: OK...
            CHOICE: Juliet and Kobi
[your partner]: I guess… This is kinda nasty either way, but we haven't got a choice.
            CHOICE: Nobody
[your partner]: You're right, let's just sit this one out.
Player: Yeah. I don't care for more drama.
Narration: Everyone waits for the text with bated breath.
                        {if kissed Tom/Cora}
Narrator: The couple most likely to cheat is [your partner] and Player.
Narration: [your partner] throws you a wounded look then stares down.
Player (thinking): [your partner] is sad that we were voted the cheaters…
            CHOICE: Hug [your partner]
Narration: You throw your arms around [your partner] and feel them relax under your touch.
Player: It doesn't have to mean anything, you know. It's like we were saying earlier.
Narration: [your partner] shakes the gloom off and smiles at you.
[your partner]: Yeah, you're right. No point going back to it.
Narration: [your partner] gently puts their hand on your cheek and gives you a short peck.
            CHOICE: Talk to [your partner]
Player: It doesn't have to mean anything, you know. It's like we were saying earlier.
Narration [your partner] shakes the gloom off and smiles at you.
[your partner]: Yeah, you're right. No point going back to it.
Narration: [your partner] gently puts their hand on your cheek and gives you a short peck.
            CHOICE: Leave [your partner] be
Narration: You leave [your partner] to sort out their thoughts.
After a little while, [your partner] shakes off the gloom and gives you a small smile.
Will: I didn't see this one coming...
Juliet: Well I did.
Narration: Everyone looks at her.
Juliet: Player was so busy fuelling my drama, I guessed she had to be hiding something.
Narration: She throws you a bitter look, but before you can reply, Tom's phone chimes.
                        {else}
Juliet: It's just a vote, not a prophecy. You gotta bang your own drum and just be who you are.
Valentina: What Coach said.
Narration: They all smile at you, but before you can reply, Tom's phone chimes.
Narrator: The audience has spoken! The couple most likely to cheat is Will and Valentina.
Narration: Valentina's face falls, but Will throws an arm around her shoulder and she recovers a little.
Juliet: As I was saying, I don't think that's right. You should just ignore it.
Valentina: Thanks, Jules. Who did you vote for, in the end?
                        {alternate 1}
Juliet: I voted for Player. She was so busy fuelling my drama, I guessed she might be hiding something.
Narration: She throws you a bitter look, but before you can reply, Tom's phone chimes.
                        {alternate 2}
Juliet: Nobody. This is more drama than it's worth.
Narration: As she finishes speaking, Tom's phone chimes.
Narrator: And finally, the big question! Which couple is most likely to get married?
Thabi: I like this one much better!
Bruno: Yeah, one hundred percent.
Cora: Bit early to be talking about marriage, isn't it? Like, we're out of the running, but even for you guys it hasn't been that long!
Tom: But when you know, you know, don't you?
Najuma: Tom, are you like, a secret romantic?
Narration: Tom blushes and looks at his nails.
Player (thinking): Do I think it's too early to talk about marriage?
            CHOICE: I'm not into marriage at any time
[your partner]: Do you mean with me, or in general?
Player: No, it's not you! I don't love the idea in general… But we can discuss it when we're out of here, right?
[your partner]: Fair enough.
            CHOICE: Marriage or no, I like where this is going
[your partner]: You're cute.
Narration: [your partner] takes your hand in theirs.
            CHOICE: Let's get married tomorrow!
[your partner]: Can we at least wait until we leave the Villa?
Player: Fair enough.
Youcef: Well, seeing as none of us are engaged, as far as I know... we'll just have to wing this one.
[your partner]: I don't know about you, Player, but I have a good feeling about Juliet and Kobi. Like, I know the viewers probably didn't pick them, but I can kinda see it. If not them, then.... Thabi and Bruno/Youcef are kinda like a friendship couple to me, but maybe the viewers ship them?
Player (thinking): Which couple is most likely to get married?
            CHOICE: Juliet and Kobi
[your partner]: Sweet!
            CHOICE: Thabi and Bruno/Youcef
[your partner]: Sweet!
            CHOICE: Me and [your partner]
[your partner]: Even if you're not into it?
Player: Gotta give the viewers what they want!
Narration: [your partner] draws you in by the waist and gives you a cheeky kiss on the neck.
Narration: You send in your votes and Cora's phone buzzes.
                        {alternate 1}
Narrator: Walking down the aisle in the audience's wildest dreams are Thabi and Bruno/Youcef!
Narration: Thabi and Bruno/Youcef share a confused little smile.
[your partner]: Oh...
Narration: [your partner] looks disappointed, and you nuzzle into their neck.
Narrator: Will and Valentina, as the winners of the Most Likely To?' challenge, you will get to rule over tonight's party.
[your partner]: Congrats, guys!
Narration: Valentina and Will beam and do the royal wave.
Player: This is gonna be a handful, isn't it?
[your partner]: There's a chance, yeah...
Valentina: Guess it's time to go and enjoy our cocktail party!
                        {alternate 2}
Narrator: Walking down the aisle in the viewers' wildest dreams are [your partner] and Player!
[your partner]: That's us! I mean, we're just a fab couple, whether we get hitched or not.
Player: I agree! All I need is a nice dress!
Narration: But already Cora's phone goes off again.
Narration: [your partner] and Player, as the winners of the Most Likely To?' challenge, you will get to rule over tonight's party.
Player: We won!
[your partner]: We did!
Narration: You look at each other, beaming.
Player: Our reign is gonna go down in history!
[your partner]: The best and longest reign ever.
Player: Well, it's just for a night.
[your partner]: It's OK! It'll last longer in my heart.
_
                        {alternate 1}
Narration: Everyone cheers and disperses as you make your way to the dressing room. All the girls are buzzing around the dressing room, except Valentina, who's carefully applying best nail varnish.
Valentina: I need to make sure my nails are perfect if I'm going to have you all kissing my hand and that.
Cora: You're assuming a lot to think we're gonna do that.
Valentina: Just you wait. Will and I are going to rule this Villa with an iron fist.
                        {alternate 2}
Narration: All the girls are buzzing around the dressing room, except Juliet, who's carefully applying her best makeup and throwing you displeased glances.
                        {alternate 3}
Narration: All the girls are buzzing around the dressing room, except Juliet, who's carefully applying her best make-up.
Juliet: Tonight I gotta look absolutely banging. I need to lay all the drama to rest!
Valentina: I get that. Looking good is feeling good!
Player (thinking): I should make sure I look just as amazing. Give [your partner] a little something to dream about...
Narration: You get into your fabulous outfit for the night, but as you pull on the zipper, you realise something's wrong…
                        {if banana costume}
Angie: You wear the banana like no one else I know.
                        {if newly purchased outfit}
Angie: You look incredible! Heads will definitely spin.
                        {else}
Angie: You always look smashing in this!
Player: Thanks, but my zipper's stuck!
                        {if coupled with Najuma or James}
Narration: Before you can hear the girls' reactions, a head pops through the dressing room's door.
Bruno: How's it hanging, ladies?
Thabi: Hey you!
Valentina: Go away! We'll be out soon.
Bruno: No wait, I need help.
Narration: He sends pleading looks to all the girls in turn.
Cora: Go on then, puppy boy.
Narration: Bruno walks in, clutching one belt in each hand.
Bruno: It's these belts. I've got no clue which one would go best with my outfit.
Player (thinking): They look like twin versions of the same item...
Thabi: I honestly don't know.
Player (thinking): Bruno looks desperate. Someone should put him out of his misery.
Player (thinking): Which belt should I tell Bruno to pick?
            CHOICE: The one the left's fab
Bruno: Really?
            CHOICE: The one on the right's best
Bruno: Really?
            CHOICE: Follow your heart!
Bruno: Then... maybe this one?
Narration: He lifts up the one in his left hand.
Player: One hundred percent.
Bruno: Thanks, Player! You're a real pal!
Narration: He weaves the belt through his waistband and twirls in front of the mirror.
Thabi: Player, your zipper's still stuck?
Player: Yeah…
                        {if partnered with Bruno}
Narration: Before you can hear the girls' reactions, a head pops through the dressing room's door.
Youcef: Bonsoir, mesdemoiselles!
Thabi: Hey you!
Valentina: Go away! We'll be out soon.
Youcef: That's how you treat someone who comes to offer help?
Cora: Help?
Youcef: Yes! A proper cocktail party's all about fashion. So I thought I'd give some advice.
Narration: He strides into the room, his hands slipped into his pockets.
Juliet: We can dress up just fine, thank you.
Youcef: I have to say, you all did a pretty good job.
Player (thinking): Youcef thinks we did well at dressing up…
            CHOICE: How do we compare to your model friends?
Youcef: It depends! A lot of them are so-so at dressing up, but some have a fabulous fashion sense...
Valentina: Careful how you finish that sentence.
Youcef: ... They've got nothing on you, though.
Player: Good save.
            CHOICE: Admit it, you just wanted to get an eyeful
Narration: Youcef quirks an eyebrow.
Youcef: I'm used to changing rooms from my work. And I'm not that kind of man. If I want to see a woman naked, I tell her so.
Player: And they all just undress, do they?
Youcef: What can I say? I just have that French charm.
            CHOICE: Thanks for noticing us, senpai
Narration: There's a pause in the conversation while the room stares at Youcef. Thabi laughs.
Youcef: I don't know what that means.
Valentina: Me neither.
Player: Have you been living under a rock?!
Thabi: Anyway, thanks for the offer, babe, but we're all ready. Except Player.
Youcef: What's up?
Player: My zipper's stuck.
                        {if won}
Youcef/Bruno: Player, you're the queen of the party. Need me to zip you up?
                        {if coupled with James/Najuma}
Bruno: You just helped me, so I owe you one. Want me to take a look?
                        {if coupled with Bruno}
Youcef: I spend half my time zipping up other models. Show me.
Player (thinking): Youcef/Bruno wants to help me, and all the other girls look ready to go. If I accept, I could unwind a little before the party. Plus we could have a nice chat and I could learn some stuff about him...
Player (thinking): Maybe I should take him up on his offer…
            CHOICE (Premium): Sure, I could use a hand
            CHOICE: I'm alright
Youcef/Bruno: OK then.
Narration: You twist around until you can get access to the zipper. It has a bit of fabric bunched up in it, but you manage to dislodge it. Just as you pull the zipper shut, music comes from downstairs.
Player (thinking): Should I get Bruno/Youcef's help?
            CHOICE (Premium): Let him stay
            CHOICE: Follow after the girls
{skip scene}
Narration: The girls file out of the door.
Thabi: See you downstairs!
Youcef/Bruno: So how about that zipper?
Player (thinking): I almost never see him without Thabi these days. This is a rare occasion to chat one to one.
Narration: You shift to give [your partner] access to the zipper. His hands are gentle as he tries to pull it up. After a little while, he curses under his breath.
Youcef/Bruno: It's really stuck. There's some fabric bunched up in it. Do you have a pin or tweezers or something?
Player: Right there, next to the make-up.
Narration: He goes to the shelf, talking over the clatter of the tubs and bottles as he searches.
Youcef/Bruno: Also, your back felt super tense just now. Are you stressed out?
Player (thinking): Youcef/Bruno's asking me if I'm stressed out…
            CHOICE: That's because you got so close! {Bruno}
Bruno: Sorry! Didn't mean to get into your personal space.
Player: No, it's fine, don't worry.
Narration: He picks a pair of tweezers and goes back to his task, paying attention not to crowd you.
                CHOICE: That’s because you got so close! {Youcef}
Youcef: Really? Am I making you shy?
Player: Don't flatter yourself.
Narration: He picks up a pin and goes back to his task with a smug smile on his face.
            CHOICE: It's just been a long day
Youcef/Bruno: Long day with lots of drama...
Player: Tell me about it. I thought Valentina and Juliet might like... physically fight for a second there.
Youcef/Bruno: Yeah, living with people in a confined space? Always gets tense. But it all blows over in the end.
Narration: You both fall silent while he goes back to his task.
            CHOICE: I'm worried about the audience
Player: It sounds like they don't believe in [your partner] and me.
Youcef/Bruno: It doesn't really matter though, right? The question is whether you believe in your couple.
Player (thinking): Do I believe in [your partner] and me?
            CHOICE: We're definitely gonna work out
            CHOICE: I don't know yet
            CHOICE: I don't see a future for us
Youcef/Bruno: Then there's your answer. I'm sure you'll figure it out. What you want matters a lot more than what anyone else thinks.
Narration: You both fall silent while he goes back to his task.
            CHOICE: I'd rather talk about something else
Youcef/Bruno: Hold that thought.
Narration: You both fall silent while he goes back to his task.
Youcef/Bruno: Hold your breath!
Narration: You do as you're told, and with a satisfying noise, the zipper pulls shut.
Youcef/Bruno: And voilà.
Player: You're really good at this! I'm amazed.
                        {if coupled with Bruno}
Youcef: It's fashion, so of course. Besides, I used to help my mum get dressed when I was a kid. Well, we didn't grow up very rich, so it was all hands on deck. Are you sure you're up for that kind of chat right now?
Player: You're a really sweet guy, aren't you?
Youcef: Maybe...
Player (thinking): Would I like to hear more about Youcef's childhood?
            CHOICE: Go on, I'm listening
            CHOICE: Maybe not...
Youcef: Right. We got ready at the same time, so she could take me to school and go to work. My grandma made breakfast, my grandpa went to get some groceries. Meanwhile, I gave Mum a hand.
Player: So is your mum the reason you're into fashion?
Narration: He gives it a bit of thought before answering.
Youcef: Not so much that. I only got access to the whole fashion thing when I went to uni. But she did teach me everything about style.
Player: That's French women for you.
Youcef: Oh no, trust me, most French people aren't stylish at all. It's the same percentage as everywhere else, which is very low.
Player (thinking): Youcef says most people aren't stylish…
            CHOICE: Does your mum's job have to do with clothes?
Youcef: No, she did odd jobs back then. Whatever the unemployment agency suggested. But even when we didn't have much at all, she was always super classy.
            CHOICE: Did your mum take you shopping?
Youcef: No, we couldn't really afford to shop. She didn't even shop for herself.
            CHOICE: People are stylish in different ways
Youcef: Well, yes, style means more than one thing. In fact, that's the reason Mum's always been so classy.
Narration: He reclines on the make-up counter, crosses his arms, and keeps talking while you finish applying make-up.
Youcef: They were all cheap clothes. Lots of them were hand-me-downs. But she's always been the best-dressed woman in the cité, and that's because she understands what style is. It's not about fancy clothes, you know? Style comes from within. It's all about letting your personality come through. And my mum has a big personality.
Player: Sounds like you have a lot of respect for her.
Youcef: Of course. I wouldn't be where I am without her. Now I get invites to private sales for big designers, so we go together and I get her what she likes. She's got impeccable taste. She always picks the best pieces.
Narration: He looks into the mirror and readjusts his hair.
                        {if coupled with Najuma/James}
Bruno: I used to help my mum get dressed when I was a kid, so I know a few tricks.
Player: Really? How come you did that?
Bruno: I don't know, I guess it's always been kinda fascinating to me. Women have to put on a whole show when they go out.  In a way, it's the same excitement I get before a stand-up night.
Player: Makes sense.
Narration: He picks up a bottle of nail polish and twirls it between his fingers while you finish applying make-up.
Bruno: And the little bottles and pots look like a magician's shop to me, you know? In fact, I kinda got into stand-up by stealing my mum's make-up.
Player (thinking): Bruno got into stand-up stealing his mum's make-up…
            CHOICE: Why would you do that?
Bruno: Ah well, that was the initial plan.
            CHOICE: I got into make-up stealing my mum's make-up
            CHOICE: Did you write a routine about it?
Bruno: No, actually, but I'm thinking I should!
Bruno: I was little and there was a party downstairs, and I guess I got bored. So I went into my parents' bathroom to put on make-up, like I saw Mum do. I was super proud of myself, so I decided to show them. But when I came into the room, Dad saw me and started laughing. He was like, ‘Why does our son look like a panda?’
Player: Oh no...
Bruno: Yeah. I looked at myself in the mirror, and I don't know how, but I'd managed to smudge it all over my eyes. I did look like a panda who'd boxed a round too many. So I did the only sensible thing. I went to everyone and started pawing at them and rolling around like baby pandas do.
Player: The only sensible thing, huh?
Bruno: Well, it got a good laugh out of the guests! And I really enjoyed that. Making people laugh. It made me feel warm inside. Which seeded the whole stand-up thing, I guess!
Player: You're a really sweet guy, aren't you?
Bruno: Maybe...
Player (thinking): I could use this time to ask him some more questions…
            CHOICE: Are you happy with your job? {Bruno}
Player: Like, wouldn't you want stand-up to be your main gig?
Narration: He gives it a bit of thought.
Bruno: I really, really would. The only thing is, I'm not a hundred percent confident I can make it. But I feel like if I don't at least give it a fair shot, I'll regret it my whole life, you know?
Player: I believe in you, Banging Bruno!
Narration: He smiles at you gratefully.
            CHOICE: Are you happy with your job? {Youcef}
Player: You sound like you really love the fashion thing.
Yousef: It certainly beats being a philosophy teacher. I'm getting paid well, I can show a good time to people I care about. I travel a lot. And it makes it even easier to get beautiful people to swoon for me.
Narration: He gives you a meaningful look.
Player: Oh you!
Narration: You elbow him lightly in the ribs, and he pokes your cheek in return.
            CHOICE: What's your taste in women? {Bruno}
Narration: Youcef/Bruno throws you a sideways glance.
Bruno: Alright, since you asked nicely, I'll tell you. I like women who know what they want.
Bruno: Of course it's better if what they want is me. Like, honestly, a huge part of a woman being my type is when she's into me!
Player: Certainly beats the opposite.
Bruno: Right? And after that, the usual. Kind, generous, hot. And someone who laughs a lot. If I can't make her laugh, it's never gonna work out.
Player: Sweet!
            CHOICE: What’s your taste in women? {Youcef}
Youcef: I like someone who lets her personality shine through. Someone who knows who she is and isn't afraid to show it, who has brains and courage. Bold in fashion, bold in life, smart in a chat. That's what gets me going.
Player: Good to know.
            CHOICE: How's it going with Thabi?
Narration: Youcef/Bruno thinks about it for a moment.
Youcef/Bruno: Don't get me wrong, Thabi's lovely. And she's gorgeous. We get along, we have good chats and good laughs and everything. But I don't think we're endgame for each other. I'm pretty sure she'd tell you the same thing. She even suggested you all vote us as the friendship couple earlier.
Player: That's true...
            CHOICE: I've asked enough questions
Narration: Your eyes meet, and it feels like you're sharing a little secret. But then music plays downstairs.
Youcef/Bruno: Ah! The party's starting.
Player: We should join it. I want a fancy drink with little candies or an umbrella or something!
Youcef/Bruno: Sounds fun! If you'll allow me...
Narration: He extends you his arm. You grin at each other and make your way downstairs.
_
Narrator: It looks like things are getting quieter on the Island… But if the Villa's taught me something, it's that there never is much calm before the storm.
[your partner]: Ugh, reminds me of school...
Narrator: Of course, by storm, I mean drama. I sure hope there's no real storm, because it'd blow my shack right off the Island. I didn't sign up for the castaway life. I'm much better suited to the glitz of cocktail parties. By the way, I haven't got my invite for tonight. Maybe they sent the message in a bottle?
Bruno: Let's do it! Who's in?
Narrator: Look at them having fun… Winds of change are blowing, in the next episode of Love Island.

Thinking about a weekend away soon and Tuscany is pulling on my heartstrings. Either Florence or somewhere like Siena, depending on how much time we have. I could salivate just thinking about a rich ragu washed down with a glass of Montepulciano 🍷 If you are planning a trip to Florence yourselves, be sure to stay at the @relaischateaux @villacorahotel . It’s a 5 star renovated villa overlooking Florence with fabulous views of the Duomo. The rooms are magnificent with the highest ceilings I’ve ever seen! The pool isn’t too shabby either as you can see. #florenceitaly #tuscanyitaly (at Grand Hotel Villa Cora) https://www.instagram.com/p/BxxVbC2hSzX/?igshid=17xqmk02cxzdx

ESTANCAR A FERIDA
