The N2 Children

Koffi

A spry little girl who has far too much energy.

After a lengthy discussion, the N2 squad agreed to try for a kid. Leona now being the only one who doesn't mind mingling with another partner (polygamy is a staple for royalty in Sunset Savanah), he finds a good lady within the palace (probably a high ranked guard, very independent and energetic) that agrees to bear his child.

Koffi spends most of the time with her fathers but she does regularly hang with her mother too, though she calls her "Auntie" since Vil is her "Mama". Vil and Jamil are very friendly with Koffi's mother and they regularly have meals together.

Between her mother, Jamil, and Leona, Koffi has all the fighting training she needs to protect herself (and her brother).

Jamil is very good at handling Koffi since he has ADHD himself and is always moving (plus he is still used to Kalim’s antics.)

Urcon

A very curious and sweet child.

Vil just came home from a shooting one day with him in tow, and neither Jamil nor Leona questioned it.

Urcon learned cooking from Jamil and can't have enough of it. He also has a very weird obsession with poisons that neither Jamil nor Vil are responsible for, so they both have to regularly warn him against poisons. It doesn't seem to work at all though.

While he isn't one to fight, too busy having fun in nature to bother with annoying people, regularly wrestling with Koffi and Leona has taught him the basics. He is already pretty tall for his age and, as he grows up, the regular training gives him a rather impressive muscle mass.

Urcon gets along VERY WELL with Uncle Rook.

Koffi takes her role as big sister very seriously and regularly tells bullies off from her baby brother. She can be a bit loud and obnoxious about her role, sometimes butting in even when she is not needed.

Those two can become very competitive, to the point their fathers have to bodily separate them before they start throwing hands.

Most of the time though, Urcon is the one to keep Koffi from fighting. He drags her to come check anything he finds interesting, from little animals to his baking. Koffi doesn't always understand Urcon's interests ("Why are you showing me an acorn?") and can lose patience fast, but she does her best to still be supportive.

After some digging on the internet and some observation on the real life, you discovered that your oponent was the son of Cruella d Vil.

You were a tansfered student from Arendell, emparented with Ana and Elsa, Audrey was your guide on Auradon. She presented you to Chad and well, you being a princess so beautifull with such an attitude (ice Kingdom=strong personality) made him get speechless and start to follow you like a puppy.

Ben Florian

Your father is the chesire cat so you can somehow travel between worlds and barriers so when Ben saw you with Island clothes on the lake he was captivated. You are not used to talking to people so you escaped with a smile. A couple of days later you came again and he was waiting for you with a basket full of food and invited you to talk.

You were Evie's sister, the black ship of your family because you were always really nice and good and couldn't hide it. So you were the first one to apologize to him about the team's behaviour and you always greeted him on the halls. That make him took the courage to ask you on a date.

Gil

His father knocked him out of the house for the night and he was wandering around the Island, you saw him and thru him a piece of bread. He was really hungry so he took it and then went to sit next to you. You didn't know why he did that but he was pretty funny and a little dumb so you didn't considered him a threat and let him sit.

Harry Hook

You are Scar's daughter (hibrid or witch human-lion) and you were on Lady Tremain's hairdress store, this was now your territory. Harry entered the place to recolect the money of the month and when you confronted him about the new situation and took the money away from him, he proposed to himself to take on your nerves everytime he could.

it’s just a game guys, relax. sure, it’s not ideal, but let’s not try stabbing each other over a simple game of dice and money? seriously, it’s not that deep. as long as you’re playing together, he’s having a fun time. that’s all that really matters to him in the end! you’re having fun, he’s having fun, it’s a win-win. while chaos ensues, he’s pretty good at being levelheaded and the voice of reason so hopefully it doesn’t blow up in his face.

Imagine going to a park or zoo or aquarium with your yandere twst bf... something where are there kids running about. The baby fever hits HARD for them then.

There are kids running about, clearly not following rules, which upsets Riddle. He thinks he could never deal with that... He ends up yeling at a couple of kids, and really upsets them. But you get right in there and comfort them. You tell them what they were doing was bad, but you also tell off Riddle. You get the kids to calm down and behave. He can't help but think how good of a mom you'd be. Very different than his mother, but maybe that'd be a good thing.

Leona takes you to Cheka's birthday party. No way he could handle it on his own. You're mostly there for emotional support for him, but at some point Cheka and his friends pull you away to play with them, and you just shrug and laugh as you apologize to Leona and go along. He's incredibly annoyed at first, his annoying nephew dragging off his girlfriend when you're supposed to be there with him. But you're so good with them... and then his sister in law goes up to him and tells him what good parents they'd both be, and all he can think is "yeah, of course we would."

You thought a good date with Azul would be the aquarium. But while you enjoyed looking at all the colorful fish in large tanks, Azul was mostly just smiling and nodding along with you. In all honesty when you checked out the fish, he'd rather check his investments. But he loves you so he humored you. And then he saw a child pressed up against the glass of a tank. He cringed slightly, but you walked over to them and started talking to them. Curious, he approached the two of you, and realized you were looking at an octopus. And he realized, with a blush, that you were telling the child all about them. The child is in awe, and you turn around to him with a loving smile, and he knows right then what you two are doing when you get back home.

All it takes for Kalim is bringing you back to his home and watching you get along with all his little siblings.

You're out walking with Jamil when you see a bunch of kids dancing around a fountain. You laugh and join in, dragging Jamil with you. You insist he show off, and after you praise him and inflate his ego, he does. The kids are incredibly impressed to say the least, and you continue to praise him, even after you two are finished dancing with the kids. And suddenly he's entertaining the idea of giving you children of your own.

Vil is treating you to a shopping date when bunch of children approach you. They noticed Vil and, just like the kids from his youth, thought of him as the villain he played. But you immediately set them straight, telling them how wonderful Vil is. The kids look at Vil with a whole new perspective. And they even tell them how cool it is that someone so cool can even play evil characters! "Niege can play a good guy, but only Vil can be the villain!" You giggle as you send them along, and Vil is looking at you and the idea of children in a whole different way.

Idia already knew you were great with Ortho, but this was different. Idia finally had someone to go to a convention with, an emotional support person aside from Ortho. He was baffled when he saw children there, but you were quick with a positive spin, as you so often were. "Look at the baby nerds, Idia! Awww, that nervous one kinda reminds me of you." While checking out a booth, the same kids show up, and you all, Idia included, end up talking about your favorite games and comics. Of course, Idia always knew Ortho was really cool, but he didn't realize other kids could be cool, too! He's hesitant to bring another Shroud into the world, along with a metric shit ton of other concerns, but he's starting to consider the idea of introducing a player three....

Malleus is one who already has massive baby fever no matter what as is. But then you walk with him around a beautiful park, and insist on swinging with him. There are children there, of course, and some want to swing as well. And you and Malleus, of course, offer up your swings. A lilltle one is struggling to swing as high as the other child, so you offer to push them. And Malleus, the show off, uses magic to help the child. You and Malleus end up spending a lot of time playing with the kids, Malleus using his magic and you teaching them games from your world. This doesn't introduce the idea to Malleus, but it does make him decide that you are going to start trying for kids right fucking now. ... I mean once you're alone. Probably. ...... at least away from any kids. He has that much self control.

BONUS

Going to the beach with Floyd, and you both end up playing with a bunch of kids. Floyd is in pure bliss and he wants nothing more than to start a family with you right then and there the sooner the better.

Staying in Harveston with Epel. You're helping out some of the youngins and it has Epel contemplating about continuing the family business and the family name.

Thing is that you don't even genuinely have to like kids in these scenarios... you could just be being a responsible and respectable adult, but the point is you're being good with kids and all of a sudden these guys are imagining you with their kids 🙄

Chapter 1

“I can tell you’re upset.”

Currently, Yuu and her sister-in-law stood in the lobby of the hotel as they waited for the delegates to arrive. There was an ever present frown etched on Yuu’s face and her arms were crossed over her chest. Thema, Farena’s wife and the Queen of Sunset Savanna, glanced at her from the corner of her eye. Her golden hair was framed beautifully as it was braided back to keep most of it out of her face. Her brown eyes stared warmly at the young woman.

“What gave that away?”

“I felt it coming off of you in waves this morning.” Her tail flicked. “Farena told me of the revised deal King Draconia made last night and how Kifaji tried to reprimand you about it.”

“The bird needs to watch his fucking mouth. I’m not someone you can steam roll over.”

“That implies that you think he does the same to the rest of us.”

“Not you, but he does that to Farena.” Yuu looked at her. “Is he always in his ear like that?”

Thema sighed. “Sadly yes. He has to as the king’s main councilman.”

“He must be fun at parties.”

“You do not know the half of it.” Her brown eyes shifted towards the entrance. “They’re here.”

“You handle them, I got my own guys coming.”

“Who-”

“Ah, Queen Thema.” One of the delegates approached her. “And Princess Yuu, what a wonderful surprise to see you.”

“Mm-hmm.” Yuu looked off as Thema redirected the delegates attention towards her instead.

One of them, which Yuu has coined as the “Sleazy Owl”, looked at her and raised an eyebrow.

“That is rarely a greeting, Princess, hopefully you would’ve understood that by now.”

Yuu harshly glared at him and opened her mouth just as another car pulled up. 

The door opened and Vil stepped out of it, still looking like the fairest Queen in all the land. 

“Potato.” He approached her, heels clicking against the floor as he did, and hugged her. “It’s nice to see you again.”

Yuu smiled as she heard the choked sounds of the delegates behind her. “Hey, Vil. How have you been?”

“Busy.” He took off his shades and moved a piece of his long hair behind his ear. “Movie deals left and right and commercial scripts to go over. I finally have some time to myself and I decided to attend Cloudcalling this year.”

“Well, I’m glad you manage some time aside for little ol me.” She teased.

Vil chuckled. “Please, Potato, after everything you’ve done, I’m more than glad to set some of my time aside for you.”

“S-She knows Schoenheit?” Someone choked out behind her.

“How have you and Leona been?” He placed a hand on his hip. “Surely he’s not causing you trouble, is he?”

“I tamed him years ago and he’s tamed now.” Her eyes glanced behind him. “And here’s special guest number two.”

Vil followed her line of sight as another car pulled up. The door opened and out stepped a familiar face hair down and out of braids.

“Jamil!”

Jamil shook his head and walked over to her as he hugged her in greeting. “Hello, Yuu. How have you been?”

“I’ve been good.” She moved back. “You’re looking good! I guess all that traveling has done wonders for you, right?”

He chuckled. “It has, yes.”

Another choked sound came from the delegates behind them. “She knows the Traveling Chef Viper?”

“W-who else does she know?”

Yuu, fighting down her smile, directed her attention back to Jamil. “I know you just got here and all.” She watched as the bellhops took Vil and Jamil’s bags to their room. “But I do have to tell you something.”

The pair of them made a face as they eyed her with confusion.

“Good news, it’s not for you, Vil. Bad news, it’s for you, Jamil.”

Jamil sighed and stared at her with half lidded charcoal gray eyes as he crossed his arms. “Is it who I think it is?”

“Yeah, but he was a very very VERY last minute edition.” Yuu bats her eyelashes. “And you didn’t respond to the messages afterwards.”

“Yuu-”

All heads moved towards the entrance of the hotel as another car, one more glamorous, pulled up. The door opened and Kalim stepped out, beaming his bright and sunny smile as he made his way over towards Yuu’s group.

“Yuu!” He hugged her. “It’s been so long!”

“It’s been a few years, Kalim.” Yuu chokes out as the man moves onto hugging Vil.

“Vil!”

“Hello, Kalim.”

Kalim paused as he turned to Jamil next, apprehension clear in his body and eyes. With a roll of his own, Jamil opened his arms and the man gladly wrapped him up in a hug.

“Hi, Jamil.”

“Hello, Kalim.”

Yuu watched them with a smile on her face before jerking her head towards the lobby elevators. “I’ll show you guys to your rooms, just give me a second.”

“Don’t keep us waiting, Potato.”

She waved them off as they walked away before turning to the shocked delegates and a surprised Thema with a smirk on her face.

“Y-You never told us that you were friends with Al-Asim!” One of the delegates yelled. “Do you know how many opportunities that could’ve opened up!?”

“Viper and Schoenheit as well! Just their name and presence alone would be astronomical for our kingdoms!” Another one chimed in.

“No.” Yuu crossed her arms. “I’m not using my friends' professions and positions as bargaining chips.”

“At least refer them to us in your stead!”

“I said-”

“You heard the princess.” Thema stepped in, glaring down all the delegates with fury in her eyes. “Continue badgering her about this again and consider your time in Sunset Savanna cut short. Do you understand?”

They nodded and Thema waved over a few guards. 

“Take them to their rooms, we’re done talking here.”

As they watched them depart, Thema sighed and turned to address Yuu.

“A warning would’ve been nice, you know.”

“Sorry, but thank you.”

She smiled and patted Yuu’s shoulder. “In all honesty, they were beginning to get on my nerves as well. They kept running their mouths and talking of ways to get Al-Asim to sign a few trade routes for their kingdoms.” She stuck out her tongue. “Frankly, it was making me sick.”

Yuu laughed. “Well, thanks nonetheless. I mean it, Thema. With how everything has been going, it feels like you’re the only one on me and Leona’s side.”

She gave a small smile. “All I can say for now is stay strong, Yuu. You and Leona have allies around, you just need to find them.” She straightened up. “Now, go off and have fun with your friends. Remember what we have tomorrow.”

“Yeah, yeah. Cloudcalling, I got it.” Yuu hugged her and went over to where the others were waiting. “Well, let’s go!”

“It’s nice to observe the games for once!” Kalim said as he settled into his seat next to Vil, Jamil, Malleus, Sebek, and Silver. “The Arena almost looks tiny from up here.”

“At least it’s nicer this time around.” Yuu sighed as she looked up towards the sky. “Not a rain cloud in sight.”

“I’m almost offended that I was not invited to participate.” Malleus smiles, fangs on display. 

“Wouldn’t have been allowed.” She answered. “Sebek and Silver probably could’ve come, but back then the rivalry was strong.”

“Hmph!” Sebek said as he crossed his arms. “This hardly would’ve been a challenge for us.”

“Was it a challenge for Father?” Silver asked.

“Nah, he was having fun with the whole thing.” Yuu stated with a smile. “Kept going on about how nice it was to just be included.”

“I’m still angry that you included Kalim in the games back in NRC.” Jamil leans forward to glare at a lounging Leona. “I have yet to receive a proper explanation about that.”

“Eh.” Leona waved him off with his tail. “You’ll continue not receiving a proper answer either. Now hush, the final match is starting.”

All attention turned towards the arena where two people entered the ring, a wildebeest beastman and an African wild dog beastwoman with vitiligo. Yuu narrowed her eyes as she watched the beastwoman nearly hobble up to her opponent. 

“Leona-”

“Yeah, I see it. She didn’t get hurt last round, so where did that come from?”

The match started and the wildebeest moved towards the african wild dog. She stumbled back but managed to avoid having her beads snatched. Unfortunately, she had fallen onto her back in the process and the beastman made another grab for the beads. The beastwoman instead wrapped her legs around his arm and used the momentum to fling her and him backwards onto the floor. The impact knocked the wind out of both of them and the woman rolled away with some difficulty.

“Cute move.” The man grunted as a smirk appeared on his face, “But.” He held up the beads in his hand. “You lose.”

The announcer called the match as the woman sighed and got to her feet. She limped out of the arena and to her teammates. The beastwoman placed her face into one of their shoulders, Yuu could see her body trembling from her place on the stands. The announcer called for the next pair to come up and in stepped a Leopard beastwoman and short Serval beastwoman. The match began and the Leopard went on the offensive, trying to sweep the Serval’s feet out from under her.

The woman jumped over with a smirk and did a flip backwards before landing back on her feet. The Serval proceeded to dance around the woman, no doubt angering her.

“Hold still!”

“Nah, not after that shit you pulled earlier.” She straightened up and rolled her shoulders. “But if you want me to fight ya, then...” The Serval slid under the leopard and tripped her up, snatching the beads in the process as well.

“Oh, that was my move.” Yuu blinked. “Or at least a modified version of it.”

“Probably a homage.” Leona said as the announcer called the match.

The Leopard left the arena in a huff, but the Serval lingered and looked up towards where Yuu and Leona sat. She bowed and moved off the ring to allow her next teammate to enter.

“Definitely homage” The others voiced as Yuu gave a soft smile.

Finally, in stepped a mongoose beastman and a hyena beastwoman. The woman had a few scars on her body, but she stood firm as she stared at her opponent. They exchanged a few words that ended in them snarling at one another. Leona, Sebek and Malleus frowned as their ears picked up on what was said.

“Is it normal for contestants to cheat?” Malleus asked as he crossed his arms.

“Not to that degree.” Leona answered. “There are some underhanded tactics but they play them off in the ring. This sounds like it happened out of the arena.”

“Despicable.” Sebek said.

“Mind sharing with the rest of the class?” Yuu voiced with a stare towards her husband.

The match began, but Leona’s attention shifted towards her.

“From the sounds of it, the other team attacked them. Left whoever Nova is with a hurt ankle.”

Yuu’s eyes shifted over towards the African wild dog beastwoman as she leaned on the Serval for support.

“I thought all the tactics were cut out. That hasn’t happened since our cloudcalling back in NRC.” 

“This is your first year as princess and my wife, Herbivore.” Leona’s tail rested on her arm and Yuu relaxed her muscles that she didn’t know were clenched. “They’re clearly seeing this as an opportunity to become your lion guards.”

Yuu crossed her arms and glared down at the arena just as the hyena had her beads taken.

“The match is over! We have a winner!” The announcer called.

“Leona.”

“Yeah?”

“Handle the cheaters. They will never be my lion guards.” She looked at the beastwomen as they hugged the hyena. “I’ve already chosen.”

The event ended and the royal family stood up to meet the winners. Yuu walked the others back to their awaited cars and turned to leave to find the beastwoman team when she heard a yell sound nearby.

“What do you mean we’re disqualified!?”

She poked her head around the corner to see Leona with his arms crossed and tail swaying around in aggravation as he glared at the team.

“You heard me.” He growled. 

“Now, my prince, let us not be so rash.” Kifaji spoke. “This is the winning team, so they’ve earned the right to be lion guard.”

“My wife’s orders come first and for all. She doesn’t want cheaters protecting her.”

“Cheaters?” Farena blinked. “But we saw nothing in the arena.”

“I’m talking outside of it. I’m assuming one of you tried to break someone from the other team’s ankle. She limped her way into the arena and she was fine the match before.”

Kifaji tried vouching for them. “Perhaps, she had gotten hurt between now and then.” 

His ears twitched. “Yeah, by them. I heard the confession, along with the King of Briar Valley and his guard.”

The other team jolted as Leona narrowed his eyes. Farena blinked before standing up straight.

“You’re hereby disqualified and are barred from being in any Cloudcalling from here on.”

With some hesitation, the team turned and left, leaving the royal family standing there.

“Did you hand pick them too, Kifaji?” Leona asked. “Train them to pull that shit?”

“Of course not!” Kifaji defended himself. “Why would I do such a thing as that?”

Thema hummed. “As I recall, you’ve done this in the past.” He gawked and turned to her. “Yuu told me. You had another team come and play against Leona’s back in the day and the nearly broke Schoenhiet’s ankle. So this doesn’t sound too far off from what people trained under you will do.”

“...We’ll talk when we return home, Kifaji.” Farena said as he crossed his arms and left.

Thema and Leona followed after him and Kifaji trailed behind them after a few moments. Yuu nodded her head with a smile and left for the makeshift locker room.

“‘M sorry.” Yuu could hear voices as she opened the door. “If that jackass hadn’t aimed at me, we would’ve won.”

“Nova, don’t beat yourself up.” 

She silently watched the women as they sat on the benches. The african wild dog had her feet pulled up to her chest as the Serval comforted her.

“B-but if that didn’t happen then Jackie wouldn’t have had to work that much harder to win.”

“Gee, thanks.” The hyena beastwoman rolled her eyes. “We’ll just try against next year-”

“Oh, there’s no next year.” Yuu made herself known as the woman shot to their feet to stand at attention.

“P-Princess Yuu!” The woman said in unison.

“At ease.” She smiled. “I’ve just come to inform you of your new positions.”

“....positions?” 

“Yes, as of today or tomorrow, you’ll be my lion guards.”

“....HUH!?”

Yuu smiled as the woman started to ask multiple questions as they tried to come down off of their shock. She is paving new paths even if she has to forcibly make them.

Malleus and Yuurin: *throwing and catching the ball at each other at the speed of light*

Malleus: *laughs* I never imagined that a simple game of catch and throw could be this enjoyable!

Yuurin: Malleus-senpai, it seems the PE class is almost over.

Malleus: Is it? We should wrap this up then.

Yuurin: *nods* *catches the ball and doesn't throw it again*

Reading your Hamilton-inspired DPxDC posts gave me a wild thought to the tunes of "The Schuyler Sisters":

Redeemed Vlad being the Regent for Danny, and it's Jazz, Danny and Ellie out in town (Dan is the Army General and on duty today). Jazz looking incredibly bored, Ellie the bratty little sister with the zoomies, and Danny, the one who doesn't even bother looking the least bit regal. Like, Jazz and Ellie both look like princesses, and Danny is their commoner cousin or something.

It's important to me that you know I picture Danny, in Infinite Realms high society, as a sort of barbarian prince that walked into the court, refused to leave, and got adopted by the elderly Advisor (Clockwork) who's ruled in the lost king's stead with a sharp gaze and balanced hand.

Young people love him, because he's just as likely to watch you brawl it out on the streets, as he is to take off the cape and breastplate, roll up his sleeves, and immediately come in swinging.

That's how they bond, and why most of the Ghosts that came through the Fenton Portal were so eager to throw hands.

And here's the scene that my mind is very visibly picturing:

Jazz and Ellie in a Library, Jazz looking for books for her thesis in the Living World and Ellie picking up more comics. Danny's outside enjoying the nice spring-like breeze, and then Johnny 13 leans against the wall to flirt with him (I headcanon Danny as, in his 20's-30's having A Thing with Johnny and Kitty).

Full on, leaning against the wall, smirk and thumb on the chin flirting, while Danny barely looks like he's paying attention, just rolling his eyes and snorting at something Johnny says to him.

Probably asks him if Kitty even knows he's here...and she's right across the street, watching her idiot absolutely fail to rizz up the other idiot.

Now this is just me building up extra scenes from the previous bit:

Johnny getting the kicked puppy look when Danny slips away from him to go chat up Kitty instead. Like, absolute disaster of a man, his bad girl vibes girlfriend, and the twink who's known them for too long to fall for his charms. Like, to Danny, Johnny is just a little pathetic, and while he might eventually take pity on the guy and flirt back, the game is seeing how much of a fool Johnny likes to make of himself to make him snort and laugh.

To the townsfolk, their soap opera is watching their Darling Prince and how, unlike the stuffy Castle Town manners and double-speak, him and his Badlands friends tend to be very...physically intense and direct in their affections and romantic pursuits. Don't expect to see him receiving any poems or expensive gifts in the mail. No, you're more likely to find him out in town, probably at a bar he SHOULDN'T be in, acting all friendly with the more rough-and-tumble types, taking the friendly insults and answering in kind with the best of them.

Maybe getting handsy with the biker couple, and coming back all ruffled and smiling.

And it sends every court lady all abuzz with gossip and scandalized whispering. Until "Uncle Vlad" proves that this is just how they do things where they come from, by initiating the most cursed and mildly toxic situationship with Spectra. No one can stand seeing these two together. At least the Princeling looks fondly annoyed by the constant flirting of Johnny and Kitty, compared to the sleazy smirking his Regent and his intended always have for each other. Very Cruella de Vil x Lex Luthor vibes, while Danny has Aristocats vibes, Johnny and Kitty both playing Thomas O'Malley in turn.

This is where we could throw in DC.

By which, I mean Tim's Young Justice team find an old tome with a green sticky note shaped like a cog on it. And then you have Bart, Zoomies Personified, Conner yes-and'ing his bad choices, Cassie leaning back to watch this, and Tim pinching his nose, saying fuck it, and joining his friends in summoning a possibly-demon, but damn if the depictions in the book look handsome as fuck.

Plus, you know, he's titled as The Benevolent and Beloved Prince of the Realms. Skating right past the Dethroner of Tyrants and Champion of the Badlands titles. Those sound pretty heroic, right?

Right?

What Danny do they get?

Shirt ripped open, attractively battle-damaged Danny with a glass of ale in hand after yet another friendly brawl?

Decadent beauty dressed for a day out in town?

Danny mid-makeout oth Kitty and/or Johnny?

Personally, I wanna say this is a Danny who looks like he's maybe 28-29, using one of Kitty's tips he stole and Johnny's coat, lounging in fuzzy pyjama pants, being summoned while stressing about what his Thing will be whe he takes the throne.

Every King before had A Thing they did. The first King was a farmer, his successor was a hunter. Pariah, before his madness set in, raised horses (maybe Fright Knight's current horse was raised by Pariah as a gift for his friend).

As Regent, Vlad doesn't need to have A Thing of his own, but the old man became an art connoisseur during his time ruling in Danny's name.

Danny has zero clue what he wants to do, and he should probably be asleep, but he's stressing.

He's been getting questions on what he likes to do, and the rest of his Court like to remind him that, while he's fought all of them, and won against most of them, they've also seen him grow, and saw his embarrassing years, so they're essentially like when your well-meaning grandma asks you if you've already figured out what you wanna study in university.

And now, just as he's about to start pulling his hair out, dressed in stolen boyfriend and girlfriend clothes and his fuzziest pants, these...children summon him.

Well, Danny's always been good at bullshitting his way through Situations. And someone throws out the idea of asking him for knowledge.

"About what?" asks Danny, stealing a pack of the lemon oreos Martian Manhunter keeps in Mount Justice for when it's his turn supervising the Junior team.

And that's how Jazz has to come rescue her brother from a summons he never came back from, and finds him lounging on a beach chair, breathing stars made of ice and snow into existence to teach actual teenagers about Space and physics.

But the time he floats over to her side, Danny has found his Thing. He wants to teach. He's going to be for other kids the kind of teacher he wished he'd always had, and what Mr. Lancer tried to be, for all that the man noticed things a little late.

Maybe he gets summoned more regularly for practice teaching Young Justice? They schedule the summons around Justice League schedules so they don't have to share their new mentor. Sure Martian Manhunter gets brought in in the secret because Danny keeps stealing his lemon oreos when he's there, but he enjoys watching the young man learn and grow more confident in his role as a teacher, so he's got his support.

And then the Justice League main team, while meeting with their children in Young Justice, all get booted into the middle of the Commercial District of Pariah's old Lair, which became Danny's after the succession was established. At which point they have to make nice with the locals and get their bearings.

Only, who comes out of a bar, launched into the ground outside?

Why, Danny, his shirt torn, sleeves rolled up past his elbows. His knuckles are a bit bruised, and his forearms are scratched up.

He's smiling, though, and taunting whatever opponent he's picked a fight with. And out comes Skulker in the newest iteration of his armor.

Now, from the stories Danny tells, Young Justice know their favorite teacher has an interesting past, involving a lot of fighting.

They just weren't ready to see Teach throw down with a man made of metal.

Danny turns to see his little ghostlings, his smile grows wider, sharp teeth on display, and tells them "Sit tight, kiddos. Wanna watch something fun? This is how we do it where I come from!"

Skulker is basically a weapons platform shaped like a man, but Danny has been fighting him bare-handed for years now. In three quick moves, the head pops clean off with a hiss of steam, lands in Danny's hand, and he fishes out Skulker-blob to congratulate him on a good fight.

If you wanna throw in Red Hood too, this is where "Helpless" would kick in, as Jazz comes in to scold Danny for ruining his outfit again. Nit for fighting, Jazz is just as ready to throw down as her siblings, but she always leaves her fights with a pristine outfit, somehow.

And Jason is staring hard.

That's one woman worthy of the title of Goddess, in his opinion, and he's just become a religious man.

Batman is...impressed that the kids managed to hide an entire extra-dimensional entity being summoned regularly and kept it from even him. He's a little uncomfortable with Danny's willingness to just fight for the sake of fighting and calling it bonding, but now that they've been brought to a sitting room in the castle, in a more private setting with Danny, his siblings, and his friends, he can see that they're all just Like That.

I have nothing to add to this other than, this is PERFECT!! EXQUISITE! BEAUTIFUL, ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS TO READ THROUGH. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND FUNNY AND EVERYTHING. ♥️♥️
