Finally got around to getting a few good screenshots to share, wanted to show off my 'canon' Rook for my play through of the game. Meet Soleil de Riva, Viago's younger sister by blood and all around pain in his ass. She's about 27 years old, 8 years younger than him.

While Fulgeno II has many, many other illegitimate children, they only claim each other on their father's side. Their mother, on the other hand, has two other children (one each younger and older than Soleil) that they gleefully call sister. Soleil's about two inches shorter than her big brother, and has about the same height over Lucanis to my best guess.
