I was thinking. Vertin creates Sharpodonties in the Wilderness. Does this mean it follows the rules of a small nation?
Or is Vertin accidentally committed the crime of what is basically using bad checks due to the money made was in the Suitcase?
Are Sharpodonties the same inside and outside the suitcase? Is Vertin aware of this? Will Jessica and Blonney finally have a 10 minute long unskippable cutscene of them making out?
What's your take, may I ask, hm? c:
I- when I tell you I had a whiplash the moment I read the last thing I am not kidding. Let's start with the possibility of criminal acts in the wilderness regarding money.
I think it's a crime basically, like printing your own money but since sharpodontry is probably like a coin (I haven't used coins in years idk if they're like bills) no one notices.
NO ONE outside of the suitcase can know about this, they make their own money and beat the loving shit out of critters (and some dudes) for some Dust & Sharpodontry.
They'd probably be the same as outside so they can go around buying whatever they want with that, but they do have to work for extra money since the suitcase at this point is a small town. Get to work you dumbass you're not gonna get extra money this way (work is just fighting)
So, yeah, Vertin is a criminal printing money in the town she rules alongside some criminals. Constantine better not know about this shit.
...As for the 10 minute unskippable scene... God do I wish it could happen 馃様
I miss my kids I can't keep living off of the crumbs they give to us in their official art. I NEED THEM ON SCREEN 馃槶
Oh God do I wish they could kiss onscreen even if it's just implied (like Schneider and Vertin), I would unironically be blushing & kicking my feet.
I miss them so much I could bite someone

CN Spoilers for 2.0 'Floor it to the Golden City'
(Global servers don't read if don't want spoilers for the later end of the patch story)
Ok.
This is gonna be a bit rough since idk names since this is CN but the story introduces us to a rival(?) gang leader to J (he is the tall old guy, white suit and white hair we see J confront in the trailer).
The story through Mercuria reveal he is pretending to be his terminally ill brother, the real mafia boss and was originally meant to go to law school or something its hard since I cannot translate descriptions.
The brother we interact with teams with Manus (The new name I don't remember on the top of my head) fails to save his dying brother BUT paints the illusion that they are still in Sicily and never left for the New World.
Sicily.
The same place Schneider mentions in the totally not sad oranges scene.
Baby Schneider also mentions before she left "her uncles had already left for the New World". Chapter 2 took place in 1929, 2.0 story is in 1990 therefore those uncles would be very old by 1990 (again translation I cannot check until 2.0 is out in global)
Sooo ... are they related maybe? I mean its not a coincidence that this is the second time we mention someone from Sicily moving to America for a better life. (Yes Vertin was under Arcana's influence and this is a vision but that detail about the uncles is oddly specific and already we have someone from Chapter Four in Paulina, someone you probably thought would be a minor character instead play an important role) right?
Summary: potentially some family members of the Greco family live to 1990 and we encounter members in the form of the brothers who J meets one of them.
(This is a further stretch that won't be confirmed until global by the end of the year, I watched a stream and alarm bells were going off)

Note
Bonk once said about two particular "evil" versions c:
Vertin: Cowardly, skittish, lack of any charisma: "Get in the suitcase quickly please oh god--"
Sonetto: Lazy, doesn't follow orders: "Whatever, Vertin." (<Doesn't call her by her title)
They took Vertin's Rizz away (I can't believe I said that)
You know the entire suitcase Is going to be hellishly worried, this multiplies when a disheveled, tired Sonetto walks into the room with clothes that are not ironed.
Her hair's a mess, she probably forgot to eat and laid on the sofa all day, acting unfriendly and lazy. The Evil Phenomenon (Silly Edition) has claimed another victim.
No one has an idea of what to do since Vertin is usually the one to take care of these things, but Vertin has been hiding behind any surface, avoiding contact and near the verge of tears every time. She just joined the pitiful girl gang.
So Madam Z had to take good care of everything alongside Tooth Fairy, her job is to watch over Team Timekeeper which is usually pretty easy because of Vertin's skills. Her work is accumulating and she has to figure out a way to designate someone as a temporary leader for Team Timekeeper.
Which would rely on Sonetto if she wasn't... Evil Sonetto.
Back to those two. Their relationship is just so... Weird, to say the least. Sonetto is pretty lazy and isn't doing anything other than lay around, when Vertin (stuttering and trembling) asks her to do something, she receives an "Ugh, why do I have to?" And then she (Vertin) backs away.
And Vertin is only talking to Madam Z and Tooth Fairy because she considers them reliable and trustworthy (they're her mothers basically)
A bit silly but people low-key got used to it, they just treat Vertin like they would treat Poltergeist while she's in this state.
As for Sonetto... She got into a fight with Pavia for taking his place on the sofa for two days straight. She's been doing nothing, saying mean-spirited comments and fucking up the Rules.
Regulus likes her this way, unfortunately for her, Sonetto goes back to normal rather quickly (call it the never-ending struggles of her normal self because oh boy would she hate this version of herself)
