Slight Abuse warning

The Dursleys are on a business trip turned family vacation to Romania and have no choice but to bring their 6 year old unwanted niece Femharry(Hope). Vernon isn't happy so on the first night in the hotel he beats Hope to wear she is on the verge of death for the first time and so Hope no longer feeling safe and fearing for her life has a bit of accidental magic to get to a safe place which happens to be where Mother Miranda is on business and because Hope is surrounded by wild magic she can seance that Miranda will keep her safe and accidently shows her all of her memories and creates a magical parental bond with her. Here Miranda learns of magic and because she is stunned and furious from seeing Hope's memories a member of the ministry finds them and seeing that Miranda is out of it takes them to the department of secrets? who immediately notice the bond cause even though Miranda is out of it she is still subconsciously protective and cause the Romanian Ministry is more reasonable then most they explain everything and give her the option to blood adopt Hope she does obviously(they use Gringotts to get Hopes inheritance including the cloak which Miranda will eventually loathe cause mischief(Hope,Angie,Cass and Dani). The head researcher ask Miranda what she is and though reluctant her being the scheming women she is sees an opportunity not just to learn more about magic but to help her children (cause its a good Miranda fic) she tells them though nothing about the candou so they just think they have creature blood and cause the Romanian ministry is pro creature they help but with the stipulation(experiment) of the village agreeing to house refugees of creature blood which eventually attracts actual magical creatures (who attract poachers so food for the Dimitrescu family and other vamps when out of regular supply) those with creature blood includes vampires, werewolves, veela, and merfolk etc(couldn't think of more) it eventually becomes a wizarding mixed(muggle) village. When Miranda comes back to the village the people of the village are initially weary but seeing no harm done and in fact seeing their lives improving they warm up to these strange new people with open arms mostly because they arrived with Mother Miranda. Miranda calls a meeting to have her children meet not only their youngest sibling but also the Chiefs of the clans that arrived and who will be the representatives for there people and learn of magic. Hope has all of her siblings and the chiefs wrapped around her fingers. Hope grows up with a village of people who care for her and see her as Miranda's heir and because of that she grows up knowing of the creature blood customs(help can't find a better explanation) and the like.

     When it comes time for school letters she decides to go to Hogwarts(cause birth parents) but doesn't like it not only cause of Dumbledore but because of the prejudices to so she decides with Miranda to go to Beauxbatons and makes connections(Fleur). When the tri wizard tournament (17 cause there is no way Romania who knows who Hope is and what could happen if anyone finds out who she is would risk it when she was 14 even if she goes to school in france) happens Hope is the Beauxbatons champion Fleur could be her trainer? At the end of the tournament because of a certain nosy headmaster everyone learns who she is the British ministry tries to get her back it doesn't work but cause of prejudices they won't stop cue Hope getting dragged into the British wizarding civil war. Miranda who was going to put a stop to it because Momma bear was stopped by Hope who wanted to prove herself or she got Cassandra's bloodlust who knows either way she joins though she technically has a army of people willing to fight for her because with out her they wouldn't have the village. After the war was over which happens pretty fast Hope becomes the master of death and stops aging at either 18/20 so she won't need the candou unless she got really hurt be for her MOD power sets in and it didn't heal. You could choose to do the game with Hope saving everyone maybe by making a fake village to mask the real one or go au into a completely new territory maybe by having the world find out about magic and what umbrella Corp were doing and the aftermath of that with the magic conclaves as safe places?

I have plans for Rosénali and am currently thinking who I could pair willow up with if her bestie Angie gets whisked away by a pretty Vamp lady. Obviously mentioned clan leader Trixie has a special interest in her first guard and I do plan on maybe going further into what exactly happens in Violet’s Etablissement the Vampire’s Nest, since they let humans in to drink from them in return for favours 👀 and honestly, if anyone wants another character or ship I can always include that, the only planned out thing is Jasyasco love triangle.

Does Mia have any of the lords she's more friendly with than others? Are they like rose and evas extended family or is it just like a coworkers/cult members thing

They are a cult by default since my AU goes with the canonical religious/cultish dynamic

However there are some of them that are closer than others. Mia ends up on quite friendly terms with the Dimitrescus after a somewhat rocky start where she's forced to leave Rose with them at the castle and go solve some bs together with Miranda. Then the vamp fam becomes the go to babysitters. I also realized that she's literally 4 years older than Nicole and Anita after going through her wiki so fun fact there lol

By default she gets close to Donna too and is mortified when baby Rose finds Angie extremely funny. Donna doesn't particularly like kids but she does make them a few dolls (without knives, Mia checked)

Heisenberg, being less murderous and more genuinely friendly towards the other lords, sometimes offers to help out when the girls are older and don't run the risk of swallowing random gears and tools that fall out of his coat as if he's a cartoon character being shaken.

Sal is a recluse towards anyone and is also pretty much confined to the reservoir so it's no surprise that they don't end up super friendly, but they do have semi often run ins, with him being the designated town doctor who works with Miranda.

All in all some of them end up pretty close, especially when Rose and Eva grow a bit and can go visit the lords on their own (and cause shenanigans)

Gotta love “self loathing person seeks vampire in search of erotic fantasy romanticised death, but upon finding real vampire, they find the vampire will be initially willing to have a ‘willing’ victim but then vampire listens to the poor self loathing of the person and has pity so either doesn’t bite them at all despite having to hold themselves back or do it once and don’t finish and depending on the AU that might mean suicide self loathing person going to be pissed when they turn into a vampire and have to deal with problems because boy did death just become more difficult and they’ll blame the vampire a bit, oh and then slow slow burn into pining from both sides and both sides being in denial/clueless of the others feelings, self loathing holds themselves back and say ‘nah my heart goes doki doki because I’m stil angy’ and OG vamp goes ‘I better give them their space, boi do I remember being angy for like.. a long time. I can handle this heart break I better just give him space’ and it’s like hey you dummies just pay attention to how weird it is that you are both immortal vampires with good transportation yet you keep ending up around eachother it’s almost like you, huh, love eachother or something and can appreciate immortal life together let alone living as long as you work on your issues together and on your own”

I thought of a funny way Stan finds out about Ford becoming a familiar XD it’s inspired by a sketch from a tv show.

Stan is the bed waiting for Angie and he is playing with the new stray cat that started to show up at their house (maybe it’s during the first few days or weeks depending on how much it takes since Ford became Angie’s familiar and maybe she didn’t know he would be a cat). Angie walks in and sees him playing with the cat and frowns since she didn’t adopt any stray cats.

The cats starts to do emits lightning.

The next day, Angie and Ford have a conversation and they both figured out that he is a cat in his familiar form and since he is just turned, he doesn’t control his instincts that well yet.

That night, the cat is back in the bed, but Stan having learned that it’s actually Ford doesn’t play with the cat anymore XD

Also, i don’t what you had in mind, but i thought it would be tragic and interesting, if Angie didn’t turned Stan, so their love would be unique and they would have to figure out how to work with a mortal and an immortal. Idk, i just thought the dynamic would be interesting.

Angie didn't think to tell Stan and Ford the details of Ford becoming her familiar. Hell, she might not have even told them she made him her familiar. After all, it's obvious to her what she did, and that a familiar would take a human form.

And Ford, meanwhile, has been having sort of blackout moments, where he's in cat form but doesn't remember it when he goes back to human. Not until Angie explains that his familiar form is apparently a cat.

Maybe it's not as obvious as Ford emitting lightning that gives him away, though. I'd imagine most animals are wary of vampires, so Angie is shocked when this cat just walks right up to her, running against her ankles and purring. And after a moment, she's like, "Oh, why didn't you tell me yer familiar form was a cat?"

And that pops Ford back into human form, now that he's aware (sort of like my various werewolf AUs).

Now, as for the tragic Stangie, I'm open to that. I'm also open to Ford helping Angie find a way to give up her vampirism so she doesn't worry about outliving her loved ones. Which would be a sacrifice on her part. She lost a lot when she was turned, and didn't get to enjoy any of the perks due to being a thrall for her entire unlife. It would feel like she went through all of it for nothing, basically, if she gave it up.

But I'm open to any and all possibilities!

I was thinking his diet remains pretty unchanged. But maybe he gets some cat tastes. Catches some fish, rodents. Eats them. Stan brings home some cat food for him lmao.

I love him having a berserk form! That's perfect! He turns into a massive wildcat, like a sabertooth cat or something, when he senses Angie in danger. And he can sense her location and goes to rescue her.

I think generally when Angie summons Ford for things, he just finds himself turned into his little cat form and feels compelled to rush to her side. He climbs up onto her shoulders and purrs next to her face, asking what she needs.

In the vampire Angie au, Ford studies her too close and either becomes a vampire or a ghoul of sort a servant/familiar to Angie’s vampire.

Omg yes I love that, Ford accidentally becomes her familiar! Angie gave him some of her venom to study, and he either accidentally or purposely exposes himself to it. And it's in such a way that he would die if Angie didn't make him her thrall or familiar. Angie doesn't want to make him her thrall; she knows what it's like, and it's horrible. So she makes him her familiar. They're still bound together in a way, but he's not unable to resist her suggestions/instructions.

Also he can turn into an animal sometimes.
