Clubs, Hearts, Spades and Diamonds In Latin (and in portuguese still) they are Clubs, Cups, Swords and Golds I've wanted to make a deck that appeals to that romance language naming scheme. After many attempts, this one scratched the itch without alienating english speakers completely. I also plan on switching JQK with VDR for consistency.

you guys ever notice how in his dialogue when he's in bertie's presence, jeeves uses quotations and references constantly, but in his THOUGHTS during "bertie changes his mind," he doesn't use any? this is obviously because he doesn't care if we the audience know he knows shakespeare, but he will languish and die if he doesn't get to dazzle bertie with his wit and knowledge every five seconds

Conversation and clinking silverware buzzed around his father's grand dining room, but Mickey was distracted. The new, red-haired underbutler stationed by the wall had his full attention.

Gallagher stood in his tux, hands clasped behind his back, watching the room with quiet intensity.

“Mikhailo,” Lady Rosenwood purred beside him, her jeweled hand brushing his sleeve. “You’ve barely touched your wine!”

Mickey smirked. “I'm not in the mood for white wine,” he said, his gaze flicking back to Ian, whose lips twitched in the faintest of smirks before returning to his neutral mask.

Mickey grinned rakishly. “But maybe something red.”
