#if youre here from the star trek tagbignore these#its not.#st:nf if pete wasnt so sexist#something could be said in general about how no one but voyager could write Vulcan characters withiut having their whole thing be:#dont be so vulcan. you need to show your emotions#but particularly in new frontier its like. ok so one of them gets pregnant immediately and the other is really ooc for vulcans and it is#constantly brought up how unusually emotional she is. cant even tell if its a womna or a vulcan thing for the author both seem very likely#also for soleta its like 'well she is half romulan so she is more emotional' WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT#VULCAN EMOTIONS ARE CANONICALLY SO STRONG THEY MADE A WHOLE CULTURE ABOUT SURPRESSING THEM.
