Visually, my favorite movie of all time is The Cell (2000)

It definitely fits the aesthetic of the era and gives off industrial or trip-hop music video vibes.

I love how The Cell captures the bizarre, surreal dreamscapes. Tarsem Singh managed to capture the essence of the subconscious in a way that few have been able to do on film.
