I completed reading the translation of Shiv Puran. It's fascinating how most of the purana covers about the pooja Vidhaan(devotion techniques) of Lord shiva. It covers every aspect from murthi upasana to linga upasana. The pooja Vidhaan of lord shiva is very much different for every varna (i.e brahmana, Kshatriya, Vaishya and Shudra) And it also covers how pooja should be done in chaturyugas. The most important thing I read was, you can chant panchakshari (om namah shivay) at any state (eating, sleeping, walking etc) in Kaliyug. So you need to understand how much essential Shiva upasana is in Kaliyuga. Very interesting. It's very unfortunate that most of us can't understand Sanskrit fully and it's an optional subject in schools and colleges. But still.. Even the translation can be read devotedly.

I have been affirming and ignoring the 3D sometimes when I see the 3D and it doesn’t connects to my 4D I get really upset but then I think no this is not my reality I am 46 kilograms and I eat whatever I want and always stay 46 kilograms! And how to believe more that 3D will reflect what i assume.I have been believing and affirming but today I checked my 3D didn’t reflect my belief how To persist more? Any tips?

you don't have to 'ignore' the 3d! no, you're doing it wrong, hun. this is not living in the end. living in the end means fulfilling yourself in your imagination, not ignoring your physical reality! just go on with your day, but in your imagination, live the life you want to live. you don't really need to 'believe' in the law of assumption, you just have to assume something is true and it will reflect in your reality. don't obsess over your results, because you already have everything you want. persisting means believing and supporting a fact and continuing it no matter what. regardless of what the 3d shows, you have to persist that you have what you want. you can affirm for that!

पशुपति व्रत करने की विधि (पशुपति व्रत कैसे करे)

जिस तरह से देवी देवताओ ने भगवान शंकर को प्रसन्न किया था उस विधि का वर्णन शिव महापुराण और रूद्र पुराण में किया गया है. इन पुराणों के अनुसार पशुपतिनाथ व्रत करने का प्रमुख उद्देश्य भगवान शिव को प्रसन्न करना ही होता है. इस व्रत को करने के लिए निम्नलिखित बातों का विशेष ध्यान रखना होता है.

सर्वप्रथम यह ध्यान रखना है कि पशुपतिनाथ जी का व्रत सोमवार को ही किया जाता है और 5 सोमवार करते हे किसी कारण वश या महामारी की वजह से आप पूजा नही कर पाते तो आप उस दिन सिर्फ उपवास करे उसका अगला सोमवार व्रत पूजा करे और सभी 5 सोमवार की पूजा किसी एक ही मंदिर में करना होती है ।

पशुपति व्रत पूजन सामग्री-

पशुपतिनाथ की पूजा करने के लिए थाली में कुमकुम, अबीर, गुलाल, अश्वगंधा, पीला चंदन, लाल चंदन और थाली में कुछ चावल के दाने रखें, यहाँ पर यह ध्यान रखना है कि चावल के दाने खंडित ना हो. इसके साथ ही पूजा की थाली में धतूरा और आंकड़ा के फूलों या फलों को भी रख लेना है. पशुपतिनाथ जी की पूजा सुबह और शाम दोनों समय की जाती सुबह पूजा करने के बाद जितनी भी सामग्री रहती है उतनी शाम को पूरी भगवान शिव को अर्पित करे थाली में कुछ भी न रखे और शाम को सिर्फ कोई भी मीठा प्रसाद बनाकर लेकर जाना हे किसी बर्तन में और वही मंदिर में तीन हिस्से करना रहते हहे दो हिस्से भगवान को अर्पित करते हे और तीसरा हिस्सा खुद घर लाकर खाते हे घर वाले हिस्से में से किसी को प्रसाद नही देते बच्चो को भी नही। इसके साथ ही पूजा की थाली में 6 दिये (दीपक) रखने है, और उन 6 दिये में से 5 दिये मंदिर में प्रज्वलित करना है और बचा हुआ एक दिया अपने घर के दरवाजे के बाहर दाई तरफ प्रज्वलित करना है.अपनी मनोकामना बोल कर। सुबह-सुबह हम सभी को फलाहार लेना चाहिए और शाम को पशुपति नाथ जी की पूजा होने के पश्चात ही भोजन ग्रहण करना चाहिए।

लेकिन शाम को भोजन के पहले सभी को प्रसाद ग्रहण करना चाहिए, उसके बाद ही भोजन ग्रहण करना चाहिए. । 5 वे सोमवार पर उद्यापन किया जाता है

उद्यापन करने की विधि

5 वे सोमवार सुबह और शाम की पूजा उसी प्रकार से होती है जैसी 4 सोमवार में होती है बस 5 वे सोमवार को एक श्रीफल लेकर उसमे लाल मोली लपेट दे और 11 रु चढ़ा कर 108 कुछ भी चावल ,खड़ा मूंग ,बेलपत्र , या फूल आप भगवान शिव को अर्पित करे अपनी मनोकामना बोलकर ।।
