read a negative opinion on Renarin and now I need to throw something
#Advantage to Rlain: he gets forgotten about by people too much for them to write something negative about him#Maybe when I start going through the RoW and WaT reviews there will be more but he is safe for now#Unfortunately in WoR Renarin is in weird limbo#where he’s important enough to be around a lot#but he’s got too many secrets to get adequate character exploration#Therefore if you are not obsessed then you are much more likely to be a Shallan and think he’s just kinda whiny and weak#I wanna be mad but I can’t because he just objectively doesn’t have much to explain his actions and behaviour at this point#Aka people don’t know about the screaming sword.
