Literally someone else's anon asking the most casual conceivable question: Everyone should have a favorite poet!!

My social anxiety for no reason whatsoever: OH GOD OH NO WE WERE SUPPOSED TO CARE THAT MUCH OH NO WE CAN'T EVEN REMEMBER THE WORDS TO OUR FAVOURITE POEM AND IT'S A FUCKING HAIKU WE'RE GOING TO DIE

#automatic op tag #Sometimes you must take the howling and enraged kitten #And put it in an inescapable towel burrito #It does not like this and neither do you #But this is your nature as a witch #But also if you ask me my favourite poem what comes out is #Uhhhhhhh i dunno its a haiku like um #Not a basho haiku and it's about poppies as a metaphor for draft revision #Or maybe draft revision as a metaphor for poppies #You know how it is with haiku #You will note that this is 1) not a title 2) much longer than just reciting the haiku 3) much less effective than recitation would be #Lol I should start saying My Nature As A Witch again its such a weird translation choice #thank you based madoka #This derailed the panic attack btw so i'm doing great
