It’s been confirmed that there’s been multiple people who have ingested the wine and I’m dying at the thought of this but i’m 99999% sure that Hange is one of those people 

Especially emphasized by the closeup of their eyes as they say this…

And flashback to this ominous dude over here WATCHING Hange drink liquid. 

And of course I don’t think this immediately signals the end for Hange because my heart would explode but here’s my theory:

Zeke is obviously trying to persuade Levi to be on his side - and he’s failing miserably, but knowing Zeke he was most likely prepared for or expected to. I think Zeke planned to have Hange poisoned so that Levi would have no choice but to join in on whatever Zeke has planned. Because he knows that Levi won’t let him take away a person he cares about again.
