"Miracle Robot Force" Seeks Crowdfunding with New Theme Song
  The Miracle Robot Force project - a three-way collaboration between Eiken, Nippon Animation, and Wako Productions that seeks to usher the classic 1970's mecha TV anime UFO Warrior Dai Apolon, Chōgattai Majutsu Robo Ginguiser, Gasshin Sentai Mechander Robo, and Blocker Gundan 4 Machine Blaster into the modern era - soldiers onward with a new animation crowdfunding effort and a new theme song performed by Mitsuko Horie.
    The theme song is entitled "Youyaku! Miracle Robot Force" and it features lyrics by Nagae Kuwahara, composition by Chuumei Watanabe, and arrangement by Hiroaki Kagoshima. A short form version of the song is available for a limited time (until July 30, 2017) as part of the Miracle Robot Force crowd-funding efforts.

    The project seeks to raise 5,550,000 yen (about $50,000 US) to produce an animated music video featuring the Miracle Robot Force. If the crowd-funding goal is met, a 90 second anime music video featuring the talents of director Masami Ōbari, character designer Kazuhiro Ochi, and mechanical designer Masahiro Yamane will be produced.

  The latest effort in the Miracle Robot Force project - a 3-way collaboration between Eiken, Nippon Animation, and Wako Productions that updates a quarter of classic Seventies mecha TV anime for a modern audience - is a special "song collection" album that features an original song for the collaboration as well as the OP / ED themes of UFO Warrior Dai Apolon, Chōgattai Majutsu Robo Ginguiser, Gasshin Sentai Mechander Robo, and Blocker Gundan 4 Machine Blaster.
    The new song is entitled "Youyaku! Miracle Robot Force". It is performed by Mitsuko Horie and it features lyrics by Nagae Kuwahara, composition by Chuumei Watanabe, arrangement by Hiroaki Kagoshima. The jacket's album art is illustrated by Kazuhiro Ochi.
The "Miracle Robot Force Song Album" will be released in Japan on December 13, 2017. It retails for 3000 yen ($ US) plus tax and comes packaged with a DVD featuring the 1st episodes of UFO Warrior Dai Apolon, Chōgattai Majutsu Robo Ginguiser, Gasshin Sentai Mechander Robo, and Blocker Gundan 4 Machine Blaster as a bonus.

    So far, the first entry in the collaboration is a new key visual (above) that features the "Miracle Robot Force" drawn in a more modern style. An official web site (available here) and Twitter feed (@gin_machine_re) have also been published. The collaboration will run for approximately one year, so additional updates are expected in the future.
