Charles Oliveira takes UD over Michael Chandler.

An outcome no one expected. Do Bronx and Chandler got the distance. The first four rounds of this fight were all Oliveira. He out kickboxed, wrestled and grappled Chandler for a solid 20 minutes. Had him hurt a couple times. Was working over the back trying to get the RNC. But he was exhausted in the 5th. Chandler finally found some offense in the 5th. He landed a series of overhand lefts (?) after being forced to switch stances because of leg kicks. Had Oliveira rocked. Oliveira tried to crash into him for a takedown but ended up with his face to the canvas and Chandler on top of him. Chandler then proceeded to throw like 10 straight shots directly to the back of Oliveira's head. (Chandler is dirty as hell. He did that earlier in the fight too, as well as grabbing the cage, inside Do Bronx's gloves, and poking him in the eye). Oliveira somehow weathers all of that to reclaim guard and then push Chandler away. Chandler goes for one last desperation swing but is exhausted. As he missed Oliveira dives on the hips, gets Chandler's back and drags him down to hold out to the end of the fight.

You aint ever getting that mcgregor fight guy.

Viviane Araujo takes UD over Karine Silva

Thought Silva banked the first two rounds but apparently she did too cause she just stopped fighting in the 3rd. Silva came out looking to throw heat. After struggling with a mobile Araujo early, Silva finally is able to pressure her to the fence. There she is able to land some big shots that really seem to her Viviane. She proceeds to do the same in the 2nd except when Araujo gets taken down, she locks up an armbar attempt. After some manuevering, Silva manages to escape and tries the D'arce but no dice. Ends the round with Araujo on top. Silva spends most of the 3rd flopping to her butt at the slightest inconvenience and drops the decision. Shame a fun fight ends that way.

Marcus McGhee takes decision over Jonathan Martinez.

What an odd fight. McGhee got out to a big lead by leaping in behind big combos that seemed to have scared off Martinez from engaging. McGhee than settled into a pace of fighting on the edge of range, coming forward behind the jab. Martinez did a fine job of not getting hit too clean against a big puncher but just kind of followed for 8 minutes. Then Martinez remembered he's one of the best leg kickers in the sport and got kicked him to the lead leg. McGhee instantly started hurting and it allowed Martinez to get his offense going.

Then Martinez spent the 3rd round occasionally blasting McGhee with the outside leg kick (when McGhee would switch back to southpaw). But he showed no urgency to finish. Down two rounds, he's over there clinch wrestling on the cage.

Jim Miller submits Damon Jackson via guillotine in the 1st round!

Jim Miller becoming an old man and deciding that he's just going to finish guys as fast as he can has been fantastic. After some back and forth, Miller was starting to land with the left hand over the top. Jackson tries to shoot in and ends up being stalled out. Miller jumps the guillotine and gets the tap.

Marcin Tybura gets the 2nd round stoppage win over Jhonata Diniz.

Diniz insta-dropped Tybura in the opening of the first round. And then instantly went to the ground with him for no reason. Tybura managed to get underneath Diniz's legs and hit a sweep. Didn't do a ton from top position but he rode out and recovered for the rest of the 1st. In the 2nd, Tybura comes out aggressive. Gets the takedown and moves to mount. After some positioning, he drops a ton of elbows on Diniz. Opens him up with a cut to the bridge to the nose. When the bell rings, Diniz's corner has to come in and lift him off the ground. He gets up and is barely able to walk by himself.

The doc comes in and says that he's to far gone to continue after a minute so Herb Dean stops the fight. Honestly a fine stoppage. Probably could and should have been stopped earlier but it's MMA so you're going to get the benefit of the doubt if the bell is coming up.

What could have been a huge win for Diniz if he showed some patience turned into a massive setback and a concussion.
