Small delivery to Tyrinnis
A few hours after Lord Quinn’s departure from Lady Sylvante’s residence, a courier arrived. All he handed the woman was a small envelope in which she would find a letter and a thin square box, flat.
Dear Lady Sylvante,
Once more I must express my gratitude for the aid you offer me in this dire search. Words fail to convey how much hope you have managed to give me, and it is a flame I will not allow to die.
However, as a man who’s burdens are heavy I feel deeply for your own sorrows. Allow me to offer you a small comfort, a token of my sympathy in our shared understanding.
With this letter I am sending you a gift which I hope may offer you some comfort.
Sincerely,
Lord Nolan Godric Quinn
Within the small box, Tyrinnis will find an engraved platinum coin. At the side the single name “Lucas” carves the metal. (where memorial is on the image)
A single hole punched at the top allows the coin to be worn around a neck if not kept nearby in other means.

Dear Lady Arbiter Sylvante
I’ve been told that’s the best way to address you -- if I’m way off, please do let me know! I can be a bit of a dolyak in a glassworks when it comes to proper protocol.
That said, I’m beyond thrilled that I’ll be working with you on a voice lesson! It doesn’t matter if you’re inexperienced or a lovely vocalist already -- I promise we’ll have a grand time and that you’ll walk away knowing something new.
What would be easiest? I’m happy to come to you, and after such a generous donation, that’s the very least I can do. All we’ll need is a corner or room where you feel comfortable and inspired, some water to sip now and again, and no distractions. If it’s carpeted and has some art or fabric on the walls to soak up the echo, all the better.
Truth be told, though, I’ve practiced everywhere from a Lion’s Arch tavern to a Seraph encampment to the top of a Reach roof. Music’s everywhere, and so’s the will to sing it.
Well, you just let me know, and I’m at your disposal. Looking forward to it!
Regards, Polly West

"Tyrinnis,
Would it be illegal for me to start selling my sperm? Maybe I can start a business. Bastards LLC, what do you think? What kind of permit would that need? Can I be naked in my own shop window? Do I jerk off on display? No tea to discuss it. Attached is how I feel about tea dates.
Fernand "

Smash or Pass: Tyrinnis/Carter
“Certainly pleasing on the eyes, that one. I wouldn’t object to the idea if anonymity wasn’t a concern. The arbiter would make for a hell of a conquest, but tempting as it may be to try to climb that mountain, I’ll have to pass. I can’t afford to tangle with some one of that much conviction, or with some one as connected to law enforcement as she is.

A father’s Quest
He’d ran after he read the missive with the news, even when his lungs ached and he struggled to catch his breath, he ran. Nolan had hurried to the Ministry to see her who’s words it had been in that fateful letter and hope burned in the Lord’s heart when he had come bursting up the slope. Others were there but he had but a single thing on his mind: his children.
One she had found, one she could reach out to on his behalf. Nolan had never experienced something like this. He had known love and loss, he had experienced anger and frustration. But not ever had he felt like the floor under his feet ceased to exist while he simply floated, suspended in the moment where the news was sinking in. Now he knew he had a son and Gods have mercy that he would also want to know his father as much as he wanted to know him.
In his elation Nolan reacted with an unrestrained exuberance to express the gratitude he felt. And even now, as he paced circles around his desk, he did not regret it. He had tasted her lips and relished the simplicity of having her near, a peaceful sleep was something he had not known for too long. But now that she had left and the estate had returned to its normal state where he felt the weight of his own nerves, he failed to rest.
Tracing his own steps over and over like a caged beast while he awaited the news of her travels. The news that would tell him whether or not he was finally going to meet the son that had been taken from him. The child born from a love that even three decades later refused to die. Anxiety gnawed at him and as day once more turned to night he found that he could not sleep, the bed now too large for a man alone with his thoughts and hopes.
Time was a device of torture as the minutes ticked away and felt like hours. Still he failed to commit his attention to anything but the fantasies unfurling in his mind where he would finally embrace the man his son must have grown into. Without him, without his mother. Another thought that stung and pierced his heart, another one he forced aside in favour of the elation that they still had a future. If he was permitted the chance he would do everything in his power to make up for the many years lost.
Weary from the whirlwind he had been caught in ever since Tyrinnis’ letter had arrived Nolan sank into his chair and pulled an old journal closer to himself. Turning to the first empty page the lord picked up his pen and started writing.
My dearly missed Helen.
How I wish you were here with me now to await the possible return of our child, our son. I wish for nothing more than being able to share the reunion with you, his mother. To finally take away the pain that you carried until your final breath and undo the injustice that you suffered simply for having lost your heart to the wrong person. Me.
I promise you I will do everything I can to find them both and to bring together the remnants of the family we have never been permitted to have. And they will know you even if they never were fortunate enough to be held in your arms. They will know how deeply you loved them both from the moment you knew they grew within your womb where you felt them stir to life. The smiles of pure joy I have witnessed will be shared with our children, I promise you Helen that finally they will come home. And if not to us then at least to me.
If only I could turn back time and undo the last thirty years, change the course of all our fates to bring us the happiness we deserved.
Since it is not within my power and this regret will be part of me for the rest of my days I am however looking forward now. Without you I had forgotten how to look for the silver lining and the positive even when all seems lost, that was always your strength and not mine. We did not have a happy ending but perhaps a happy beginning might be the way forward to make the best of what remains me. Our children.
Gods, I hope I can do this without you.
Always and forever
Your Nolan
He leaned back once more and allowed the memories to consume him, drifting back in time where she was eternally young and beautiful.

Tyrinnis walked in her usual ebon robes, an embroidered heavy cloth that covered her from neck to toe. Noticing the man, she offered a kind smile, the accented coo lifted to greet him with nothing but a pleasant demeanor. “You look a little lost, can I be of assistance?”
Thomas paused before turning to look at the woman, offering a polite smile before holding up a piece of paper with an address on it. “That would be most kind of you, Miss. I was looking for this shop. It’s a specialized book store. Perhaps you might know where it is?”

Tyrinnis: "What are your plans for the weekend, Minister Nikolaev?"
“Well,” he paused, his back facing her, tapping the edges of a stack of papers along the desk to straighten them before they were plopped into a folder. “That answer varies. Hopefully this one will be used for making plans for different activities, personal or otherwise. From checking in, to wedding plans,” he shoved the files into a wooden cabinet, all neatly lining the inside. Turning to regard her finally, he had a grin that faltered as his gaze lowered in thought. “Or...well, I just hope it goes smoothly. If not, I might be asking for help,” he left it at that as he cleared his throat and inquired swiftly, “yourself, Arbiter?”

💭Tyrinnis
Each palm traipsed its way up the generously proportioned frame until his all-eclipsing digits found their way to her throat. Seemingly affectionate in nature, the callused pads of his thumbs climbed the ridges of her trachea. Gilded aurums watched as yet another softened smile began to scrawl across her lips. It was neither opinion nor justification now, but the impulse of months’ plea which compelled him. The webbing ‘tween each digit tensed, her throat soon compressed beneath a swift, firm caress of his thumbs before an abrupt lean saw the entirety of his weight pitched forth, thus severing the fly into her airways entirely. He fully intended to watch her smile dim for the last time.

Lady Shade - Lydia Barakov, a very dangerous sort of young woman always and forever questioning what is and isn’t moral.
Eliza Sumners - A very opinionated archaeologist that prefers digging in the dirt more than anything else. Always looking for adventures and sponsors to have to socialize with while she explores the world.
Katja Novak - A handmaiden to Lady Van Buren’s household. Hopeless romantic, botanist, chocolate truffle lover, and friendly spirit.
