Frustrated with exposing abusive neighbors.
Since 2013, me and my family experienced constant harassment from our former neighbors and their classmates. I shared my police reports, the damage made to our house and exposed what these people do on their social media since the police did not help either identify Carolyn Hoard and her siblingsâ friends (Dazjah Williams and Demonte Williams). I tried exposing Conswala Williams allowing her children to harass us and joined in harassing us with her children. That their friend Nicholas Anthony Stewart was stalking this blog. That did not bring the help and support I want.
I do not want these people to go unpunished. Carolyn Hoard, Dazjah Williams, Demonte Williams, Jeremiah Williams, Conswala Williams, Gregory Armstrong, Daquez Johnson, Jarod Williams. To the tenants who tried to murder my relatives, harassed us viciously nonstop since you were here, taunted us, made machine gun noises when we were outside, having your friends walk on our lawn and in our backyard, asking your friends to harass us, making death threats that you acted upon and ruined my motherâs home, you did not win. Steven Matthews, Morgan Heron, Marcus A. Butler, Nicholas A. Stewart, Tyerell Brady, Tyrel Brown, Jeda Clark, Madison Jackson, Nicholas A. Stewart and many other people that were involved with harassing/stalking us has yet to be arrested. I told the police I found these people online, but that did not help.
As a serious question, does individual cared for , that Jarod Demon Williams confessing his pitbull killed other dogs: https://www.instagram.com/p/BpiI7o5Aosv/
That you, your relatives and friends all post disturbing content online, including the now deceased, that you lied to the Police that you did not make death threats or that you did not own weapons (which is a blatant lie. The guns are NOT props): Marcus Butler changed his Facebook to his name below.
And far too often I found evidence of death threats from these people, which I know are all serious:
Obviously no user I encountered or tried to interview cared. No the news stations, the people I asked online to speak to me, not @pbstvâ not Boyce Watkins or these pseudo activists who claim to care for all African American lives. I want to continue the fight for justice, and arrest these people at last. If the user wants to support these people despite all that I have in the past and this year, you deserve to be deceived. This is additional evidence of what you will be supporting:

Suicide recorded on cellphone sends Utah man to prison
Suicide recorded on cellphone sends Utah man to prison Suicide recorded on cellphone sends Utah man to prison https://ift.tt/eA8V8J
PROVO, Utah â A Utah man who helped a teenager kill herself and filmed the act to fulfil what prosecutors called a fascination with death was sentenced Friday to at least five years and up to life in prison.
Tyerell Joe Przybycien, 19, apologized to the girlâs family, saying what he did âdoesnât deserve pity,â the Deseret News reported.
//<![CDATA[ ( function() { pnLoadVideo( "videos", "l7-gFwwH4xc", "pn_video_51740", "", "", {"controls":1,"autoplay":0,"is_mobile":""} ); } )(); //]]>
The girlâs mother, Sue Bryan, condemned Przybycien as a âsociopathâ who researched the fatal hanging ahead of time by carefully measuring rope, nooses and trees.
âThere are no words to describe the nightmare that I endure,â Bryan said. âEvery day I wake up and have to live the horror of her death over and over.â
Jchandra Brown, 16, was a cheerleader with blue streaks in her hair who loved playing with her young nephews and had been making prom plans before she hung herself in a canyon south of Salt Lake City in May 2017, Bryan said.
âShe was an anxious downcast teenager trying to find her place in the world,â said prosecutor Chad Grunander. Her former high school classmate was âthe worst person for her in this trying time of her life.â
At one point, Przybycien told a friend that helping her kill herself would be âlike getting away with murder,â prosecutors have said.
His grandfather, Larry Przybycien, painted a different picture of him, saying heâd been kind to people over the years, including those with disabilities, and his family wanted him to come home, the Salt Lake Tribune reported.
The young manâs use of alcohol and drugs combined with his developing teen brain, led to âpoor decisions,â defence attorney Gregory Stewart said. Przybycien had just turned 18 at the time when Brown killed herself.
//<![CDATA[ ( function() { pnLoadVideo( "videos", "OykRFN0c27Y", "pn_video_941440", "", "", {"controls":1,"autoplay":0,"is_mobile":""} ); } )(); //]]>
Her body was found by a turkey hunter alongside a cellphone with the video Przybycien made of her passing out and dying. The recording showed him occasionally calling out to her as she inhaled compressed air and stepped off a platform, but not stopping her or trying to help.
Przybycien showed up at the scene crying while detectives were investigating.
His lawyers argued against a murder charge in the case, saying suicide notes in her handwriting showed she made her own decision. Judge James Brady disagreed and let the charge stand.
Przybycien eventually pleaded guilty to child abuse homicide in an agreement with prosecutors. He also pleaded guilty to reduced charges after child pornography was found on his phone during the investigation into Brownâs death. He will serve up to five years in that case, though that time will run concurrent with the sentence in Brownâs death.
In Utah, judges hand down indefinite sentences and a parole board decides when inmates are released.
The case carried echoes of a young Massachusetts woman, Michelle Carter, who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter last year for encouraging her suicidal boyfriend to kill himself in dozens of text messages when she was a teenager.

A Utah teen helped his friend plan her suicide, tied the noose, and even filmed her do it â now he'll stand trial for murder
An 18-year-old Utah man is facing first-degree murder charges over helping his friend plan and carry out her suicide.
A judge ruled that Tyerell Przybycien cannot "escape criminal responsibility" merely because his friend was suicidal.
Przybycien's lawyers have argued that Jchandra Brown's suicide was caused by her actions alone, not Przybycien's.
The case echoes that of Michelle Carter, the 20-year-old woman recently convicted of involuntary manslaughter for urging her friend to kill himself.
A Utah teenager will stand trial for first-degree murder after he allegedly bought his 16-year-old friend a rope, drove her to a remote location, tied a noose to a tree, and filmed her suicide.
Utah County district court Judge James Brady ruled that it was "reasonable to infer" that 18-year-old Tyerell Przybycien intended to cause the death of his friend, Jchandra Brown. Were it not for Przybycien's actions, Brady said, Brown would still be alive.
Brady wrote in a 16-page ruling that Przybycien cannot "escape criminal responsibility" merely because Brown was suicidal, and that his involvement "meets the elements of murder."
"Encouraging and helping to facilitate the suicide of an impressionable minor who could have benefited from support, counseling or therapy is completely lacking of social value," Brady wrote.
Przybycien is also charged with failure to report a dead body, a third-degree felony, the Daily Herald reported.
Prosecutors alleged in court documents that Przybycien picked up Brown from work on May 5, bought her a rope and industrial-strength aerosol air duster, and drove her to Maple Lake, south of Provo, Utah.
Przybycien reportedly told police that once the pair arrived at the scene, he tied the rope to a tree to create a noose, as Brown did not know how to tie one.
He also said that he filmed Brown as she stepped onto a pedestal, inhaled the air duster until she lost consciousness, and then fell off the pedestal, hanging herself. He continued to film her for roughly 10 minutes afterward.
"Her putting the noose around her neck, stepping onto the pedestal, and inhaling the compressed air so she passed out and slipped from the pedestal caused her death," Przybycien's attorney Gregory Stewart told the Washington Post. "These intervening acts, we argue, and not Tyerell's actions, caused her death."
The case echoes that of Michelle Carter, the 20-year-old woman who was sentenced in August to 15 months in jail after she repeatedly urged her friend Conrad Roy III to kill himself.
But Carter's and Pryzybycien's cases differ in several key ways. For instance, Carter was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter, not murder, and Carter had not been physically present when she pressed Roy to kill himself, instead communicating with him solely through texts and phone calls.
But the Carter decision was widely expected to establish precedent in instances where people face criminal charges for instructing others to kill themselves. Many legal experts were shocked by the guilty verdict in her case, and criticized the ruling for essentially determining that Carter's words were lethal to Roy, rather than his own suicidal actions and intent.

December 1, 2019 | 31 days in this year.
Salutation to my blog, and I express my thanks to the individual reading. My reason for my absence is solely for the variety of tasks being balanced at once.
I am typing to inform I delayed my video involving Nicholas Stewart, but the project will be on YouTube soon. I am sharing a new blog post discussing this neighbor disturbing actions toward my relatives and I, from the stalking my blog (Nicholas is supposed to be a twenty-eight year old male watching us from his motherâs residence mind you) to informing libelous comments to individuals in this subdivision, such as the boys who washed his vehicle in 2017 to a Dennis Allen Jr. the same slanderous spirit as Carolyn Hoard and her siblings has done. I have cogitated at times why does Stewart and Hoard/Demonte/Dazjahâs friends do this, despite being outside of our residence knowing that I can hear you.
The future blog posts regarding this âcommunityâ will also be on these topics:
†Carolyn Nicole Hoard being arrested on June 30, 2019 for aggravated assault and according to some sources party to a crime ( To be guilty as a party to a crime as an aider or abettor, a defendant must be an accessory before the fact.; âAidâ means to give help or assistance while âabetâ means to encourage, incite, or help.) †The many incidents that were caught on camera in this subdivision, from a teenage boy stealing a package in daylight to more teenagers stealing mail from the mailboxes of neighbors. I have mentioned in my past blog posts where that a problem involving mailbox vandalism and suspected theft was happening in Lakes of Kilkenny, but now evidence is available to prove my claims. †The video with our Police reports, with Hoard and her friends/relatives booking information provided in the video. I will ensure those arrests do not ever leave the internet, as citizens must be aware of individuals who have connections with gang members such as Duct Tape Entertainment or Gangsterâs Disciples confirmed by DeKalb County Police and shared on the news.
â There are additional topics that I have wanted to publish to Tumblr since 2015, but the time was delayed to focus on sewage level waste. I will share many topics in the future that I desire to share with any viewer wanting to read my thoughts, such as Black Wall Street and the importance of generational wealth, the important of protecting your community or the power of the useful tools these gadgets have to offer for protection.
I express infinite thanks to the reader, may your days be filled with peace, nurturing and love.

2018: Recollection of Events.
Greetings to my Journal, as three hours count down currently the time has arrived to document my progress and growth as a woman this year.
â The journey in 2018 has struck me with such an incalculable amount of pain and terror, that has me want to lay on the mattress, retire and rest completely. I am aware that the Creator does not love me, but to have me endure the hell on this planet has me question whether accountability will be held since the spirits in the Heavens know of our fate before mankind does.
â My goal was to continue the path of amelioration to my mind and speech, while saving money to help with legal situations and finding unique options to promote our story. I saved up a sufficient amount of funds to help me make an excursion to the Police Station to purchase my Police Incident Reports, so I can share online for the public to see. To not my surprise, there is information missing from our reports, such as names, vehicles and witness statements such as mine. My future video will discuss more details on the reports, including a Blog posts that will be shared to numerous sites.
â With only by Godâs grace and my siblingâs constant prayers, we were able to obtain the names of Carolyn Hoard, her friends and her ugly brotherâs friends: Nicholas Anthony Stewart, Morgan Theresa Heron, Nuru Tinch, Tyrel âDukieyâ Brown, Terrell King, Marcus Alan Butler, Tyerell Brady, Madison Jackson and many more that has been shared to numerous locations by now. Since the lack of help from the Dekalb County East Precinct has caused us to not identify Carolyn and Demonteâs company (the Officers refused to see our complaints more than âneighbor disputesâ and began accusing us of making false reports), I and my relatives worked effortlessly to learn their names and address, which we have by only the help of God.
â This ordeal was a tedious and tiresome experience, and I question to this day why did me and my relatives had to encounter these disgusting undesirables who are blinded by their own arrogance, their cowardice hiding by gang members and foolishness to where they think they are blessed. The situation with the neighbors Nicholas befriended are no different, with the younger tenants fighting in the street, littering, speaking excessive vulgarity on a daily regime, trespassing on either our property or the neighborâs lawn, throwing rocks, playing with a BB gun (and cowardly lying when caught) and who is certain of what else. â The people we meet in our journey in this world is no coincidence, so I ask again what is the reason we had to meet them, and why would God allow our paths to meet. Since I am aware my questions are met with closed ears, but I can express a miniscule amount of glee that I have many of their friends names now, as my relatives have heard Carolyn Hoard say in 2014 that âwe donât know anythingâ or that she will not ever be arrested.Â
â Despite if that individualâs words are true, you can not deny now your relatives were not involved with harassing us since our Police reports with your brothers name is on the internet now, and the 911 calls mentioning your names. If I am not able to spark national awareness, hopefully if you make the news via arrest, accident or âfameâ my Blog posts and videos that are on various sites appear in the top searches. Your undeserved freedom has a limit, either by manâs judgement or Godâs judgement as your friends that are now gone. I do not wish harm on you as you and your hideous company has, but their deaths and the car accidents are no coincidence to people who believe in Godâs wrath or Karma. To add, I question why you, Nicholas Stewart or your other company spies on my accounts when you claim to hate us, yet would amusingly block like Heron and Butler if I knew yours. A wise individual will keep their distance from what they hate, yet you disturbing individuals have yet to end old habits like when you were caught in our backyard.
â To transition to a mentally stimulating thought, I have increased my vocabulary to learn words such as garrulous or subjugate. I discovered The Midnight and other forms of beautiful music that provides a miniscule of relaxation to the mind. I retain my reminder each day that I have much more to learn, and to not deceive myself that I know all knowledge.
â With the amount of stress that this body and mind has received, I do not have more information to type and share. I am grateful by a infinite level that we did obtain this helpful information regarding these criminals, but I among my relatives question will we or the people who have experienced burglary involving these criminals receive real justice? Will Dekalb County Police be investigated since we did not receive protection nor the individuals who have encountered conflict in Lithonia? I type the questions, yet I wait to this day for answers. Perhaps if I can receive a larger audience compared to the small percentage of people who messaged stating they believe me, we will have their faces all on the media one day in the future.

October 7, 2018 | New recording being shared soon.
I greet each visitor that is reading my post, I share a screenshot of an email from October 4, 2018/Thursday. I express infinite thanks to the respondent from the Open Records Division, as the employee helped me obtain a call from October 7, 2015, which is three years from this day. I will share the audio file and transcript in the future, but will provide a preview of the transcript provided from the Records Division.
The call was from 8:52 p.m. when a relative called 911 to ask for help against Carolyn Hoard and her friends (possibly Steven Matthews and Tyerell Brady) were driving near our residence honking the horn, shouting incoherent comments and parking near our house watching us. The information registered on the vehicle matches Stevenâs relative, Tammy Harris.
Click to see the picture larger:Â https://imgur.com/4Zn2YhG
Despite with all of this evidence, why is there are no arrests yet? This incident is one of many that we reported to the Police to add to our cases, since Carolyn, her friends from School and her relatives were stalking and harassing us before and after moving to Asbury Way. Interestingly, the same situation occurred the Friday evening October 5, 2018, which will also be uploaded soon. The voice of the male sounds similar to Demonte Williams, but the reader can determine that themselves. I give my gratitude to any individual who has read and shared my content, please be patient for all of the content to be shared. Carlos Quinton Person 1973 - 1989
Salutation to each individual reading, here I will discuss my older brother Carlos Quinton Person. Carlos Person was only sixteen when he was robbed, attacked and murdered on July 17, 1989 and the criminals have yet to be caught to this day. The Officer assigned to Carlos case did not document all of the important information required for the case report. That individual has yet to be punished for his actions of not assisting my mother when she lost her eldest son.
My reason for sharing my siblingâs story is that there are no reports of his murder or life online, so I chose to bring awareness to a young boy who was denied his dreams to be either an athlete or a model because of uncivilised scum who cowardly attacked a teenage boy sitting in his car. The second reason that I share is that his case is vastly similar to what me and my relatives are experiencing now: injustice from DeKalb County and the DeKalb County Police Department. The harassment involving Carolyn Hoard and her relatives (Jeremiah Williams, Daquez Johnson, Jarod Demon Williams, Dazjah Williams and Conswala Kiprina Williams) and some of their friends (e.g. Devin Eason, Deteroria Weaver, Dyreese Hickman, Steven Matthews, Morgan/Juiicy, Marcus Butler, Tyerell Brady, Nicholas S.) was not properly handled, reprimanded and punished, and thus resulted in these uncivilised degenerates walking free despite the numerous evidence that we have. Our case reports were not documented properly according from a phone call to Sergeant Herndon at the East Precinct in 2017, and who childishly tried to blame my sister that these people have yet to be arrested when his Officers did not respond to our calls on time (or could collect the shell casings that were literally at their feet upon arrival). Why was Carlos taken from us, when these criminals will not ever benefit life or the community I question. What reason did Demonte and Dyreese and so many criminals that plague this Earth survive their wounds, when they refuse to change nor care for a honest, righteous life? Carlos was a good child who followed the law, was not ever arrested and was a amicable boy who cared immensely for his family, yet he was violently murdered for no logical reason.
Carlos has yet to receive justice, and we have yet to receive justice for the reason of DeKalb County constantly failing us. If the reader has reached this sentence, I beg you to please share this post and my other posts in hopes that our pain and our cases will be investigated and finally receive help. Justice for Carlos Person, or justice for me and my relatives. If you Carolyn or any of your friends/relatives mock my familyâs loss, please remember that #nocap and nefarious life you all live brings you closer to Hell.Â

Final Preview: Incidents from May and June 2015.
vimeo
I greet every visitor to my Blog, here I share is my final preview of what I will be discussing in my complete video. The four video samples consist of:
Carolyn Hoardâs friends speak of an incident that occurred on May 9, 2015 and mock a no trespass sign a relative created. This girl among many of Carolynâs friend would constantly speak of rumors and fabricated stories each time they pass our home, and have done so to this day of 2018.
The second video is of the May 9 incident, where Carolyn asked her friend to park in our driveway, so she can exit and ambulate across the street (Carolyn walking to the house is visible in the video as proof.)
The third video is where Carolyn, her sibling Demonte Williams, Steven Matthews, Tyerell Brady, Amber were seen this day on May 8, only to later poorly toss a childâs small basketball in the street. The group was intentionally throwing the ball to our lawn, so they would trespass, and when the ball was confiscated the group reacted by making taunts.
The final preview is of May 23, 2015, where Carolyn, Demonte and their friend Tyrel Brown was mocking my relative who was only relaxing on the porch. The evidence of Carolyn calling my relative a rapist is also present in the video, and despite that we have reported this girl of her slander and harassment, no action was done.
I express my thanks to the individual who provided the time to listen to the videos on my Blog and read my posts. I ask to please share and help our story be noticed in the media.
