Art Deco Highschool 🏫👩🏼‍🏫🎒

My goal with this build was to use some of the bright swatches from the pack, and build a high school which is spacious for easy routing and has minimal clutter objects to improve the lag. So far it's done the job 🤞🏼

The downstairs floor has all the basics, the upstairs floor is empty with room to add activities etc.

Caaaause I still do. It's potentially an issue, but hey, we all have our hyperfixations in this community right?

It's been my years long passion now to recreate that universe in the Sims 4. I had first made sure to get everything from it in TS2 to a degree I was happy with, hence my main picture here with my simself in the House of Fallen Trees.

But the new addition of Life and Death has really invigorated that want since it seems made for that Sims story and especially the Tricous in general. So, I've been updating my old af builds.

So yeah, here's the original TS1 Goth house in F&R by @whattheskell vs my remake in TS4. I used to have a few more conversions from 2 that I've lost over the years, but aside from the glaring white trim on the windows I don't think it's too bad!

Inside I'm mostly finished, I think I just have Cassandra's room left. Then the graveyard out back needs to be updated with the new pack stuff. And then I can finally move on to my beloved, The House of Fallen Trees 🥰

San Myshuno University

The time has finally come... my first installment into my psychotic plan to transform San Myshuno. Welcome to San Myshuno University Central Campus!! Located in the Meadows District of the city lies it's oldest University Campus. It's separated by 3 distinct halls by influential alumni's: Inna Hall, Goth Hall, and Lobo Hall.

Inna Hall is the central hub for students to listen to lectures, read or study for classes, grab a much needed late night coffee, or lounge with friends after a long day of classes.

Goth Hall has been recently renovated with a dining hall, engineering labs, and a computer lab.

Lobo Hall is where classes are mostly held. It features a variety of classrooms for different majors.

This is a cc free 64x64 Ubrite Commons lot. I did use a ton of packs but tried my best to use packs I think most people had!

This set reminds me of my first released Plant Home set, except in this one was really handmade. Super proud of that by the way, it really shows how far I've advanced (?) in making CC. The reason of this is a thank you to 300 followers, it's very nice to experience the growth so thank you for supporting me and seeing me create better things.

I know it's a bit weird to have early access a week before the month ends, and eventually, I'll begin releasing earlier. It's just that life got busy in the beginning of the month but I'll try to prepare a bit better to release things at a reasonable time.
