---
Monza held a special place in the heart of your husband, in yours and in anyone that was a part of the Vettel family.
Sebastian had proven his worth, winning his and Toro Rosso's first ever Grand Prix in Monza during the 2008 season.
It was no different when he moved to Red Bull from Toro Rosso, his era of dominance brought him win after win and two of which were in Monza; the home of Ferrari.
Ever since that first win, Sebastian held a special love for Monza, as did you. There's something magical about the place; it might be the atmosphere or the fans but it has always been good to you and Seb. Whatever it was, it was nothing if not remarkable every single time.
The Tifosi held their drivers to the highest of standards, some would say next to God. Something happens to Italy when motorsport comes to town; everything changes and every single person you meet is so passionate. They live and breathe for Ferrari, they'd die for their drivers if it meant they could see them on that top step.
When Sebastian moved from Red Bull to Ferrari, he counted down the days to Monza.
It had always been his dream to drive with the red team, just as his childhood hero and friend, Michael, had done. Sebastian's first year with Ferrari was the epitome of picture perfect.
Despite coming in P2 behind Lewis and Mercedes, being on the podium at home for Ferrari meant everything to the German driver. This wasn't the first time he had gotten on podium for Ferrari, in fact he had already won twice with them that season; in Malaysia and then again in Hungary.
Monza was different; magical, special. There was something in the air, the energy was indescribable. Sebastian grinned, waving to the team from the second step.
You smiled, watching as your fiancé at the time hummed along to the Italian anthem, a country he quickly counted as his second home.
Sebastian was the king of the world that day, even though he hadn't won.
He had returned to the garage with the biggest grin on his face, trophy in one hand and the bottle of champagne in the other. He passed them over to his engineer, making a beeline for you. The man's covered in champagne and sweat and confetti, and he smells like gasoline and engine oil but he picks you up, squeezing you tightly.
You remember telling him how much you loved him and how proud of him you were. Sebastian responded with a kiss, you can taste the champagne; a familiar taste that slowly became more scarce as his days with Ferrari went on.
Unfortunately, things took a bit of a downwards dip for Sebastian after that. He was hungry to win, he was constantly in a fight for the championship every year and it was killing him that he wasn't there yet. Yes, he had won races with them and broken every record he could possibly break but if he couldn't achieve the one thing he really set out to do, the one thing he had always dreamt about, then what was the point?
Monza seemed to always have Sebastian in its grasp, tricking him as the years went on. He almost always was there, he could reach out and touch the win and yet, it slipped through his fingers. Winning in Monza meant more to a Ferrari driver than winning in Monaco would - unless you were born and raised there like Sebastian's teammate, Charles.
You were the king of the world if you won there; your name written in the history books from now until the end of time.
Sebastian longed for his name to be in the book of the greats; Sebastian Vettel, Monza race winner.
A dream that slipped through his fingers as did his hope of winning the championship with Ferrari.
After coming in P2 in 2015, things just kept getting further and further from the finish line for him. P3 in 2016 and 2017, P4 in 2018 and last year was the final shove before the cherry on top this year; P13 while his new teammate, Charles, stood on the top step as race winner, basking in the magic that is Monza.
He was happy for him, beyond happy actually and any win for the team was great but oh how he wished that was him.
Now you're back in Monza, the season had been delayed due to the pandemic and this was the first race you had been able to join him for all season. It was weird being there with the track empty; just the teams and the occasional celebrity guest that was rich enough to pay their way in.
The car has been giving Sebastian a hard time all weekend, practice was shit and he placed P17 in qualifying. It wasn't a good weekend for your husband.
"Be good," you told him while he was getting ready for the race. Sebastian nods, a witty remark about him always being a good boy slipped past his lips and you waved him off, your cheeks red as you walked back to the garage.
Watching him start from the back of the grid was breaking your heart, you knew he could manage much more than that but it's the stupid car that was giving him trouble.
He barely got a grip on the car before he drove off and into the blocks that were in the run off area. Your brows furrowed as you watched him speed through the blocks, his voice coming through the headphone - "brakes failed."
Your heart drops, eyes fixed on the screen as Seb pulls the car into the corner as best as he can without disrupting the race. He finds his way back to the garage after the marshals come for his car, Sebastian gives your hand a squeeze as he passes through and into the back hallway to his driver's room. You figured you'd give him space to cool off and you stayed in the garage to watch a bit more of the race.
It was barely 20 laps later that you saw the other Ferrari slide into the wall. To no fault of Charles, the car had understeer which caused him to lose the back half and send him into the wall. You stood there, waiting to hear if Charles spoke before you took your headphones off.
Once you hear that he's okay, you step out of the garage and make your way to your husband's driver room. You knock on the door, peeking in before he answers.
Sebastian gives you a sad smile, you can feel your heart breaking as you step in and shut the door behind you. He's sitting on the bench and you walk over, joining him.
"Charles is coming in."
"What? The race isn't over, is it?" Sebastian looks over at you before glancing out the window. You shook your head, "it's a red flag now, Charles' car has understeer, went into the wall."
"Is he okay?" He asks and you nod, "he's a little shaken up but he'll be okay."
Your hand finds your husband's, interlocking fingers. "I always admire that even when you're going through it, you still look out for others."
"I know what it's like to be in his position, it's tough."
You hum, glancing down at the racing boots that were tossed to the side, Seb's sock clad feet slide back and forth over the floor. "You know what happened today wasn't your fault, Sebastian. It was mechanical."
He's quiet for a bit, nodding at your words. "I don't know how much more of this I can take, baby."
You look over at the man, "of Ferrari or of racing?"
"Both," he answers truthfully.
Sebastian and Ferrari had come to a mutual agreement - a publicity term - that they would not be renewing his contract. You weren't opposed to it, you knew it was killing your husband to go but if Sebastian was good at one thing, it was that he knew when it was time to go, he had to go. He wanted to win with them, you think a part of him still held a tiny sliver of hope that he would find his way back to the top step as champion of the world but he also knew being there was killing him.
Mentally, physically, emotionally; he couldn't bear the pressure of staying there any longer.
"It's just a few more races, love. You can do it."
He nods, "I know but.." "Don't even go there," you tell him, shifting to face him. One of your legs hanging off the bench as the other folded in front of you.
"Monza's special, you know that." He says, "I just.. I feel like I failed." He sighs, his head hung and if your heart wasn't already broken, it was broken now.
It was days like today that made you hate the team that your husband so dearly loved.
"You didn't fail, you never failed them, Sebastian." You squeezed his hand, the man looked up at you. Your free hand comes up to cup his jaw, your thumb rubbing over the few days old stubble on his cheek. "If anything, they failed you."
"You have the talent and the skill, and the drive to win and to be a champion; it's them, babe. They couldn't give you a car that was worthy of you, you can't blame yourself for that." You look at your husband and the man sighs again.
"I should have been able to, though. Been able to get the best out of the car."
You scoffed, rolling your eyes. "Seb, c'mon. Be for real right now, it's their shitty ass car, it's not your fault. You know Lewis's car is basically a rocket ship, plus it's not like your strategies are A1 over here."
Seb tosses you a glance, a look of disapproval on his face. "You're so not helping right now, darling."
You raise your hands in surrender and your husband smiles - his first genuine smile all weekend. You smile back, holding his face again. "I love you, Sebastian."
"I know," he grins and you shake your head, laughing. "This is usually the point where you say I love you back."
"Oh, sorry." he chuckled, "I love you, y/n."
You smile, leaning in to give him a kiss. "Good, now come on. You need to get dressed, go check on your teammate," you patted his thigh, getting up to find a shirt for the man. In the meantime, Seb pulled off his race suit and fire proofs, slipping on a pair of shorts.
"Do I really have to go?" He sits on the bench again, shifting to lay down, his arms tucked behind his head. You roll your eyes, looking through the small cabinet off to the side. "Yes, you know they'll make you out to be a villain if you don't."
"And if I wanna be a villain ?" He asks, looking over at you.
You sigh, tossing the shirt at him, "Sebastian, don't start with me right now."
The man laughs, dropping the shirt on the bench before standing up. Sebastian grabs your hand, pulling you flush against his chest. "Ew," you fake a gag, "you're sweaty."
He smiles, ignoring your comment. "I don't know what I'd do without you, I can't thank you enough for being here for me all these years."
Your hand rests on his jaw, giving him a kiss before smiling at him. "You don't need to thank me, I would do it all over again in a heartbeat but.. if you do wanna thank me, you can buy that purse I liked."
"Show me when we get back, you can take my card and order it."
"I was joking," you look at him, and Seb shrugs. "It's the least I can do to thank you for being the perfect wife."
"It's easy to do when I have the perfect husband," you smile, kissing him again. There's a knock on the door, causing you both to look in the direction of it.
"When the two of you are done being perfect, you're needed for press, Sebastian." Britt's voice from the other side of the door, making you both laugh.
Seb gives you one last kiss before grabbing his shirt, "I'm coming!" He calls to her, pulling it on. He was on his way out but you stopped him, grabbing his hand.
He turns back, looking at you as he waits to see what you wanted. "I'm proud of you, no matter what," you tell him.
Seb nods, smiling at you. "I love you."

high school sweethearts ʚ♡ɞ han jisung
han jisung x reader. genre — fluff. about — in which you and han jisung are polar opposites. note — wrote this to motivate my han biased friend to do her fucking assignment. @ariesfiey love u. also this is set in malaysia!!!
han jisung is insufferable.
for one, he doesn't know how to shut his mouth up. he babbles and babbles, to the point where you'd feel like plastering his mouth together. he chirps every morning he walks into class, all toothy-smiled. it makes you sick. how could someone be so handsome happy to go to class?
he greets everyone a good morning — in a sing-song tone specially for you. every morning you'd give him the same response. something along the lines of: "my morning is ruined because of you." he never takes offense — simply sticks his tongue out at you and skips away.
he won't stop bothering you. he bothers you for answers of yesterday's mathematics homework, to back him up for being tardy, to let him copy off you for that one important malay language test. jisung asks you all of these while waving a lollipop in front of your face — "this is all i have right now but i promise i'll treat you to one plate of roti canai and a mug of grape-flavoured extrajoss after school."
sometimes jisung texts you late at night to ask you for the homework. it doesn't matter how long you ghost him. he will spam you until he sees "y/n is typing. . ." at the top of the screen.
he can't seem to quit it with his ridiculous jokes either. he'll repeat a knock-knock joke over and over until you laugh — or at least crack a small smile. he's the cutest most annoying when he receives a reaction out of you too — he'll turn smiley and overly happy for the rest of the day.
he wouldn't quit the staring. the boy would stare at you with googly eyes in class, spacing out while he admires the side of your face. he'd think about how pretty you are, not realizing the teacher calling out his name until a chalk flies and hits him on the forehead. he'd sheepish smile then, muttering an apology and pretending he didn't notice the deathly glare you'd send him.
han jisung is insufferable, but he's your favourite insufferable person in the whole wide world.
the raven's a polar opposite of you. you, the class rep, the honour student — and han jisung, the class clown, the tardy boy. many people would say that the combination of you and him doesn't make sense but your classmates would disagree. you compliment each other, like the way stars would decorate a dark sky.
you're always early to class. the first one to enter, when he's the last. though that's how it works with the two of you, you always find a surprise under your desk the first thing in the morning. jisung makes it a routine to slip a note, a bar of chocolate — anything under your table everyday before he leaves the class.
your seat's at the front while his is at the back, making it hard for him to poke your waist with a pencil all the time but it's okay. he uses it as an opportunity to stare at you or to fly a paper airplane to you. jisung has mastered the art of making paper airplanes — learnt how to make it fly straight to your direction. he has a pink pen in his pencil case too — specifically to write notes on the paper airplanes for you. there are times when he'd simply pass a note around until it reaches you. it's risky — there's always a potential the teacher will catch him but again, it's okay. it's okay as long as he gets to catch a glimpse of a grin on your pretty face.
you're constantly the victim of his antics, and it's embarrassing. it's embarrassing how he'd show off the passport sized picture of you in his wallet. he'll flip open his leather wallet and showcase the picture around the classroom like some type of trophy. everytime he puts his phone on his friends' table, he ensures his friends will see the polaroid of the both of you in his phone case. the action would earn whistles and you'd turn beet red, mumbling for him to stop. how could he when he merely wants to show off his pretty darling?
han jisung is insufferable, but at the end of the day, he's your high school sweetheart.

The never enough achievements
Back then when I was a child, I had never heard my parents say they were proud of me. Despite achieving high grades, acquiring medals, and earning certificates, they never once uttered those four words, “I'm proud of you “, it seems easy yet hard for me to hear those words from my parents. It’s tough when their definition of success doesn’t align with mine, leaving me feeling like nothing is ever “enough.” I have heard the words that someone is proud of me from various kinds of people in my life. As, from friends, teachers, neighbors, and many more but that did not change the fact that I only crave those words from my parents. It indeed uplifting hearing those words from friends and teachers, it makes me feel valuable and appreciated but my parent's acknowledgment can only truly make me feel validated in my accomplishments. The absence of these affirmations has left a void in me. In a world where so many people are encouraged and uplifted by their families, I feel like an outsider. I envy those who have parents that openly express their pride and love. It’s a constant reminder of what I’m missing back then.
As each day fades and each year slips away, I have still kept so many emotions bottled up. If I could encapsulate them, it would feel like capturing a storm in a jar, always churning but never escaping. Many unspoken thoughts and this has led to unhealthy feelings about my relationship with my parents. The lack of emotions resulted from how I always bottled up my emotions and I never had the chance to open up to my parents about how I truly feel. Despite everything, I still recognize that my parents push me because they want me to excel in everything I do. There's no denying the satisfaction that comes from standing on the podium in the first place. This drive has made me competitive, especially when aiming for the highest marks in examinations but in a healthy way obviously. When someone scores higher than I do, it doesn't mean jealousy takes over. Instead, I feel genuine pride and admiration for their hard work and dedication. For me, it means I need to intensify my efforts to reach that same level of achievement.
Seeing others succeed fuels my motivation to push beyond my limits and grow even stronger. I believe there's always room for improvement, and each success I witness reminds me that I can strive for more. My competitive spirit isn't about beating others; it's about constantly challenging myself to become better. Reading all these stories might make you wonder how my relationship with my parents now, is it still the same, did they still constantly make me feel never enough and unappreciated? I'm proud to share that my parents have changed. It all started on one fine day when I was joining a competition back in my high school year under Persatuan Puteri Islam Malaysia ( PPIM ) and proudly said that I managed to get the third place. As my dad saw me running towards him with a trophy in my hand, he suddenly stated a word that left me doubting my potential. The words “Why did you get the third place and not the first ? “. That was the moment when my repressed emotions began to spill out. I confronted my parents about how I felt for all this past year and unexpectedly it left them speechless. The look of realization is the image painted on my dad's face. I suppose that was when they realized how tough they were regarding my feelings. As the day went on, I noticed that my dad had become much gentler and was careful with his words when speaking. Soon I realized, it takes a lot of communication to reach this moment and one should not leave the other with bottled up feelings because it won't solve anything yet it is like you are torturing yourself with those feelings.

Battle City (NES)
Developed/Published by: Namco Released: 9/9/1985 Completed: 20/11/2022 Completion: Beat all 35 unique levels. Version Played: Switch Online Trophies / Achievements: n/a
[Apologies for interrupting, but before we get to the article I’d like to mention that you can pre-order a copy of exp. 2600, my brand new zine, right now and get more of–and help support–writing like what you’re about to read.]
There are iconic NES games–Super Mario Bros. and that. And then there are iconic NES pirate cart games. Battle City is the latter.
I have a funny history with NES piracy, actually. As most people know, the NES wasn’t really a thing in the UK for most people (I certainly didn’t know anyone with one as a child) and by the time I reached the age where my family were spending more time in Malaysia, I was already an avowed PC gamer. So even though I have so many memories of department stores with rows of pirate carts and knock off Famicoms… I wasn’t interested at all, and instead filled my boots with copied floppies (seeking out the stalls with the best reproductions of manuals and that sort of thing.)
In some respects, I regret this–so much of the video game culture of South East Asia in the 90s seems to be lost forever (see tweets) and now all I really have is snatches of memories–usually a gaggle of kids crowded round a pirate cart version of Street Fighter II in a Jaya Jusco–but I also know that games like Battle City squandered the chance to get me lugging a Malaysian famiclone home with a couple of 150-in-1 carts.
Let’s remember here I’m not yet a teenager and I’ve just discovered the glory of things like Wolfenstein 3D’s vibrant ultraviolence and Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis’ cinematic narrative. And while in Malaysia I’m putting the exchange-rate equivalent of pennies into big fancy sit down/ride cabinets of the likes of Suzuka 8 Hours or Rad Mobile. So when an uncle digs out a faimclone and a pirate cart and you boot it up to find you can play 30 versions of the dustiest-ass tank game for babies you’d ever seen…
(And what was the deal with every single pirate cart massively over-inflating the number of games anyway? Was anyone fooled when they selected “Fancy Excitebike” in the list and just got Excitebike again??? I have one of those snatches of memory of standing in a wee store with my dad, him saying “you can get another game for the house!” and me, unable to tell which cart offered any value at all–after all, 80 of the games would probably be the same ones on the cart we already had–going home empty handed! Empty handed! When do kids ever do that???)
Anyway. When I think of pirate carts, I think of Battle City. Maybe it isn’t iconic to everyone, maybe it’s only iconic to me because it was on the cart I had for one summer at least… but it’s such a pirate cart game that it almost feels weird to play it in an “official” way.
And I suppose, this many years later, it’s kind of weird that I put a bunch of time into it?
I’ll say this. It’s not surprising that at the time I gave it short shrift. It’s got horrible sound (a constant buzzing of engines) and feels extremely simplistic and limiting as you awkwardly move your tank around sans diagonals. It was, after all, based on a game from 1980 with a bit of a graphical touch-up–contemporary with the timeless Pac-Man, sure, but this ain’t Pac-Man. I’ll admit the tank movement feels better than I remember it (smooth, and perfect speed) but the game sort of doesn’t really feel like anything.
Look at it this way. The game has you as a tank trying to defend one poorly walled-in base, always at the bottom center of the screen, from being shot by enemy tanks. There’s some terrain, but it’s mostly brick walls that can be shot through. Enemies spawn from the same three spawn points at the top of the level, and there’s some variation between them (some fast tanks, some tanks that take a bunch of hits). None of the enemies have any real AI–they don’t seek you, or really seek the base, either. Sometimes there are power-ups; you can improve your gun to destroy steel walls; there’s an occasional smart bomb or time-stop which are must-grabs. Shoot 20 tanks to get to the next level.
It’s, you know… fine. It’s an alright game design. But when you actually sit down and play it, the game very quickly devolves into getting your tank as far up the screen as you can manage where you are able to shoot clearly to both the left and right boundaries without being shot from a tank spawning above, and then just… firing constantly left or right based on which side tanks are traveling down from most urgently.
There are a few levels where this is not simple to do (a total bastard of a level mostly with tree coverage, making tanks near-impossible to see) and you can’t consider this tactic a total slam dunk because if a tank does slip past, they’ll often destroy your base before you can get to them, leading to an instant game over (no matter how many lives you have!) which can be infuriating. But it’s not like there’s better tactics; on a level by level basis you’ll do your best to shoot your enemies straight paths to your base, so you kind of just have to accept the variance.
In the cold light of 2022, Battle City is… a half-hour or so of near-mindless blasting that you wish had any sort of twist, or spark, or even particularly interesting level design, to make it a charming bit of classic arcade action worth score attacking.
In the early 90s it’s a dusty-ass tank game for babies that is indirectly responsible for the total lack of preservation of south-east Asian game culture history. Probably.
Will I ever play it again? Nope but I’ve got 1991’s Tank Force waiting to be played which is a baffling (and obscure) sequel that’s maybe brilliant. I mean who knows.
Final Thought: One of the most annoying things about Battle City of course is when you’re shot from the side by a tank that’s turned on a dime before you could notice, and I have to admit I’d be interested to play this exact game but with real, slow-ass tank turning. Would it be better? Would it actually be even more annoying? I’m kind of imagining these situations where you watch your tank turn, watching another tank turn, thinking “oh god, I hope I get this shot off” like you’re actually in the tank, feeling it slowly spin around… [“That’s why tanks have turrets though. So they can shoot in different directions more quickly”--Ed.] Shut up!

In Progress: Victor's Memoirs
I've been quiet the past few months. Here's a new update.
I'm still alive, and everything is as good as ever.
In fact, I kind of went a bit crazy once all the lockdowns finished. Did another tour of Asia and spent a little time in Latin America. More on that to follow, including pics and maybe some videos.
Basically, Victor is less confident that business is secure in Hong Kong. Sad thing, end of an era. But I was looking for new places to incorporate. Malaysia, Singapore on the Asia end and then Costa Rica, Panama, Nicaragua.
Nobody cares about that, lol.
But the important news: on my travels, (well, actually when I got back to England,) met a guy who writes erotica for a living. He told me I should write my life into erotic stories and sell it as books.
I was already writing up a memoir (a few months back, I think AsianCuckoldJourney wrote a story which inspired me.)
Now I'm doing that for fun. Will let you all know the progress.
Going over old conquests is fun. Writing it down. Feel like a serial killer going through his trophies.
And it makes me want to plan some more, to prove I've still got it now I'm in my thirties. lol

Pilar: so
Boris: Lovely
Pilar: you are putting things very dark because we have hear Noe, the choreographer saying ‘well we did took him out of his confort zone’. She said it in a diplomatic way

Pilar: How is it the moonwalk? Because you managed to do the moon walk. Can you do it again?
Jorge: well
Pilar: well, well. You won me
Roberto: he already got you
Jorge: no in here slides and
Juan: well
Jorge: and gets grip
Roberto: from one dancer to another, Juan del Val
Juan: no is true that this show tries to do that, take you out of your comfort context and see unbelievable things and is see Jorge Lorenzo dancing. , the moment of confession has come, I wasn’t betting on you and you surprised me a lot. It was a big show, so congratulations. I don’t know which one is going to be your score but the truth is that you worked really hard
Jorge: Thanks
Roberto: Santiago
Santiago: the truth is, hat the key in here is take people out of their comfort zone. If I’m going to be taken out of my confort one, I prefer what Jorge did rather than Rosa’s (she was in a plastic bx filling with water and she had to stop the flow putting plugs into the pipes. But there was 3 types of plus, and she didn’t know which one was each. Also the more she closed, the greater the pressure on the other points) *mumbles something*
Roberto: we are taking notes
Santiago: having sad that, I was reminded, and I don’t know why, of the hooligans and Malaluf a bit for the theme, but it was amazing. I saw him pretty focussed. We were joking before saying, Jorge is so like that, taht for sure he will do the robot, and out of the blue he did it. So *everybody laughs*
Jorge: 5 seconds though
Santiago: it was our prediction, very well
Roberto: Mateo
Mateo (Dani Mateo, he is the guest judge. He is a comedia, TV and radio host for other channels from the same company as Antena3.): Guy.. Ah.. It had a lot of merit because we are talking about, we are not talking about a celebrity/star, we are talking about a legend. This gentlemen that is in here is a legend in his (sport), and that he had the sense of humour to come in here and dance with that... with that sense... with that farce (in the sense of wanting to fool around, party and be fun), with those looks at the camera, Jorge. Er.. *I think he says something related to one of his parodies, but I can’t understand him*
Jorge: It was difficult
Mateo: you had it well hidden
Jorge: I enjoyed it a lot
Mateo: Spectacular. Look I going to say that Jorge was the first impact I had. The one looking like a biker today, was me. You know?
Jorge: it’s true
Mateo: they put me as a rider. I went out of the dressing room and I went out me, as a rider and I saw Jorge Lorenzo *Jorge says something like Batista? but I’m not completely sure* bailando una coreografia. This show is done by... *I can’t really understand as people is laughing and thei’s noise over Mateo’s voice*
Roberto: what’s happening in here? *laughing*
Mateo: what the hell is going on?
Roberto: one last appreciation. Eh we saw Valentino Rossi ...
Boris: the Rossi moment
Roberto: that moment was epic
Someone: marvellous
Roberto: we are sending him a ‘hello’ to Valentino Rossi as he will be watching us. You had a good relationship?
Mateo: he doesn’t miss one
Jorge: he is a joker, a joker
Roberto: you are buddies now, now?
Jorge: yes. When we where competing in the same class we where arch-enemies ands there was... was
Roberto: yes there was *hand gesture indicating contact*
Jorge: but now, he invited me to his ranch, we did the race of champion together and there’s a good feeling now
Flo: when he invites you to his ranch again, you bring us
Roberto: a kiss to Valentino Rossi. We invite him to ‘El desafío.
Flo: to a BBQ, with some ribs
Roberto: Jorge Lorenzo, congrats, well done. You can take a sit with your mates
I did no record it, but Jorge got euphoric and hugged by the other contestants. We was also proud of his show

On the second attempt, Deepika’s shot found Sangita Kumari, who was quick to react and slotted the ball home from close range, giving India a 1-0 lead.
