So, the different Tribes... they all love Branch. Not just because he and Poppy saved music, but because he was able to do that while also being mute and Grey. And you can bet the royals will be hearing about Brozone at some point, if only because Branch is probably gonna have more noticeable injuries from the confrontation with Velvet and Veneer (Velvet literally backhanded him, he tiny that had to have hurt and potentially broke bones) and also because there's suddenly these 4 strangers surrounding their favorite pop troll.

Barb totally breaks JD's nose.

When the group returns to pop village, Poppy immediately calls the other tribes to tell them about what happened and to be wary in case something like this happens again.

The rulers get there quickly along with their best doctors to make sure they're all OK. JD, Bruce, and Clay seem to be fine, if a little dizzy and fatigued. Floyd's condition was more concerning. He's going to need physical therapy and time to get back to how he was. His hair, though, will most likely continue to have white at the roots.

Branch had few bruised ribs and exhaustion, but nothing too serious.

Trollex and Trolzart are disappointed with the brothers after hearing what happened, but ultimately respected Branch's feelings, so they weren't chewed out too harshly.

Barb, on the other hand, immediately tried to attack them, getting a good hit on JD before Sid Fret could hold her back. It's going to be a while for her to trust them with her unofficial brother.

Delta was surprisingly cordial with them, saying she's disappointed but will give them a chance to redeem themselves. This is mostly because she and JD used to date before they mutually decided to break up.

Essence and Quincy sensed there were many unresolved traumas they were suppressing and offered to help them get in contact with a good family therapist. Each of them obviously have issues to work through, Bruce has fewer issues thanks to Brandy's ever loving support.

Day 67 - Trollzart

Remix AU - Chapter 4

Part 3 / Part 5

Trollex and Beat were in a great mood. Their first remix came out amazing, and the young king couldn't wait for more musical experiments. The rock remix played at full volume, while Bubble tore through the warm earth, creating a new underwater tunnel.

"Trollex, man, this remix is amazing!", Beat said happily. "I could listen to it all day long!"

Trollex laughed, grateful for the compliment.

"First of all, thank Barb.", said the king. "After all, she helped me understand rock music. Without her, this remix wouldn't have come out as good as it did."

Trollex honestly believed he did a great job with his remix. He didn't take Barb's outburst and anger seriously. Eventually, she'll understand that he only made her music better, with that little bit of techno he added.

Suddenly, Bubble burst through a completely new underwater tunnel. The whale made a happy sound. Finally, she didn't have to dig into the hard ground. The group came across an extensive network of tunnels, each leading to a different place. Seeing this, Trollex took out and checked the map.

"Hmm... You know, Beat, I think we'll be able to get to the other kingdoms.", stated the young techno troll. "Look, if we sail in that direction, we should reach Symphonyville."

Beat Drop hummed thoughtfully, then nodded.

"Yeah, I guess you're right.", he said. "We should get there before sunset, right?"

Trollex nodded, then signaled Bubble to continue her journey. Thanks to the already carved tunnels, the trip to the territory of the classical trolls didn't take long. The underwater currents were strong and pushed the whale on their own, allowing her to conserve her strength. With each passing hour, they were getting closer to the new territory.

The sun was slowly setting, painting the golden mountains in a warm orange. The moon was slowly rising in the sky, signaling to the classical trolls that night was coming. Trollzart, the proud leader and conductor, was finishing the last symphony of the day. The classical trolls, small and plump, with glittery bodies and small but strong wings, followed the conductor's lead, playing a wonderful melody, perfectly set against the sunset. As the concert came to an end, the crowd of trolls who had been watching the musicians began to clap gracefully. Trollzart and his group bowed.

"Thank you, thank you very much, my dears.", said Trollzart. "I'm glad you liked it. And now, I wish you all a good..."

Before Trollzart could finish his sentence, the ground shook. The classic trolls gasped and looked around, not knowing what was happening.

"What in the world is going on?", asked a troll with big blue hair.

"Is one of the mountains about to collapse?", added a young troll with beautiful pink curls.

"Please calm down, my dears!", Trollzart tried to control the situation. "I'm sure it's nothing serious..."

Suddenly, the golden ground opened up and filled with water. Out of that water, a whale emerged. Bubble, seeing the new trolls that immediately gathered around her, smiled happily. And then, she opened her mouth. Just like before, Trollex appeared, holding his fish friend in his arms.

"Hey, hey, classics!" Trollex greeted them happily.

His unexpected presence made the trolls feel quite confused. Trollzart stepped forward, just as surprised as the others.

"King Trollex? Oh my... It's nice to see you, but, I have to ask... What are you doing here?", asked the conductor. "And at such an hour. If I had known earlier, I would have prepared some tea."

"Sorry, Trollzar.", said Trollex. "Honestly, I didn't even know I'd be here, if you asked me yesterday. I'd love to tell you all about it, but first, would you mind if we stayed here for the night?"

Trollzart looked at his trolls, and each of them, seeing that the techno leader had visited them, took on a friendly attitude. Classical trolls could be very hospitable, especially to friends. If his people had nothing against it, Trollzart even more so. The leader bowed respectfully, and invited the young techno troll to come over.

"King Trollex, make yourself at home."

Trollex bowed as well, and followed the host to his home. Trollzart lived on the highest mountain from which he could oversee his beautiful kingdom.

Trollex and Beat were amazed. Symphonyville was beautiful! The classical trolls really gave it their all during the rebuilding after the World Tour. Who would have thought that such little trolls could be so strong? It didn't take them long to reach Trollzart's house.

The conductor let them enter first. His house was really big. Huge paintings adorned the walls, which were already beautifully decorated with gold inlays and details. Statues stood by the doors and there were also instruments, with which one could play classical music.

Trollzart invited his guests to the dining room, where he treated them to delicious dishes, such as vanilla pudding or creamy cheesecake. Trollzart was not only a great conductor, but also a great cook. The three of them sat down at the table and began to eat dinner. After such a long journey and adventure in Volcano Rock City, Trollex and Beat were really hungry, and it was seen.

While the techno king and his fish friend were taking a helping, Trollzart finished eating. Of course, he had many questions.

"I hope it tastes good.", said the classical leader.

"Are you kidding me? It's delicious!", exclaimed Beat, not having managed to swallow what he had in his mouth.

Trollzart seemed slightly irritated by his lack of culture, but understood his excitement.

"I am pleased.", he said. "King Trollex, may I ask what brings you here? I have not received any messages from you about your visit."

Trollex drank a glass of pear juice, then wiped his mouth. He understood that he had to be polite and respectful at the table.

"Trollzart, we travel from kingdom to kingdom, wanting to learn more about the different music at its source." said the young king. "I would like to ask if you could teach me something about your classical music."

Hearing this, Trollzart smiled widely and clapped his hands in joy. He didn't know many trolls outside of his kingdom who wanted to understand and learn more about classical music, apart from Poppy, of course. But now wasn't the best time to learn. The sky was already dark, with a few twinkling star lights. They could start learning tomorrow, with new energy.

"I am extremely pleased with your eagerness to learn our music, my boy.", Trollzart said happily. "But let us start tomorrow, first thing in the morning. You and your fish friend should get some rest."

Trollex and Beat nodded. They were indeed quite tired. After the meal, Trollzart led his guests to the spare room. Trollex was given a comfortable bed to sleep in, and Beat Drop, an aquarium. The trolls said to each other goodnight, and the host left them to get ready for sleep. Trollex put Beat in the aquarium, and then he himself lay down in a comfortable bed.

"I can't wait for tomorrow.", the king said excitedly. "I can already hear the new remix in my head!"

"Me too!", the green fish spun happily. "This is going to be an epic day!"

They both giggled quietly, then yawned.

"Goodnight, Beat."

"Goodnight, Trollex."

Sleep came quickly. After a few minutes, they were both snoring softly, with smiles on their faces, and a dream of a new remix.

AITA For not wanting to go to a party?

I (24 M) have gotten invited to parties throughout my life, and while I appreciate the gesture I genuinely feel uncomfortable at parties. For context, I had a traumatic experience as a kid and since then, loud noises have stressed me out. Parties are either stressful because of the loud music, suffocating crowds, and even at all the quieter ones I end up getting anxious because it feels like someone’s waiting for me to mess up.

Most trolls have stopped trying to invite me but one particular troll hasn’t. She (F 22) isn’t a bad person in any way, but is bad with boundaries. I could say no 10 times and she’d still keep insisting. The worst part is when her friends join her and try to gang up on me. I don’t handle being overwhelmed and this has caused me to yell at them on more than one occasion.

I feel bad but also feel like they don’t listen when I ask them to stop the first time. It’s been getting more frustrating as the years go by and while I do appreciate her going out of her way to invite me, I’m at my wits end trying to get her to take a no. I’m caught between wanting her to stop, and being scared for the day she might. As pathetic as it sounds, her invites have helped me feel a little less lonely. What should I do?

That's quite the trouble ya got there, she sure sound like a sweet yet naive troll, and her friends might just be as naive as she is. I reckon you talk to her about this in a one on one conversation, preferably a peaceful setting where no one can interrupt. It might be scary but trust me on this, talking can work, just make sure no British troll get in the way and make things worse.

Trolls Headcannons (Tribe Leaders Edition)

°None of the tribes knew of the near extinction of the Pop Trolls until their first visit to Pop Village. None of them could believe that the once feared tribe were whittled down to a couple hundred. Their respect for Poppy and Branch continued to rise after learning about what they did.

°The tribes are more technologically advanced than the pop trolls in various ways. Many chalk it up to the tribe's years in isolation. The country trolls, being closer in technology, helped them ease into the new age.

Delta Dawn

°Delta doesn't fully enjoy the pop sound, but is slowly coming around due to "cross-overs" occurring between tribes. She does enjoy Poppy's company as a fellow leader though, even giving her advice on how to handle more serious cases cause of her status as Sheriff.

°Delta isn't a natural red head. She was born teal to match her tail, but believed the colors didn't convince people she was leader material. She turned it red to be taken more seriously, but left her tail alone.

°Delta's niece, Clampers, isn't allowed with the pop trolls alone due to all the candy lying around. Delta can barely wrangle her as is. She doesn't need that job being any harder.

King Quincy & Queen Essence

°The Royal Couple spent a majority of their search for Cooper in the confines of Vibe City. They sent out scouts rather than searching themselves out of fear of the pop trolls.

°Queen Essence handles most of the inner conflicts of Vibe City as well as piloting the place to the next location. She is the main go-to when it comes to large arguments on the dance floor.

°King Quincy oversees all of the music production. He felt a bit of pride when Prince D started developing a new subgenre. He works with his kingdom's scientists to see about the technological developments.

King Trollex

°Trollex always has his little buddy with him wherever he goes. They function like a service animal, reminding Trollex that he needs to get submerged for a few minutes to prevent shocking his body. Though he can function in and out of the water, Trollex's body is too used to being submerged.

°Trollex works with Prince D, Brozone, and Barb to make remixes and work on music production. He helps with the recording process and mixing over anything else.

°Trollex helped set up a few technological items in Pop Village, alongside King Quincy. These items made inter-tribe communication easier and quicker than sending a bat or a bird.

Trollzart

°Trollzart is slightly deaf in one ear due to baby classicals/instruments playing pranks on him and aiming for his ear. He was gifted a set of earplugs one holiday season as a joke from Barb.

°Trollzart enjoys working with the funk and pop trolls, but only those who respect his music rather than butchering the melody.

°Trollzart hardly ever uses his legs due to constantly flying around, so there's little strength in them. He and many other classical trolls will seek help from a funk troll or catch a ride on many of the helpful animals in the Pop Forest.

Barb

°Barb and other rock trolls went on an "apology tour" and rebuilt the damage they caused. It took several months to get most of the major buildings done, but all the base construction was done within a year. The decorating was left to the tribes.

°Barb brought out a new side to Poppy, encouraging her to be more flirty with her boyfriend. Whether or not this was a good idea is debated, but she can confidentially say from observation that Branch doesn't mind.

°Barb took lessons from the pop trolls on utilizing their hair control to constantly update her looks for concerts. She's particularly fond of the multi-colored mohawk-mullet combo.

Classical Trolls

Trollzart is absolutely delighted to make her acquaintance and to learn a Pop Troll is interested in the delicate and sophistication of opera.

Just had this vision of Sable being dressed up in the cultural outfits of the other tribes.

Maybe she tags along on a trip with Poppy and Viva for some reason?

Something about the Classical Trolls screamed 'Greek Maiden' for Sable.
