Day 9 Swing. Another type of enrichment trainers used for their orcas to play with are floating buoys and plastic rings. Most of the time orcas would float around the enclosure with the floating toy on their rostrum (Sumar-a real orca who once lived in San Diego- did this frequently with a waffle-shaped floaty). Some would try to see how far they can force a buoy to go underwater (hint, pretty far down underwater). And the rest, like my oc Peacha, prefers flinging their toys into the next zip code
