1. Research the Top Universities in New Zealand
Before you start the application process, it's crucial to identify the universities that align with your academic and career goals. Tip: Make a list of the top universities in New Zealand and the courses they offer. Consider factors like faculty expertise, campus facilities, location, and student support services.
2. Understand the Admission Requirements
Admission requirements for New Zealand universities can vary depending on the program and level of study. Generally, for undergraduate programs, you'll need to have completed your high school education with a strong academic record. For postgraduate programs, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is typically required.
Undergraduate Programs: If you're planning to study abroad after 12th, you'll need to provide your high school transcripts, proof of English language proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE), and in some cases, a personal statement or recommendation letters.
Postgraduate Programs: Applicants for master's or doctoral programs need to submit their academic transcripts, a bachelor's degree certificate, and a research proposal (for research-based programs). Work experience may also be required for certain courses.
Tip: Visit the official websites of the universities you're interested in to get detailed information on specific admission requirements.
3. Prepare for English Language Proficiency Tests

Letters of Recommendation: From teachers, professors, or employers who can vouch for your academic or professional abilities.
Tip: Keep multiple copies of all documents and ensure they are translated into English if necessary.
5. Apply Online Through the University’s Portal
Once you have all your documents in order, you can apply online through the university’s official application portal. Make sure to fill in all the required fields accurately and upload the necessary documents. Some universities may charge an application fee, so be prepared for that.
Tip: Double-check your application before submitting it to avoid any errors that could delay the process.
6. Apply for Scholarships

Government Scholarships: New Zealand International Scholarships and Commonwealth Scholarships.
University-Specific Scholarships: Each university offers its own scholarships, so be sure to explore these options.
Tip: Apply for scholarships as early as possible, as they are highly competitive.
7. Secure Your Student Visa
Once you receive an offer of admission from a university, the next step is to apply for a student visa. The New Zealand student visa process requires you to provide proof of your offer letter, financial stability, and medical insurance.
Financial Proof: You must demonstrate that you have enough funds to cover tuition fees and living expenses.
Medical and Travel Insurance: Mandatory for all international students.

Wool-Carder Bees: these solitary bees harvest the soft, downy hairs that grow on certain plants, rolling them into bundles and then using the material to line their nests
Wool-carder bees build their nests in existing cavities, usually finding a hole/crevice in a tree, a plant stem, a piece of rotting wood, or a man-made structure, and then lining the cavity with woolly plant fibers, which are used to form a series of brood cells.
The fibers (known as trichomes) are collected from the leaves and stems of various plants, including lamb’s ear (Stachys byzantina), mulleins, globe thistle, rose campion, and other fuzzy plants.
From the University of Florida's Department of Entomology & Nematology:
The female uses her toothed mandibles to scrape trichomes off fuzzy plants and collects a ball of the material under her abdomen. She transports these soft plant fibers to her selected nest site and uses them to line a brood cell. Next, she collects and deposits a provision of pollen and nectar into the cell, enough pollen to feed a larva until it is ready to pupate. Lastly, she lays a single egg on top of the pollen and nectar supply before sealing the cell. ... She will repeat this process with adjoining cells until the cavity is full.
These are solitary bees, meaning that they do not form colonies or live together in hives. Each female builds her own nest, and the males do not have nests at all.
Female wool-carder bees will sometimes sting if their nest is threatened, but they are generally docile. The males are notoriously aggressive, however; they will often chase, head-butt, and/or wrestle any other insect that invades their territory, and they may defend their territory from intruders up to 70 times per hour. The males do not have stingers, but there are five tiny spikes located on the last segment of their abdomen, and they often use those spikes when fighting. They also have strong, sharp mandibles that can crush other bees.
There are many different types of wool-carder bee, but the most prolific is the European wool-carder (Anthidium manicatum), which is native to Europe, Asia, and North Africa, but has also become established as an invasive species throughout much of North America, most of South America, and New Zealand. It is the most widely distributed unmanaged bee in the world.
A few different species of wool-carder bee: the top row depicts the European wool-carder, A. manicatum (left) and the spotted wool-carder, Anthidium maculosum (right), while the bottom row depicts the reticulated small-woolcarder, Pseudoanthidium reticulatum, and Porter's wool-carder, Anthidium porterae

The artists wrote the song about the loss of specific people in their lives, and being inspired by sufferers of the AIDS epidemic which was globally prevalent at the time.
"One Sweet Day" received universal acclaim from music critics, many of whom praised its lyrical content and vocals while calling it a standout track on Daydream. It was ranked first in Rolling Stone's reader's poll for the Best Collaboration of All Time. The song spent 16 weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100 in the US, becoming the longest-running number-one song in the chart's history at the time, a record held for 23 years. Boyz II Men had previously held this record twice, with "End of the Road" (1992) spending 13 weeks at the top and "I'll Make Love to You" (1994) spending 14. "One Sweet Day" still remains the only number one debut to spend sixteen consecutive weeks at number one. The song ranked first on Billboard's Hot 100 decade-end chart. Subsequently, the publication ranked it as the ninth best charting single of the 1990s with post-'90s sales and streaming figures incorporated. Internationally, the song topped the charts in Canada and New Zealand and reached the top-ten in Australia, Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, Panama, Sweden and the UK.
"One Sweet Day" won many prestigious awards throughout 1996. At the Blockbuster Entertainment Awards, the song won the award for Favorite Adult Contemporary Single Female. It also won the award for Song of the Year at the BMI Awards and a Special Award for 16 weeks at #1 at the Billboard Music Awards.
"One Sweet Day" received a total of 42,1% yes votes. :( Previous Mariah Carey polls: #46 "The Roof (Back in Time)" Previous Boyz II Men polls: #243 "Hey Lover"

Y/N stayed home to let the dust settle. The rage in her veins that she couldn't get her hands on Dom. She was also pissed at Damian. Since she's been gone, he and Rhea were removed from Judgment Day. In the end, she was glad she handled her own business.
The new Judgment Day had been enjoying terrorizing Damian and Rhea. The five of them went back to the new and improved clubhouse. Only pictures and memorabilia of Finn, Carlito, JD, Dom, and Liv hung around the walls. Dom stopped when he saw a familiar toy on a table.
"No, no, no, no, no," Dom repeated and sat on the couch. He stared at the seemingly innocent llama toy. It was messed up but appeared to be in okay shape.
"What is that thing?" Liv asked and grabbed it. She moved the toy around in her hands.
"That means Y/N is here. It's been weeks, and I thought she wasn't coming back," Dom explained. He cursed and placed his face in the palm of his hands.
"She is washed up. We don't have to worry about her, Daddy Dom. Come on. I have a match against Rhea next," Liv smiled. She tossed the llama toy back on the table. The blonde grabbed Dom's hand, and they made their way to the guerilla.
Dom watched carefully from ringside as Liv and Rhea wrestled. The two women were going at it against one another. No holds barred just letting all of their frustrations and anger out on the other. When he didn't see a sign of Y/N, he started to let his guard down.
Y/N walked towards the barricade from the audience. A bat in hand, members of the WWE Universe started to record her. She skipped the barricade and swung the bat. The bat connected to Dom's knee. He immediately fell to the ground in pain. His brown eyes looked on at Y/N in fear.
"What the hell? Y/N? Is that you?" Liv cried out from the top rope. Y/N came back with a different look than when she was there weeks ago. She jumped to the ring and down to the mat. Y/N positioned the bat like she was going to swing again. Liv placed her hands in surrender. Rhea snuck up behind Liv. Mami dragged her back into the ring. With no more distractions, Y/N hit Dom with the bat one more time. She threw it to the side.
"I'm not done with you yet," Y/N yelled. She sat on top of his laying form. Punch after punch connected to his face and chest. The audience cheered as Y/N was getting a taste of her own vengeance.
Rhea won the match. The rest of Judgment Day ran from the ramp. JD dragged Y/N off of Dom. Rhea helped Y/N as they attacked Judgment Day. The audience started to chant for Damian Priest. Damian's song played through the arena. The cheers were almost deafening.
Judgment Day ran off when Damian made it to the ring side. Rhea and Y/N were catching their breath. Y/N grabbed her bat from the floor. She placed it on top of her shoulders.
"Welcome back," Damian complimented. Y/N smiled, and the two fists bumped.
