(Because I couldn't think of a better name for this sequence lol)

I'd mentioned wanting to draw Luau reacting to seeing Seabreeze with her hair down for the first time a week or two ago, and when I said last night that I had just finished drawing something "very, very cute :3" it was referring to this hehe.

This would be like, not long after Luau and Seabreeze met, since Seabreeze doesn't usually like having her hair down in public, she only takes her hair out of her ponytail at home. She also doesn't generally like other people touching her hair, but once they get together, she lets Luau touch it and sometimes put flowers in it <33

I am soo happy with Luau's face at the end here, that's pretty much the whole reason I wanted to make this haha. As you guys have seen, I have been thinking about Seabreeze a lot lately, so it was fun getting to draw and develop her more! I definitely need to draw Luau and Seabreeze together more as well since this is rlly only the second time I've made something like this despite having Seabreeze for over a year at this point lol

We are also ignoring the fact that Seabreeze would not have that much hair if her ponytail in the first part was as big as it's shown to be, I just wanted an excuse to draw Big Flowy Hair lol

imagine y’all running errands together because both of you have stuff that needs to get done and you both start to leave at the same time so you just decide to go together and realize that you love doing domestic activities together and maybe you should do them together forever maybe 🤭

leaving ur apartment one morning, obviously dressed and ready to go do errands, when you see ted coming out at the exact same time

you greet each other, having a pleasant conversation before his eyes travel down to your hand, where your keys are dangling around your fingers

"what are your plans?" he asks, and you motion towards the parking garage. and you tell him you're going to get a new desk and probably some groceries so u dont order pizza again for like the third time that week lmao

and he tells you that he has a truck and was planning to do pretty much the same thing, so if you wanna carpool it might be easier ;)

you take him up on the offer and follow him to the tacoma, which has a pine air freshener and a hoodie in the back seat from his college

you jet off to ikea, where you pick out your desk and ted gets a few random home things, chatting the entire time and talking about your dream decor hehehe

he tells you all about how he wants to organize his office and get shelves, so you help him pick them out and give your opinion

and he helps you take all the pieces of your desk to the car and put them in his truck, without u having to do much at all :)

and u ignore how comforting it is to have him there when you're stuck in traffic, just listening to him talk, or hearing him explain his favourite playlists and the songs youre listening to

and u want him sooo bad to just put his hand on your thigh or kiss you or something, but instead you just exchange meaningful glances and blush when he says something cute or endearing

and he takes your recommendations for snacks at the grocery store, carrying your groceries out to the car for you as well

driving home at sunset, his fluffy hair blowing in the wind through the open window, his hands on the steering wheel as he weaves through the city to bring you both home safe

and he can't help but notice your soft smile, slightly lidded eyes and the way youre watching the sun set. you look so beautiful and he's trying not to stare

and he helps you unload all the stuff from his truck, before it's the end of the night and you're both going back to your respective apartments, not really sure how to end the night because it definitely felt like a date...

but you say goodnight to him and thank him again, telling him you'll drive next time or at least find a way to repay the favour :)
