How Much Creative Freedom Should Brands Give to Influencers
In a market occupied with brands using influencer marketing, the question of creative freedom pops up. Influencer marketing has evolved into an effective strategy, providing brands with a great ROI at a comparatively lower cost than traditional marketing efforts. According to a report, marketers earn an average of $5.78 in revenue for each $1 invested in influencer marketing, with some brands earning as much as $18 per dollar invested.
Given these impressive returns, it’s essential for brands to strike the right balance between guiding influencers and allowing them creative freedom. Influencers know their audience best and can create content that relates more authentically. Therefore, brands should provide clear guidelines and key messaging points while allowing influencers the flexibility to present the content in their unique style. This approach ensures that the content feels genuine and engages the audience effectively, driving better results.
Because influencer marketing has proven favorable for many marketers, the question now focuses on how to execute influencer campaigns effectively. In the quest for content, some brands are taking away influencers’ creative freedom. Today’s consumers can easily discern between authentic branded content and content that feels overly promotional or scripted. They don’t hesitate to criticize brand endorsements or sponsorships that don’t align with their preferences. To avoid negative criticism, marketers should allow participating influencers to create content according to their own creativity. After all, who knows their audience better than the influencers who have built it through dedicated efforts?
In this article, we will discuss how brands can maintain a balance between providing content guidelines and allowing influencers the freedom to create content.
How Much Content Freedom Should Brands Allow Their Influencers? When it comes to influencer marketing and creative freedom, there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. For established brands with a strong identity, stricter control might be necessary to maintain brand consistency. New brands, on the other hand, might benefit from the fresh perspective and creative freedom offered by influencers. Whether you are an established brand or a new one, adapting your approach based on the situation is crucial for success.
Drafting one content brief and sharing it with dozens of creators is not effective. Instead, creating personalized content briefs after analyzing each influencer’s profile is a better approach. With so many brands using influencers, generic, scripted content gets lost on social media platforms. Creative freedom allows influencers to create raw and engaging content that stands out, gaining traction and making your brand memorable.
1. Share clear and concise guidelines Although brands should provide creative freedom to their influencers, they should not miss any mark in communicating their own brand mission, value or any necessary content creation guideline. Mention your campaign goals (brand awareness, sales), target audience, and key messaging points. Be clear about what you want the influencer to achieve, but leave room for them to express their creativity in how they do it.
2. During the Campaign Work closely with the influencer during the content creation process. Both the brand and the influencer benefit from mutual discussions, idea exchanges, and suggestions, while respecting each other’s creative vision. Share all relevant product information and brand assets with the influencer. Excellent customer support goes a long way in building long-term, profitable relationships. In return, influencers can create high-quality content that accurately reflects your product.
When it comes to influencer marketing, brands should accept trendy content suggestions from influencers. Tying your brand message to a trending topic in a clever or relevant way can initiate conversations and increase engagement. Participating in trends shows that your brand is aware of current events and pop culture, making you appear more relatable and approachable to your target audience.
3. Content Approval Process The goal of the content approval process is to maintain transparency and ensure the influencer’s content aligns well with the brand’s guidelines. Remember, the idea is not to micromanage the creative execution of the influencers. Be open to the influencer’s creative approach, but be firm on any aspects that violate your brand guidelines or could potentially damage your brand image.
Wrapping Up As consumers love raw and trustworthy recommendations, marketers should step into influencers’ shoes and give them the autonomy to create engaging content while maintaining a balance with creative briefs and guidelines. Influencers who achieve good engagement insights on their content tend to do so through transparency and fruitful discussions with the brand.

holding a popsicle to my mouth outside but instead of eating it I simply wait and let it erode via the elements until the nutrients conveniently arrive in my mouth dissolved in dust and rain (I do not have to expend any energy for the actual destruction if I simply position myself in a good spot and wait a very long time) (any essential nutrients I cannot make myself are rendered effortless to collect as I lounge like a Roman emperor with grapes at the coliseum). this is another lichen post btw

aventurine’s this very interesting combination of incredibly cunning, calculated, & brutal tbh while also having intense self esteem issues. he views every relationship as transactional and has no issue with using people to stay on top. he’s never left survival mode; considering his childhood, maybe he’s always been in it.
‘gilded’ describes him so well. not only is he still in a birdcage with his fancy clothes and riches covering up that he’s still in a place where he can’t escape, he also uses his persona to hide his perceived worthlessness underneath
#liiiike idk how to describe it. he’s brutal and that is directly bc he is a survivor & he still has that mindset of needing to survive#so it doesn’t matter what he does or who he does it to as long as he stays on top & wins in the end#& he carries this mindset even when he’s a stoneheart & on top of it all#hsr#thoughts#aventurine#like. his ruthlessness is very much so a part of him but it is also very much so a survival strategy#he’s just. per se. in different circumstances than where he learned it from

Malleus Draconia versus Ortho Shroud
It seems some people are surprised at Malleus’ actions? That he destroyed the robot dogs and almost destroyed Ortho.
But I would like to point out that Malleus has always been like this; very protective of his loved ones.
For example: In Lilia’s PE vignette, he nearly took Rook’s head off because he thought Rook was trying to hurt Lilia.
Then we come to book 7, chapter 7 update.
Yes, he destroyed the dogs and almost Ortho but remember Malleus is protective of his loved ones.
Malleus OBed because he wants his loved ones happy and Ortho is a threat to that, so of course he’s going to destroy any threats to them and Ortho basically labeled himself as such.
Now I want to bring up a point that I don’t see many talk about?
Malleus understood Ortho’s explanation about how Ortho woke up and how he was able to penetrate the barrier.
Ortho described himself as immortal basically because he can transfer his data to any body, which Malleus understood as transferring vessels.
This is when Malleus finally took the steps to destroy Ortho. Not because he wanted to kill him, but because he knew that Ortho would still live and transfer himself to another body.
Did Ortho feel fear? Yes because Orth doesn’t like lightning and that’s one of Malleus’ powers but think about it.
Feeling fear is an emotion no one wants to repeat. Malleus acknowledged that Ortho might be feeling fear
With Malleus knowing that Ortho can feel such things, Malleus told Ortho he would end him swiftly because in a way that is an act of kindess isn’t it? To end it quickly rather than prolonging the fear.
But at the same time he knows that Ortho will live and remember this emotion, and that’s what Malleus wants, so Ortho would be too scared to try again.
Malleus is protective of his loved ones and he always has been.
While his actions might seem as if he’s out of control, he isn’t. He understood in his own way what Ortho explained to him before making his move.
He didn’t attack because he’s raging but made a more calculative move on his end to stop Ortho, one that he would make repeatedly if need be, since he knows that Ortho can transfer bodies.
#not to say that malleus is not being affected mentally#remember he now knows the truth about his birth and the senate and his grandma#on top of that he’s using a bunch of magic and been OB for awhile and people are waking up and rejecting his gift#so yes he’s being affected mentally and emotionally but this post is not about that#it’s about how his actions are not surprising and how he took a calcualtive strategy not one where he’s unhinged and going to kill ortho fo#no reason but because he knew that ortho would be alive and well#additionally malleus being evil was very hot this is what you should expect from a far#ortho shroud#malleus draconia#twst book 7#diasomnia#twst malleus draconia#twst theory#twst theories#twst ortho shroud#lilia vanrouge#twst analysis#disney twst#twst#twisted wonderland

Obsessed with House and Wilson’s little dates. Every episode they talk about different plans they made. They have weekly bowling nights, on Saturdays they play video games, they go to dinner together regularly, they eat lunch together almost every day, one makes plans and assumes the other will be there too. Everyone around them knows their weekly date schedule. When one of them asks someone else to something that person already knows they were 2nd choice. None of this stops when they date other people. House got into a custody battle over Wilson with his girlfriend. Can’t find House? Find Wilson.

I’m noticing that the Decepticons in g1 are actually pretty intelligent, at least when it comes to engineering feats
Like they’re constantly building new bases, temporary or otherwise, unlike the Autobots who don’t even build out from the Ark’s place in the volcano. They make so many elaborate machines to extract energy, of which need to harness countless different energy sources, and they almost always successfully create Energon from them, the Energon only being unstable when the source itself is, not their process
And on top of energy machines, they build other impressive machines to hinder the Autobots in whatever way, and it’s not just one person who makes them, they all do. Like, Megatron on his own created a machine that successfully clones other Transformers, outside of having a working brain. And he’s made other things too, that’s just the one I remember. I know Starscream’s had his own scientific contributions, but I can’t remember them at the moment other than rigging an experimental energy source to explode the planet for infinite energy
Edit: I actually do now have an example for Starscream, namely the episode where they accidentally time travel to King Arthur times, in which Starscream invents a working electricity generator to power him and the other stranded Decepticons with technology and materials from the 500s, and creates gunpowder at least 300 years or so before it’s invented in China. I know Transformers technology is far past that, but the fact that he knew how to do this and was able to with incredibly archaic technology by their standards is a feat all on its own
Like their machines almost always work, it’s just that the Autobots destroy them or they tap into an energy source they didn’t fully understand the consequences of (or just didn’t care)
And you can’t even say the Autobots have the leg up by creating new Transformers, because I’m pretty sure the Decepticons made the Constructicons as well, who are also fairly skilled builders. And also have the ability to combine, and were the first I know of capable of doing so
Like I guess the Decepticons just all have degrees in STEM or something. Shame that seems to be where all their intelligence points went
#put these guys on a dead Cybertron and make them not evil#they’d get the planet successfully repaired and running in a week tops#we didn’t watch g1 today but it’s something that’s been going through my brain#pretty much all the Decepticons have extensive scientific knowledge#it’s not just one scientist guy#or at least I noticed that with Megatron#a lot of their machines he builds himself#which was a bit surprising to me when I noticed it#since you know he’s mostly known for his skill as a combatant and as a gladiator#sure he’s got smarts but they usually seem to be focused in strategy and manipulation#not in STEM related areas#this also applies to Starscream too but they did say he used to be a scientist in this continuity#so it technically fits him and it flies a bit under the radar#but yeah something I noticed#transformers#transformers g1#decepticons#megatron#random stuff

there's something incredibly revealing about fandom's assigning of alternate jobs in AUs and how rarely this leads to Blue Collar Loki as opposed to Blue Collar Thor.
#i suspect the same impulse is why fic focusses on Thor's physical strength while making Loki for some reason a fan of Earth literature#(oh come on! who wants to read books written by ants?!)#also that weird “thor only learned a USEFUL language as opposed to loki who i think would learn something prestigious as he is Better” post#and apparently 'military strategy' is not a thing nor has there been an history of reading books about war#WHY AM I HAVING TO DEFEND THE LEECH AT THE TOP OF THE EXPLOITATION PYRAMID FROM THIS SORT OF SHITE D:#(i get where people are coming from on Working Class Sylvie as deprivation's an essential part of her canon backstory. but sometimes...)#queue

How Private Cabins in Co-Working Spaces Improve Business Growth
You’ve poured your heart and soul into building your business, climbing the ups and downs of entrepreneurship with extreme determination. However, as your venture gains popularity, you find yourself in a dilemma – should you commit to a traditional office lease or seek out a more flexible, growth-oriented solution?
Private cabins within co-working offices are a relatively new concept that is gaining popularity as the co-working trend continues to rise. These cabins within co-working spaces give professionals a relieving departure from conventional norms, allowing you to lead your business forward without compromising on privacy, security, or strategic positioning. The blogs explores how private co-working cabins can improve business growth by offering you amenities and benefits
Cost-Effective Scalability at Your Fingertips One of the most compelling advantages of private cabins is their cost-effectiveness. Rather than shouldering the financial burden of a full office lease, you only pay for the space you need, when you need it. Now channel your resources into fueling your business’s growth, investing in domains that truly matter, such as talent acquisition, product development, or even marketing initiatives.
Privacy and Confidentiality, Guaranteed Confidentiality is also huge. You don’t have to worry about sensitive client information or ideas getting out. The rooms are soundproofed, so those private conversations stay private. And controlled access means no unexpected visitors barging in.
You get a private, secure room personalized just for you and your business. No loud, distracting neighbors or coworkers overhearing your calls. Just you, your team (if you have one), and your work. Sounds nice, doesn’t it?
But it gets better. These cabins come at a fraction of the cost of a full office lease. You only pay for the time and space you actually use. Expanding and adding more room as you grow? How easily it adjusts to your business needs.
Co-working Cabins with Modern Tech and Networking Features The cabins themselves are usually equipped with all the tech and amenities you need– WiFi, whiteboards, video conferencing setups, the whole nine yards. It’s a fully functional private office without the hassle of building it out yourself.
You also get the benefits of being part of a larger co-working community when you want it. Access to common space areas, networking events, happy hours, etc. But you still maintain your business privacy.
If you’re feeling stuck and confined by your current setup, these cabins could be the respite you need to reignite your business growth. Don’t let opportunities and big ideas pass you by. Invest in a workspace that rises to meet your ambition. Private co-working cabins free you up to concentrate on what really matters – making your business dream a reality.
At the end of the day, private cabins give you space to focus and be productive, but on your terms. To book a co-working space at LetsBrim visit us at- https://www.letsbrim.com/

Just got home, I'm half drunk and I made the mistake of opening twitter and this is the first thing I see.
I'm gonna rant and probably delete this is the morning but whatever
I'm so fucking tired of how journalists try and fish out a wrong answer from Lewis. Anything to get a reaction.
And how he had to point out that 'good mentality' is not enough to outdrive a failing suspension.
I don't know dude, go ask Toto or Shovlin why that damn car has had a failing suspension through the sprint race and somehow managed to finish those 18 laps safely?
Also, where the hell is that team? Does anyone there take accountability? Why is always Lewis pointing out how hard they're working when he gets 0 backing for his supposedly "family".
Like a fucking broken suspension and Bradley has the nerve to go on Sky and say "it wasn't that big of a change". Or how they wrongly assembled parts in Baku, or a joke of a strategy in Singapore a 5th grader that watches 1 full season would know wouldn't work.
And that's only in the last 3 races.
And that Lewis's message on ig, that's Lewis preparing ground for his updates to be passed on to Russell. Because yk, he's in a better starting position (not that this would matter if the roles were reversed anyway as we've seen this season)
Honestly, is that their idea of "let's end our last days on high" ? Because if that's a high I can't even think what would entail their lows.
#he took a pitlane start in fucking Baku to get an extra engine for this update and ALL the opportunities it would bring to tracks like Cota#watch him start on the same strategy as the top 5 tomorrow even in p19#honestly merc wth#lewis hamilton#ella asks
