BRAINWASH Yourself For Success & Destroy NEGATIVE THOUGHTS!
"It's a scientific fact that the hormones of stress down regulate genes and create disease." - Dr. Joe Dispenza
The good news is that if we can harm ourselves with our thoughts, we can also heal ourselves with our thoughts!
“It’s a scientific fact that the hormones of stress down regulate genes and create disease.” – Dr. Joe Dispenza
We need to stop turning on our stress response just from thought alone. When we are stressed, we activate chemicals in our body that respond to the stress we are experiencing just in our minds. Are we needlessly suffering from our negative thought process?
The good news is that if we…
my piss poor summary of this five minute clip that is from a two hour video:
essentially consciousness is not solely the creation of the brain.. it’s not just neurons firing off or whatever tf the terms are because science has been operating off of spacetime being fundamental when it’s been slowly revealed over the past couple of decades (especially in the last ten years. ex: last years noble prize winners that showed locality is not real) that it is only a data structure/function of some deeper system that influences everything. so the real real summary is that we know nothing, we will never know anything, and if we did know everything we should just kill ourselves. the fun part is that we are cogs of some system that is ultimately unknowable and filled with infinite truths.
one of the more funkier parts of the interview (which the tech nerd interviewer didn’t ask for him to expand on 🙄) was where he talked about the current impossibility to visit (even if it’s just with probes) majority of the universe because of the rate that space expands that would take us millions of years to traverse.. but there’s future possibilities of visiting these places using something outside of spacetime constrictions.. astral projections anyone.. LOL that’s more my own woo woo thinking. anyways, very informative video that takes the first hour to build up and then reallyyyy comes together to rain down on you the info. fun!

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is considering ending presidential campaign 2 sources say
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is considering ending his presidential candidacy in the coming days, according to two sources familiar with his campaign, though he has not yet made a final decision.
On Wednesday, his campaign manager, Amaryllis Fox, sent an email to campaign staff thanking them for their contributions, and she informed them that he was mulling suspending his campaign.
Kennedy’s campaign announced on his website that he plans to address the nation Friday “about the present historical moment and his path forward.”
His running mate, Nicole Shanahan, told “Impact Theory” podcast’s Tom Bilyeu in an interview that posted Tuesday that Kennedy was considering suppporting GOP nominee Donald Trump.
She expressed a fear that in staying in the race, RFK Jr. might “draw votes from Trump” and instead raised the possibility that “we walk away right now and join forces with” him.
Kennedy also recently approached Vice President Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign to try to discuss the possibility of serving in her administration, two sources familiar with the situation told CBS News, but Harris and her advisers did not agree to meet him.
“No one has any intention of negotiating with a MAGA-funded fringe candidate who has sought out a job with Donald Trump in exchange for an endorsement,” one Harris campaign source said.
In response to the possibility that Kennedy could end his presidential bid, the Democratic National Committee issued a statement saying “desperate men do desperate things.”
“RFK Jr. was recruited by MAGA, funded by MAGA, and parroted MAGA talking points. No one should be shocked if he formalizes his relationship in an attempt to maintain relevance,” said Mary Beth Cahill, a DNC senior adviser.

Powerful Insights From Dr. Rena Malik:
“Foreplay starts at the beginning of the date.”
"85% of women need some form of clitoral stimulation to achieve orgasm, which means that they don't need a penetrating, a penis penetrating them to achieve orgasm."
"It is so accessible that kids as young as eight are seeing pornography... It can really release a lot of dopamine, which can then make you feel like you're seeking that again over and over again."
"Not every woman wants a very large penis. We joke about it all the time. We talk about it all the time because society makes it seem like this is the be all, end all…”
