Using your thumb, create an indentation in the center of each patty and refrigerate for 30 minutes. (This helps keep them from falling apart).
Brush each patty with BBQ sauce and grill 6 to 8 minutes on each side until cooked through. 
Let the patties rest about three minutes and then serve with a creamy pesto pasta salad and a helping of the best baked beans!
To Bake Turkey Burgers
Prepare as directed.
Preheat oven to 350°F and bake on a parchment lined pan for 25-30 minutes or until they reach 165°F.
The best way to tell if your turkey burgers are done is to use a meat thermometer. Insert into the thickest part of each patty and remove from the heat when the internal temperature reaches 165°F or more. Always let the cooked patties rest for about 3 to 5 minutes before serving them.

What specifically makes this book such a big win is the layout and generous use of quality pictures. Every recipe is accompanied by an ingredient list, a nutrient list, clearly written (not overly verbose) instructions, and perhaps what my wife and I appreciate the most, a picture of the ingredients and a picture of the finished product. This book was not just thrown together it haste. The photography is high-quality, the recipes extremely tasteful and the section broad. I love all of the Primal Blueprint cookbooks - I turn to them when I want something simple and delicious. I disagree with a few of the reviewers about the ingredients being unusual or "not in the ordinary" kitchen. I haven't found that to be the case at all. The simple greatness of the burger is deceptive. What seems such an easy arrangement of meat, bread and cheese at its most basic is actually a product of some sophisticated science.
