Alberto hosted a New Year's Eve party, mostly because he needs to appeal a community policy so that he can vote on a policy for his aspiration since we have the max amount of policies in place in this community right now. So, he hosted a party to schmooze and get signatures for his appeal.

Ji Ho, Yang Mal and Little Goat reached Sulani to find Guidry and send Ji Ho's dead brother to the other side. It wasn't easy for Ji Ho to return. He had a traumatic life here. Suddenly he heard the Siren Song. For the first time in his life. Even though Ji Ho and his mother were mermaids, he'd never met others of his kin.

Oh but this song was so beautiful - promises of home, family, happyness, carefreeness... All he has to do to gain all this was to enter the ocean and follow the song... And he did.

The song lead him to a cave.

"I have been waiting for you" an old merman said.

"Follow me."

They sat down in the cave and the old man sang a song about his daughter, Tina.

About how she saw a beautiful man and fell in love.

She abandoned her kin to follow him. But Axel lived in the slums of Sulani and soon they had severe financial problems. But the creditor suggested to waive a part of the debts if Tina would be 'nice' to him...

She loved Axel so much and eventually gave in... And so Tina started to work at the 'House of the Rising Sun' to help Axel pay his debts. She gave birth to two sons.

Old man: "Seems you're tired now. Sleep."

And then he carried Ji Ho to a prison cell in the cave. Where Guidry also was locked in! Guidry: "Oh no..." Old man: "He's just as dumb as his mother."

The Pride Festival has arrived in Del Sol Valley

On Sundays they visit Sprucewood Square. Yasemin encourages these types of trips together to help strengthen their family bond and she can already see Tina and Olive’s relationship is growing because of this.

This family is still contributing to the area. Yasemin and Tina have learned to calm down a little, and help their daughter with her growing family.

Maira moved here from Henford-on-Bagley to paint, but also to get away from the chaos of her parents' divorce. In that, she met Olive, fell in love and decided to stay.

Yasemin Tinker

Her books are doing really well! Initially, Yasemin had a blog about her life and how they tried to live as eco-friendly as possible. Eventually, that turned into books and she is also often doing tv and radio interviews where she answers questions and try to inspire others.

It had been stressful for them, initially. Both she and Tina are very driven, but had to practice to calm down a little. Over the years, she thinks both of them have managed to take it easier and appreciate the daily life.

Tina Tinker

Still crafting, fixing and DIY:ing! Now, she has her grand-daughter and soon another baby to knit for!

Otherwise, Tina still help around the community and loves going to Faye's bar to meet people. She has learned not to say yes to every new project, but she is still very much a woman constantly on the go!

Olive Tinker

Growing up in Evergreen Harbor, Olive knows her way around the area! She grew up playing in the old quarry (didn't tell her mothers that!), hanging at The Waterfront with the Greenburgs and Sprucewood Square with her moms. Now, she looks forward to bring up her girl, and the coming baby, in her beloved community!

Maira Watson

Maybe her crush on the local shop-owner, Kim, should've given it away; Maira was definitely more into girls than boys.

That in itself wasn't a big deal, until she realized her mother also preferred women. And when her mother decided to divorce her father and create what most be considered a scandal in Henford-on-Bagley by instead marrying the town's mayor, well - Maira felt that she just couldn't stay.

By then, Rashidah had already left. Maira never really longed for any other place, like her sister had, but it was getting apparent that she wouldn't love staying in Henford-on-Bagley.

She has always loved painting, and when she at the age of 22 noticed that they needed a painter for murals here in Evergreen Harbor, she took the chance.

She will forever be glad that she did. Now, her twin-brother has taken over the farm and is raising his family there. She sometimes go back and visit, but not very often. Instead, she focuses on her own, growing family here.

Jenny Tinker-Watson

This sunny little girl loves being held and all the attentions she is getting! Soon that will be shared with a baby sister, but that's not something that Jenny understands yet.
