#Tim is internally debating whether to give his boyfriend some cases

Tim accidentally left a case file in Bernard's apartment. And Bernard thinking it's one of those cold case puzzles decided he wanted to solve then show it to Tim so they could do puzzle nights together.

Cue to about a week later where Tim watches in complete awe, fascination, and stress of Bernard presenting the evidence of connecting a dozen and a half murders to a foreign underground organisation.

Tim, in an attempt to hide his secret identity, started a friendly debate. It got slightly heated. After Tim investigated the case, his boyfriend ended up being right.
