Tiger Zinda Hai’s box office collection to hit 200 crore mark

Despite the controversies and cold shoulders, Ali Abbas Zafar managed to get the ex-lovers to reunite on screen for Tiger Zinda Hai. SalmanKhan`s Tiger Zinda Hai is busy racking moolah at the box office with each passing day scoring a total of 190.62 crores as on Wednesday.

After crossing the Rs 150-crore mark within four days of its release this Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer collected another 17.5 Crores (approx) on Tuesday, making its way to the 200-crore club beating its contemporary Fukrey Returns that scored 72.25 crores in two weeks.

This spy-thriller is a sequel to the 2012 blockbuster, Ek Tha Tiger. It revolves around Salman(a RAW agent), and Katrina`s (an ISI agent), deadly mission to rescue 25 nurses, held hostage by ISIS, a terrorist organization. The movie was released on 22 December 2017 and was screened across 4600 theatres in the country, under Yash Raj Films banner.

With gripping action sequences and `swag` songs,  Tiger Zinda Hai is expected to make 350 crore in domestic coin, and another 150 overseas which would be enough to make Tiger Zinda Hai the third biggest grosser of his career, behind Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Sultan.

Kabir Singh Box Office: Here's how much Shahid Kapoor & Kiara Advani starrer minted overall after 10 week run

The biggest blockbuster of 2019, Kabir Singh, by the end of this week will finish a successful 10-week run at the domestic as well as the overseas box office. After the monstrous success of the film, which stars Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani, the film has managed to rake in a little over Rs 276 crore nett. The remake of the hit Telugu film, Arjun Reddy, the Hindi romance drama directed by Sandeep Vanga Reddy turned out to be a blockbuster in India within the first few weeks.

According to a report in Box Office India, Kabir Singh witnessed a great run across India and is the top film in all circuits barring the South circuits of Nizam/Andhra, Mysore and Tamil Nadu/Kerala. In these places Uri - The Surgical Strike remains the top film. The top circuit for the film is Bihar where it is the third highest ever after Bahubali - The Conclusion and Salman Khan starrer Tiger Zinda Hai.

When it comes to the film's overseas business, Kabir Singh has raked in USD 6.75 million (approx Rs 47 crore) which gives the film a worldwide total of Rs 377 crore as the domestic gross collection is Rs 330 crore. In terms of worldwide numbers, it is the 11th highest ever for a Hindi film.

Salman Khan’s Tiger Zinda Hai Box Office Collections

Salman Khan celebrated his birthday on Wednesday, i.e., 27th of December and what better gift than his film crushing box office by storm! Salman Khan’s Tiger Zinda Hai has created a stir in the movie theatres and is creating a good footfall. The ex-lovers have reunited on screen for Ali Abbas Zafar's Tiger Zinda Hai, and fans can't get enough of them.

The spy thriller, which hit the screens on December 22, is busy minting moolah at the box office with each passing day. Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif film completed five full days at the theatres and has collected 173 crores to date. It is all set to surpass the previous sequel of the Tiger series- Ek Tha Tiger which collected a total of 198 crores.

Tiger Zinda Hai’s highest one-day collection was recorded on Sunday which was slightly less than a half century, i.e., 45 crores and the lowest single-day collection was on Tuesday, which collected 21 crores. Even 21 crore is impressive but it was the lowest in the 5 day collection.
