You know, I've never really liked that the player character is the usually the only one in the entire country to even consider naming their Pokemon. Let's fix that!

Gordon- Named after Gordon Ramsay, of course! Arven seems like he'd watch a lot of cooking shows, after all.

Mignonette- A popular French sauce served with shellfish. Arven's got a bit of a dark sense of humor like that.

Red Hot- Obviously, peppers are pretty hot! It's also two words to reference the two heads- I like to imagine their individual names are literally "Red" and "Hot." Plus, it's a cheeky musical reference, which I love making. :P

Shiitake- Not much to say here.

Saltine- Yeah same.

Buddy- He calls Mabosstiff "Buddy" a ton in the story, and it's exactly what a little kid would name his first pet. If I could choose a SINGLE Pokemon to officially name in-game, it would be this one. It would hold so much meaning, come on James Freak!!!

Scorpio- Distant, cold and aloof. As a bonus, "Scorpio" references Umbreon's long-lost poison typing that no one online ever shuts up about.

Aquarius- Easy going, strong and a bit eccentric. You need to have a strong character to not beat the shit out of Vaporeon copypasta spammers.

Gemini- Quick thinking, social and spontaneous. Normal cats are crazy enough at 4am, imagine a cat imbued with the power of lightning...

Leo- Fearless, protective and a natural leader. Perfect fit for a fierce and physical Pokemon like Flareon! Plus, it's kinda almost like a lion!

Virgo- Practical, intelligent and "down-to-earth." Nails the chill, graceful yet powerful form of Leafeon.

Cassiopeia- Said to represent the queen, sitting on her throne. Penny claims she doesn't play favorites, but, let's be real here- the living trans pride flag is her favorite. I like to imagine "Cassiopeia" was her first chosen name when she came out, but then reeled it back to something a bit easier to pronounce and spell. The struggle...

Alright this one doesn't get a list of explanations for obvious reasons. I was really struggling to figure out what kind of nicknames Nemona would give her Pokemon. Seriously, I was pondering flowers and foods, maybe battle items or strategies? But when I thought about Nemona as a person, as a battler, as a trainer and as a lover of Pokemon...

She's totally that person who gives her Pokemon silly nicknames that don't fit at all once they evolve.

Ortho, Goober, Duncie, Ruffles, Mimo and Quackers. It's perfect.

Ooof but I'm still sad you couldn't see the specialist, I hope you can some time soon. Price would absolutely get you to the best one he can find; this man somehow avoids doctors himself like plague (pun intended), but you and the boys? Nuh-uh, no chance of slacking or missing appointments or postponing or whatever complication prevents you from going - Price has already dealt with it, get into the car, let him do your seatbelt cuz he's a gentleman like that, and off you go. Even if you have your physical therapy at home (his name's Johnny and even he insisted you go to a real doc no matter how much he likes taking care of you himelf).

Whatever instructions they would give you for what to do at home, though, Price makes sure to pass it down to Gaz, who's more than happy to do it with you. And he'll also probably do some excersises outside it with you too, maybe even get you both in a yoga class or something after you start to feel better. Or just you two in a living room with some youtube training video playing (I immediately went to 80s aerobics classes in my mind and imagined Kyle in bright pink leotard, fuck) or those audio instructions from apps like Nike has (I think?) in your earbuds.

And Ghost, Soap and Price just standing in the doorway/sitting on the couch and admiring the view. Yeah, physical therapy and some soft excersises. For health.

Finished the Dragon Quest III remake.

That was damn good. Gameplay-wise, it's tried and true, and it has that added complexity in teambuilding that feels just right. I did feel like physical attacks were kind of worthless for most of the game, until the final boss gauntlet that kind of forced my mages to turn into Healall/Philosopher's Stone spammers. But hey, I didn't even scratch the surface of the vocation system, and I didn't even explore the postgame yet, I don't doubt it keeps getting more interesting.

Oh, also, the monster wrangler stuff? Fantastic addition. Like obviously the Monsters subseries exist because people love these little freaks, but I'm glad this is also a thing in the core series.

So, now, can I be a bitch about the story of a game that came out eight years before I was born?

Spoilers obviously.

I've always said Dragon Quest excels at episodic setpieces where Final Fantasy was better at big overarching narratives (with the exception of DQIX which I think nails both these aspects), and it remains true here, and it annoys be because it didn't have to be. I have problems with the way DQIII had all the pieces on the chessboard and still manage to land on the Go to jail space.

They went the extra mile to flesh out this game's narrative compared to the NES version, but at the same time, I feel like they were not committing hard enough to making this the deeper narrative about family and duty that it could have been.

It does everything right as a prequel to DQI and II. I know it's cliché but I adored that the entire last stretch of the game served to establish the rest of the Erdrick trilogy.

Highlight of the game for me were Ortega and his wife, they did all they could to sell us on the tragedy of that family, which is part of why I am mad this plotline "culminated" with Ortega's death. They didn't add anything about the price of saving the world being making our mother suffer the way our father did.

Heck, for a remake that loved to focus on our mother's sadness and the way her cheerfulness is just a facade, it SUCKS that she is still unnamed.

I really wish we spent more time establishing that killing Zoma would sever the connection between the two worlds, because that would have made a pretty straightforward confrontation with our cackling robed blue skinned weirdo, yknow, personal??

Zoma too I feel is definitely a missed opportunity. He stays a very stock big bad through the end, when I feel they should have made him a narrative foil to Ortega. Maybe have him interact with both him and the protag more, heck maybe have him seek a son of his own, work this into a story about letting the world / your kids evolve without you.

Akio Otsuka (at least I think that's him?) put his heart in this wonderfully threatening performance, I really wish it was for a villain that had more to do, to say, and to bring to the narrative.

Because, yeah, as it stands now, the game's story kind of rings hollow despite wanting to be so much more, and they really don't have the excuse of "This is a NES game" when the NES FF trilogy was Lord of the Rings in comparison. Heck, the DQIV DS remake fixed that thematic dissonance with Psaro, why couldn't this one do the same?

So yeah! I am mad that all our mother got for her troubles was three seconds of wistful staring at the window in the credits when that shit should be what the plot is about, but I loved this game, otherwise I wouldn't be disappointed in its underwhelming epilogue.

AT THE VERY LEAST. There's that postcredit scene that sets up Hargon as the next threat!! And it looks like he has reasonable reasons for wanting to rule the world and won't just be Cackling Robed Dude #78289999 again!! That means the I&II remake is probably giving us story divergences, maybe give a better reason for Malroth to exist at all, and I'm honestly looking forward to it.

i know it sounds silly to say "kids are ruining my fun... in a kid's game", but... yeah that's what happened to me in roblox.

i'm 16, and i thought playing with kids would be alright since my 10yo sibling is very chill. we both get angry at other players sometimes but we just say stuff like, "ugh, this guy's being a jerk" to eachother; it's not like the other player has to know what we think about them. but these other kids playing roblox are always so rude for no reason...!

they're always either spamming "don't you know how to fucking play?" just because i'm a noob, or spamming "camper!!!" and "attack spammer!!!" in the chat and fucking reporting me for "cheating" because of that even thought as annoying as it is it literally isn't against the game's rules... plus when i find other players playing the game in a way i find annoying i either just suck it up or leave the server, why is most of this generation so mean!? it's not even a team game so it's not like i'm dragging their scores down by playing badly or anything.

One of the reasons I love your stories so much is because you write relationships, romantic or otherwise, so beautifully. I loved your depiction of Aoba and Anko’s friendship in On a Distant Star - their bond transcends the usual human connection. That’s very rare to find, especially in a male-female friendship in writing.

It’s glorious to read about the messiness and complexity of interpersonal relationships in all their twisty beauty - especially when done by an author who knows the ins and outs of humanity. You can make a reader love even the most random background character who’s appeared for, what, a page? Their idiosyncrasies, their flaws, and their passions all shine through in your writing.

Not to mention that I LOVE your rarepairs. As for Raidō and Kurenai??? Hoooo boi I never thought I’d ship it more than her and Asuma 😂 (seeing the three of them and how they interacted in Storms, being so beautifully in character, was a treat. I wanna ramble more because there is SO MUCH). I didn’t even know sai/tenten existed until I discovered one of your fics and that sent me down a rabbit hole asw ahshshshs.

Ah, it's not spam! I have Tumblr because I know readers sometimes feel more comfortable connecting here rather than leaving a kudos or comment.

I think I'm kind of a boring writer. My best stories don't have a lot in terms of plot, and mostly I just write what I want to read because I like so many rare pairs. I think we all want to feel a deep connection, platonic or romantic, and for some characters, like Aoba and Anko, I think them being very close friends makes more sense than a traditional romantic entanglement.

I think you're giving me too much credit lol I have just read a lot of books and seen messy people in action. I feel like I abuse the man versus self trope all the time, but that's what I'm really interested in, is how we lie to ourselves and betray ourselves to our own detriment. And the background characters are easier because there's more room to play around with them, and potential readers aren't invested in them the same was as they are with popular characters. Writing Kakashi puts my stomach in knots, but characters like Asuma and Raidou are easy peasy, because I know enough to make guesses and can be creative.

LOL Raidou and Kurenai only started because I thought it was lame for Kakashi and Asuma to be her two options. Raidou was just cute enough and you could see the leap between him to Asuma. LOL I'm never getting away from Storms. It's a mess in a lot of ways and there are things I would change, but from some of the comments I also feel like the people who needed to read it found it, so it stays. I just think that Lovesickness will be better, and a fuller picture of what could've happened.

I will maintain, until my dying day, that Sai and Tenten aren't a huge leap at all lol.

I don't mind the essays! And I definitely know what it means to be jetlagged and a student. I most certainly do not miss either. Thank you so much for reading and leaving such a sweet comment, take care!

•This is my second blog, idk why I specifically made it but I’m gonna use it for something. Even if it’s for stupid/unnecessary things.

•My personal and OG blog isn’t gonna be as aesthetically pleasing but idc it’s my baby and I like the way it is now. so here, is gonna be the only place I’ll care about the image and visuals on it.

•I would write one-shots but I’m not emotionally stable or emotionally smart/capable of writing romance. There are reasons for it but I’m still learning about it, so for now it’s for private reasons. However, that won’t stop me from sharing my fav songs at the moment (I listen to everything so there’s enough to constantly share). My fav shows, groups, fandom, anime’s, movies, moods, etc etc.

•I’m a fan of almost every fandom you can imagine. Besides furries, 30-year-olds sexualizing and cosplaying as minors from animes (sorry it's a personal problem I have with that specifically), and things like that. I've said it a million times before, and I'll no doubt say it a million times in the future: something is absolutely hell-bent on disrupting my sleep. I swear that not only does something up there not want me to have a normal thyroid, but it also doesn't want me to sleep well. With traffic now out of the picture, it's quite a coincidence that all these other things are now waking me up. I swear I've got to get a mouthguard if only to stop snoring myself awake. However, I don't always snore while on my back because the first bang woke me up when I was on my back and I wasn't snoring. My first thought was a surprise thunderstorm. It was just one big bang, but when I got up to pee, I saw the sun was shining. So, my next thought was that Tom dropped something in the kitchen, even though the sound seemed to come from the opposite direction. I went out to him, but he swore there were no bangs.

Trying to convince myself I just dreamed it up, I went back to bed even though it took me an hour to fall back asleep. A few hours later, the same thing happened. I questioned whether or not something fell in the laundry room which is right behind the bedroom, so he went out and looked. A few minutes later, he came back into the house and said I was right, a large plastic tote fell down. But it could have only happened once because that was the only thing that fell! The laundry room is small, and there isn't much space between the washer and dryer and the shelves. So, it would have slipped off the shelf and crashed down onto the washer before hitting the floor, which makes sense after the sound I heard.

But what was that first bang? Unless it was a 400-pound tiger, there's no way a cat could have leaped onto the roof and made such a loud bang. There's nothing else that could have come from the back or Ray's place that I know of, and Toni's place is too far away. Besides, he was sitting by her place, so he would have heard it if it had come from there. His room and the living room are on the Toni side, and my room and the kitchen are on the Ray side.

Since I doubt the tote would have thrown itself down, picked itself back up, and placed itself back on the shelf before throwing itself back down a few hours later, I am completely mystified as to what it could have been. But it was something. And the fact that there is almost always something is what makes me think it can't be a coincidence and something really is trying to sabotage my sleep. The question is what and why? I have a very strong feeling that even if I could suddenly sleep at night every night, it would still find a way to fuck with my sleep.

He said the only thing he could think of is maybe the wind went through the rafters at just the right angle and strength to knock the tote off. I suppose it's possible, but it doesn't seem likely to me because I don't think the gap between the ceiling and wall is that big.

So now that my sleep has been disrupted more than twice, I am totally exhausted. Can't let my schedule jump too fast, though, in order to make my appointment on the 13th.

Went through the first three chapters of my story last night. I made a few edits, but nothing major.

I don't know if this means anything and it's pretty mild so far, but I've noticed more tingling lately in my legs (paresthesia). I've had it in my right thigh, but lately, I'm feeling it in various places in both legs from my butt to my feet. I first thought it was connected to my weight, but now I'm wondering if it's a sciatica, thyroid, or prediabetes thing. All these things and other things can cause it.

I'm more worried about my thyroid and all this fatigue. It's a miracle that the decades of poor sleep and what happened with the medication in Cali haven't messed up my heart, but it can't be doing my health any good either. Sooner or later, all these sleep disturbances are going to catch up to me.

My mother would be 92 years old today if she was still alive, a year younger than Tom’s mom was when she died in 2015.

You are sitting in the common area of Avengers Tower, balancing your laptop on your thighs, completing the last question of a personality quiz.

Loki walk in just as the results pop up.

"Logistician...interesting," you say as you begin to read the breakdown. "Introverted mind, that's a no-brainer. Observant and a natural thinker, also true–," you pause as you read over the next part again. "No, that can't be right..."

"Just what are you blabbering on about?" Loki says from directly behind you, causing you to jump a few inches off the couch.

"AAAH!" you scream before placing your hand on your chest. Once your heart was beating at a less scary pace, you twist around to glare at the trickster. "Loki! We've talked about this! Make a noise or something, jeeez. I swear, one of these days, I'm gonna put a bell on you."

Loki does little to hide his smirk, completely amused at your expense. He glances at your computer screen before raising an eyebrow. "And what can't be right about whatever it is you were reading?"

Quickly remembering what you were doing before Loki decided to test the strength of your heart, you exclaim, "This!" pointing at the offending text in front of you. "It says I'm judgmental!"

Loki leans over your shoulder to read the screen. He hums before chuckling. "It also says you’re insensitive. I think it's quite accurate."

You once again place a hand on your chest, while gasping. "How rude! I wonder what it would say about you. Probably that you're unreasonable and stubborn, that you can't play nice with others."

You start a new quiz in another tab. "Here. Sit. I wanna see what it'll say," you state while patting the space next to you on the couch. Loki sighs dramatically before walking around the couch and sitting beside you. You hand him your laptop, eagerly watching as he reads each question, answering some quickly while contemplating others.

He just answered the last question and clicked submit, when the 'Please show you are not a robot' pops up.

"What is this?" he asks in confusion.

"Oh, it's just asking you to check the box to prove you are not a robot."

"Why? Are there a lot of robots on the internet?"

You laugh. "Well, there's like automated software and spammers. I think this stops them from doing things on your behalf, but Tony would be able to explain it better than me," you tell him. He nods at your answer and moves the mouse over the check box, before stopping again.

"What if I was a robot and I didn't know it?"

You take a look at the complete seriousness on his face, before you crack. Laughter explodes out of you. Every time you try to compose yourself, you look at Loki and start laughing again. After a few minutes, you have tears running down your sore cheeks, and your stomach hurts.

"Oh god, I haven't laughed that hard in such a long time!" You chuckle before realizing that Loki is still waiting on an answer. "Wait, you're serious?"

"Yes! What if all this time, I was a robot but I didn't know it?"

You giggle before saying, "Well, if you were a robot, you’re not supposed to be able to hurt humans in any way, and we both know that's not true." He looks slightly appeased by this, but you continue on, "Of course, it could be the complete opposite! Do you have an overwhelming desire to destroy humanity?" You blink at him innocently.

Now Loki's worried. "Well...maybe before... but that couldn't mean... I changed my mind... most days at least..."

You reach over and pat his arm. "It's okay Loki! Even if you cannot confirm that you are a robot, just assume that you are and be proud of your robot nature. There will be plenty of people who will want to turn you off for thinking outside the box or trying to kill people or whatever." You smile at him reassuringly.

He just stares at you. 'What if you’re secretly a robot and you are trying to get him to join her,' he thinks.

He takes several movements thinking this over, before deciding 'Fuck it.' He clicks the check box firmly and waits as his results pop up.

You lean against him so you can read the screen easier. "Architect huh. Let's see, 'they aren’t afraid to break the rules or risk disapproval – in fact, they rather enjoy it'. Well that sounds exactly like you," you laugh.

He nods unashamedly, "it also says I have a thirst for knowledge, and that I assume most people are lazy, unimaginative, or simply doomed to mediocrity."

"Hmm, let's look at your weaknesses, shall we?" You reach over and click on the next page. "Oh would you look at that! Arrogant, dismissive of emotions, and socially clueless."

He goes to deny it, but after a second, he just tilts his head to the side and says, "I suppose that it also correct."

"Ha!" you exclaim jumping off the couch and begin running down the hall. "Guys! Loki's agreeing with the computer! He admits he's a robot!"

"NOW HANG ON JUST A MINUTE!"

🥜 Brown: It was rather shock me to believe this game is exist from while back, but in recent days later that it had a fresh look. A new Super Smash Bros-like fighting game being developed by Player First Games while published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment; featuring characters from their franchises like DC Comics, Looney Tunes, and even Cartoon Network shows such as Adventure Time/Steven Universe included! I was out of my head to see this huge crossover since.....well anything! Sure there's plenty of times companies wanted to dive in the craze like Nickelodeon All-Stars Brawl for example. It does need more content to addressed still, but hoping I can stick around soon instead of move away from. For MultiVersus though, Its something I'll can look forward as well; especially I'm used to have my memories of watching Warner Bros movies and animated shows as much I'm more into Cartoon Network stuff. Though it was the same thing that I'm with the original Teen Titans show, so that counts right? Anyways, this game is being made as a free to play experience to download through consoles or at stream services available. While it was an okay choice to have, but personally I'm much would to prefer anything else. I know about free to play games when I see whether on the app store on mobile phones or gaming consoles. I'm not to sure if I'll jump right in quickly to get one though. On first hand looks promising that grab my attention while the other hand gonna cost me with currency if I wanted to unlocked costumes for every characters. Though there's plenty more than just that, but still. I'm hoping this game can have some unlockables by simply playing through it progress so far. It does happens on other free to play games, right? I'll just wait to find out if our creator friend will managed to get one for his Xbox One console so I can see for himself. At least knowing what to expected before he can say anything about if it's worth it of not. I'm hoping of what he's doing or simply watching review videos on YouTube; whatever he chooses.

🥜 Brown: Aside from that, After checking the MultiVersus's fighter roster looks pretty interesting for my eyes. Each fighters had awesome moveset and specials to write a list down from. Before I can get to that though, I wanted to share some reactions a bit for the character's appearances. Finn, Jake, Steven, and Garnet is one of those characters that I'll be happy to play as them; being as a CN fan like myself and all. It was no surprise though since they owned by WarnerMedia when airing cartoons on television or at streaming services through HBO Max for example. That and also fitting picks since they're skilled of fighting things as good heroes. Speaking of what as I said before, each fighters had special moves and unique abilities if you hoping to help your co-op friend in 2v2 matches for good use. (Or your CPU player depend the option when going for solo play) For example, Steven's abilities when activate his shield power for protection was a nice touch; especially his type is "Support" to aid your co-op or CPU player in battle. Of course each fighters had different types of their abilities for battle that I don't see why not to be curious about. However what I finding this different is because of customization to set up; that includes special moves and taunts of each fighter before going to a match with others. Looks like I'll just wait to find out how does it work when the game released; whether was a good thing or not.

🥜 Brown: *Whew* Looks like that's all I could say for MulitVersus while trying to share this, but sorry if I wanted to talk more from when building up my expression or something. Time will tell when I'm coming back soon, but checking this game being developed by Player First Games and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment was a fresh new look to get into. However being a free-to-play game does have turn back for someone; especially for me when I'm hoping it could've been something else. However this will be a fun game at least for trying something different and the roster of 13 playable characters that me and our creator friend will look forward to. Didn't I forgot to mention they have voice acting from reprised actors we've know about before? Nicely!

There's gonna be some mistakes to be addressed like last time when Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl gotten into a rocky start with bugs and lack of voice acting for each Nicktoon fighters. At least knowing the devs are trying to work on it that should be coming very soon. In fact, today that I'll look forward to its next update through IGN for another fighter added; previously was 🐱Garfield which too be honest was an unexpected surprise since dealing rights from Viacom. Okay now I'm home and stuff I can explain how bing actions literally scream he guilty.

1) Deleting because of spammers/raids

Look its your server. You literally just have to cut off all links into it and make it where only mods/yourself are allowed to make invite links. TBATF did that when shit was really hot and to this day you can't get in without going thru them. So there really no way he can excuse his shit with this.

2) alienating your only supporters/deleting

Look you can't talk about the shit in the official ew server. But in his server they made it all clear they support him. If you are innocent then why are you gonna alienate your supporter by removing them from around you? You gave them till the end of the week to pack up and get lost. You do know how that looks really shady. Plus you are gonna cause some bad blood as we. You know who also did that shit? Pip with the ew fan movie server. Twice. Because so much shit was getting leak out and Marc situation. Also know who deleted their stuff on twitter like Bing did? Jamie. His whole twitter gone. Not sure if it was due to the police or what. Buts its gone. Deleting literally is a major red flag of hiding/avoiding the issue. It a oh shit they got me let me delete ANY possible evidence against me.

Now you can say well TBATF didn't delete their server so- NOPE. Do you know what happens when you cross those three on there? They delete every conversation you had in that server when you're kicked or banned. Then anything they spoke to you? Gone! How I know? I used to be an ex fan. I got banned after getting with it with Jax and my friend who was still in the server told me I didn't even exist anymore. Everything was gone that I have posted. And it wasn't brought up by others in the server. Jax move on to something else. Then when the TBATF callout happen, Jax was caught deleting some other stuff if I remembered correctly. So it the same pattern. Getting caught then hurrying to delete and run away.

I could go on but you get what I mean. This is a really bad look. Its a dragging my feet action and we all saw how TBATF went down when they promise a apology then made themselves the circus clowns before being dropped by most of the fandom. How about Bing stop being so cowardly to hide behind Matt and his wife for two seconds and just give an answer. I get you can't provide proof when police are involved but you can still make a written statement :/

How are you, dears? Been awhile. A bit happen I like to ramble about, a mix of good and the bad as life can be~

Starting with the good news first, I GOT ME A PC AT LAST!!

And how I got— OH, it was a peice of Slytherin scheming, I gotta tell you.

•SO. I was saving up for it for almost a year, right. And when we moved things just went downhill fast from every direction, I had to give everything I have for groceries and bills and all.

But my current pc was coughing up much worse slowly, it was basically running on prayers, I have nothing on it but my files and drawing program, backing up everything was painfully slow. I had to buy something reliable soon, or I won't be drawing.

I was going to get me a normal desk computer, I had it in my wish list for ages, the minute I gathered the full price- it was sold out. I was considably mmfff-ed. Each time I get enough for a good deal pc with the qualities I need- it gets sold out, cuz ya know, everybody's quarantine now and need pcs to be occupied, I suppose.

So, I had to ask for my money back or at least part of it, which I was promised that it would be given back to me, let me clarify. Denied.

I didn't care 'bout groceries, I was miffed— I rather eat dirt for a while than not draw. And so, I begged and pleaded, pleaded and begged. Each time I find a new deal it gets sold out, I'm being ignored further, and it was getting harder to find local deals, and buying aboard wasn't possible these days, even if its cheaper.

Eventually, I asked for only 1/4 of my money back, careful not to say how much it cost or how much I have (cuz I learnt my lesson, it would be taken from me again), so I was given.

I bought it thunder-quick, and it arrived to the next towns delivery office. And FER SOME REASON they sent us a message saying come get your parcel before a week- give or take, and didn't bother to deliver or call.

I was like WHY?!? I knew why anyway, cuz we live in an unmarked town or maybe a village, no traffic or services to pass us.

Since I'm not allowed to step foot outside, and was denied my wishes to learn how to drive (CONSTANTLY), and them bravely taking the responsibility of tending to my needs, I had to beg and plead again. I'm told to forget it, they'll call us and get it here.

For three days, nobody did. I texted, email, messaged all the company's support centers, no response from anyone.

I got the location of their office and phone number and begged them to check it. NOPE.

I was fuming at this point, I was planning ways to go on foot and get it myself, but it was silly- it was 15 minutes drive away, according to Google maps.

So I thought so hard in a way to forced them to go. And remembered something I didn't tell them because I was handling it myself. I deal with the gov documents and do all the paperwork. So I informed them that they need to update their phone number in the ministry office (around the delivering company)

cuz I can't do it online. And they're like damn, and hey I'll go look for your parcel, those ppl are useless in delivering it.

So they went and got it to me, but too bad, the ministry offices are closed. 🤖

With all this, I'm grateful tho for the delay it took (months) and thankful that my older pc kept stable enough to be able to do commissions still (thank you my dearest friends). Because I got a nice deal, and equally important to me— it was red and black, made heavenly matching my red & black palette obsession, hehe

I settled it on my desk and finished installing everything.

•AND THEN!

A scarce endless rain started to pour on us one day after. And the renovations to this house that costs us our souls and starving us really showed their worth. All the house was leaking. And it was dripping on my table, on my devices, and more worryingly near the cables in my room. It rained hailstones too on our fake metal ceiling— with ear piercing noise.

So it was a week of frustratingly listening to panicking and asking us to run around with buckets under each invisible leak, and do as little electric- required work as possible. (Because of horrifying previous happenings)

Contractors came and whatever, asked for the same amount of money to fix our ceiling as they originally did before.

I'm just thankful that it doesn't rain here much anyway.

•And while all that happening:

This person was sending me things.

I already made my point clear to them (and alot of you did more than that, bless your souls)

I don't like listening to people insulting others for their interests, beliefs or basically anything that's doing no one harm to anybody ( I have my fill from home, honestly).

And I suppose they are merely trolling or not good with listening. But then they started spamming me, and I had to break my Homan right policy and block them.

I don't care what others ship as long as they enjoy it, gives them this heart fluttering thrill of excitement and joy, give them meaning, help them grow, understand, have compassion to things they don't get, harmonious with them, have reasonable discussions, influencing goodness on one another. This means alot to me; to be able to do something that can bring happiness and warmth if it was cold and lonely in times. I mean I love how happy everyone was actually enjoying the snermoine I did, while the spammer was too focused on 'canceling' other ships but it. (Eee so glad u liked it💛🔥)

It's not realistic or fair to me that people gets shamed for liking fictional characters— whatever they are. And equally unfair to force some character concept on someone else that doesn't enjoy that concept, no matter how canon or not it was, they are real people to get hurt by such things, while fictional characters can't and never will get hurt anyway. I'm mortified that I have to say it and don't even know how to explain it more plainly! It is troubling that it's a real thing to happen, ppl annoying others for their favourite ships. Anyway, enough said.

And yeah... the fasting month is coming, and you all know what that means!!

WHY I'M SMARTER THAN SPAMMER

The scary thing about platforms is that there are always some that seem to outsiders to be fine, whatever else you do or don't do.2 The reason Cambridge is the intellectual capital of the world, and the third empirically false. i mean yeah beau wasn’t going to go to jester about it. i don’t think she was consciously going to nott for advice or help, although she has to know nott won’t just let this one go — but also: beau has opened up to nott several times now, starting in humperduke. they were also both in the room for caleb’s big confession, and even if beau didn’t catch the entire conversation they had acted she left, she did at least catch at the time that nott can hear terrible stuff and accept it. not that what beau has told her is remotely terrible. but nott? she’s not the worst person to tell. she’s not going to get preachy like caduceus, or make it weird or about himself like caleb sometimes can. (beau has never actually leaned on caleb the way he has her.) nott will enjoy the secret and joke it off and not treat it with gravity and massive importance, and i think that makes it much easier to talk to her than others at times.

it’s kind of like when nott died, weirdly enough. beau spoke first and it was to jokingly chose her sbout traps. nott, relieved, latched onto the joke. because that’s what nott needed, and i think beau recognized it, because it’s what she would do, too. they’re really very similar! and beau might well find it easier to say certain things to nott as a result. it’s just lower pressure. nott will get it and joke it off if that’s what beau needs.
