I'm like rewatching Avatar the Last Airbender mainly for background noise, but something struck me.

Throughout the fandom POC, especially black people, talk about how much white ppl love Zuko, cause he's the colonizer that gets his shit together and is "redeemed" by the end. The thing that's funny to me is white ppl over here loving Zuko prolly think of themselves as endgame Zuko. But REALLY they are Season 1 Zuko, busted up and calling everybody peasants cause HE isn't getting the royal treatment he feels he so rightly deserves.
