alright with that out of the way. hi everyone, i wasn't lying when i said i had a worm in my brain; i've been crunching on this hardcore for the past month after listening to this song in the car and immediately being able to envision the entire ggg final boss fight set to it. weird idea? sure; crazy idea to board the ENTIRE song? absolutely, but that's precisely my jam

OH MY GOSH YES!! AHH I have been thinking of doing a ggg x nsr crossover for a while now and this is getting me excited!!

Thespius in NSR style! Decided to make a crossover between every god in ggg with a game I feel they would fit right in or have a similar vibe

Starting with Thespius because he just clicks for me with No Straight Roads, being a game all about music and creativity (they even have a nature district so you know he would vibe there)

Next one Click Clack if you want to guess what game I'll use for crossover :)

Yeah actually, wait… does Milldread like… have politicians, even…? Or is the town run by priest? Saul’s the closest thing to an authority figure they seem to have.

BuzzHuzz seems to be directly run by Bauhauzzo and Huzzle Mug with minimal mortal involvement… so the politician was probably like… someone running for mayor of HobbyHoo or something. The fact that she left anything on the politician’s lawn means she knew where he lived and it was targeted in some way.

I like the idea that even when she was human she was friends with Thespius…

Imagine she’s somehow just replaced all of Click Clack’s masks with ones that look like her own face. (Pulling pranks on GODS!! AS A HUMAN! COULD SHE BE ANY COOLER?!) Then she stops by to talk to Thespius and he mentions in passing disliking this politician but not wanting to get involved because he’s an easygoing guy and he doesn’t want to force things upon the mortals. Instead they write a song making fun of the guy and Cobi goes to hide in the bushes in front of his house and jumpscare him.

Ooooh I can’t remember the last time I clicked with a fictional character as quickly as I have with Cobigail. I love her so much I love her so much.

She’s so silly??? Perfect??

Anyway we need to appreciate the fact that she was, as a mortal, human music teacher… going around pulling pranks on gods, politicians, and her own students.

And because the grove is a lovely place, instead of being punished for her hubris with that whole pranking literal gods thing, she got to ascend. And become corn. Changed her name to a pun. Made her tradition of pranking everyone and then giving them gifts into a holiday.

The name of the holiday is also a pun.

Must be so weird for Bloom. You play hooky from music class a couple times to make sweets

and one day you come home and your music teacher has somehow filled your home with 300 glue traps. But she left a jar of sweets in the middle. So…?

Then some years later your music teacher becomes a god. And that night when she filled your house with glue traps? It’s a national holiday now.

I think Bloom should get to ascend too, frankly. He deserves it.
