Review: The Royal Family of Broadway

Tonight's bill - "The Royal Family of Broadway", the new musical by William Finn and Rachel Sheinkin at barringtonstage. Such a delightful show, with a great book, fun songs, great choreography, and an all-star top notch cast. Exquisite performances by leading ladies msharrietharris and lauramichellekelly.  willtheswenson was hilarious and over the top. Could not get enough of aj_shively and hayley_podschun who were completely captivating every time they stepped on stage. Beautiful singing from alanhgreen, hysterical performances by Arnie Burton and grannynyc, and a super talented ensemble. And theatrical royalty in the audience as well, including audramcdonald and William Finn himself! A thoroughly enjoyable evening of theatre. So I turned 24 a few days ago. . I’m figuring it out; my career, my personal life, who I am... I’m figuring it out. . But there are some things I know to be my truth. I know that love is real.
