my friend playing LoP for the first time

He's got A LOT of interesting thoughts and I just have to talk about it lmao

Spoilers below

So my friend is playing LoP blind for the first time and he's loving it as a Soulsborne player. The funny thing is that he has never seen another Pinocchio adaptation, so Lies of P is technically his first exposure to the story (aside from Disney Pinocchio in Kingdom Hearts *he's never seen the movie*).

Obviously because of this lack of knowledge of the story, he's missing a lot of references and that is fine and all. The real kicker here though is that my dude is 100% convinced that ROMEO is Gepetto's son.

What's even more fucking hilarious is that he understands that P is Carlo, Carlo is the boy in the portraut, Carlo and Romeo are friends and used to go to the Monad Charity House. He's literally seen the sand memories and he is still 100% convinced that Romeo is Geppetto's son.
