Rubbing my forehead because we should probably let pet parents know that our "freezers" are 12x18 inch drawers in the top of the refrigerators and we are not in fact equipped to, say, "thaw 24 hours before use" when there are THIRTY MEALS. Like it's a possible health issue two weeks in.

But also. WHO SENDS THEIR DOG WITH THIRTY FROZEN MEALS. Exactly what kind of equipment do they think we're running with here?? We barely have a functioning washer and half our tools are held together with tape and a lot of prayerful swearing. There is no freezer. There are also 70 other dogs that will be here in the next couple of weeks so even if we did have a real freezer, coordinating that kind of thawing would be completely untenable.

Anyway those 30 meals are taking up a lot of space in the dog fridge as we approach the busiest FUCKING holidays of the year :) so let's all hope really hard that when the other dozens of dogs show up they have kibble. Either way we're going to end up storing dog food in the human fridge. I can feel it.

(and the kicker is that the freezers don't even freeze. Cuz why would they.)
