Old Man
Pairing: Joel Miller x f!reader
Summary: Joel needs glasses but won't admit it, and there's only an amount of teasing a man can take before he decides to show you just how much of an old man he is.
warnings: unprotected p in v sex, creampie, hair pulling, (joel gets a lil rough)
Ellie was the one to start it all,
I mean it's not like you hadn't noticed, but she was the one that started with the jokes.
Not very honorable of you to blame it all on the 14 year old, you knew... but still, just to get the record straight, you weren’t the one to tease him first.
“Gimmie Granpa” she had chuckled one time, grabbing the piece of paper where Maria had written down the recipe for her 'world-famous' casserole from his hands.
"Hey-" He'd protested,
"You can't see shit, man" she giggled, "Stop trying to fight it- you're getting old buddy"
And well from then on things had... escalated.
You'd yet to see a day where the poor man wasn't made fun of because of it, but truth be told, he really did need glasses.
You'd even suggested it to him more gently, in the comfort of your own room, away from Ellie's prying eyes.
"y'know baby, there's nothing wrong with getting glasses"
He'd looked at you as if you'd just told him to go fuck himself.
"Don't look at me like that" you'd smiled, rounding the bed to intertwine your hands behind his neck "It's for your own good"
"I don't need glasses"
"no?" you'd bit down a grin "you sure?"
"'m sure alright" he grumbled
"I bet Tommy would know where to get you a pair if you asked"
"darlin'"
"yes, baby?" you'd asked, hopeful
"I don't need 'em"
And you really did want to keep on trying to convince him, but then he'd kissed you and well- it must have slipped your mind.
Unluckily for him, not for a very long time.
He was in the bathroom, trying, or more specifically struggling, to open a bandaid for your injured finger.
It wasn't anything serious, just a little cut, but as you'd disinfected it, he'd insisted on covering it up, only of course you hadn't expected it to take so long.
"Baby, what's wrong, you can't find them?"
But the answer to your question was right before you as you entered the bathroom.
As I said, he was struggling.
A laugh bubbled up your throat as you took in his focused expression, the frown on his forehead, the squint in his eyes...
"Let me do it"
"No I can do it I just-" he tried to get it open again, failing miserably.
"Joel-" you smiled, walking up to him "let me" you said softly
And with a sigh, he surrendered, handing you the poor, tortured bandaid
"I could have done that" he grumbled as he watched you do it in a split second.
"Sure you could, old man" You grinned to yourself, carefully applying the bandage to your finger.
"What did you just say?"
A soft, breathless gasp fled your mouth-
He'd moved right behind you, and his hands were now on your waist.
"Jesus babe" you laughed,
"What did you say?"
His voice was rough, and his eyes... something had shifted behind his eyes.
You watched his reflection in the mirror before you as you answered
"I said I'm sure you could"
"Mhh" he hummed, his head lowering until he could dive into your neck and inhale your scent "The other thing"
"what other thing?" you feigned innocence, enthralled by his demeanor, by the almost predatorial look in his eyes
"You know what"
"no I don'-"
But you didn't have time to finish, he'd already grabbed you by your hair, pulling your head back until his mouth was ghosting yours
"you called me an old man, darlin'?"
He was a different man from a minute ago.
This was the Joel Miller people feared, the one that killed without remorse, the one that fucked you rough- the once that a sick and twisted part of you revered.
"Baby I was jokin-"
"didn't look like it" he growled, his clothed hard-on pressing into your ass making you whimper, "you think I'm an old man, babydoll?" he murmured, his grip tightening around your hair "I'll show you how much of an old man I am"
Next thing you knew, your upper body was flushed against the sink's countertop, and your shorts were at your feet, together with your panties.
You watched from the mirror as he freed his cock with the hand that wasn't holding you down, and then you felt it-
"will you look at that" he chuckled darkly, the tip of his dick sliding between your folds with ease "you're makin' a mess for an old man, babydoll"
"J-Joel" you whimpered
"no no darlin'" he cooed "You've brought this on yourself- now you're gonna be good and take it, alright?"
When you didn't respond, he yanked your head back, forcing you to look at him through the mirror
"alright?" he bent down, growling in your ear
"y-yes"
"try not to be too loud," he whispered "You wouldn't want people to know how much you like getting fucked by an old man"
You had no time to respond, to tell him how much you didn't care, because he'd already pushed himself fully inside of you, and the only thing you could do was scream.
"you can't help yourself can ya?" he muttered, watching your face contort in all sorts of bliss-induced expressions "The old man gives it to ya too good, 's that it?" he groaned, feeling your walls squeeze around him
"look at me" he ordered, pulling your hair again, making you open your eyes and watch him as he ruthlessly slammed inside of you "Look at the old man who's fuking you, darlin', don't be rude" he grinned
The sound of his skin against yours reverberated through the bathroom, and god it was nasty.
"f-fuck" you tried to speak, tears tarnishing your vision
"I know, I know" he pretended to care, getting up from where he was pressing his torso onto your back, using a hand to get you to remain flush against the sink "I'm going too slow, ain't I?"
Oh shit
Oh fucking shi-
If you thought he was going hard before... you hadn't seen anything.
You couldn't fully create one single thought in your mind as he picked up his pace, as he started literally slamming into you fast and hard enough to break you in half.
"I'm jus' an old man after all babydoll, ain't I?" he breathed, one hand still on your back while the other was still forcing your head up to look at him "You'll understand if I can't fuck you as hard as you'd like" it was like he wasn't hearing how loud you were moaning, how breathless your whines and gasps where each time his dick hit your cervix "what's that?" he mocked "you need it harder darlin'?"
"J-Joel-" you whined, begging, pleading for what you weren't even sure
"shh I got you baby" he cooed, bending down to whisper in your ear again, slowing down his pace just to thrust so fucking deep and hard into you you swore you saw stars "I know my old man's pace ain't enough for you doll"
But it was- Oh it was more than enough.
And yet he didn't care- he was going even harder, even faster, even deeper, and you... you didn't even remember your name anymore.
You could feel the thickness of his cock as it slammed into you over and over and over again, the way it would hit the most hidden spots inside of you, the ones only Joel had only ever been able to find, and then-
And then you could hear his grunts and strangled groans as he fucked you within an inch of your life, as his hair fell to his forehead and tears streamed down your face and your eyes struggled to remain open, struggled to keep on watching him as he fucked you from behind with enough force to break the fucking sink you were on.
Until it got to be too much, until you felt your stomach tighten and the fuse lighting, until he hit that secret spot once again, and all you could do was close your eyes as bliss took over your body, as waves of ecstasy washed over you.
"look at you" he groaned "coming all over an old man's cock" he breathed, your walls squeezing him too good to do anything else but follow suit "letting an old man come deep inside of ya"
It took a long moment for either of you to wake up from the sex-induced haze, but Joel was in much better shape than you, so it was him who came back earlier.
he begrudgingly pulled out, enjoying for a moment too long his own handy work before he helped you up, picking you up bridal style once he realized how useless your legs had become.
"baby" you murmured, before he could place you on the bed "You know I was joking right?" you said, leaning up to kiss him, your mouth catching his in a sweet, gentle kiss that contradicted completely the way he'd just ruined your ability to walk properly
"You're not an old man" you promised
"mh?" he hummed, kissing you again just because he could
"yeah" you smiled, melting into the kiss for what felt like an eternity
He was holding you gently, watching your eyes as they begged to close.
"good" he hummed against your mouth, watching it twist into a devious little smirk as a spark ignited in your eyes
"Although I still think you should at least consider getting glasses-"
"darlin'" he stopped you immediately "I suggest you stop talkin''"
"or what?" you bit down a grin, laughing softly
"Or Tommy's gonna be real mad when you tell him you can't make it to patrol tomorrow 'cause your legs don't work"

Jealous. 🎀

pairing: ellie williams x fem!reader
cw: mean dom!ellie sub!reader, jealous kinda toxic ellie, eating it through the panties, orgasm denial, spit play (literally spits down ur panties like), exhibitionism, some dude named michael.
an: pls be gentle, i haven’t written in a long time! 💗 credit to angel gbc for the mod used in the picture above <3
something we can all agree on is the importance of aftercare — right?
Ellie is big on that obviously, as she should. Caressing her slim fingers down your body, planting wanton kisses on your shoulders, running her palms across your shaky thighs, whispering words of encouragement in your ear;
“Did so good for me, babe”
“I love you, so much”
“Need anything? hm?” She’d murmur against your skin whilst cradling your body from behind.
And she always insists on cleaning you up. She consistently renders you nothing but an achy mess, dried up juices staining your wobbly jelly thighs, combined sweat on your breasts and ribs, back of your neck. The ritual of bringing a wet towel to bed, swiping it’s fabric across your inner thighs, your face, your behind — is a sacred one for her. Not solely because she loves hearing your sweet, exhausted sighs of relief as she cleans the soil away, but also not solely because she gets to see your naked body in all of its glory again.
It’s the act of taking care of what’s hers. In a way, when she wipes your cum away, she’s taking care of herself — too.
Here, lays a solid proof that she can break things apart and put them back together again. She’s not a total fucking fuckup.
The ability of making you scream and cry, then moments later have you whisper in that saccharine voice of yours an airy “love you s’much, Els…”
It’s fucking exhilarating.
She loves it every time, she does it every time.
But today… today you pissed her off. You poked the bear, for real this time.
There’s this new Michael guy in Jackson. He’s handsome, tall, has coal black curls that somehow stay soft and shiny even in this apocalyptic hellscape. He told Ellie and you where he was from, what he did, why he came. Ellie didn’t listen to a thing he was saying. It was like he turned into a fly and started loudly buzzing in her ear. He kept looking at you weird. Smiling at you, smirking, laughing at your jokes, even the ones that weren’t all that funny. She knows you have this affect on people, that damn charm, hell — you have this affect on her.
And she’s usually just playfully jealous, manages to keep it relatively tame and simple by tightening her grip on your waist.
But you just wouldn’t stop bringing him up. “Michael” this, and “Michael” that, “Michael invited us for dinner”, “Michael said this funny thing earlier”,
For all Ellie knows Michael could die in a ditch and she wouldn’t give a fuck.
You're on your way back home from the Tipsy Bison on a chilly Thursday night. Jesse was there, Dina, Maria... and Michael. She thinks of his name and it leaves a bitter taste in her mouth, tart, pungent.
"Meh, I'm more of a Tequila girl, Whiskey tastes like shit" you announced with a giggle. Michael rested his hand on your thigh, and agreed with a nod and a chuckle. For you, it meant nothing.
For Ellie, it meant everything.
Her blood pressure was usually low, steady, healthy as a bull. As of now, Ellie felt like she just ran a marathon. The blood rushed to her head and her brows furrowed without intention. She cracks her neck and moves it left and right, takes a long and burning sip out of her Whiskey and shuts her eyes. She repeats a mantra in her head; "I'm not angry, I'm not angry, It's fine."
But you're so damn intuitive.
"Els? y'tired?" you murmur towards your auburnette girlfriend. She suckles on her bottom lip and considers saying no, but she lies.
"Exhausted"
You leave the humble bar hand in hand, wrapped up in her big coat that smells of mint and wood and Ellie. She prays you won't mention his name, prays you could just go home and forget about this whole thing, but you do, innocently.
"Oh, Michael said one of the horses is sick, I'm thinking of helping out in the barn tomorrow an—"
She stops you mid sentence with a scoff and a tightening grip on your hand. "Oh, mhm, Michael said that?"
Her voice mocks your own a little.
You stop and shift your gaze towards Ellie who has her lips tucked in a tight line. Internally, she's cussing herself out. You don't deserve her anger, but she can't help herself. Your answer is an unsure hum. Her grip tightens even more, and it hurts your palm but you keep on walking side by side, quietly. Five minutes manage to pass with no words being muttered by no one. That's until she shakes her head and lets go of a husky chuckle.
"Did I do something?", you mutter doe eyed. Ellie stops in her tracks and inhales. She grabs you by your waist and walks towards you, making you have to clumsily pace backwards until your back meets a cold grey brick wall with a resounding thud. "Uhg!" You hiccup, breath catching down your throat. You even sweetly giggle, thinking in your head that this could possibly be just a sweet attack of PDA.
But her eyes are dark, gone from emerald to pine, pupils pitch black as big as a button. Her warm whiskey breath meets your nose and your top lip, you gulp. Why isn't she laughing? teasing?
"El?" your voice is still candied, always. Ellies mouth is agape, scarred eyebrows scrunched and furrowed as if she's confused, or pissed, or provoked. Her forehead meets yours so automatically, you attempt to connect your lips with a kiss but she backs away meanly. Albeit her taunting position, how intimidating and truly scary she looks whilst you're caged within her frame, your'e still smiling, you're still thinking she's just teasing.
You're not used to this, she knows, but god knows she yearns to teach you a lesson.
You don't fuck with what's hers.
She licks her bottom lip before she starts speaking.
"Take off your skirt"
Her voice nearly renders you drunk, It's huskiness, gruffness, it's depth, and really, you've only had one shot. Your cheeks heat up and your ears feel as if they're nearly burning. Her lips are so damn close to yours and she still won't let you kiss her.
"Wh... we're in public, we can't—" you stutter, eyes shifting downwards towards the knee she has shoved near your barely covered crotch. When she brings it upwards just to brush delicately on your inner thigh, you let go of a small gasp.
She responds to your gasp with a barely audible "Mhm?", her eyes sharpening with intent.
"Yes we can", she tsk's, and her voice taunts. Her eyes graze over your face, and you expect her next sentence to bite like the last one did, but her voice goes softer. "For me?", she cocks her head to the side.
And it simply pushes you over the edge.
You peel your skirt off of your body, asscheeks plastered over the brick wall as her body squeezes you further back, and you're left half naked with a piece of fabric scrunched below your knees, resting on your shoes. She eyes your body up and down, meeting your pleading and still confused eyes — and for a moment, thinks of just carrying you home and taking care of business once you get there. No jealousy, none of that.
But it's still bitter down her throat, and she can still picture his disgusting hand meeting your soft thigh, her soft thigh — as your body is hers, so that thought is ever so fleeting. It's either now or now.
Her cold as ice finger traces faint circles on your lower tummy, making the fine hairs of your body rise like soldiers. You whimper quietly as her finger snaps the elastic band of your panties and lets it smack down your pelvis. You rub your thighs together, but you're ever so pliant as she makes your legs spread wide with a boot covered foot opening up your calves like a gate.
She whispers in your ear. "Are you wet?", it makes you shiver.
"M'cold" you whine.
She scoffs.
She kneads your bra cup with her palm, squeezing an erect nipple with her thumb and middle finger. "Didn't ask that"
Her eyes meet your gaze and again she reconsiders this whole thing — because you truly look so needy, and your lips are so pouty and sweet and red with cold, you look as if you'd die if she didn't kiss you right now so how can she even be worried, let alone be jealous?
She knows how much you love her, how much you yearn for nobody but her, how her touch leaves you speechless time and time again.
But it's like something takes over, a dark figure, a figure that's thirsty and starving and wants to prove a thing it already knows.
It's an internal struggle, she doesn't want to be possessive,
She can't help it.
Your panties are striped with pink and white, and she looks at them as if they're the most expensive lace in the whole entire world. Her breathing gets heavier as she curls her fingers inside the cotton fabric, pupils darkening when she notices a sweet clear string of your arousal clinging from the entrance of your cunt to the bottom of your underwear.
She chuckles, followed by a sigh of relief that you notice. You are wet, right in the middle of the street where an innocent soul could catch you at any given moment. "Didn't answer cause you're shy?" She knows you so well. You bite your lip and nod, butterflies fighting in the pits of your stomach. A chaste kiss on the lips is all you get from her, and you deeply whine into the air. "At least kiss me!" you beg, — god, you're so cute when you're pissed.
Before landing on her knees, Ellie looks from side to side in order to check that there's truly nobody around, and no — not because she's scared to get caught, but because she'd die before she let someone see her girlfriend half naked with her skirt down her thighs.
Ellie is face to face with your quivering, pantie covered cunt. A wet patch greets her — a fuckin' pleasure, one she can't help but swipe her tongue across. Your choked up, terrified sound of a moan is a symphony to her hears, fuck Mozart. Her eager muscle of a tongue is so warm against your pussy you nearly forget it started snowing yesterday.
You buck your hips inwards, she groans. "No moving", she warns — simply to assert a dominance that has already been asserted. She kisses your little clit, coo's at the way it slightly pokes out of the fabric, erect and pumping on her tongue. "Ellie... Ellie... Ellie", you babble like a prayer, which she nods to. "S'my name, that's fuckin' right", she groans as her husky voice is muffled by your soaked panties.
"Ellie..." you repeat, thighs beginning to ache as you try and spread them further apart, almost sitting on her face.
Ellie, not Michael.
She smiles, greedy, triumphant.
She flicks her tongue on your clit, once, twice, three times before biting on your meaty pussy lips. You bite your knuckles in order to keep your voice down, but she glares up at you. "Do that again n'I swear to god I'm stopping" she growls.
You're not used to this side of her at all, but her voice makes your hole leak a small stream from deep inside. She feels it's wetness on her tongue, eyes closing in ecstasy as she audibly suckles your sweet, tangy, heavenly juices from the now sheer fabric. Her own spit runs down her chin, she doesn't even bother to wipe it off. All you can hear are your breathy, whiney moans, tiny begs of "take 'em off, please", regarding your panties, and Ellie's throaty groans. You're so wet from your own juices and her saliva it nearly gets uncomfortable, but then again you're so goddamn close to cumming.
You try taking matters to your own hands, attempting to peel off your panties from your waist with a shaky hand but she snarls and slaps your wrist away.
"Nuh uh, pussy's fuckin' mine, don't touch it"
With relentless sucking on your drenched clit, and soiled panties, she opens her eyes to merely glare at you again with a warning look. "When you're close, you let me know" she bites.
You don't respond.
A stinging slap meets your pussy, which makes your thighs shake, whole body jolt, and throat ache with a high pitched yelp.
"You're not listening" Ellie warns.
"You listen when I talk" she warns again. Her tongue meets your clit and it pushes it further and further up. You shake, eyesight gone blurry, you're close, you know it by the way the coil down your stomach threatens to snap, and by the way it tickles down there so damn bad.
"M'close" you brokenly wail.
She grunts deeply and stops completely. your heart nearly breaks, no no no no no. "Ellie, Ellie, Els, no!" You try and buck your hips forward but she holds you in place with an iron like grip. You buck them again and she peels off the fabric of your underwear, slightly rising up as she stares inside at the mess she made of you. There's a devilish smirk that creeps up from her lips, apple of one cheek rising. You let out a sigh of relief, thinking that perhaps she'll actually fucking eat you out properly instead of letting you suffer inside a warm, wet material of a mess that truly doesn't look like something wearable anymore. Instead, she audibly spits inside with a "Ptu'", letting the band snap shut. Her saliva mixes with your warm sleek. You're so confused she nearly feels bad, but she's such a cunt that she really doesn't.
"Were going back inside," she murmurs so casually as if she didn't just fuck you up in the middle of the street, as if her chin isn't shiny with your precum. "N'if Michael puts his hand on you again, I'm eating it in front of him"

christmas blues- n. romanoff

pairing: natasha romanoff x r
summary: while attending a christmas party with natasha, she reveals her feelings towards you
a/n: hi! hope u are all enjoying the holidays if you celebrate! i wrote this last month and wanted to hand it over to you guys! enjoy!
minors do not interact
after natasha got out of a three year long relationship, she was fully convinced that she would never get into another again. she was absolutely heartbroken after maria broke up with her. she promised herself that her career would stay her main priority and wouldn’t entertain a love life again.
the breakup was messy, the whole company knew about it and everyone saw how natasha wanted to hide. she found herself laying in bed past ten in the morning— avoiding all responsibility for months.
natasha often stared at the ceiling at night, replaying the last fight that led to their breakup. maria’s voice would be sharp and cold. even months later, natasha still couldn’t couldn’t get rid of the hollow ache her ex-girlfriend had left. the alarm clock would blare, but she wouldn’t bother to turn it off— what was the point?
that was until you.
you caught her off guard, like a golden-pink sunrise after a harsh long night. somehow you’d brought life back into her eyes, you’d given her purpose again.
the first time natasha had a genuine laugh after maria was because of you. you’d spilled iced coffee all over your white blouse, but instead of getting angry— you made a joke out of it. she laughed hard enough that she snorted, something that surprised the both of you.
she’d forgotten what it felt like to have a genuine smile grace her face.
shortly after that, she found herself constantly in your orbit. not that you had an issue with it.
natasha couldn’t stop glancing at you in meetings, her fingers would graze yours under the table when she knew no one was looking. the way her eyes and voice softened when she spoke to you— natasha romanoff was in love, everyone could see that.
you two have been dating for almost two years now and it seemed like the honeymoon stage was never ending.
sure, you two had your arguments but the idea of either of you being mad at each other for over an hour seemed silly— so every problem was solved as soon as it even happened.
you two had been just colleagues before you two started dating. you’d nursed her back to life after the breakup and somewhere in the midst of all of that, you two became something more than colleagues and way beyond friends.
the fleeting glances in the hallway turned into knowing looks in meetings. the shared lunch break turned into dinner after work. you two had moved past being just colleagues and eventually became girlfriends.
you met her family seven months after you two started officially dating.
you even go out with her younger sister alone, you see her as your own sister now. when there’s a romanoff family event, there’s no doubt about whether or not you’ll be there.
you two were the epitome of lovebirds and everyone either cheered you two on or envied you.
“you and the mrs. coming to the christmas party this weekend?” tony asks as he walks into the kitchen where natasha is brewing a fresh cup of coffee.
looking over her shoulder at him with a slight eye roll at his teasing tone, “yes, tony, my girlfriend and i will be there.”
she lets out a gentle smile at the way that rolls of her tongue. she’s called you her girlfriend numerous times in the past two years but can’t help but feel like a schoolgirl every time. something about having someone to call her own is a feeling she’d never get over.
tony watches her with a glint in his eyes, his teasing demeanor gone and instead filled with pride.
although he can be rough around the edges sometimes, he cares deeply for his friends. beyond the smart quips and teases, he only wants the best for his people.
which is why he was beyond the moon when you two started dating. he’d tried to set natasha up with suitors numerous times before you came along but couldn’t quite get it right.
until you caught her by storm.
leaning against the countertop on the other side of the kitchen, he beams at natasha, “i’m really happy for you, you know that? you’ve come a long way, and i think your girl’s got a reason to do with it.”
natasha smiles at his words, knowing he doesn’t say that stuff often so she takes it to heart.
“thank you, tony. i think so too. after the break up with maria, i thought id give up on the whole dating thing. i’m so glad i didn’t.”
arriving home from work, natasha’s greeted with the smell of dinner and a james bond movie playing in the living room.
you’d always been attentive to natasha and have always known how to take care of her, something she’s always appreciated and voiced. she’d grown up always being perceptive and aware of others, so now that she’s the one being watched and listened to, her heart swells with adoration and affection.
coming up behind you as you cook, she wraps her arms around your waist and leans into you, her chin resting on your shoulder.
“smells amazing, my love. what’re you making?”
you smile and lean back into natasha’s hold, “remember when you took me to italy for my birthday earlier this year and i fell in love with that one plate? i found online and wanted to try it tonight.”
natasha had surprised you with tickets to italy, somewhere she knew you’d always wanted to visit.
before you two started dating, you’d spend a lot of time walking around the park and talking about your bucket list— you only told her about wanting to go to italy once.
natasha smiles and nods, remembering your vacation and how she wished she wasn’t such an over thinker. she would’ve proposed to you then and there at lake como.
as you finish cooking, natasha helps you plate the food and takes it to the kitchen table.
you two eat and talk about how your week has gone and how youre excited for tony’s party.
you’d gone out to buy a new dress, one that’s more on the holiday theme. the dark wine color is one you know natasha loves on you, which is why is hung up behind your bedroom door.
“we don’t have to be there for long. i know after a while it can get rowdy and i don’t know if you’ll be up for that,” natasha says as she brings a fork up to her mouth.
she avoids your gaze as she focuses on cutting her food. odd.
furrowing your brows and shaking your head at her statement, “nonsense, we’ll stay. don’t worry about it, we can just find a quiet place with our friends if anything. we usually do that anyway.”
the afternoon of the party, you two find yourselves in a familiar routine.
while you do your hair, natasha does her makeup. natasha usually asks you to ‘help’ her with her hair even though she really doesn’t need it— she just loves how you look when you’re focused.
especially when it’s her you’re focused on.
“you know, we don’t have to go if you don’t want to,” natasha says as she puts on her dangling pearl earrings. she’s said something along the lines of not going at least five times since last night’s dinner.
turning to look at her with your eyebrows raised, “do you not want to go? you’ve said that a few times already and it sounds like you don’t want to go.”
natasha looks over at you and sighs softly, “i do, i just wanted to do something today the both of us since christmas falls during the week this week. we could’ve had a personal christmas, you know, just the two of us.”
letting out an exhale of a laugh, you walk over to her as she sits on the bed watching you and place a soft kiss on her cheek.
“we don’t have to stay too long, okay?” you fix her hair so that it’s laying nice in place, “we can just show face.”
natasha nods softly and leans into your hand while you hold her face as you speak to her, “okay.”
you watch her through the mirror as you do your makeup and can see by the small furrow in her brow and the way she keeps fiddling with her watch, something is off with her.
you don’t acknowledge it, but want to get through tonight as quickly as possible to make sure you two can have the rest of the christmas weekend to yourselves.
the room is decorated beautifully in a festive atmosphere. warm christmas lights are all along the ceiling and the christmas tree is adorned with gold ornaments all around. you can even smell gingerbread in the air.
tony went above and beyond this year.
natasha led you in with a hand on your lower back and you can’t help but smile at the contact. she’s felt the need to always have a hand on you in some way. when you two sat down, she would rub your thigh in a soothing matter or would play with your hair as she stood behind you while you sat.
wanda waltzes up through the crowd with champagne in her hand, “you guys made it!”
she hugs you tightly and greets you with a friendly smile, then moving onto greeting natasha, “you guys missed it! tony got sam to sing karaoke and the whole place turned into a concert,” she beams.
the energy of the party sweeps you off your feet and it isn’t long before both you and natasha find yourselves engrossed in conversations with your friends. her hand never leaves the small of your back, it comforts both you and her. you and wanda share stories about your previous holiday traditions and natasha lets out a soft chuckle, warming the space between you two.
natasha apologizes to tony as you finally get to him almost an hour after you first walk in, “sorry we’re seeing you so late. we would’ve been here earlier if someone would’ve been ready sooner.” she subtly gestures to you with a tilt of her head,
you give natasha a playful glare as she says this, “i see how it is.”
natasha gives your waist a light squeeze, a gesture to show she’s joking with you. her green eyes dripping in adoration as she leans in closer to you, her voice dropping just enough for only you to hear it, “you look stunning, my love. always worth the wait.”
a blush creeps up your neck and you roll your eyes playfully, and tony laughs just before he’s pulled off into host duties.
the two of you walk around the party, exchanging pleasantries with colleagues and joking around with friends. sharing a drink, you two clink your champagne glasses in celebration, “to another stark christmas and to surviving the never ending hors d’oeuvres.”
the night is perfect and you find yourself feeling at home with natasha. you love the company— that the party has died down so now it’s just you two and your closest friends at the end of the night.
you all sit at the coffee table, nursing cups of coffee and sharing pastries that tony had hidden just to bring out for this time of the night. you’re leaned into natasha, her thumb absentmindedly rubbing circles against your thigh as she rests her hand on your leg.
you all are playing a friendly game of truth or dare and it was finally natasha’s turn.
she was dared by wanda to dance with you in front of everyone. simple.
“that’s your dare? easy,” natasha stands up and reaches out for your hand with a smile on her face, “milady.”
you giggle softly, shaking your head in disbelief and letting her pull you up, “you’re so corny.”
“but you love me,” natasha replies, matter-of-factly. she places a hand on your waist and holds your other in the air. your checks hurt from smiling widely and laughing all night.
natasha spins you around dramatically as you laugh heartily. she whispers softly in your ear that she loves you— you blush so noticeably that the group begins to whistle and cheer.
you two sit back on your side of the couch as the rest of the group continues, your head resting on natasha’s shoulder.
tony is in the middle of doing his dare when the elevator doors open up to a late guest. somehow, the door opening leads to the air feeling a bit tense. is it only you feeling that way?
“is that maria?” wanda whispers, it falling from her lips so quickly that she didn’t have the chance to hold it in before it came out.
natasha’s smile falters just a small amount before her face goes to a neutral expression in record timing. the hand that was just on your thigh a second ago is nowhere near your body, and she’s subtly moved in a way that made you pull your face away from her shoulder.
it’s like her warm and loving demeanor switched off in an instant, but then she catches your eye and gives you a half smile— is that guilt you see in her eyes?
before you can even ask her if she’s okay, you’re interrupted.
“sorry i’m late, i had to finish some last minute paperwork but i didn’t want to not show up at all.”
maria walks in commanding attention and respect. she doesn’t consciously do it, it’s just how she is— always has been. it’s not like you hated her, she never gave you a reason to.
she and natasha haven’t made eye contact, but you can feel natasha’s body go rigid right next to you, like shes expecting something to happen. the shift in natasha’s energy is unmistakable, one that leaves you uneasy as you sit next to her.
your heart sinks slowly as you realize that maria’s presence has dampened your girlfriend’s mood and part of you is worried about it. your heart sinks heavily, your body now feels ten times heavier.
the room didn’t go quiet, but natasha did. the hand that was always on you was now fiddling with her necklace, a tell you knew all too well. she was trying to anchor herself back down to earth.
maria finds a seat opposite on the couch, away from you and your girlfriend. you can see how natasha is averting her eyes from that area of the room and keeping her hands away from you.
you exchange worried glances with wanda who’s next to you, silently asking her what happened. wanda gives you a solemn look that you can’t quite place.
you sigh softly and try to place your hand in top of natasha’s, but just as you get close enough, she moves her hand away from you. it was so subtle that it couldve been mistaken as an honest mistake, but you know better.
you try to hide your frown as you look down, the stray piece of lint on your dress now looking a lot more interesting all of a sudden. you steady your breathing as much as possible, your emotions now getting close to boiling over.
the game continues and it’s finally natasha’s turn, she chooses truth.
clint smirks softly as he brings the beer bottle up to his lips, taking a swig before asking, “okay, let’s make this interesting. do you see yourself getting married?”
clint loves the two of you, matter of fact— everyone in the room has constantly rooted for the two of you. it took you two a while before you even officially started dating, so now that you two are together, the team loves how you bring the best in natasha.
the group laughs a little, almost like they already know natasha will, without hesitation, say that she does— with you.
natasha’s silence silences the group and you can see maria smirking subtly through the corner of your eye.
does she have something to do with why natasha’s hesitating to answer the question?
i mean, you and nat have both spoken about marriage in the past. she told you she couldn’t wait to get married and build a house an hour away from the city with you. why is she silent?
the group is now uncomfortably quiet at natasha’s red face and her lack of eye contact with anyone.
you glance over at nat, your heart heavy at the lack of response, apprehensive about her answer.
after a beat, natasha clears her throat and fiddles with the beer bottle cap in her fingers, “marriage? i.. i don’t know about that. maybe if i find the right person in the future.”
maybe if i find the right person?
your heart drops and you swear you could fall over any second. you try to mask your hurt by looking down at the ground. natasha had always reassured you about her feelings and intentions towards you. what happened?
“that’s understandable,” maria hums softly, her tone light, “you don’t want to vow your life to someone you don’t see a forever with.”
tony turns the attention away from the two of you quickly and finds another game to play, one that won’t lead to the potential demise of a relationship.
even though truth or dare is now over, you can feel some of your friends casting glances over in your direction to make sure you’re okay. you try to focus your attention on the jenga game that’s going on, but all you can think about is how natasha said she doesn’t see marriage with you.
is it because maria’s here?
you try to convince yourself maybe she’s having an off day, or maybe she’s just tired and wants to leave. after all, she didn’t want to come to the party in the first place.
the party slowly calms down and everyone is talking amongst themselves, but you find yourself growing quieter as the night progresses. natasha’s words echo in your head as you try to distract yourself by paying attention to whatever it is tony is talking about animatedly from across the couch.
natasha’s arm rests on the back of the couch, and you notice that ever since maria entered, she hasn’t reached for you.
maria is across the room talking to steve and sam about a past mission she went on and you can’t help but watch her. it’s not that you’re mad at her— why would you be? she didn’t force natasha to say what she said. you hate that you’re watching her every move now— especially because you can see that natasha is glancing in her direction every few minutes. it’s subtle and quick, but you notice it.
you get up and walk to the bar across the room. your girlfriend doesn’t follow.
you try your best to steady yourself as you make a quick drink. you watch from the other side, alone, as you see natasha talking to the group and laughing with them like nothing happened. you can see her gaze lands on maria for a few seconds longer than you were comfortable with.
you sigh softly and rub your temples as you try to bring yourself back to earth. maybe you’re overthinking and natasha will talk about it later with you at home.
the drive home is eerily quiet. you stare out the window and press your fingernails into your palms, an old habit that’s resurfacing. one that natasha helped you break at the beginning of your relationship.
“you’ve been quiet,” natasha says softly, almost hesitantly. maybe she knows what’s next. she’s treading with caution.
“i’m just tired”
“right,” natasha says as she pulls into the driveway and parks the car, “tired.”
you hold in a breath and exit the car, not even waiting to see if natasha will open the door for you. you know she won’t.
you try to gather the courage to say something as the two of you walk in and hang up your coats. you can feel your stomach heavy, your limbs feel like they could fall off at any second— you could break down at any second.
“what a par-“
“we need to talk”
you two speak at the same time and natasha immediately grimaces. it’s like she was hoping you’d forget what happened.
natasha tries to act busy as she takes off her shoes, her voice low, “about what?”
you scoff, “about what? natasha, you basically said you don’t see a future with me. we’ve talked about marriage before, about how it was what we both wanted— with each other..” you trail off, your voice wavers, but you press on. “is this temporary?”
natasha exhales harshly, making your heart drop, “that’s not what i meant by it.”
“really? because we seemed on the same page, but tonight when maria walked in, all of a sudden it was like our relationship didn’t exist.” you were letting your emotions out, no longer holding back your hurt.
natasha rubs her face and you look at her eyes. you see guilt and remorse, something that you rarely see with her— you feel sick.
exhaling sharply and looking at you with a guilt ridden expression, “she was my first serious relationship, the one i thought i would marry. after we broke up, i convinced myself i would never do that again— she broke me.”
you furrow your eyebrows and cross your arms, expression sharp, “and what does she have to do with me?”
“everything! she has everything to do with this!” natasha exclaims, her voice cracking, “when maria walked in, i realized i can’t give you the future you deserve. i can’t do it! i have so much baggage and you-“ her voice softens, “you don’t deserve to be with someone who’s going to throw that on you.”
you stand there, the weight of her words suffocating you, “so you’re going to push me away because you’re afraid?”
natasha looks at you with tears in her eyes and you can’t help but want to reach out to her, comfort her.
but this isn’t the natasha you fell in love with.
“i don’t know how to fix this,” she says, taking a few steps away from you, like she’s afraid for be near you.
you take a steadying breath and close your eyes, something about tonight has a sense of finality— one you didn’t ask for but can’t avoid, “natasha, i love you— so much, but i can’t be with someone and see a future with them when all they’re doing is looking over their shoulder at their past. it’s unfair to me.”
natasha’s lip quivers so subtly that if you didn’t know her so well, you’d have missed it, “are you leaving me?”
she places a hand on her chest, rubbing her collarbone in an nervous habit you can’t help but recognize. you can see how this is hurting her, but you know it’s unfair to continue being with someone who became unsure in such a short amount of time.
“i don’t want to, nat, but i think the fact that you saw maria for just an hour and this happened.. it means you need to figure out what you really want. seeing her one time shouldn’t have led you to being unsure.”
natasha watches you with tears in her eyes, fiddling with the ring on her finger. she nods softly, she knows it’s unfair to you how she switched up in such a short amount of time.
“i love you,” she tries to sound confident, but you can hear how defeated she sounds.
you smile sadly and place a gentle hand on her cheek, “you need to prove that to yourself, natasha. figure out what you want, without maria lingering in the back of your mind. it’s not good for you, us. maybe we can try again in the future when it’s past you.”
you pull your hand away reluctantly, the loss of her warmth hitting you immediately. natasha doesn’t stop you, not even as you pack your bags and leave.

Breaking point
a/n: Finally got to the nat version of silent comfort. It’s a little short tbh so sorry about that. hope you enjoy!
pairings: Natasha Romanoff x supersoldier reader
warnings: violence
You’d been with the Avengers for almost a year now, and in that time, you’d managed to carve out a space for yourself on the team. Sure, being the former Hydra experiment wasn’t exactly the most inviting introduction, but you didn’t let that define you. It wasn’t who you were anymore. You were the team’s go-to for a laugh, always cracking jokes, lightening the mood, and making it easier for everyone to handle the high-stakes pressure of their lives. What you didn’t talk about, though, was your past. Not because anyone had told you not to, but because you didn’t want to relive it.
Especially not now, when things were starting to feel... normal.
Normal was spending late nights on the couch with Natasha, arguing over which movie to watch but never finishing them because you’d get caught up in teasing each other. Normal was training together and catching her smiling at you when she thought you weren’t looking. Normal was her throwing playful jabs about how you talked too much, only to call you out on being unusually quiet when something was bothering you.
You weren’t sure when things had shifted, but somewhere along the way, the time you spent with her had become the highlight of your day. And judging by the way she always seemed to find excuses to stay close, you thought maybe—just maybe—she felt the same way.
Neither of you had said anything yet, though. It was comfortable, whatever this was, and you didn’t want to ruin it.
--------------------------------------------------------
The quinjet hummed softly as the team prepared for the mission. Hydra remnants were regrouping, and the team had been sent to intercept a high-level target.
You were double-checking your gear when Natasha sauntered over, a sly smile already playing on her lips.
"You know," she said, leaning casually against the wall beside you, "I’ve noticed you spend an awful lot of time fussing over that utility belt. Got a secret stash of candy in there or something?"
You snorted, pulling a strap tighter. "Jealous I don’t share my snacks with you, Romanoff?"
"Please," she shot back, tilting her head. "If I wanted candy, I’d just take it," she shrugged her shoulders, "I always get what I want."
You glanced at her, raising an eyebrow. "Oh yeah? I’d like to see you try."
She stepped closer, her green eyes glinting with mischief. "Careful, or I might have to prove it."
You chuckled, shaking your head. "You’re all talk."
"Am I?" She reached out, her fingers brushing the edge of your belt, and for a split second, your heart skipped a beat. But instead of taking anything, she smirked and stepped back, clearly enjoying the way you were watching her.
"Tease," you muttered, pretending to focus on your gear again.
"You make it too easy," she quipped, crossing her arms.
Before you could come up with a comeback, Steve’s voice cut through the moment. "Gear up. We’re heading out in five."
Natasha straightened but didn’t move immediately. Instead, she leaned in just enough for only you to hear. "Try to keep up out there, rookie."
You rolled your eyes but couldn’t stop the grin spreading across your face. "Try not to get distracted, Romanoff."
She laughed softly as she walked away, the sound lingering in the air long after she was gone.
--------------------------------------------------------
Though successful the mission had been thoroughly chaotic, to say the least. Things had been going smoothly until Natasha went off-script.
You hadn’t even known what was happening at first. One second, you were covering her six, and the next, she was gone, chasing intel Fury and Maria Hill had deemed critical. It left you in a tight spot, trying to hold your ground without her, and you’d taken a few hits you shouldn’t have.
By the time the mission wrapped, you were sore, bruised, and too exhausted to joke around like you usually would. The tension on the jet ride back to the compound was thick, everyone keenly aware that Steve was seething.
The hanger was suffocatingly tense as the quinjet’s ramp descended with a mechanical hiss, and everyone piled out, the weight of the mission hanging heavily in the air. Conversations were sparse—exhaustion mingled with the unspoken tension. You were still catching your breath, the fight replaying in your mind, when Steve’s voice broke the silence.
“Romanoff, we need to talk.”
You glanced at Natasha, who was walking beside you. Her jaw tightened, but she didn’t stop, striding toward the hangar floor like she hadn’t heard him.
“Natasha.” Steve’s voice carried more force this time.
She stopped, turning around slowly, her face calm but her eyes sharp. “What?”
Steve’s expression was stony as he marched toward her. “What the hell was that back there?”
“The part where we got the job done?” Natasha shot back, her voice icy.
“The part where you ignored orders and jeopardized the team,” he countered, standing toe-to-toe with her now.
You stepped closer instinctively, but for now, you stayed silent, your fists clenching at your sides.
“I didn’t jeopardize anyone,” Natasha said, crossing her arms. “I prioritized the bigger picture. Fury and Maria needed that intel, and I got it.”
Steve’s eyes narrowed. “Fury and Hill aren’t the ones in the field. We are. And when you decide their priorities are more important than this team, you’re not just making a bad call—you’re making a selfish one.”
Natasha’s lips pressed into a thin line, but she didn’t look away. “I made a call that benefited everyone in the long run. You might not like it, but it worked.”
“Did it?” Steve snapped, gesturing toward you. “Because they almost didn’t make it out thanks to you.”
Your chest tightened as his words hit. “That’s not fair, Steve,” you said, stepping in now.
He turned on you, his voice rising. “It is fair. You wouldn’t have been in that position if she hadn’t dragged you into her little side mission.”
“That’s enough,” you said, your voice low.
But Steve ignored you, his focus still on Natasha. “You know, it’s always the same with you. You play both sides, keep everyone guessing. It worked for you in the Red Room, maybe even with S.H.I.E.L.D., but here? That doesn’t fly. We’re supposed to be a team, but you’re still looking out for yourself first.”
The mention of the Red Room made your blood run cold. You saw the flicker of something in Natasha’s expression—a crack in her armor.
“Watch your mouth,” you said, stepping in front of her now, your voice dangerously calm, as you met Captain America eye level.
Steve’s gaze snapped to you, his frustration redirected. “Stay out of this.”
“No,” you said firmly. “You don’t get to talk to her like that.”
“Or what?” Steve challenged, jaw tightened, his temper bubbling over as took a step closer, eyes blazing with anger.
The moment he moved, you acted. Your hand shot out, gripping his wrist and twisting with precision. With a sharp pivot of your hips, you flipped him over your shoulder. The impact reverberated through the hangar as Steve crashed into a nearby crate, shattering it into splinters.
The hangar went silent, the sound of the crash echoing in the vast space.
Steve was already scrambling to his feet, his eyes blazing with disbelief and fury. Bucky intercepted him, gripping his shoulder and holding him back
“Steve, don’t,” Bucky said, his voice firm but calm.
Natasha was in front of you before you could react, her hands pressing against your chest as she pushed you back. “Enough,” she said, her voice low but forceful.
You froze, the reality of what you’d just done hitting you like a freight train.
You glanced around the hangar, catching the wide-eyed stares of your teammates. The expressions on their faces weren’t just shocked—they were scared. Of you.
Your gaze landed on Natasha last. Her green eyes were glassy, her brows furrowed with confusion and something that looked too much like hurt.
“I’m sorry,” you muttered, your voice barely audible. Then you turned and walked away, your boots echoing in the silence of the hangar as you disappeared into the compound.
--------------------------------------------------------
The rooftop felt like the only place you could breathe. The cool night air bit at your skin as you sat on the ledge, your hands gripping the metal railing.
What the hell had you done? You’d spent so long trying to prove you weren’t the weapon Hydra made you, but one moment of anger had torn that facade apart.
“Hell of a move back there.”
You didn’t have to look to know it was Natasha. Her voice was light, but there was an edge of something else—concern, maybe.
“Didn’t mean to wreck the crate,” you muttered, still staring out at the city lights.
She walked over, her steps soft, and leaned against the railing beside you. “The crate’s fine. Steve, on the other hand…”
You huffed a humorless laugh. “Yeah, bet he’s thrilled.”
She didn’t respond immediately, just studied you with that piercing gaze of hers. “Why’d you do it? he was right, I left you out there."
You sighed, finally meeting her eyes. "I would've been fine Tasha, and I know you know that," you looked down to your lap, "besides I couldn’t stand the way he was talking to you. Like you haven’t done more for this team than anyone.”Her expression softened, and for a moment, the world felt a little less heavy. “I don’t care about your past, Nat,” you said quietly. “And I’ll be damned if I let anyone throw it in your face.”
Her lips curved into a faint smile as she reached out, her hand brushing yours. “You’re not who they made you either, you know.”
You looked at her, and for the first time all day, you felt like maybe you hadn’t completely lost yourself.
Her voice dropped to a whisper. “You don’t have to fight for me," her gaze dropping to your lips as you both began to lean in, " but thank you for doing it anyway," her breath fanned across you. Before you could reply, she leaned in, her lips brushing against yours in a kiss that was well over do. Her lips were soft against yours, warm and grouding in a way that made everything fade away.
When she pulled back, she smiled—a real, genuine smile. “Now let’s go figure out how to apologize to Steve.”
You groaned, but for the first time that night, you felt like everything might just be okay.

an: last day of kinktober wohoo, enjoy halloween my little gays and be safe!!!
part one here!

Hours later, you’re sprawled across the bed, Wanda´s? Natasha´s? You´re not really sure, feeling a hazy warmth as the adrenaline fades and soft laughter fills the room. You’re nestled between Wanda and Natasha, each of them gently stroking your hair. Kate lies at the end of the bed, propped on her elbow, eyes glinting with a lingering mischievousness as she watches you with a fond, satisfied smile. While Carol is taking a shower and Maria is just sitting in the chair.
“Look at her,” Kate murmurs, her tone laced with both awe and amusement. “We might have worn her out.”
Wanda hums, pressing a gentle kiss to your temple. “Worn out or not, she’s still perfect,” she whispers, her fingers tracing lazy circles on your shoulder. There’s an undeniable pride in her gaze, something that feels as possessive as it is affectionate.
Natasha smirks, brushing a stray lock of hair away from your face, her expression softer than usual. “Precious is an understatement,” she says, her voice still rough but now tempered with a quiet admiration. “I think we might have a problem if anyone else finds out how amazing she is.”
You chuckle weakly, warmth blooming across your cheeks as their words sink in, and Wanda gives your hand a squeeze, her thumb brushing tenderly over your knuckles. “Don’t worry, malysh,” she murmurs. “You’re ours. We’ll make sure of that.”
Kate lets out a laugh, reaching over to give you a playful poke on the arm. “Hey, remember, Captain gets all the best cuddles,” she teases, eyes twinkling. “I wasn’t joking earlier. So make some room for her too.” She winks, making the girls roll their eyes.
Carol steps out of the bathroom, her hair still damp from the shower, wearing only a loose tank top and shorts. She glances over, a smirk tugging at her lips as she takes in the scene of you nestled among the others.
“Looks like I missed the after-party,” she murmurs, eyeing the way Kate’s hand rests on your arm and Wanda’s fingers trace gentle circles on your shoulder. She raises an eyebrow at Natasha, who’s standing up and adjusting her clothes.
Natasha gives Carol a knowing look and nods. “I’ll be back in a little while. Just have to… deal with something.” The tone in her voice is vague but carries weight, and the other women exchange glances, an unspoken understanding passing between them.
You, however, just watch as Natasha slips out the door, wondering what exactly she has to handle. But before the thought settles, Carol slips onto the bed beside you, drawing your attention back to the moment. Her arm wraps around you with a lazy familiarity, pulling you against her as she gives you a soft kiss on the cheek.
“Missed me already?” she teases, her voice low and warm, her fingers trailing down your arm in a way that sends a pleasant shiver through you.
You chuckle, nestling into the warmth of her embrace. “Maybe,” you say, trying not to sound too eager, though the comfort of her presence makes your heart flutter.
Kate grins, leaning over to you, “careful, or Captain here will get spoiled by all the attention. Next thing you know, she’ll be monopolizing all your time.” Her voice is teasing, her eyes gleaming as she shoots Carol a challenging look.
Carol chuckles, tilting her head as she meets Kate’s gaze. “Oh, you’re one to talk, Bishop. As if you don’t hog enough time with her already.”
“Both of you,” Wanda interjects, her tone light but possessive as her hand smooths over your arm. “We all know who she comes to for the real quality time.” She smirks at you, her fingers curling around yours in a gentle but unmistakably possessive hold.
You feel your cheeks flush under their collective attention, a warm glow settling over you as each of them stakes their playful claim. Maria, still sitting in the chair by the bed, shakes her head with a soft smile, watching the scene unfold with a quiet amusement.
“I mean, can you blame her?” she teases, crossing her legs and leaning back. “With all of us making sure she feels… appreciated, she’s got it pretty good.”
Carol chuckles, tightening her arm around you and brushing a kiss to your temple. “We’ll keep you occupied until Nat gets back. We can’t have you getting bored.”
Wanda leans in close, her voice a soft murmur against your ear. “Or distracted. We like keeping you right where you belong… with us.” Her lips brush your cheek, her gaze lingering as if daring you to look away.
As you sink deeper into the warmth of their embrace, a faint thought tugs at the back of your mind. Where did Natasha go? You can’t help but wonder, a trace of curiosity and concern flickering through you.
But before you can follow the thought any further, Wanda’s fingers brush your cheek, and you glance over to find her looking at you with a knowing smile. Her gaze is soft yet focused, and for a second, you feel as if she’s reading every unspoken question in your mind. Wanda’s eyes narrow slightly, a subtle, affectionate warning, as she exchanges a quick glance with the others, a silent cue for them to keep your mind occupied.
Carol picks up on it immediately, shifting closer to you and giving your shoulder a gentle squeeze. “Pretty little thing,” she teases, her tone light as her hand trails down your arm. “are you here with us?”
You hum, Wanda looks at you, pulling your attention back to her as she strokes a finger along your jawline, her eyes glinting playfully. “Let Natasha handle her business, malysh. She’ll be back soon.” Her words are soft but intentional, grounding you in the moment.
Kate leans forward, a mischievous gleam in her eyes as she tilts her head. “Or are you just that eager to get rid of us?” She arches a brow, her grin widening as she watches you, daring you to respond.
You chuckle, shaking your head. “Not at all. You all make it… pretty easy to stay right here,” you admit, warmth pooling in your chest under their collective attention.
Maria’s voice joins in, her tone smooth but with a hint of playfulness. “See? Nothing to worry about, sweetheart.” She leans back in her chair, crossing her arms with a satisfied smile. “You’re exactly where you need to be.”
As you sink deeper into their warmth, a sudden, pleasant haze settles over you, a fuzzy, dizzying sensation that leaves your mind feeling light and blissfully blank. Each touch, each brush of their fingers on your skin, starts to feel heightened, like every sensation is magnified a thousand times over. Your senses are filled with them, the soft murmurs, the warmth of their bodies.
You feel a soft, warm pulse at the edges of your mind, almost like a lullaby. Your eyelids flutter, and you catch Wanda’s gentle smile, her gaze holding a spark of focus. Her fingers trail along your arm, featherlight and soothing, and the faint traces of questions about Natasha and everything beyond this room begin to slip away. In this moment, there’s only the soft laughter of the others around you, only the warmth spreading through you like the gentlest wave.
You notice the way the others glance at each other, small smirks and knowing looks passing between them. Carol’s hand finds yours, her thumb brushing along your knuckles, and the touch feels so overwhelmingly perfect that it melts any lingering thoughts from your mind. Kate’s laugh breaks through the fog, and she gives you a playful nudge, bringing you fully back into the comfort of the moment, leaving everything else forgotten.
The world outside this room disappears entirely, replaced only by the shared laughter, tender touches, and the feeling that you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be wrapped in their warmth and undivided attention. Maria smiles and sends Natasha a simple text, "We got it all secured here, Wanda took care of it."
The morning light filters into the room, waking you gently. As you stretch and sit up, you realize you’re alone. Wanda, Kate, Carol, and Maria have all gone, leaving only the faintest scent of them behind and a folded note on the pillow next to you.
Good morning, gorgeous. Thought we’d let you get some extra sleep, didn’t want to wake you. See you later. Love, W.
You smile, tucking the note to your chest as you savor the quiet moment, replaying the warmth of last night in your mind. But then you remember something else. Yelena’s invitation, her mischievous smile as she’d told you to come to her room once you were finished with the others. A thrill of excitement rushes through you at the thought, and you slip out of bed, quickly freshening up and making your way down the hall to her room.
The door is slightly ajar, and you hear a faint hum coming from inside. You knock softly, pushing it open to find Yelena leaning against the wall, arms crossed, her expression one of smug satisfaction. She straightens when she sees you, a grin tugging at the corners of her mouth.
“Took you long enough,” she teases, her eyes twinkling as she beckons you closer. “Thought you might’ve forgotten about me after all that… attention from the others.”
You step into the room, closing the door behind you, feeling the familiar warmth spread through you as she studies you, a playful edge in her gaze. “Oh, trust me, I didn’t forget,” you reply, trying to match her confidence. But there’s something in the way she looks at you that makes your pulse quicken.
“Good,” she says, her tone lower now as she takes a step toward you. “Because I’ve got some ideas of my own, and I’ve been waiting long enough.”
As she pulls you into her arms, the events of last night fade into the background, your focus entirely on her. And with the same sense of warmth and safety from the night before, you let yourself be fully present, knowing you’re exactly where you’re meant to be - surrounded by those who treasure you.
"Alredy this needy?" Yelena chuckles as she feels you bucking your hips.
You open your mouth to protest, but the words catch in your throat as she leans in closer, her breath warm against your ear. “What’s the matter?” she teases, her tone dripping with mock innocence. “Cat got your tongue?”
Her fingers find their way to your chin, lifting your gaze to meet hers. The confidence in her eyes is enough to leave you feeling completely flustered. “You know,” she says, drawing out each word, “I could get used to seeing you like this... speechless and staring at me like I’m the only one in the world.”
You swallow, desperately trying to keep your composure, but Yelena only grins wider, clearly enjoying how easily she has you unraveling. “Aww, don’t tell me you’re already getting shy on me,” she taunts, her voice laced with that familiar sarcasm. “You weren’t so shy with the others last night, were you?”
You try to answer, but her hands slide to your waist, pulling you even closer, and any coherent thought melts away. She leans back slightly, studying your face with a smug expression, fully aware of the effect she has on you.
“Oh, look at this mess,” she purrs, feigning sympathy as her thumb brushes lightly across your cheek. “All flustered… just from me standing here. I didn’t even have to do anything.” She chuckles softly, and the sound sends another shiver through you.
Her fingers tap against your waist as she tilts her head, eyes narrowing playfully. “You think you can handle me, детка?”
Finally finding your voice, you manage a breathless, “Yes.” But even you can hear the doubt in your tone, and Yelena’s smirk grows, clearly reveling in the power she holds over you.
She chuckles, shaking her head. “We’ll see about that, sweetheart,” she says, her voice softening slightly, though the teasing glint never leaves her eyes. “Just remember, I don’t make things easy.”
And with that, she leans in, her lips brushing yours, a lingering, torturous pause that leaves you yearning for more.
Before you can process what’s happening, Yelena’s hands are on your shoulders, gently but firmly pushing you back until you’re lying on the bed, looking up at her. A wicked grin spreads across her face as she leans over you, her fingers brushing a strand of hair from your face before trailing down your arm.
She dips her head, capturing your lips in a kiss that’s both soft and intoxicating, leaving you completely breathless. Her lips move with a practiced ease, each kiss sending butterflies tumbling through your stomach, and you find yourself melting under her touch, any semblance of control slipping away.
When she pulls back, you’re left dizzy, caught up in the warmth of the moment, until you feel the light pressure at your wrists. You glance down, realizing that Yelena has tied your hands, her knots tight and secure, the silken fabric binding you to the bedframe.
Your eyes widen, and Yelena bursts into laughter, her expression both proud and amused. She looks down at you with that familiar, confident smirk, clearly relishing the surprise on your face.
“Oh, you really are something special, aren’t you?” she teases, crossing her arms as she watches you struggle with a playfulness in her eyes. “I was beginning to wonder if you’d notice. Took you long enough, though.”
You open your mouth, searching for a response, but her laughter cuts you off, and she leans down, her lips just inches from yours as she whispers, “Don’t worry. You’re in good hands.”
She brushes her nose against yours, her eyes dancing with mischief. “What’s the matter? You didn’t think I’d let you get away so easily, did you?”
You tug at the binds, but Yelena’s knots are impeccable, each one a testament to her talent and training as a spy. She watches your efforts with a smirk, her fingers tracing along your cheek as she murmurs, “Oh, you’re too easy to fool. But that’s what makes you so much fun.”
Her voice is soft yet laced with amusement, and you can feel the heat rise.. You realize she’s enjoying every moment of your reaction, her own satisfaction evident in the way her smirk widens.
“Relax,” she purrs, giving your tits a light squeeze. “I’ve got you all to myself, and you’re not going anywhere.”
Time blurs as Yelena’s hands roam over you, her hands everywhere. She keeps you right on the edge, bringing you so close but never quite letting you tip over. Each time you think she’s finally going to let you cross that finish line, she pulls back, she chuckles at your frustrated whimpers.
Hours slip by, and every nerve in your body feels like it’s on fire, a mixture of yearning and helplessness. Yelena, always just out of reach, seems to be thoroughly enjoying your reactions, her smirk growing wider with each plea you let slip.
Finally, when she’s had her fill, she leans over and unties your wrists, her touch gentle despite the teasing grin she wears. You’re left feeling breathless, limbs heavy and mind fuzzy, completely undone by her relentless torment.
"W-what?" You breathe heavily.
Yelena sits back, her eyes dancing with amusement as she looks over your thoroughly wrecked state. “Oh, poor you,” she murmurs with mock sympathy, brushing her fingers over your flushed cheek. Her voice is a soft, teasing purr. “Did you really think I was going to let you finish, hm?”
You open your mouth, still too dazed to respond, and she grins, her tone dripping with playful condescension. “I didn’t say I’d make you cum, did I? Oh,” she whispers, her smirk growing, “you’re just too easy to mess with.”
She leans in, pressing one last, taunting kiss to your forehead. “Maybe next time,” she murmurs, giving you a wink as she stands.
Before Yelena can give you moment of aftercare, the door creaks open, and Wanda steps inside, her eyes landing on the two of you. She tilts her head, crossing her arms with a raised eyebrow, her gaze drifting from your dazed, messy form to Yelena’s thoroughly pleased expression.
“Well,” Wanda says, her voice a mix of curiosity and amusement as she takes in the scene, “looks like someone’s had a lot of fun.” She gives Yelena a pointed look, smirking. “Mind telling me exactly what you’ve been up to, Yelena?”
Yelena grins, unabashed, stretching out with a look of satisfaction. “Just a little… patience training,” she says, her voice dripping with smugness. She winks at you, “our girl here is a very good learner.”
Wanda’s eyes soften as she watches you, noticing the dazed, needy look in your eyes, and she steps closer, brushing a hand gently along your cheek. “Poor thing,” she murmurs, her voice filled with sweetness and care. She shoots Yelena a half-playful, half-scolding look. “You’ve completely worn her out, haven’t you?”
Yelena chuckles, unrepentant. “She handled it,” she replies with a smirk, but there’s a hint of affection in her gaze as she watches Wanda fuss over you.
Wanda shakes her head, her expression softening as she carefully helps you sit up, supporting you with a gentle arm around your shoulders. “Come on,” she murmurs, her voice soothing as she guides you up. “Let’s get you to your room. Can you walk on your own, malysh?”
You nod and you cling to her, grateful for the warmth of her touch and the gentle way she leads you through the halls. By the time you’re back in your room, you’re feeling incredibly clingy, leaning into Wanda as if you never want to let go.
She chuckles softly as she helps you settle into bed, her fingers brushing through your hair with gentle, soothing strokes. “You did so well,” she whispers, pressing a soft kiss to your forehead. “I’m here now, alright?"
You nod, a sleepy smile spreading across your face as you nuzzle closer to her, feeling a warmth and comfort that wraps around you like a soft blanket. Wanda’s arms hold you close, her voice a soothing murmur as she reassures you, letting you know that you’re safe and adored, right where you belong.
You stir awake, your eyes fluttering open to the soft rustling of pages. Wanda sits beside you, legs crossed, reading a book, a serene look on her face. She glances down, noticing you’re awake, and her face lights up with a gentle smile.
“Hey sleepyhead,” she murmurs, closing the book and setting it aside.
You stretch and blink, trying to shake off the drowsiness. “What time is it?”
“It’s lunchtime,” Wanda replies, brushing a loose strand of hair from your face. “Time for some food, what do you say?”
Food sounds amazing. Yum.
Her words send a little thrill through you, and you nod, letting her help you up as you both make your way toward the dining area. As soon as you step into the room, you notice the others - Carol, Maria, Kate, Yelena, and Natasha, all sitting around the table, their voices dropping to a hush the moment you walk in.
Natasha’s eyes meet yours, and a sly smile spreads across her face as she gets up and pulls out a chair for you. “Oh, detka, there you are,” she purrs, her voice warm and inviting. “Hungry?”
You feel your cheeks flush as everyone’s attention settles on you, and you nod, settling into the seat Natasha pulled out. Wanda takes the spot beside you, and the others exchange knowing glances before Kate starts piling your plate with food.
“Yelena really did numbers on you,” Kate teases, shooting a smirk across the table at Yelena, who only shrugs with an innocent expression. “Guess she wore you out?”
“Oh, not completely,” Yelena chimes in, her tone dripping with mischief. “Our girl’s tougher than she looks.”
Carol laughs softly, shaking her head as she takes a sip of her drink. “Really? Looks like she’s still a bit… unsatisfied.” Her gaze falls on you, her eyes glinting with playful curiosity.
You shift in your seat, feeling a warm, needy ache flare up at the memory of Yelena’s endless teasing earlier, which none of the others seem to have forgotten. You clear your throat, trying to keep it together, but they’re all watching you with varying degrees of amusement, each one fully aware of your lingering frustration.
Natasha leans in, her lips close to your ear as she murmurs, “Don’t worry, malyshka. We’ll take good care of you.” She pulls back with a wink, her voice dripping with a sultry promise that sends a shiver down your spine.
Maria, leaning back in her chair, gives you an amused once-over. “You know, we all like a challenge. And you? You’re definitely worth it.” Her words hang in the air, a mixture of sweetness and mischief.
Wanda reaches for your hand under the table, giving it a reassuring squeeze, her expression soft but knowing. “Poor thing,” she coos, voice just loud enough for the others to hear. “Looks like we might have to put in a little extra effort today, hmm?”
You squirm, feeling all their gazes fixed on you, the warmth spreading from your cheeks down to the pit of your stomach as they continue to pile on the teasing remarks. Kate chuckles, taking a bite of her food. “Hope you’re ready, sweetheart. We’ve got plenty of energy to make sure you don’t feel… neglected.”
You try to focus on your food, but every little touch, every lingering glance, only heightens the needy ache that hasn’t left since this morning. It’s clear they’re having way too much fun watching you squirm, and as lunch goes on, you realize they have no intention of letting you off easy.
Eventually, Kate leans forward, “so, how about you, sweetheart?” she asks, her voice smooth and teasing. “What’s your opinion on all of this?”
You blink, caught off guard, and you stammer as you try to form a response. “I, um… well…” You can feel the heat rising in your face as all of their eyes turn to you, each one wearing an expression that’s both amused and intrigued.
“I mean,” you start, swallowing hard, “I think… I’d like it… if you all—” You falter under their collective gaze, words fumbling as you try to explain yourself, but each attempt only makes them grin wider.
“Would like it… if we all…?” Carol raises an eyebrow, the hint of a smirk tugging at her lips. “Come on, honey, you can say it. We don’t bite. Well, unless you want us to.”
The others chuckle softly, and Wanda squeezes your hand, her voice a gentle murmur. “Just say what you’re thinking, malyshka. We’re all listening.”
You take a shaky breath, gathering what little courage you have left. “I just… I wouldn’t mind if… if you all…” You trail off, feeling your cheeks go warm, but you push through, your voice barely a whisper. “If you’d all just… have some fun with me.”
The silence that follows is electric, charged with an anticipation that has your heart pounding. Natasha grins, her eyes darkening as she exchanges a glance with the others. “Well,” she murmurs, her tone laced with satisfaction. “There’s no need to be shy with us.”
Maria chuckles, leaning back with an approving nod. “Took you long enough to ask, sweetheart.”
Wanda’s fingers trace lightly over the back of your hand, her expression soft yet possessive. “Don’t worry, malysh,” she murmurs, a smile curling her lips. “We’re just getting started.”
Thank you for reading, also HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

Workout The Heart
Hong Eunchae x LSF 6 member!reader
“every time you suspected there was something wrong with your member, Eunchae. Until the time you found out what it was”
Genre – Fluff Warnings – None (request)
Now playing – Love You Anyway, by The Marias

"Jihyo's daughter" is what Fearnot has called you since your debut. Your love for the gym and training has earned many inside jokes for the fandom, and many edits as well. You had only recorded a vlog at the gym once, and as soon as it was posted on Le sserafim's Youtube channel, a storm of edits of yours were everywhere. As the second youngest member, you weren't used to edits that weren't just cute stuff, but as soon as you saw your first edit with a provocative song and you looking insanely hot on camera, you knew you could get used to it.
Unlike you, Eunchae would NEVER get used to it! Every time she saw an edit of yours she simply wanted to pass out, praying to all the gods that she would wake up in your muscular arms. The maknae never liked to work out, in fact she hated everything that involved weight, but with you it was different. Eunchae found herself wanting to accompany you to all your workouts, which was very strange given that not only you, but all of your members knew that the younger girl hated the gym.
It was a few months ago that you and the girls started noticing Eunchae's strange behavior, you were certainly suspicious, because if Maknae hated working out, what was she doing following you around like a puppy?

All the girls were in the living room of the dormitory, Yunjin and Kazuha watching some program on TV, Chaewon's eyes glued to the phone and Eunchae was in the kitchen, sitting on the countertop watching Sakura cook. Quickly passing through the room, you grabbed the keys to the door before heading to the fridge to get some of your Gatorade.
"I'm leaving babies, don't set the house on fire." You said, leaving the kitchen and heading towards the front door.
"Ahn? Where are you going?" Eunchae asked, turning quickly on the counter, looking intently at you.
"I have to stick to my training schedule." You said, all the girls' attention now on you and Eunchae.
"Yeah, she has to work out to carry all the weight of being a nerd." Yun Jin said, laughing at you and getting a pat on Kazuha's arm.
"Don't make me carry you to the pool and throw you there again Jennifer... You know I could do that quickly.
"Hey! It's Unnie for you, nerd." Yun Jin said messing with you, as always.
"I'll go with you, wait for me to get my things!" Eunchae said suddenly, jumping off the counter and heading towards her room, leaving her members confused.
You looked at Sakura, who was already looking at you open-mouthed, Yun Jin and Kazuha also stared at each other as if they couldn't believe what they were seeing, and Chaewon was the first to speak.
"All right, what's going on?" The leader asked, momentarily directed at everyone, only to look at you next.
"I--I don't know." You said, your surprise was still evident on your face, as well as on all the girls'.
"She never wants to go to the gym with me." Kazuha spoke, pulling all attention to her.
"She threw me a pillow once when I asked her why she hated working out so much." Yunjin said, static.
"Once, she told me that she would rather spend ten hours straight singing and dancing than go to the gym." Sakura said, making you frown.
"That's weird." You spoke last, looking at the door of Eunchae's room, and at the right moment, the younger girl came out, walking up to you and pulling your arm to the exit.
"Bye, Unnies!"
The excitement in the girl's voice and the thud of the door closing was the last thing the older women could hear, after witnessing the younger member pull you out of the dorm.

The second time you realized there was something wrong with Eunchae, it was on a Friday morning. You had gone for a run, having woken up too early that day and seeing that you had no commitments, you decided that it would be good to clear your mind and get your body ready for the day.
When you arrived at the dorm, you had decided to make one of your tasty smoothies, mixing fruits you liked, oatmeal and a little honey. Too busy mixing the ingredients, you didn't notice a small body approaching you until the younger girl hugged your waist.
"Good morning Machae." You said with excitement. The younger girl letting go of your waist and climbing on the counter, where she definitely liked to stay.
"What are you doing?" The younger girl asked, her curious eyes looking into the blender where her smoothie was, now ready.
"Just a drink after the morning run, nothing much." You said, pouring the mixture into a glass.
"Oh, you could have woken me up to go with you." The younger girl said, making you almost drop the glass that was in your hand.
"You... Did you want to go racing with me?" You asked skeptically, being completely sure that something was wrong.
"Sure, why not?!" The younger girl shrugged, showing off her dimples as she smiled innocently at you.
"All right then, maybe next time..." You said, still with suspicion present in your voice.
For the rest of the day, Eunchae stayed close to you, asking questions about your workout and how your diet worked. Also taking the opportunity to call you to see some movies with her later, using the justification that you needed to chill a little.
You really were struggling, confused by everything that was going on. Eunchae was always close to you, being only a year apart, you were the youngest of the group, always supporting each other and helping when needed. But you had noticed that Eunchae was trying much harder, sometimes you even caught her looking absentmindedly at you, daydreaming. And especially when you were both at the gym, now that Eunchae had insisted that she would go to all the training sessions with you.
You didn't quite understand what was going on, but the answer to all this confusion was closer to being revealed than you imagined.

Le sserafim was in L.A., finally having a few days to enjoy the city after recording numerous things to fulfill the schedule. Since one of your members was simply the most sociable person in the world, you and the girls were now in the Katseye girls' dorm, eating pizza and talking about various things that were going on.
YunJin chatted animatedly with Daniela and Manon, while Sakura, Chaewon, and Sophia engaged in a deep conversation about something you hadn't paid attention to. Lara and Yoonchae were chatting animatedly with Eunchae, who was trying her best to focus on the topics of conversation without being distracted by looking at you and Megan laughing together on the couch.
You and the red-haired girl weren't very close, it seemed like all the members of you seemed to understand each other very well, just with the two of you as two strange losers. Lara had pushed Megan towards you after you arrived, telling the Chinese girl that you wouldn't bite and that you were very nice. Believing her roommate's words, Megan walked up to you, the two of you striking up a friendly conversation only to find that you had a lot in common.
Only one person had not liked all this approach, Eunchae. The girl looked at you with eagle eyes, following your and Megan's every move, praying to the gods that neither of you would make a wrong move. However, the younger girl can't hold back the cleaning so much, at least not when she saw you and Megan get up from the couch and head towards what Eunchae assumed was the redhead's room.
Losing focus a bit, Eunchae excused herself, leaving the dorm room and saying that she would be back in a minute. Your members instantly worried about the younger girl, and when you showed up with Megan and noticed that the room was strangely quiet, you were confused.
Outside, Eunchae sat on a small couch, wiping away the tears that kept falling from her eyes. The younger girl didn't want to cry, she knew she couldn't blame you for anything, after all, she was never brave enough to tell you how she felt.
"Machae?" You asked, reaching out to the younger girl to check what was going on. "What happened?" You asked, sitting next to the girl with tears in her eyes.
"Nothing, it's not your fault." Eunchae said, trying her best to stop the tears from running down her face.
"Eunchae, you know you can tell me anything..." You said, holding your hand in hers. "We would always help each other, remember?"
Looking at your hands next to hers, Eunchae took a deep breath, looking into your eyes before letting the words come out of her mouth.
"I like you." The younger girl said, hoping you understood everything she wanted to say with just three words.
"I like you too, Machae." You said, squeezing hands with the younger girl.
"No, Yn. I really like you, I want to be with you, to be able to tell everyone that you're mine and to love you in the right way." Eunchae said, looking away from yours, ashamed of the tears that were streaming down her face.
Taking your hand out of Eunchae's hand, you took her chin gently, lifting the younger girl's head and wiping away her tears.
"I know, and I like you too Eunchae." You said, your hand still caressing the delicate face of the girl in front of you. "Don't you think I wouldn't notice that you liked me with you following me to the gym?"
The bright-eyed girl laughed at your remark, the most beautiful smile you could see.
"I've always liked you, Machae. I'm just really bad at showing it." you said.
You and the smiling girl stared at each other, your faces a few inches from each other, and when Eunchae made the first signal to get closer, you followed her, getting closer and closer until you joined your lips with hers. It was just a seal of lips, but your stomach was in celebration, butterflies flying and dancing inside you. Eunchae not much different, the two of you have been waiting for this moment for much longer than you could remember.
"So now that you've finally gotten what you wanted, will you still join me to the gym?" You asked, after moving away from the kiss a little.
"Not at all."

Hello guys, a request about LSF, I'm excited!
I hope everyone is well, I continue to see a lot of things about L.A. and I hope people are well and can get back on their feet.
It's a tragedy and very sad, unfortunately I can't do much, but I hope with all my heart that all of you are saved
xoxo, spider.

getting caught with ellie
[nsfw 18+]
—this is rrly short i’m sorry guys 😔 i’m working on a farm ellie fic WHICH YALL ARE FINNA DEVOUR
warnings- starts off with smut, scissoring, getting caught ofc,

your gasps fill the room each time ellie moves her hips. both your wetness clashing together and each time your clit hits hers, you claw at her back. bringing her closer to you.
“ellie ellie…oh fuck” you whimper out as ellie spreads your legs wider with her strong grip and fucks herself onto you. the bed creaking louder and louder.
“fuck baby your so wet…keep- slipping” ellie stutters, her eyes focused on where your pussy gushes onto hers so she can get the angle just right.
one hard jut of your girlfriends hips and you choke out a loud moan, pulling her impossibly more closer to you and impulsively bitting on her shoulder. ellie lets out a groan and grinds into you faster, this time the beds headboard bangs against the wall, covering the filthy sounds of your pussys wetness mixing together.
“oh fuck fuck ellie ellie!” you frantically chant as you feel your orgasm quickly approaching. your hands moving all over her before landing on her forearms and digging your nails into them.
“nghnn baby i’m gonna cum all over that pussy” she breathlessly whispers. her hips stutter and her hands grip your thighs harshly.
“ellie ellie yes please please!” you whine, not breaking eye contact with her as you let out a high pitched moan and cum on her pussy.
ellie’s eyes rolls back after hearing you repeat her name over and over again. both of you making a mess between each others thighs. both of you wet and glistening with each others cum.
the bed creaking stops as ellie falls down on top of you due to her exhaustion. you pull a blanket over your sweaty bodies and catch your breaths together. that is until you hear a loud knock on the door and the sound of a throat clearing behind it.
“uh ellie, maria and tommy really need you for something right now, are you uh- busy?” you hear the voice of joel’s usually deep voice turn timid and shaky.
you both freeze and ellie lifts her head off your chest to speak, “uh um yeah i’ll go there in a bit.”
you hear footsteps walking away the door and you both let out a sigh. ellie looks at you, hiding a smirk and you smack her, hiding your face in your hands.
“ellie stopppp! how am i ever gonna face him ever again after-“
“after he heard you moan my name a hundred times?” ellie teases.
you groan and push her face away from yours after she tries kissing you.
“el this is so embarrassing, how are you not embarrassed your practically his daughter”
“i’m just never going to talk to him again” ellie jokes and wraps her arms around you, trapping you in her hold.
“baby cmon let’s go take a shower you have stuff you need to do” you say ushering her up.
ellie groans and pouts, desperately trying to hold you still and keep you in bed “i’ll get up only if we can have a round 2 in the shower.”
this girl rrly can’t ever get enough

just saw an article saying stephanie sheh is voicing maria and their source was a sonic fan site saying it with no evidence. okay man
why are people talking about "maria's new voice actor" as if we actually know who that is. they havent even confirmed if shes gonna be in the game or not let alone who would voice her if she did
#again i dont think its impossible that shes voicing maria i can definitely see why people would asusme she is#and i wouldnt be surprised if it was true. im not saying its NOT true#just that its frustrating that people are talking like its confirmed while providing no sources#and im not finding any when i go looking myself#also i think its funny that people are solely focusing on her and not the several other people who are going to be there#that dont have any big obvious role in the game as far as i know. like why tf is zeno robinson hosting this thing#what if hes the new voice actor for black doom (joking)

"i'll be here."
rating: explicit- for drinking and joel's dirty thoughts. This is pure fluff NO SMUT and it's probably kinda corny but I DON'T CARE.
summary: Joel wants to make sure your New Years Eve isn't lonely.
tags: jackson!joel, Joel's POV, no use of y/n, no physical description (just an outfit) fluff, so much fluff, pining, age gap, him being handsome and perfect, mentions of food, drinking, being intoxicated so maybe dub-con (but not really)
w/c: ~3.6k
a/n: the holiday was hard as hell this year and it really didn't feel like christmas at all, so i wrote this for myself because i was sad. i hope any of you all that needed Joel to come and sing you songs and play gui-tar find some comfort in this.
thanks for @creepycorbeaux for reading this over. thanks to @thelastofgala for those beautiful gifs and thanks to @saradika-graphics for the dividers.
Joel wasn’t exactly sure what he was doing walking to your house with a bottle of whiskey in one hand, and his guitar in the other, but he couldn’t stop thinking about what you had said last night on patrol.
“Whaddya end up doin’ f’Christmas?”
The face you make when you look over at him almost makes Joel smirk for a split second. The way your nose scrunches and the corners of your mouth turn down slightly. Like you’re confused and upset with him ,and all he did was ask you a simple question.
Then you respond, “Whachya mean?”
Joel doesn’t know how to answer that because… what do you mean? Your eyes are still squinted— like there is some sort of distrust in your soul. Like Joel is playing a joke on you right now.
“Uh, well… Ellie and I went to Tommy and Maria’s...” Joel is uncomfortable suddenly; he forgets that not everyone is as lucky as he is to have family here in Jackson. He doesn’t know you nearly well enough, so now he feels like an ass. He shouldn’t be asking you anything like that.
Or anything at all not pertaining to patrol.
You don’t say anything for a while, you just hold onto the strap of your rifle over your shoulder, and then adjust your grasp on the reins with your other hand. “I just stayed home,” you answer him quietly, almost like you don’t really want him to hear you. “Made myself a nice dinner, read a book and went to bed.”
That ‘put your foot in your mouth’ feeling creeps into Joel’s stomach and he wants to ask if you’d like to give him a nice rocket to his left jaw. He doesn’t stay quiet for too long, he doesn’t want you sitting in this awkward smog he’s created. “That doesn’t sound t’bad, honestly. Whaddya make?”
Joel watches you out of the corner of his eye as you once again adjust the reins in your hand, waiting for you to either respond to his question or tell him to shut the fuck up.
He wishes you would tell him to screw off because he never tries to make small talk, and this is why! He always regrets it!
“Just a venison roast with veggies from the greenhouse.” You finally tell him with a little more life in your voice this time, like you were actually proud of what you cooked yourself. “What did you and Ellie do at Tommy and Maria’s?”
“Had a few drinks, ate some food. Nothin’ crazy.”
Joel didn’t have the heart to tell you that Tommy and him spent most of the day drinking and reminiscing, laughing about being young, stupid kids. Or that Ellie and Maria baked all day, listening to Christmas music someone had found a while ago. He didn’t wanna subject you to all that, knowing now you were home alone.
Since that night on patrol, Joel can’t get the image of you sitting at home on a holiday all by yourself.
Probably being sad.
There isn’t any particular reason why he feels so compelled to come knock on your door, there are plenty of other lonely souls that spend every holiday with no one else around.
There was just a pull. Something inside of him that said go go go.
Go to her.
He doesn’t really even know what he’s going to say to you if you decide to open the door for him. Hell, he’s not sure you’re even going to let him in! You’ve only ever gone on two patrols together. Y’all never really talk outside of that, but that’s mostly because he doesn’t see you around.
Not like he’s looking for you, or anything.
When he knocks, it’s like his heart might hammer right out of his chest. Why is he so nervous? He’s just here to offer you a couple drinks so you don’t have to ring in the new year all alone.
Ellie was with Dina and the rest of her friends, Tommy and Maria wanted to call it an early night because of the baby, and so Joel had two options: the bar, or sitting at home alone.
It’s not that Joel didn’t like being alone. He had been alone since Tess, and that was still something he didn’t like to think about too much.
Too much loss for not enough of — whatever they had been. Losing her had almost been the final nail in the coffin, and if it hadn’t been for Ellie -
Don’t think about it.
Now Joel finds himself on your front porch, holding the screen door open with his large frame, and knocking lightly with the ass end of the bottle of whiskey.
From inside he can hear you moving around. His breath hitches in his throat when you finally open up for him. Joel watches your eyes scan him very quickly, taking in the picture in front of you. Your eyes go wide for a second like you don’t understand why he’s here.
Joel Miller on your front porch with a bottle of whiskey and his guitar.
“Whaddya doin’ here?”
Joel holds the bottle up for you to inspect closer as you wrap your arms around yourself like you’re trying to hide from him.
Joel’s never seen you without your winter jacket, hat and gloves. Right now in your house, you have on a blue sweater, a pair of tight elastic tights that Joel wishes he could see you in more often, and the warmest looking socks he has ever seen.
His eyes scan the length of your body again involuntarily. His gaze lingers on your pants once again– so tight and they hug your curves (that Joel didn’t even know you had) in all the right ways.
“Well, I reckon I came over here hopin’ you had cooked another roast, since it sounded so damn good when you told me ‘bout it on patrol–”
Joel continues his bullshit rambles about why he came over here as you start to smirk, and take a step back so the door can swing open a little wider and he can make his way in.
“The guitar?” You ask as Joel toes off his boots so he doesn’t track snow through your house. He hands you the bottle of whiskey, shifting the guitar between his hands as he takes off his jacket.
“Figur’d if you wanted to share any of the food you made– I could share the whiskey… maybe play a lil gui-tar for ya.”
The last time he played the guitar for anyone besides Ellie– Sarah was still alive.
Who is this man?
There was just something about the way you said ‘I just stayed home’. Joel was thinkin’ maybe you didn’t read a book and go to bed.
Maybe you cried a little, missing whatever you remember from home.
Joel knows all about that, all about the sleepless nights when you just can’t turn your brain off. You can’t stop thinking about the people that are no more, about how different things are now and how you’d give anything for them to go back to the way they used to be.
Joel has Ellie and Tommy. Who do you have?
“You’re in luck because I did cook tonight,” you’re smiling at him and he thinks this is the first time he’s ever seen you smile, too.
So many firsts for Joel, he feels like a teenager as you lead him further into your house - which is clean and smells phenomenally good - and into the kitchen.
Joel hadn’t expected you to actually offer him food, he didn’t know if you cooked dinners like that for yourself all the time, or only on special occasions.
You take the guitar from him and pull out a chair at your kitchen table. For a moment he feels like his brain malfunctions and he’s not sure how to react.
“You can sit,” You’re already in your living room. “I’m just gonna…” Then you trail off.
When Joel peers around the corner to check on you, you’re very carefully leaning the guitar against the wall, holding your hands out to catch it in case it leans too far one way or the other.
Joel feels heat creeping up his chest and neck as he watches you, slightly bent at the waist. The tightness of your pants—
Nope.
Once you’re satisfied that the guitar won’t fall, you turn around and smile at him, even though he’s just standing there watching you like an idiot– blushing!
Blushing?
Part of him thinks this was the worst idea he ever had. How could you be doing this to him and you’ve done absolutely nothing?
He should go home.
“Sit!” You urge him to take a seat at the table while you basically prance into the kitchen to start serving him a plate. Everything is still sitting on the stove in the pots you cooked in.
You explain that you already ate because you weren’t expecting company.
Joel almost tells you not to worry about the food, but then what would he do? Play guitar for three hours? Getting drunk and talking all night seems like a terrible idea.
What the fuck was he thinking? This was the dumbest thing he’s ever done, it really was.
He shuts his mouth though when you set down a plate of steaming food in front of him.
“Dig in! I have more than enough if you want a second plate.”
The way you talk so casually, like you’ve known Joel your whole life while you walk back into the kitchen makes him jealous.
How are you so nice? Sweet?
You haven’t even been here for four months and this is the first time either of you have said more than ten words to each other that didn’t have to do with patrol.
It’s the way your body moves when you walk without all your winter gear on. You sway… almost like you’re floating.
Knock it off, old man. She’s half your age.
Joel has to squeeze his eyes shut for two seconds until he hears your feet padding back to the table. When he opens them, you’re pushing one of the glasses in his direction.
“You brought the booze, so you have to pour it.”
The smile on your face makes Joel feel a mix of pride and guilt.
What are you expecting of him? He can’t give you more than just tonight. He knows that, he hopes you know that too.
Joel opens the bottle and pours each of you a decent, sippable glass. He should have poured himself less.
Probably should have poured you less.
The food tastes better than Joel’s had in years. He even finds himself asking for seconds, something he rarely does.
You’re making small talk as he eats, asking about his travels and how long he’s been in Jackson. If he likes it here, how old is his daughter.
Joel decides not to tell you that Ellie isn’t really his daughter, because biologically she isn’t, but it hasn’t felt that way in a long time.
As he eats, and you chat, Joel starts to relax a little. Your presence is calming, and he finds himself enjoying your company more than he thought he would. He pours both of you another drink, his regrets of pouring less last time completely forgotten.
The food is gone and you’ve cleared his plate. But the two of you are still sitting at the kitchen table. He’s not sure if it’s the fact that this is another first— seeing you up close like this. In the light of your kitchen Joel can really take in your features; your cheeks when you smile, and the way your eyes light up when you laugh at some dumb joke he tells.
You ask him about his life before the outbreak, and Joel hesitates before giving a very brief summary of his past. He doesn’t like talking about it all, and he avoids bringing Sarah up completely.
Not tonight. Probably not ever.
You listen attentively and ask Joel questions that show you’re actually interested in what he’s saying.
Joel continues to pour the two of your drinks each time your glasses are empty and you never tell him to stop. You suggest moving to the living room where it’s more comfortable, and Joel agrees without hesitation.
Go home. This is going to end badly.
There is a fire going in your fireplace, and Joel can’t sit down until he puts another log or two on, and he has to move some things around to get it going again.
“I can do it myself,” you say from directly behind him, sounding a little offended.
Joel doesn't even look at you when he responds, "I know you can. Just helpin'."
When he finally turns around, you quickly look away. Joel can’t help but smirk and feel that familiar in his lower belly.
Had you been staring at him?
Joel watches as you sink down into the brown leather couch, curling up with your feet underneath you. He settles beside you with just enough distance to be polite.
“What songs do ya’ know?” Your voice is soft and your words are slightly slurred. The alcohol has definitely started to affect you, but Joel doesn’t think you’re that drunk yet.
Joel looks at the clock on your wall and it reads 10:45 PM. He can do this. An hour and fifteen minutes left, then Joel can escape.
Not that he wants to. He has to or something bad is going to happen. Something he regrets.
Something you might regret.
But when you ask him about songs, he can’t help but smile. The alcohol is going down too easily, way too easy for both of you.
Joel clears his throat. "Whaddya wanna hear?"
You shrug, your cute blue sweater sliding off one shoulder. Joel has to fight himself to keep his eyes on your face as you mindlessly tug the sweater up. It’s like you didn’t even realize it happened. You kept your eyes on him the entire time.
"Somethin' that makes you happy."
The fact that you’re moving your feet to tuck your toes underneath Joel’s right thigh is sending electric shocks to his brain. He leans and grabs the guitar off the wall– careful to not move too much so he can keep the contact between the two of you.
Shit. What is he getting himself into?
Joel holds the guitar, fingers tracing the old wooden curves. It's been a while since he's played at all. The strings feel ice cold under his calloused hands.
Joel strum a couple cords, “Know a few songs,” he says, clearing his throat. “Might be a lil rusty though,” he smirks at you and gives you a sideways glance.
You smile from behind your whiskey glass and Joel feels something shift inside him. Something he hasn't felt in a long time.
Something dangerous.
Your eyes are glittering in the firelight— different than they had looked in the artificial light of your kitchen. It casts a warm glow across your face, softening the edges that Joel has only ever seen sharp and alert on patrol.
He clears his throat once again and continues to move his fingers along the frets. The first few notes come out slightly off-key, but Joel quickly finds his rhythm. He starts with a Garth Brooks song.
Joel knows he’s not the best at the guitar and he doesn’t play it nearly as often now that Ellie is so busy with her own life.
You don’t seem to mind, and sometimes Joel misses a chord or messes up completely because he can’t stop glancing over to watch you watching him.
He starts to sing, his voice low and gravelly. It's not a perfect voice - never was - but there's something raw and honest in the way the words tumble out.
… Blame it all on my roots, I showed up in boots And ruined your black tie affair The last one to know, the last one to show I was the last one you thought you'd see there
You shift slightly, your toes still tucked under his thigh, and Joel catches you watching his hands. Even as he continues to sing. You never take your eyes off of him. Not once.
… 'Cause I've got friends in low places Where the whiskey drowns and the beer chases my blues away And I'll be OK Yeah, I'm not big on social graces Think I'll slip on down to the oasis Oh, I've got friends in low places
Joel's voice falters for a moment when he notices the concentration of your gaze. His fingers momentarily stagger on the guitar strings, creating a clashing note that lingers in the air for a moment before he continues.
You don't seem to notice, or care. Your eyes are locked on his hands, watching how they move across the guitar with a kind of reverence that makes Joel's breath catch.
Joel finishes the song, letting the last chord ring out softly in the quiet room. For a moment, neither of you moves. You're still watching him, your eyes heavy-lidded from the whiskey, but there's something else there too.
Joel’s eyes fall on the clock on your wall and it’s only 11.
He’s completely fucked.
Joel becomes acutely aware of how close you are.
Your toes are still tucked under his leg, and the warmth of your body seeps through the denim of his jeans. Joel swallows hard, trying to ignore the way his heart is racing.
"Another song?" you ask, your voice soft and slightly husky from the whiskey.
Joel clears his throat. "Sure," he manages, repositioning the guitar.
Joel starts strumming again, this time a slower, more mournful tune. His fingers find the familiar chords of an old country ballad, something he used to play for Sarah when she was real little. Before the weight of being a single dad started to apply pressure.
The memories threaten to overtake him, but he forces them down, focusing instead on the way the light flickers across your face. He can feel the heat of your body against his leg, the whiskey making everything feel soft and blurry around the edges. His voice is lower now, almost a whisper, like he's singing just for you.
Joel sings a couple more songs, a few at your request.
"That was really good," you say softly, your eyes meeting his. There's something in your gaze that makes Joel shiver - it’s a weakness, a longing that mirrors something deep inside himself.
When he looks at the clock again it’s 12:30.
“We completely missed new years,” Joel points to the clock and chuckles. He had completely forgotten that’s why he came over here originally. Once the music started, everything else kind of faded away.
It was just the two of you while the rest of Jackson, and possibly the rest of the world stopped existing in that short time.
“I was havin’ a good time,” you’re still smiling at him and now he can see how glassy they are from the whiskey.
“Y’look like y’were havin’ a good time, darlin’.” Joel smiles and starts to stand up from the couch. It’s not until he’s standing directly in front of you realize what’s happening, Joel watches your eyes shift and change.
Are you panicking?
“Are… were–” you cut yourself off and shake your head, waving a hand at Joel dismissively. “Nevermind. Thank you for coming over.” When you turn to look at him, your eyes are rimmed with a glossy sheen. The whites of your eyes had turned a hazy shade of red.
“S’wrong?”
You shrug your shoulders, your sweater falling off your shoulder again. You don’t notice and twirl your whiskey glass in your hand slowly. “Nothin’. I had a good time… just sad you gotta go.”
Joel knows he shouldn’t, but he gently replaces your sweater, his fingers lingering on the warm skin of your collarbone for a moment before he pulls away. “I’m all outta songs, sweetheart.”
“You don’t wanna stay?”
Joel swallows hard and then cuts you off, “For what?” Joel whispers it and you snap your head up to look at him, almost as astonished as he is. Joel knows that the liquor and the way you had been looking at him all night is a recipe for disaster.
Make me leave, please. Kick me out. Don’t ask me to stay again because I won’t be able to say no.
You finish the last of your whiskey before setting your glass down on the coffee table in front of your couch.
“You know what.”
“I do… but we’ve been drinkin’... ‘n I don’t want ya’ regretti–”
“What is there to regret?” you whisper. Your hand snakes into his and Joel doesn’t pull his away or nothing. “You gotta know more songs.”
Joel sits down beside you again, sighing loudly like this is a giant inconvenience to him, but a part of him knows that this isn’t going to end–
Not at all.
Once he takes you upstairs, it’s over for the both of you. It’s like he can taste it in the air.
“One more,” Joel nods his head at you. “Then I’m leavin’.”
He and you both know that’s not true.
His fingers find their holds on the neck of the guitar and he looks over at you before he strums the first note.
You shy away from him, tucking your toes back under his thigh. Joel lifts his leg slightly so you can slip them deeper under his leg.
There's no stronger wind than the one that blows Down a lonesome railroad line No prettier sight than looking back On a town you left behind There is nothin' that's as real As your face that's on my mind
Joel changes the lyrics just a little, and he doesn’t know if you notice, or even if you know this song. He's not ready to sing about love, not at all.
He confidently sings you the next part though.
Close your eyes I'll be here in the morning Close your eyes I'll be here for a while
hopefully y'all had a better time than I did.
love you all so so much

Holidays With the Millers
a firefighter!joel miller x f!reader drabble

series masterlist
rating: explicit. 18+, minors do not interact.
warnings: fluff, a lil surprise, illusions to smut but none actually described.
word count: 1.9k
synopsis: your first of many holidays in the miller household is better than you could’ve ever expected.
a/n: happy holidays everyone 🤍
The holidays at the Miller household are… well, chaotically organized, to say the least.
Turns out, Joel and Tommy put Sarah in charge years ago because they weren’t going to get in the way of a then-eleven-year-old who had a bright vision in mind but couldn’t execute it without the aid of her dad and uncle.
Three years later, her curly hair bounces every which way as her bright green eyes scan the handiwork you’ve all done with a thorough inspection.
You can’t help but want to laugh as you, Joel, Maria and Tommy all stand in a line—military style—as she looks between her checklist and the decorations that are hung up brilliantly.
Once that familiar bright smile shines at all four of you, you know you’re in the clear.
“Great job this year guys! Gotta give most credit to the ladies though,” Sarah snickers, and Tommy rolls his eyes while Joel barks a laugh.
“Glad we passed the inspection, madam. Now get your keister upstairs and finish puttin’ your donations in the box I gave you,” Joel says, raising an eyebrow at Sarah.
She salutes him with a giggle. “Sir, yes sir.”
Joel had explained to you a couple of weeks back that the entirety of the fire stations in Austin got together and liked to do a toy drive for Christmas. It’s an annual thing, and all families of employees are welcomed to join in and volunteer.
You went and bought a few toys and board games for the event, excited to hand them out.
Joel looks down at his watch before looking back at everyone. “The event starts in an hour. We should get goin’ soon.”
“You’ll be proud of me, brother. I brought my uniform with me.”
“You’re a grown ass man, Tommy. Knowing you I know Maria reminded you at least twice to not forget it.”
Maria laughs and nudges Tommy in the ribs. “That’s exactly what happened.”
You all laugh in unison as Tommy holds up his hands in surrender. “I got Dory brain. I don’t know what to tell y’all.”
Joel rolls his eyes before looking at you with a smile, jerking his head toward the stairs.
“C’mon pretty lady, let’s go finish gettin‘ ready.”
“That’s not code for ‘let’s get a quickie in’ is it? Cus y’all really ain’t as slick as y’all think you are.”
“Tommy!” All three of you say in unison, and your face heats before you shake your head.
“Mind your business and focus on your own sex life, yeah?” Joel says before slapping him upside the back of his head, ushering you upstairs. You can hear Maria faintly scolding him and he just laughs before their voices drown out completely.
“Jesus Christ, my brother is a pain in the ass,” Joel deadpans.
You huff a laugh. “Better him than Andy and Cole. They’d say some even dumber shit and add fuel to the fire.”
“Well,” Joel checks his watch again. “We do have an hour…”
You give him an incredulous look. “Absolutely not, Miller. Hands to yourself.”
He gives you a pouty look before it’s your turn to roll your eyes, heading into the bathroom to finish getting ready.
-
You wish you would’ve taken Joel’s initial offer. You’re standing in the firehouse helping handing out the cookies you’ve made while subtly making eyes at your ridiculously handsome boyfriend in his uniform, joking with little kids while he gives out presents.
You think back to when Joel drunkenly told you he wanted to have kids with you, and suddenly you don’t think the prospect is a little insane anymore. Of course, you want to have kids with him, but you’d at least like to be married first… and you’re only shy of half a year in a relationship with him.
“I know that look. What are you thinking about?” Maria bumps you with her hip, and you flash her a smile.
“How good Joel looks. How good he is with kids.”
“Ah, the baby fever bug finally caught you huh?”
“He’s actually the one who mentioned it. The night they went out. He came home drunk and said, and I quote, ‘we should have kids’.”
Maria’s jaw drops as she looks between the two of you. “He didn’t.”
“He did!” You laugh as you hand someone a cookie, smiling at the kid before looking back up to Maria.
“Drunken words speak sober thoughts,” she says, shrugging as she wiggles her brows.
“Right. And when’s that happening for you and Tommy?”
“Please, that man needs to put a ring on this finger before I carry any of his children.”
You toss your head back in a laugh. “Amen to that.”
“Amen to what?” Joel asks, sliding up beside you.
“Just girl talk. You all done handing out toys?”
He eyes you and Maria suspiciously, but you toss a sweet smile his way and all seems to be forgotten.
“Mhm. I actually came over here for a reason.”
“And what would that be?” You quirk a brow as you put a hand on your hip.
Joel pulls something from behind his back and hangs it over your heads. You look up to see mistletoe, and you can’t help but laugh at how adorably cheesy he is.
“In front of all these people? You sure about that, cowboy?” You ask, putting a hand on his chest as he wraps his free hand around your waist, pulling your body flush to his.
“You know by now I ain’t got a dang problem showin’ off my woman,” he says, inching his face closer to yours.
His words make butterflies erupt in your stomach, and your face heats. He grins and leans in, pressing his lips to yours for a few seconds before pulling back.
“I love you,” he says, pecking your lips twice more before moving back slightly.
“I love you too.”
And it hits you: for the first time in a long time, you get to spend a holiday season with your heart full of love with the most loving person.
The lights shine a little brighter, the songs sound a little sweeter, and the Christmas magic has finally made its return back into your heart.
-
Christmas came and went in a flash. As much as you love the holidays, it saddens you how fast they pass by.
It was so nice to see Sarah so excited about opening her stocking and presents to see what you and Joel got her this year. She got some new makeup, clothes, and a vinyl player with some vinyls she’s been wanting. You also got her a certificate to get a manicure and pedicure done whenever she’d like to go. That sense of pure love poured into your heart when she gave you a tight hug and thanked you a bunch of times.
You got Joel some new tools he’s been wanting, along with his favorite cologne and a few new clothing items. You also got him his absolute favorite coffee beans that he won’t allow himself to splurge on, so you decided to do it for him.
The last gift was, in your opinion, a bit cliche, but Joel loved it. You’d bought some pretty red lacy lingerie with sparkles throughout the material and revealed yourself to him after doing your night routine in the bathroom. You gave him a much needed massage before he used his needy, skilled hands on you and gave you one hell of a blissful night as he unwrapped you like you truly are a present in itself.
It’s New Year’s Eve now, and Tommy somehow convinces Joel to throw a party to ring in the new year. Everyone in your family is here along with a few of Joel and Tommy’s mutual friends, and you’re all chatting away while eating finger foods and sipping on drinks.
Dick Clark’s New Year’s Eve special is playing on the flatscreen and there’s only fifteen minutes left until the clock strikes twelve. You’re chatting with your mom, Emily and Maria about Emily’s baby and how she’s doing before the conversation gets turned to Maria.
“So how long have you and Tommy been together?” Emily asks her, sipping on her sparkling apple cider.
“Two and a half years. Still doesn’t feel like it.” She laughs and looks over at him, her smile growing wider.
“You think he’ll pop the question soon?” Your mom chimes in, and Maria shrugs.
“I’m not sure, honestly. I mean, don’t get me wrong. That man has changed for the better within the past couple of years, but sometimes I have no clue what’s going on in his mind. When he thinks of something, he puts his whole heart into it and he’ll make it happen. We’ve talked about marriage before, but it’s not something that comes up too often.”
“Maybe it’ll happen soon,” Emily says. You give her a look of confusion, but she doesn’t even meet your gaze.
“I think I’ll probably know when it’s happening. I love that man with my whole heart but he’s terrible at keeping secrets.”
You laugh as you glance at the countdown clock, noting that it’s only five minutes until twelve.
Tommy comes up to Maria and wraps his arms around her shoulders, kissing her cheek as he whispers something in her ear. She nods and smiles at the three of you before standing up.
“Ladies,” Tommy says with a smile, ushering Maria into the small sea of people. Josh finds Emily, and your mom goes to find your dad so you’re left to munch on the charcuterie board laid out in front of you.
It isn’t until a minute before midnight that Joel comes up to you and wraps his arms around you as you stand in front him, giving your forehead a kiss as he smiles at you. You look around the room and notice Tommy and Maria are still missing.
“Where’s Tommy and Maria?” You ask, putting a hand on Joel’s chest before your eyes scan the room once again.
Joel smirks as he nods his head toward the backyard, and in the faint glow emitted by the Christmas lights outlines their silhouettes. Tommy’s on one knee holding something up as Maria’s hands cover her mouth, and it clicks for you.
“Oh my god. Oh my god! You knew about this?!”
You’re so giddy inside and you’re not even the one being proposed to.
“Knew for a few months now,” he says with a deep chuckle. You look back over to them to see her nod her head yes before Tommy slips the ring on her finger. Your eyes well with tears as the indescribable happiness you feel for them courses through you. He leans in to kiss her passionately, and your eyes snap back to Joel.
“Happy New Year!” Everyone shouts, startling you before you realize it’s finally twelve.
“Happy New Year, darlin’,” Joel murmurs, tipping your chin so your lips can meet his. You wrap your arms around the back of his neck, getting so lost in his gentle kiss as your mind reels.
So much has changed for you this year. You feel like you’ve lived twenty lives all wrapped up in three hundred and sixty five days, and falling in love was the last thing you expected.
You’ve learned so many lessons this year, finally opened up your heart, and have taken a leap of faith that resulted in you being caught by the love of your life.
You can’t wait to see what the future holds with you and Joel, because you know it’ll be one that is full of security and love.
You smile against his lips as you brush your hand through his thick locks, looking into his beautiful brown eyes that felt like home. That are home.
“Happy New Year, Joel.”

Actions Have Consequences
summary: you take the walk of shame to a very uncomfortable level
warnings: other than the barca girls being little shits, nothing!
a/n: a fun little part 2 to this
word count: 549
-
“You’re walking weird”
“I’m not”
You are. It’s glaringly obvious. And the wincing accompanying each step is making everything ten times worse.
“Deja de mentir. Ale, dile a tu novia que deje de mentir”
Alexia doesn't respond to Mapi’s petulant attempts at trying to weedle information out of you. Which you are grateful for. Saving your dignity is the least she can do after being the one to turn you into a snipers nightmare.
“En serio, what happened to you?” Patri chimes in, unwanted curiosity gleaming in her eyes as she strides across the room.
You feel your cheeks heat up instantly as you try to come up with a plausible excuse. “I just... overdid it at the gym,” you mutter, hoping it sounds believable.
It doesn’t.
Not with the way your voice cracks and the way Alexia tries and fails to hide her smirk.
Ona raises an eyebrow, clearly not buying it. “Sure, because we all limp like that after a workout. Tienes razón, Mapi. Ella está mentir”
Aitana saunters over next, a knowing grin on her smug little face. “Maybe she had a different kind of workout,” she teases, earning a chorus of laughs from the rest of the team.
You want to die.
Your reputation is ruined!
You groan, hiding your face in your sweaty hands. “Can we please just focus on training?” you plead, though your voice is muffled. Strained. Both from embarrassment and a consequence of you overusing it.
You make a mental note to take a bottle of apology wine ‘round to your neighbours.
Alexia gratefully steps in, her authoritative captain voice cutting through the laughter. “Muy bien, es suficiente. Manos a la obra.” She gives you a quick, supportive squeeze on the shoulder before moving to the front of the group.
Leading her pack away from the prey they have just mauled half to death.
The team reluctantly follows, though the giggles and whispers don’t fully die down. You try to focus on the drills, but every step reminds you of last night, and the sly glances from your teammates make it increasingly hard to shove the memories to the back of your mind.
As the session draws on, you manage to push through the discomfort thanks to your competitive streak taking over. By the time everything is done and dusted, you’re exhausted but relieved to have survived without further interrogation.
Mapi sidles up to you as you’re grabbing your water bottle. “You know, next time you could just invite us over to watch,” she jokes, winking.
You roll your eyes, but there’s a reluctant smile tugging at the corners of your lips. “In your pervy little dreams, Maria”
She laughs, giving you a playful nudge. “No harm in asking ¿eh?”
Alexia appears suddenly by your side, wrapping an arm around your waist. “Ignórala,” she murmurs, kissing your temple.
You lean into her, grateful for her support, emotional and otherwise. “I always do”
Keira makes a gagging noise. “You two are disgustingly cute”
You stick your tongue out at her, and she laughs, heading off to join the rest of the team in the locker room.
Alexia looks down at you, a mischievous glint in her eyes. “So, about tonight…Segunda ronda, ¿sí?”
You groan, but you’re smiling. “We’ll see, Captain. We’ll see”

Soldat Masterlist
People always say that losing someone is never easy, especially someone that you looked up to and respected. Nick Fury was gone, not surviving the three gunshot wounds to his chest, and all I could think about was the shooter; the man responsible.
The muffled voices of Nat, Steve, and Maria Hill were a mere annoying pest in my ear as I burned holes into the ground of the hospital hallway.
54, 55, 56.
“Y/N!”
Snapping my head in the direction of Natasha’s voice, I stopped counting the tiny squares in the floor and let out a deep breath.
“Did you say something?” I questioned.
“You haven’t said one word since you guys arrived an hour ago,” Nat pointed out with a creased brow.
“I’m grieving, Nat.” I shrugged.
Steve shook his head before stepping closer to me. “You’ve been distant since we chased the shooter.”
“Jesus, can you just give me a damn minute!” I snapped while pushing myself off from the wall. “I just watched my friend get shot and die right in front of me so sue me if I’m not my chatty self!”
Running a stressed hand through my hair, I turned on my heel to leave however felt a tight grip on my elbow. My eyes glanced at Steve's worried ones and I felt my attitude lighten.
“Y/N, what’s going on? You froze on that roof and almost got yourself killed.” Steve spoke softly, so the others wouldn’t hear.
“Steve, please drop it,” I begged while clasping my shaking hands together.
His soft mouth opened to speak but shut it when a voice stopped him.
“Cap, you’re wanted at Shield Headquarters.”
We both looked over to Rumlow and Steve nodded. “I’ll be a minute.”
“Now,” Rumlow demanded.
“I’m having a private conversation.” Steve nodded towards me.
“They want Y/N too.” Rumlow announced.
I squinted as I tried to read his body language, my specialty, but when I couldn’t get a good read all I did was nod before looking at Steve.
“Don’t want to keep the boss waiting,” I joked, speaking of Alexander Pierce, and walked past Rumlow with Steve trailing close behind.
Feet scurried as I sat in the uncomfortable chair outside of Pierce's office waiting for Steve. There was an unreadable, thick, tension the second we stepped through the door of headquarters and we were worried what exactly was going to happen. My mind tried to think of what Pierce could want with Steve and I, however, all I could think about was the man from the roof.
I squeezed my eyes shut, covering them with my hands hoping that would keep the past memories from playing in front of me like I was sitting in a movie theater. It has been almost three years since those thoughts have haunted me, giving me nightmares, so I would be damned if that happened again. It was the worst 5 months of my life. I couldn’t go back to that. I wouldn’t.
“Time to go.”
Steve, not too gently, pulled me from my chair as he exited Pierce’s office and dragged me down the long hallway.
“But I haven’t talked to him yet.” I tried to turn back towards the office but he continued to pull me down the hallway.
“Trust me, you shouldn’t say one more word to him. We need to leave.” Steve demanded.
“Wait, Steve. Slow down.” I intertwined our fingers and gave a gentle tug of his hand. “What happened?”
Steve came to a halt before looking into my eyes with a sigh. “They think I killed Nick.”
My mouth dropped while I shook my head. “You didn’t! I was with you when it happened!”
“Pierce doesn’t care. They’re just trying to find anyone to blame, which is why we need to get out of here.”
We started walking again and as we turned the corner, Steve’s shoulders straightened and his face became hard as we walked past a familiar one.
“Captain,” the blonde started.
“Neighbor,” Steve snapped, fingers still intertwined with mine.
I ignored the way my heart fell to my stomach when Steve dropped our hands as we stepped onto the elevator. As we waited for it to descend, I studied his back as it tensed under his suit while he stared outside. Steve was carrying so much guilt on his shoulders for what happened to Nick, I could practically see the words my fault sitting on his shoulders.
“It wasn’t your fault,” I spoke softly.
He nodded. “It wasn’t yours either.”
We smiled at each other before the elevator doors opened with a ding, Rumlow and two other men from the Strike Team stepping inside. Sliding into the corner of the elevator, Steve remained in his spot; the middle.
“Cap, I just got word that forensics got a fiber from the roof where the shooter was. Want me to get the tac team ready?” Rumlow suggested.
Steve shook his head. “No, let’s wait to see what they find.”
Rumlow gave him a curt nod before silently having a conversation with one of the men he stepped on with. I studied the way his lips barely moved, almost knowing that I would be watching. The other man had his hand close to his holsted guns; not directly on them but close in case he needed to use them. Biting my lip, I remained calm as the doors opened again, more men from The Strike team stepping inside followed by a few more men dressed in business suits, one of them clutching a briefcase close to him.
Steve looked around himself, studying intently the way one guy couldn’t help but sweat in the cool elevator, and suddenly pulled me closer to him, his lips grazing my ear.
“You have your knives right?”
Ignoring how much I loved feeling his breath on the back of my neck, I gave him a slight nod.
“Good, get ready to use them.”
Steve looked into my eyes and I gave him another nod, understanding what was about to happen.
“Before we get started, does anyone want to get off?” Steve questioned the group of men.
An eerie silence flooded the elevator before all hell broke loose. Bringing my elbow back into the man’s stomach behind me, I sent my heeled boot into the man’s face in front of me. Arm’s wrapped around my stomach and threw me into the glass windows of the elevator. Landing on the ground with a groan, I reached for the knife in the side of my boot but Rumlow was a step ahead of me, grabbing my wrist and wrenched it behind my back while pulling to my feet. I screamed out in pain as I felt him press his body into my back.
“Leave her alone!” Steve bellowed from the other end of the elevator.
Some of the men had him trapped, making him unable to move.
“You know, I’ve always wondered what Cap saw in you, Y/N. I mean you don’t have that cute of a face but your tac suit does wonders for your ass,” Rumlow groaned in my ear.
“Fuck you!” Steve spat after landing a punch to someone’s face.
“You know what I’ve always wondered about, Rumlow?” I ignored the way his hand slowly ghosted over my leather covered ass and continued. “I’ve always wondered how the hell you got on Shield’s Strike team when you didn’t even notice when a girl had reached for the knife she had hiding in her hair?”
“What?” Rumlow questioned.
Bringing my head back into his nose, immediately hearing a crack, I pressed my forearm into his throat and my eyes sliced into his.
“If you ever touch me like that again, I’ll make sure your sex life is nonexistent,” I seethed, pressing the knife into his crotch.
By now Steve had broken free from the grasp of the other men and we fought back to back, throwing kicks and punches. Soon it was just Rumlow and us, him holding his taser charged batons.
“Easy there, big guy. I just want you to know this isn’t personal.” Rumlow said, out of breath.
Steve blocked a few of his punches and threw him up into the ceiling, Rumlow’s body falling to the floor with a thud.
“It kind of feels personal,” Steve breathed, kicking his shield up towards him, catching it with an attractive ease.
“Are you okay?” He asked while cupping my face.
“I’m fine.” I assured him with a smile. “But we need to get out of here.”
He nodded before pressing the button to open the doors, more men dressed in black and guns drawn surprising us.
“Drop the shield and the knives and put your hands in the air!” Someone ordered.
I frantically pushed the button to close the doors as Steve broke the wire to the elevator, dropping thousands of feet in mere seconds. He pried the door open but cursed, quickly closing them.
“What?”
“Give it up, Rogers. Open the door! You’ve got nowhere else to go!” Muffled voices shouted.
Steve looked out the window before locking eyes with me.
Rolling my eyes with a groan, I slipped my knife back into my pocket. “Fuck you, Rogers. I’m still picking out the shards of glass from my hair from last night.”
“Later.”
I didn’t have time to register the bluntness of Steve’s flirting because he pulled me into his chest and we both jumped out of the window falling straight through a ceiling. Steve’s body landed on top of his shield with a thud while his arms were wrapped tightly around me to protect my fall.
Scream echoed around us as I shook the shards of glass out of my hair and just for a fraction of a second, I marveled at how blue Steve’s eyes actually were.
“We need to go,” Steve breathed.
“Right,” I nodded, pulling Steve to my feet with me before running out of headquarters, a group of men following close behind.

A dangerous game
At Tony Stark’s party, tensions rise as unspoken feelings linger in the air. Between stolen glances, quiet frustrations, and a risky plan, the night takes an unexpected turn. What starts as a simple game quickly becomes something far more dangerous.

Tony Stark always threw the most extravagant parties, and tonight was no exception. The mansion was filled with music, laughter, and the clinking of glasses as guests mingled. You sat at the bar, absentmindedly swirling your drink, when a familiar voice pulled you from your thoughts.
"What are you doing here all alone?" Kate asked as she slid onto the stool beside you, her tone laced with curiosity.
"Nat had to talk about work," you replied, tilting your head toward the other side of the room.
Kate followed your gaze and spotted Natasha deep in conversation with Maria. A knowing smirk played on her lips.
"Looks like that bothers you."
You sighed, tightening your grip on your glass. "We’ve been here for three hours, and that’s all she’s done. She hasn’t even spent five minutes with me."
Kate raised an eyebrow. "So why don’t you just go to her?"
"I don’t want to bother her," you admitted, taking another sip of your drink.
"And ‘pockets’?" you asked, referring to Yelena.
"In the bathroom," Kate answered with a shrug.
You nodded to yourself, frustration still settling in your chest. "I just wish she’d pay me a little attention…"
Kate tilted her head slightly, amusement flickering in her eyes. "Then why don’t you make her jealous?"
Lowering your glass, you considered her words. "Not a bad idea…"
She let out a small chuckle. "I was joking."
"I wasn’t," you said, turning to her with a smirk. "Will you help me?"
Kate sighed dramatically. "Do you want me to die?"
You laughed, but before you could say anything, you felt a heavy gaze on you. Glancing over your shoulder, you spotted Natasha watching from across the room, her expression unreadable.
Kate leaned in slightly, lowering her voice. "See that redhead over there?"
Your brows furrowed as you turned to look. Another woman stood a few feet away, watching you with quiet interest.
"She’s been staring at you since you walked in. Want me to introduce you?"
"I don’t think—" you started, hesitating.
"Oh, now you’re backing out?" Kate teased, nudging your arm.
You sighed before rolling your eyes. "Fine."
Pleased, Kate waved her over. The woman approached with confident strides, her presence immediately commanding attention.
"Wanda, this is Y/N," Kate said, gesturing between you two.
"Nice to meet you," you said politely.
"The pleasure is mine," Wanda replied with a smirk. She reached for your hand and pressed a light kiss to your knuckles.
Heat crept up your neck, but before you could react, you felt Natasha’s gaze burning into your back.
Kate stood up abruptly. "Well, I’m off. My blonde just got back."
Your eyes widened slightly. "Don’t leave me al—"
"See you later," Kate interrupted with a wink before disappearing into the crowd.
Wanda stepped closer, her voice amused. "Am I such bad company?"
You let out a nervous chuckle. "No, it’s just… I don’t know you."
She shrugged, unconcerned. "We can fix that."
You glanced toward Natasha, who hadn’t moved an inch, her eyes locked on you.
"You seem nice, but I have a girlfriend," you admitted.
Wanda smirked. "At least let me buy you a drink."
You hesitated for a moment before nodding. "Alright."
As Wanda signaled the bartender, you took a breath before speaking again. "I know we just met, but… can I ask you for a favor?"
Wanda raised an eyebrow. "You just told me you have a girlfriend."
"It’s not like that," you clarified quickly. "It’s just… Kate suggested making her jealous, and I was wondering if you’d help."
A slow grin spread across Wanda’s face. "That sounds fun. Who are we messing with?"
You nodded toward Natasha. "The redhead over there."
Wanda let out a low whistle. "Natasha?"
Your brows lifted in surprise. "You know her?"
"We’ve known each other for years," Wanda said, taking a sip of her drink before flashing you a mischievous smile. "Count me in."
"You’re not scared? Kate refused to help me because of that," you pointed out.
Wanda chuckled, setting her glass down. "Scared? No. This will be entertaining."
Before you could say anything else, she took your hand and pulled you onto the dance floor.
"You have powers, don’t you?" you asked as she led you into an easy rhythm.
Wanda smirked. "What gave it away?"
You shot a glance over her shoulder, catching Natasha’s intense stare. "You don’t even look nervous, and my girlfriend looks like she’s ready to kill you."
Wanda laughed softly. "Smart girl. So, where are you from?"
"Russia," you answered.
"Another Black Widow in the mix?"
You shrugged. "That makes three if you count Yelena."
Wanda’s smirk widened slightly. "Wait… you grew up with them, didn’t you?"
"Yeah. Why?"
Wanda chuckled. "Natasha talks about you a lot."
Before you could respond, the music shifted to a slow song, and she extended a hand. "May I?"
You hesitated for a second but nodded, letting her pull you closer, her hands resting on your waist.
The moment barely lasted ten seconds before your Natasha appeared beside you. "What’s going on here?" She asked, her tone deceptively calm.
Wanda smirked. "Why didn’t you introduce me to your gorgeous girlfriend, Romanoff?"
"You just got back—I didn’t have time. And apparently, she can’t sit still," Natasha muttered, eyes flicking to you.
Wanda chuckled, stepping back slightly. "Well, I hope I get an invite to the wedding." With a wink, she walked away, leaving you alone with your girlfriend.
Before you could react, Natasha grabbed your hand and pulled you into the hallway. The air between you crackled with tension as she backed you against the wall, her face inches from yours.
"Care to explain what that was?"
You blinked up at her innocently. "I have no idea what you’re talking about."
Natasha’s lips curled into a smirk. "Oh, you know exactly what I’m talking about."
"Are you jealous?" you teased.
Natasha's eyes darkened slightly. "When someone touches what’s mine, yes."
Your breath hitched. "Oh, so I’m yours now? Didn’t seem like it all night."
She scoffed. "So that’s what this is about?"
"No, I just—"
Natasha leaned in, her breath warm against your skin. "If you needed me, all you had to do was say so."
Before you could respond, she lifted you effortlessly, and your legs wrapped around her waist. She started kissing you, slow and deep.
"Wait, your work—" you managed to gasp.
"I finished half an hour ago," she murmured against your lips. "I just wanted to see how far you’d go for my attention."
You groaned. "You little—"
Natasha smirked as she carried you toward her room. "What? What am I?"
Her lips found your neck, and a soft moan escaped you. "Forget it," you mumbled.
"Good girl," she whispered. "But just so we’re clear—next time you try to make me jealous, I’ll make sure everyone knows exactly who you belong to."

these rare moments II Ana Maria Crnogorčević x Reader

a/n: dear readers, enjoy the cozy oneshot and thanks to @unpoppablebubbles, for sending us the request. This will be the only story we publish this week because unfortunately we both got quite sick.
masterlist I word count: 1797
“Hola guapa.”
There it was that warm voice and smile you’d recognize everywhere in the world. Alone by hearing her greeting words warmed up your heart.
“Ana?”, you replied surprised.
“Yes, I’m home for a few days.”, the Swiss woman explained cheerfully.
“Why didn’t you say anything? I’d have picked you up from the airport?”, you asked her, pulling your sports bag off your shoulder.
“Because I know you were busy?”, she answered amusedly pointing towards you, still dressed in Barca training gear.
“I hope you didn’t wait for too long.”
“Don’t worry about that.”, Ana-Maria shook her head.
“Do you want to go out for dinner or stay in tonight?”, you questioned.
“I thought we could stay in and cook something together.”, the blonde proposed with a big smile on her lips.
“Yes, that’s a nice idea, we weren’t able to do this since you moved to..”, you trailed off.
“It’s hard to cook together on two different continents. Unless I make breakfast and you make dinner.”, Ana Maria remarked light-hearted.
“Right.”, you sighed heavily, sadness swinging in your voice.
“But now I’m here to cook with you.”, she responded beaming.
“And making sure that nothing burns.”, you joked.
“I’d never burn food.”, the older player protested.
“You wouldn’t but I’d. Remember when we started dating and I tried to make pancakes for you in the morning?”, you reminisced fondly about the beginning of your relationship.
It was a couple of weeks into the football season where Ana Maria was one of the new signings. You had formed a connection to her immediately.
You were the one teaching her Spanish initially but turned out she was skilled at languages and asked you on a date in your native language not long after the start of your lessons.
The first night she slept over at your home you wanted to treat her to pancakes in the morning which turned out to be a terrible mistake.
“Yes, they were all burned. I think you have to show me tomorrow if you’ve learned it by now.”, Ana Maria suggested smirking.
“I’ll.”, you promised.
“But first, let’s make dinner. Bet you’re starving from training.”, the blonde grinned, leading you to your kitchen.
While she was cutting the vegetables you jumped on to the kitchen counter.
“I’m, the kids are getting younger and younger, and I just feel old and exhausted after training.”, you admitted half-joking half serious.
“Oh, please. I know for a fact that you can still keep up with them easily.”, Ana Maria looked up at you with amusement.
“You do, hm? Are you trying to watch as many games as you can?”, you wanted to know curiously before helping her to cook.
Your girlfriend nodded with a proud smile: “Of course. Even if I miss them, I make sure to watch the highlights.“
“I do the same with yours.“, you admitted. Your heart suddenly beat a bit faster.
She laughed: “You do?”
“Of course. Wine to celebrate our reunion?”, you suggested innocently.
As you expected, she agreed: “Sure.“
There was a bottle of red wine in your cabinet that you had kept for a special occasion. And this occasion seemed very appropriate for it.
You poured two glasses of wine and slid one over to Ana Maria.
The food simmered on the stove as you both sat down at the kitchen table, talking about the past few month without each other.
The bottle emptied with time and your cheeks got warmer with every sip. The alcohol started to take effect and you could feel your brain move on to more pressing topics, topics you had to try to ignore for the past months.
“Have you thought about what you’re going to do after Seattle?”, you heard yourself ask.
You girlfriend studied your face for a moment before shrugging: “I don’t know. Why?”
“Just curious.“, you replied, painting small circles on the kitchen table with your fingertips.
“I’d love to come back to Europe but you know… got to take what I am offered.“
Her voice was unusually quiet like she herself was worried about what would be coming next in her career. Or if anything would be coming next.
You looked back at her again and were surprised to find a fine line between her eyebrows. More evidence that she had thought about this topic more than once too.
You took a deep breath: “Yes, I know… I thought maybe I could join you wherever you will go next.“
There was silence on Ana Marias side. She blinked at you for a moment. “You’re ready to potentially leave Spain?”
“Y-yes.“, you nodded. You hated the way your voice trembled. You were absolutely sure about that decision. You loved Spain but you loved being with your girlfriend a lot more.
She reached across the table, wrapping your hand into her own with a gentle smile: “Okay. We can see if we find a team that takes us both.“
You found the courage to smile back at her: “Alright.“
“I think that sounds like we have a deal. Cheers to that.“
She lifted her glass, clinking it against yours.
“Cheers.“
Relief washed over you, leaving you with a warm calmness. The past few months doing long-distance across two continents had been hard. Ana Marias absence in your shared apartment in Barcelona had haunted you more than you liked to admit.
“Shit, the food!”, your girlfriend suddenly called out. Before you knew what was going on, she jumped out of her chair and pulled the pan from the stove top.
You followed her, taking a look at the food and sighed when you saw that it hadn’t burned yet: “Just in time.“
“That was lucky.”, the Swiss player whistled, clearly relived seeing the dinner being unscathed.
With an amused twinkle in her eyes Anna Maria added. “You want to try it?”
A little moan escaped your lips after you took the first bite. Blushing you pressed a hand to your mouth. “Still tastes delicious.”, you confirmed smiling sheepishly.
Your girlfriends’ eyes had wandered off to the refrigerator where Mateos latest masterpiece was hanging.
“That’s from Mateo.”, you explained beaming proudly.
“He’s gotten so good at drawing. It’s very impressive.”, the blonde observed with a pinch of hurt in her voice.
You silently agreed.
“Please videocall me next time you babysit him.”, she wished.
“Oh, he’ll love that, Mateo misses you almost as much as I do.”, you confessed to her.
“You two are the cutest.”, Ana Maria chirmed, kissing your cheek lovingly. The older woman paused for a moment before continuing. “What would you like to do next?”
“You mean after dinner?”, you returned the question smirking.
“Yes, I mean I’ve to keep you as entertained as Mateo does.”, she insisted, a grin playing on her lips.
“There are many ways to entertain me. When you were in Seattle what did you want to do with me?”, you asked curiously.
“You want to know what I actually missed the most?”, the Swiss woman lifted an eyebrow playfully.
“Yes.”
“Cuddle under the sheets and watch a movie.”, Ana Maria admitted.
It was true when she awoke after a sleepless night in her bed in Seattle and the worries about her future were too heavy on her shoulders, she craved you laying next to her, telling her that everything would be alright.
“This sounds like the perfect ending to this evening if you ask me.”, you replied earnestly. You loved your team, but with a lot of them being in a relationship with a teammate made you feel a little lonely knowing that no one will wait for you when your home.
“I hoped you’d say that.”
“Come on, I’ll light some candles and turn on the fairly lights in the bedroom.”, you guided her softly to your bedroom.
“Perfect. I’m coming.”, Ana Maria hummed excitedly.
While you both had settled underneath the blanket, you put your head on to her chest. “Cozy, isn’t it?”
“I missed this.”, she said, her hand stroking your hair soothingly. To your girlfriend nothing felt more like home as you. Only the Swiss seas and alps were almost close so was her family. Spanish was her romantic language, the way to your lovers’ heart.
You inhaled her delicious scent, your eyes slowly falling, already half asleep.
“Buenas noches mi amor.”, Ana Maria whispered.
“Tú también.”
The next morning, you were woken up by the sun beams falling through the window onto your face. As you turned to Ana Maria, you realized that she was still sleeping peacefully, her body fully relaxed next to yours. You immediately knew that similar to you, she was having the best sleep she had in months.
With a smile, you peeled the sheets off of yourself and climbed out of bed, careful not to wake her up. With bare feet, you snuck into your kitchen to make breakfast. The coffee brewed on the side while you got started on the pancakes, determined to prove your girlfriend that you got better at making them.
You usually served your pancakes with powdered sugar and syrup but you knew Ana Maria liked hers with jam, so you arranged all of the toppings on a tray with the pancakes and the coffee to carry it over to the bedroom.
Your girlfriend blinked awake as you walked in, taking in the smell of breakfast that filled your apartment.
“Good morning.“, you smiled.
Ana Maria yawned: “Good morning. You made pancakes?”
“I did.“, you confirmed with the tiniest bit of pride.
“And they’re not burned?”, she asked with a laugh.
You shrugged slightly and set the tray down on the bed: “You need to try them.“
As you slipped under the covers again, Ana Maria tore a piece of the first pancake and chewed on it. “Oh wow, they’re delicious.“, she finally agreed.
You grinned at her: “See? I got better.“
“You did.“
There was a moment of comfortable silence as you both dug in before the pancakes could get cold.
You felt Ana Maria stop next to you and as you looked up, she stared at you.
You frowned at her: “What?”
“Wait.“, she said, her hand reaching out to remove some jam from the corner of your mouth.
You could feel the heat rise into your cheeks.
“Oh thanks.“, you laughed.
“You’re welcome.“
“You know what I missed? Those lazy mornings.“, you told her, biting you lip.
Ana Maria nodded slowly: “Me too. And I can’t wait to have more of those with you soon.“
“Same.“, you beamed and held up your coffee cup so Ana Maria could clink hers against it in a toast.
Maybe this was only for now but you decided to see this morning as a taste of your future together.

The request from @toomanytookas: I have such fond memories of my grandmother teaching me how to sew on her old Singer. Obviously a WILDLY different context for a million different reasons, but I love the idea of of Pin showing Joel how to sew or just explaining the general mechanics of using the machine. Maybe some physical guidance/touching a la the pottery scene in Ghost?
If you'd prefer to play with other characters, it would be sweet to see her teach Ellie now that she's working at the shop and I imagine she'd be curious about it!
Seams sleepover micro drabble request | 900 words | warnings: rated M for dirty thoughts and slightly dirty talk, outrageous flirting, topless Joel Miller | can be read independently of the series but is part of the Seams universe
‘Nice tits, Miller!’
Joel chokes on his corn chowder as Tommy’s voice rings loud and obnoxious in the half-empty cafeteria, a mischievous glint in his eyes when he makes himself comfortable opposite him, tray hitting the table with a clatter.
‘Seriously though, put them away before Maria sees you. This is a family place, y’know.’
Joel rolls his eyes. ‘Shut up, jackass.’
Tommy studies the familiar green plaid shirt on his brother that is sitting open to the sternum. ‘Buttons fell off, huh?’
‘Aren’t you a regular Sherlock Holmes.’
‘Pin gettin’ a bit rough with ya?’
Joel splutters, raising his fork in what he hopes is a menacing reproach. ‘Hey!’
‘Just jokin’, big bro. And no judgement if she is.’
He scoffs. ‘This is gettin’ real weird, Tommy -’
‘Why don’t you ask her to sew ’em back for you?’
‘She ain’t my seamstress.’
‘She’s a seamstress. And your girlfriend.’
Joel snorts. ‘You ask Maria to do all your chores for you?’
Tommy shrugs and replies around a mouthful of mashed potato. ‘Ask Pin to teach you then. What's that they say about fishermen and fishin’?’
He has a point, Joel has to concede. That’s how he ends up at your studio that afternoon, leaning against the doorframe as he watches you on the sewing machine. He likes the steady, mechanical staccato of the needle, the whirring wheel and the metallic squeak of the pedal as your hands and feet all move in almost nonchalant choreography.
He knows that under that ease lies years of experience, and there’s an understatedness about your movements that makes him stop and stare every time you're at the antique sewing machine.
He waits patiently for a lull, not wanting to disrupt your rhythm. When you pause to inspect the stitching you’ve been working on, Joel knocks on the doorframe.
His lips twitch when you startle, eyes wide as your head whips around at him, and it brings him right back to the day you meet, just a few feet from where he stands now.
But then you break into a wide smile. ‘What are you doing sneaking up on me, Joel Miller?’
He closes the distance with three steps, bending down to drop a kiss on your lips. ‘Just wanted to say hello - and to ask for a favour.’
You stare up at him, admiring the way a stray lock curls over his eyes. ‘What is it?’
Joel tugs on the front of his shirt. ‘Was wonderin’ if you can teach me how to sew my buttons back on.’
You eye his neckline, which is suspiciously low. ‘I thought you were just trying something new,’ you quip.
Arching an eyebrow, he asks, ‘Is it workin’ for you, sweetheart?’
Hooking your finger into the open V of the shirt, you grin. ‘I’m not complaining, but it doesn’t hurt to fix it. Take it off.’
Joel huffs, joking, ‘Buy me dinner first, at least?’
You watch his fingers push the little buttons out of the holes, baring broad chest and freckles with every downward inch. You hum when he gets to the bottom of the shirt and it hangs open, nothing but bare skin under it. ‘No undervest?’
‘Feel like showin’ off today,’ he winks and disrobes with a smooth roll of his shoulders.
You can’t help it, your breath catches - at the strong shoulders, the soft belly, the way he has one hand on his hip - and by the self-satisfied curl of his lips, you know he knows.
Clearing your throat, you stand and take his shirt from his grasp, the warmth of the fabric comforting in your hands. ‘Come sit over here.’
‘We’re not using the machine?’
‘Not for sewing buttons,’ you reply, opening a little box to find matching ones for his shirt.
‘Okay, step one,’ you seat yourself next to him and hand him the supplies. ‘Thread the needle.’
The thread looks more like a blade of the most delicate hair in between his thumb and index finger, and the needle comically small. But his hands are remarkably steady, and he surprises you by nimbly pushing the thread through the eye on his second try.
‘Pull the thread through and keep going,’ you instruct, snipping it off with scissors when you’re satisfied with the length. ‘Now, we need to knot the end. Loop the thread around your finger a couple of times, pinch it with your thumb and pull the end through.’
He does so with aplomb, and you remark, more to yourself than anything. ‘Your fingers are really dexterous for their size.’
Joel wriggles his eyebrows suggestively, the corners of his eyes crinkling. ‘You should know that first hand, hmm?’
A comment like that would’ve had you ducking your head a few months ago. But now, you narrow your eyes at him in playful admonishment. ‘So full of yourself, Joel Miller.’
Dragging your chair towards him, he leans in and murmurs against your ear. ‘Ain’t you the one who was full of me last night -’
Heat rushes to your cheek as he noses the sensitive skin behind your ear. ‘Joel, I thought you wanted to fix your shirt -’
Pushing the needle into a pin cushion, he shrugs and pulls you into his lap with a smirk, his skin hot under your touch.
‘Luckily, I don’t really need a shirt for what I want to do right now, sweetheart.’
More notes: Thank you for this adorable prompt @toomanytookas! I hope you don't mind that I tweaked it a little bit. I love that you have such beautiful memories with your grandma. Mine used to sew and do cross-stitch, I miss her so much 🥹
