"I. . . Don't think so?" She muttered, looking over herself to try and see if it was the truth or not. It was hard for her to be able to tell, her vision felt blurry and her senses felt so off to her in the moment. It was hard for her to even comprehend everything going on. One moment, she was helping take care of a mundane task, the next. . .

A hand trailed up to her stomach and she could feel that warm, wet feeling on herself. The blonde, instead of thinking straight, went to stand, but found herself quickly collapsing again. Why?. . .

"That is rather true. . . Isn't it?" While it had not been something she had been expecting or taking into account, the small animal before her made it hard to refuse. A small, helpless kitten that she had come across in a drain that she managed to get out. A quick back and cleanup of the animal, and well. . . It seems the kids have taken to the little creature already.

"O-oh. . . That would be wise, yes." She let out a soft, quiet chuckle at the realization that it was, indeed, an option. Though, Dianne hadn't even quite realized that she was shivering at the moment, either. She had even put on her fleece tights to make sure that she stayed warm even with the weather being how it was.

She wasn't supposed to be here, truthfully, but it seemed like a prime opportunity to get out of the house for the weekend. The blonde just wished that she had the chance to get clothing that would fit the occasion better.

With a quiet breath, she moved closer to the flame, sitting down much closer to it than before. Still a safe distance, definitely, but she could feel the heat of it now that she was a bit closer. It felt. . . Much better, truthfully.

"Hmm. . ." The woman found herself quietly in thought. She knew that they would just have to take the kids out for trick or treating. It was such a commonplace thing in most households, and something told her they would have a good time. However. . . What to go as herself?

A good number of the female outfits are a bit more on the. . . Inappropriate side of things. She'd have to get something custom-ordered that better fit her needs. "Perhaps. . . A more detailed Alice costume? Or the Swan Princess. . . No, no. I may as well get something I'm more likely to use more than once."

. . . She's totally going to dress up as Navia- It's already her aesthetic, and she already practically looks like her, other than having to style her hair a tad.

"Wh-when you say it like that. . ." She quietly spoke, feeling herself go a bit quiet. She didn't expect the reaction she had gotten out of him, she had to admit. After all, it was a mindless comment about the whole situation that was ongoing, and she figured he was on the more serious side of his personality at the time.

She can't tell if he still is or not. . .

"I. . . Can understand, to an extent." Not entirely, but she can comprehend the sentiment, at least. To not feel one way or the other about someone. . . She is so used to her mother's antics, that she felt similar. A sense of rage on occasion, perhaps, but mainly just. . . Nothing.
