Bounty Criminal; Event MEATSPACE Khan kicks back on the hood of her hopper, grinning. Three dangerous criminals are shock-cuffed on the ground in front of her. They’re all bounties that she is here to claim and they HATE each other.

Mood is “that’s right. Three in one day; how you like me now?” Details:

Khan is a cyber bounty hunter, an elite hacker who uses her skills to (usually illegally) find her targets and then tag in another bounty hunter to retrieve them. Still, sometimes she just has to do the retrieval herself or at least be there for the collar, if only to keep her skills sharp. She is an ethnic-Kazakh (asian) woman from New Angeles, and has a little Amelia Earhardt-meets-traditional-Kazakh-Falconer vibe to her cyberpunk fashion sense.

Bounty Number One is Vinnie “the Strangler”, a mobster’s mobster. He’s an enormous man with a notorious reputation for strangling his victims. This is not the first time he’s been arrested, but the charges rarely stick. He’d love to get his hands on Khan’s skinny neck for revenge, but he’s not exactly scared about being arrested.

Bounty Number Two is Sgt. Dejah Thoris of the Free Mars League and now the Martian Secret Service. She fought on the Mars side in the War and now works for the Earth-puppeted Martian Colonial Authority, nominally, but her presence on Earth is highly suspect. Is she a spy? A terrorist? She’s tall and strong and blonde and fair-skinned, with a distinctive facial tattoo.

Bounty Number Three is Tanaka, an enforcer for the Tri-Maf under Mr. Li. He’s ethnic Japanese with a distinctive dragon tattoo climbing up from under his collar. He’s a snake of a man, lethal and charming when it suits him and evil to the core.

Thoris, Vinnie and Tanaka are all from the original Android game - the first two are suspects in various big crimes around New Angeles (along with Noise, Thomas Haas, Mark Henry (a clone) and an Eve Bioroid), while Tanaka is a character in that game - and usually a threat to your detective.
