Things that my redacted favs do that are true because I said so
SWEETHEART, LASKO, GUY
SWEETHEART:
- Calls Milo angel in private, had a couple drinks and it ended up slipping out in front of the pack. David looked very confused for the rest of the night and proceeded to call SH in the middle of the night to say “what do you know”, “what did they (Angel) tell you”, etc. Angel found it incredibly amusing.
- Drinks scotch. Rarely, since it makes Milo uncomfortable. They had it in their apartment once and after they’d learned of his father’s struggle with it, they made sure to keep it out of sight when he came over. Hasn’t bought a bottle since they moved in.
- Reverse pick-pockets everyone. Hates when people make a big deal out of apologies or big emotional things. Their way to avoid it is to make silent apologies. Often but not limited to leaving a couple hundreds in their wallet, cause we all know SH makes bank.
- Nicknames for Milo include: Mi, angel (as previously mentioned), hun/honey, babe.
- Takes the NYT crossword incredibly seriously and looks forward to it more than they’d like to admit
- Raised in New England. Hopes to move back if they decide to have kids, that is until they gain their powers, and need to move back to Dahlia.
Side note: Their child listening to ‘California’ by Chappell Roan on full blast in their room and giving SH war flashbacks
- Has gained a slight NJ/NY accent from Milo. Slips out when they get mad. Specifically with the words: ‘jackass’, ‘told her (so i told ha)’, ‘off (awf)’, ‘call (just cawl me)’, etc.
LASKO:
- Constantly holding Dear’s hand. At first, it was difficult for him to initiate, but once he realized it was the least embarrassing thing he could ask for, it became habit. Sometimes Dear slides their thumb to his wrist to check his pulse when he’s nervous.
- (UNEMPOWERED AU) Dear is an EMT. Sirens used to startle and disturb Lasko, now he finds comfort in knowing Dear is getting to save people (corny and tooth rotting fluff ik)
- Once, Lasko wore Dear’s fleece that went with their uniform since they’d left it at his place and it was too cold to go out without one. It took him 10 minutes of pacing at the front door to go outside and grab the food he ordered. Just in case someone on the 2 second walk down there would need medical attention and thought he could help since he’d be wearing the EMT jacket.
- He owns every single PJO book and shamelessly reads them at least once a year. He’s in the Zeus cabin (obviously). Grover’s his favorite, because in his words, “he’s the only one worried about the logistics.”
- ‘Guilty as Sin?’ is THEIR SONG. I will not be taking any criticisms at this time or ever. It’s just the lyrics about feeling guilty for thinking about the other in that way. Like are you kidding me. ‘I’ve screamed his name, building up like waves’ DEAR WE KNOW ITS YOU IN THE WRITERS ROOM.
GUY:
(these are mostly fem leaning i am so sorry)
- Watched The Real Housewives. Insists Jersey is peak, Honey agrees. They take the finales very seriously. Honeys favorite is Margaret, Guys favorite is Melissa. He insists Honey and him are exactly like Joe and Melissa. I have RHONJ brainrot save me.
- Uses a sleep eye mask from dollar tree that says ‘nap queen’ on it. Found it in Honeys childhood bedroom.
- Raised in NYC (Brooklyn), insists he knows how to use the subway and always gets lost. Honey cracked the code within 2 days.
- Had headgear in high school. No further explanation. That’s it. That’s the HC.
- Child of…
🥁
🥁
🥁
dddiiivvvooorrrccceee!!!! i’m projecting He is so Chandler Bing coded don’t lie.
- Somewhere down the line, he’d like to write a book about him and Honey. Whether they work out or not. Very “You were a wonderful experience” / “You were…everything.” coded. Can you tell that not only am i awful at it, but I hate angst?
- Love letters EVERYWHERE. On dressers, in nightstand drawers, on the windshield of Honeys car, this man will find anywhere to put one of the many notes he has written gushing about his partner.
☕️📰🤍
This has been in my drafts for so long I feel emotional posting it. Please take good care of my baby.

If you’re one of the millions of Americans worried about your pocketbooks and the general cost of living, you might have picked up on some good news recently: Inflation has really been cooling off this summer, as long-sticky (and long-lamented) food and energy prices continue to moderate. Some economic indicators remain stubborn, however—and they aren’t likely to abate anytime in the near future, no matter how long the Federal Reserve keeps interest rates high, what tweaks President Joe Biden makes to his trade policy, whether corporations decide themselves to slash prices on certain products, or whether Covid-battered supply chains finally get some long-needed fixes.
Other, grimmer recent headlines help to explain why. Hard rains from a tropical disruption in the Gulf have been battering Florida’s southern regions for days, leading to a rare flash-flood emergency. Another batch of storms is swirling near Texas at the moment and could form into a tropical depression, according to forecasts from the National Hurricane Center. Even if both states end up missing bigger storms now, it’s likely only a matter of time before they’re threatened again: The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration predicts that the United States will see its worst hurricane season in decades this summer.
Meanwhile, the heat waves that have enveloped Phoenix are intensifying to the point that some analysts are deeming its latest conditions “a Hurricane Katrina of heat.” Spanning outward, the Midwest and Northeast are projected to get their own extreme heat warnings as early as next week, with energy demand set to skyrocket as people turn on their air conditioners. The country has already seen 11 “billion-dollar disasters” this year, including the tornadoes that slammed Iowa just weeks ago. Meanwhile, the already strapped Federal Emergency Management Agency faces a budgetary crisis, and sales of catastrophe bonds are at an all-time high.
Now, let’s look back at the inflation readings. One of the categories remaining stubbornly high while other indicators shrink? Shelter and housing, natch, as rents and insurance stay hot—and still-elevated interest rates make construction and mortgage costs even more prohibitive. On the energy front, motor fuel may be cheapening, but fuel and electricity for home use are still pricey. Auto insurance remains a driving outlier, as I noted back in April, not least because of insurers hiking premiums for cars in especially disaster-vulnerable regions—like the South, the Southwest, and the coasts.
Look at what else is happening in those very regions when it comes to home insurance: Providers are either retreating from or dramatically heightening their prices in states like California, Texas, Florida, and New Jersey, thanks to their unique susceptibility to climate change. These states have seen supercharged extreme weather events like floods, rain bombs, heat waves, and droughts. National lawmakers fear that the insurance crises there may ultimately wreak havoc on the broader real estate sector—but that’s not the only worst-case scenario they have to worry about.
Agricultural yields for important commodities produced in those states (fruits, nuts, corn, sugar, veggies, wheat) are withering, thanks to punishing heat and soil-nutrition depletion. The supply chains through which these products usually travel are thrown off course at varying points, by storms that disrupt land and sea transportation. Preparation for these varying externalities requires supply-chain middlemen and product sellers to anticipate consequential cost increases down the line—and implement them sooner than later, in order to cover their margins.
You may have noticed some clear standouts among the contributors to May’s inflation: juices and frozen drinks (19.5 percent), along with sugar and related substitutes (6.4 percent). It’s probably not a coincidence that Florida, a significant producer of both oranges and sugar, has seen extensive damage to those exports thanks to extreme weather patterns caused by climate change as well as invasive crop diseases. Economists expect that orange juice prices will stay elevated during this hot, rainy summer.
(Incidentally, climate effects may also be influencing the current trajectory and spread of bird flu across American livestock—and you already know what that means for meat and milk prices.)
It goes beyond groceries, though. It applies to every basic building block of modern life: labor, immigration, travel, and materials for homebuilding, transportation, power generation, and necessary appliances. Climate effects have been disrupting and raising the prices of timber, copper, and rubber; even chocolate prices were skyrocketing not long ago, thanks to climate change impacts on African cocoa bean crops. The outdoor workers supplying such necessities are experiencing adverse health impacts from the brutal weather, and the recent record-breaking influxes of migrants from vulnerable countries—which, overall, have been good for the U.S. economy—are in part a response to climate damages in their home nations.
The climate price hikes show up in other ways as well. There’s a lot of housing near the coasts, in the Gulf regions and Northeast specifically; Americans love their beaches and their big houses. Turns out, even with generous (very generous) monetary backstops from the federal government, it’s expensive to build such elaborate manors and keep having to rebuild them when increasingly intense and frequent storms hit—which is why private insurers don’t want to keep having to deal with that anymore, and the costs are handed off to taxpayers.
When all the economic indicators that take highest priority in Americans’ heads are in such volatile motion thanks to climate change, it may be time to reconsider how traditional economics work and how we perceive their effects. It’s no longer a time when extreme weather was rarer and more predictable; its force and reasoning aren’t beyond our capacity to aptly monitor, but they’re certainly more difficult to track. You can’t stretch out the easiest economic model to fix that. And you can’t keep ignoring the clear links between our current weather hellscape, climate change, and our everyday goods.
Thankfully, some actors are finally, belatedly taking a new approach. The reinsurance company Swiss Re has acknowledged that its industry fails to aptly factor disaster and climate risks into its calculations, and is working to overhaul its equations. Advances in artificial intelligence, energy-intensive though they may be, are helping to improve extreme-weather predictions and risk forecasts. At the state level, insurers are pushing back against local policies that bafflingly forbid them from pricing climate risks into their models, and Florida has new legislation requiring more transparency in the housing market around regional flooding histories. New York legislators are attempting to ban insurers from backstopping the very fossil-fuel industry that’s contributed to so much of their ongoing crisis.
After all, we’re no longer in a world where climate change affects the economy, or where voters prioritizing economic or inflationary concerns are responding to something distinct from climate change—we’re in a world where climate change is the economy.

hi i’m going to camden yards for the first time soon !!! i’m a cbp baby so i was wondering if you have any like tips and tricks or anything
omg yes yay!!! have so much fun!!! 🥹🥹❤️ i’m disabled so i am pretty by the book with my trips (places i’m comfortable sitting, what time i get there, etc.) and don’t really change it up a lot haha but it’s one of my favorite parks ever 🥹
i usually park in a $20 lot off eutaw because the orioles parking lots are pretty far hikes! the street can get pretty packed before gametime, but the plaques on eutaw are my favorite things, i always stop to look at them and find something new every time! there’s also a photobooth where you can make your own topps card which i haven’t done yet but really want to! the authentics store is really fun (i’m not allowed in there anymore courtesy of my bank account) and the stock in there changes a lot, i’ve seen spring training hats and jerseys and photographs and they also have stuff from other teams sometimes like game-used balls and stuff! the team store is SOOOO cramped and small but they keep changing what they have so i get sucked in anyway hahaha
i’m a picky eater so i haven’t tried a lot of food, but i’ve heard great things about the new fries stand and the dessert options! the o pretzels are absolute fire, i adore them 🔥 if you do alcohol, surfside is my fave. maybe hot take but i hate their popcorn? i want to like it but i never do!
also the ushers are so so so kind and welcoming and always answering questions and the vendors are also really sweet! also the bathrooms on eutaw are really cramped so i usually walk over to the side concourses because they’re a lot better!

Seven Stages of... (Introduction)
It felt like things were so perfect...
I had a dorm to myself and my suite mate mostly stayed at home. I only saw her once during the whole semester. Not only did I have a dorm to myself, but it was a new dorm surrounded by old dorms that are borderline health hazards. The dorms were/are undeniably... unironically... "Cottage Core." Black mold brewing in dorms, mushrooms fermenting in neglected corners. A touch of "alleyway core" too because one of the dorm buildings had a rat infestation. It was a rumor, yes, a rumor on a college campus. Our college campus was basically an expensive high school surrounded by beautiful scenic scapes in a mountain in Northern Jersey.
**This was the sunset I woke up to every morning in my dorm room. I loved when I rolled over, and I was awoken to light kisses of the sun. It reminded me there was a day to be lived.**
Our school was so small like a village, people on our campus had cliques. Even I was in a clique...
The Lazer Tag Boys is what they called it... and Juice Coos is what they called me. My new nickname was The Opp, because I was a Resident Assistant aka an RA. I got free room and board; also free food from the dining hall was included. The food was questionable but that is another story for another time.
Things were looking up for me; I didn't have to work like a dog to get what I wanted anymore. Everything came easy for me.
**A simple dorm selfie.**
youtube
** A song I played a lot during this time, reminds me of cold nights in my dorm. Isolated from my friends due to restrictions at the time.
Prior to becoming an RA I worked at Chipotle cranking out customizable tex-mex-esqué food stuffs. I would pick up peoples shifts that they were trying to get rid of. I was the least liked and the boys would make fun of me because I had a "flat ass", I didn't care because the paychecks kept me satisfied. I've never seen money like that before. I worked so hard I bought myself Versace sunglasses, I was able to do that because I didn't have any real bills. My Mom funneled money into my bank account because of my Dad's child support (Which stops at 23 in New Jersey... And it was only $100 a month after my Mom finished paying some of my school bills from it.) and I was working at the campus library as a side hustle.
I had money in my pocket, free room and board, and free food. How DID my tiny little world crumble apart like a child's fragile clay sculpture?

❝ HOW DO I KNOW WHAT’S REAL WHEN I DON’T EVEN TRUST MYSELF ❞
STATS:
Name: Cassia Salas
Age: 31
Face Claim: Priscilla Quintana
Occupation: Paramedic
Neighborhood: Wrightsville Beach
Gender & Preferred Pronouns: Cis female & she/her
BIOGRAPHY:
trigger warnings: drug use, underage drinking, parental neglect
Every now and then the cosmos aligned just right and a soul was born into a name that proved fate to be something real. Cassia was born to Lara and Alejandro Salas, a couple who had married right out of high school and were going nowhere fast. The two couldn’t seem to figure out adult life and how to live efficiently; money was often squandered too quickly, often as soon as it hit their pockets or bank account so that they could enjoy young adulthood, forgetting they had a young child who needed proper attention and consistent care. Cas or Cassie as most called her, spent much of her time in the care of a neighbor while her parents worked and then burned through their paychecks. A latchkey kid was what she would soon become, finding she had personality traits all too similar to her parents — addictive like her father and hedonistic like her mother. Alejandro had a gambling habit, known locally as a bit of a card shark that would occasionally take a trip to large cities to hit up bigger games and bigger jackpots. Her mother, Lara, was into anything that made her feel good; whether that was dabbling in drugs and drink or getting in a fast car with a man that wasn’t her high school sweetheart turned husband, she was game for it.
It was two weeks before Cassia’s fourteenth birthday when her father never returned home from a weekend rounders trip up in New Jersey. Missing persons reports were filed and investigations eventually went cold after a month of not so hard looking around. Apparently Alejandro had a reputation in Jersey City and Atlantic City which caused the police to tell Cassia and her mother to expect the worst — he was no doubt gone and not meant to be found. Of course the young teen was devastated by the disappearance and permanent loss, though perhaps not so much as she could have been given the lack of depth to her connection with her parents. They had always been somewhat distant and absent, loving but too invested in themselves rather than creating a wholesome family like much of her friends and classmates at school had. Instead of grieving heavily, Cassia opted for fantasy, imagining that her dad was some explorer or an archaeologist working on a dig in some foreign and far away land. She did it because even then Cassia had the thoughts that there had to be more to life than this.
Coping well wasn’t something her mother did when it came to the loss of Alejandro. It surprised Cassia, she had believed they pretty much lived separate and distant lives. Given that she was the only parent now to put food on the table and provide for Cassia, Lara stepped up and cleaned up her act a bit. Nothing was given up in entirety, things simply slowed and didn’t happen as often. The absenteeism of boundaries and structure in her life set Cassia on a crash course for destruction and ruin for her own life, as it seemed every time life led to a fork in the road she always took the path less traveled — always made the wrong choice and went the wrong direction. It seemed she was determined to learn things the hard way, through mistakes and major fuckups. She wasn’t yet fifteen when she gave into experimenting with drugs, and like her mother — anything that got her heart racing. But Cassia always seemed to get caught or into more than she could handle.
After getting caught drag racing cars, it was determined by the state that she wouldn’t be able to drive a car legally until she was eighteen. Despite it being an ‘oh shit’ moment and quite the wrench in her youth, the minor brush with the law couldn’t set her straight. No, she continued to make bad decisions. At seventeen, Cas was expelled from high school for drug possession and if her own vices weren’t bad enough, the young brunette’s attractiveness also turned out to be a problem. She knew how to use her pretty green eyes, sun kissed skin, and sweet talk coming from glistening rosy lips to get just about anything she wanted from someone. Usually it was for a fix or a drink, older men always being the best targets — no matter her goals and dreams in life, Cassia just couldn’t seem to get it right. Holding down a job was laughable, giving up on her own hedonistic indulgences generally always turned out to be too big of a sacrifice, so Cassia went on bouncing through life one or more problems at a time.
The town just seemed to get smaller and smaller, too many people knew her and not in a way that would have Cassia holding her head high when sober. Her mother long gave up on her so the official freedom of eighteen sent the girl to the beach, finding Wilmington to be cozy and a fresh start. She managed to get her GED and enrolled in college, though again, a normal social structure and schedule was too hard to maintain and it took longer than the average for Cassia to earn an associate’s of arts in art — one of her dreams being a painter. It was during her time in college that the Salas began to pull out of society’s labeled boxes. College was also a time where dating a woman opened up to her and just another avenue of life she walked down the path of. Men and women were fun to entertain on the art scene. For some time, she was hardly around, traveling with other artists led her to adventures she wouldn’t soon forget. Such as the trip in New Orleans where she got mugged, or the sex party she somehow ended up at while in Los Angeles — the paths were never clear how she got from one place to the next but it sure as hell wasn’t the rational part of her brain that made the decisions.
Eventually when back in Wilmington, her addictions got her in trouble once again and with the threat of jail time looming over her head, Cassia yet again made a one sided pact with God that if he helped her out of the mess she would go clean and straight. The lesson would have been to take the consequences, sell out her dealer and do a little time then work to live life responsibly. She was beginning to edge near thirty and still hadn’t really begun living properly, something that had festered under the surface and nagged at her in the back of her mind. The DEA had another plan for her, one she stupidly took, and that was no jail time if she worked as an informant. What she didn’t expect was that she would find such a kindred spirit and someone she felt the need to help and take care of but also a man she would fall crazily in love with. Partly, she would tell herself that it was the drugs and the partying she did with him but Cassia had gotten very good at lying to herself. Eventually being between a rock and a hard place, she cracked, the pressure from the DEA and the love she had for the dealer sent her running away. She fed the DEA some fairly useless information and made up the rest, keeping all of the dealer’s secrets before leaving town for a couple of months.
It was one thing to break her own heart over and over again in life, it was another to have someone else’s heart in your hands and to take advantage and hurt someone you loved. Her new vow was to get her shit together, to finally live life as a real adult in the world should. When she came back home, Cassia put herself back into college while working as a waitress to barely make ends meet. She had all the credits needed already to meet the educational requirements as a paramedic, she needed course specific classes and training. When it came to it, Cassia actually surprised herself that she was good at it. She filled out her degree and earned an associates in paramedicine. For someone always on the go and needing such a constant state of stimulus, working in emergency and trauma care was a good fit, but it also was quite a bump in income going from waitressing to EMT and paramedic. With the means to do so she was able to move from her roommate situation downtown to her own place in Wrightsville Beach. Still without a clue what life is all about or how to navigate it, Cassia at least and finally had something going right and well for herself.

❝ HOW DO I KNOW WHAT'S REAL WHEN I DON'T EVEN TRUST MYSELF ❞
What were you doing one hour ago? Looking around online for house painting businesses. I want the crown moulding on the kitchen cabinets in the new house painted white to match the rest of the cabinets.
Where were your parents born? My mom was born in Delaware, and my dad was born in New Jersey.
Have you ever used public transportation to get to work? Yep, back when I was in college and working at the university airport, I took the bus there for the first year-ish that I worked there, until I bought my first car.
What do you miss the most from before Covid times? Not having to worry about catching it lol. Unfortunately I'm not able to get any further Covid vaccines because 2 out of the 4 boosters I've had so far gave me heart problems, and the most recent one gave me a full-on heart rhythm disorder that I need to take medication for long-term. It's been over a year since that last booster and I'm still not better. I'm very pro-vaccine, I'm just one of the very very few unlucky people to have a serious complication from it. But thankfully I've never had Covid, I'm really hoping I simply have some sort of natural immunity to it.
What has been the best thing to happen to you in the past year? Traveling to Ireland last September/October with my husband, parents, brother, and sister-in-law. And also my husband and I are currently buying a house which is super exciting.
Who do you have listed as emergency contacts in your phone? My husband, my brother, and my parents.
Are you prone to jealousy? Nope.
How did you get through the lowest point in your life? Loads of self-care, and the support of my husband.
Have you ever been someone's first love? Yep, my husband and I are each other's first loves.
Have you ever played frisbee golf? I played it once in gym class my freshman year of high school. There was a huge park across the street from the school, and it had a frisbee golf course.
What is your favorite silly, feel-good movie? The Barbie movie lol.
How old were you when you got your first gaming console, and what kind was it? Around 8. Nintendo 64.
Who in your family has the coolest job? My husband is an airline pilot, and as a former commercial pilot myself (non airline) of course I think that's cool. I also have a second cousin who's a boat captain up on Cape Cod. Oh and my brother's job is pretty neat too, he does anti-fraud investigation in the banking industry.
Is cereal technically a soup? Haha I suppose you could see it that way.
Have you found your first gray hairs yet Nope.
What is something that drains your energy really quickly? Socializing with anyone other than close family. I'm a hardcore introvert, that shit wears me out so fast.
Did you parents teach you how to make a budget before you moved out on your own? Yep. My parents are very financially savvy and they made sure to teach me all of that.
What is your favorite food to put gravy on? Roast turkey and stuffing.
Do you know anyone from Canada? Yep, one of my friends from flight school was from Canada. And my Great Grandy and Nana lived in Montréal for many years, but they weren't originally from there.
What's your opinion on astrology? It's unscientific rubbish.
Do you use TikTok? Nope.
What do you have going on the rest of the day? Hardly anything. I'm going to have dinner soon, and then I need to wash my hair because I'm meeting my realtor and home inspector at the new house tomorrow and I don't want to look like a greasy hobo.

All-transactions House Worth Index For Model Spanking New Jersey Njsthpi St Louis Fed
For the purpose of obtaining a mortgage a Gift of Equity is treated as a buy order transaction. Complete the shape below to begin an skilled witness search right away. There’s no risk or obligation to submit a request. This case involves a buyer who was excited estate sales nj about purchasing 2 undeveloped tons owned by a vendor. The parties’ attorneys began negotiating the phrases of the sale by way of email messages. Is an space of 17 houses, most of which are waterfront lots on Rancocas Creek.
Even if the one 12 months subscription is included, it is ridiculous that you need to pay to get the "disconnect" notification which is essential to not depart your belonging behind. This is the new 2022 mannequin with the QR code on the reverse. It seems that the sage colour is the one one at this worth. The rookie tight finish seemed to be slightly more reliable before sustaining a watch harm that required surgical procedure in late October. He remains a good blocker, but his misplaced fumble at the Vikings 23 after a 16-yard catch Saturday harm.
Welcome to 1035-A, the primary in a 3 lot residential development in North Beach on Long Beach Island. 1035-A provides a complete of three,500 sq feet of living house, 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and three residing areas, a quantity of ranges of decking and an impressive end listing. 1027-C guarantees to be some of the magnificent oceanfront homes on Long Beach Island. This fabulous location provides a hundred ft of ocean frontage and a positive setback that ensures beautiful views of the seashore and ocean. I find that I can discover good stuff at storage and estate sales, however, generally, not as low cost or in quantity as auctions.
For the third straight month there have been double digit decreases in home sales in Ottawa. They pay by either PayPal (they even pay the PayPal fees!) or by examine and they supply free shipping. Cash4books.internet buys primarily textbooks, although in addition they purchase a number of different books as nicely. The web site can be out there as an app, and it allows you to put in the ISBN of a guide and nj estate sales can tell you what they'll pay for that title. Textbooks rapidly get old-fashioned, so be prepared to solely promote relatively new ones, sometimes within the last 3-5 years. If your textbooks are very old then it is extremely unlikely you may discover a prepared buyer amongst this record as a result of a new edition will most likely have come out making your textbooks out of date.
The Iron County Food Pantry, in Montreal, WI, performs an essential role in feeding more than 50 area households every week. Enbridge lately donated 800 kilos of floor beef to the meals bank, after buying two native 4-H steers at auction. And we’re placing in the work and power to get there.
This West Orange estate incorporates stunning furnishings throug ... When the time comes to promote put our superior marketing plan into action to sell your Long Beach Island house for prime dollar. Whenever you see an estate sale happening in South Jersey area, know that somebody is going by way of a major change in their life. For example, when you have good experience doing storage or yard sales, and your estate is small and simple antique stores, you'll be able to probably do it yourself with the assistance of some family members. Many totally different conditions in life can call for closure and a new beginning. From our personal experience serving Southern New Jersey, we see that estate liquidation is normally required when a serious life change triggers a must sell a large volume of personal belongings.
Just as with Half.com you should provide good customer support and fully disclose the situation of the books so you can hold a great sellers rating, so folks will buy from you. Typing in certainly one of these codes is not much of a trouble, but if you've obtained LOTS of books to promote it could turn out to be so. If you've got received a lot of books to sell I recommend utilizing one of the locations beneath which has an app which is designed to scan the books bar codse.
This is a simple step and doesn't cost you something. Also, this step is essential -- as many people get hold of homes on their very own just to find out that the home they discovered isn't in the price vary that they qualify for. This method turns into disappointment and misplaced time. The sales contract might want to say, Seller will pay for purchaser's closing cost as a lot as 6%. If the sales contract doesn't say that the seller is paying the closing cost then the client will be responsible to pay for the closing cost. The name change from Levittown back to Willingboro is an ironic reversal of fortune, of types.
Was the one one of many Levittowns that was an integrated municipality. Was unfold over six towns and Levittown, Pa. over three townships and one borough. Not only had been the primary two Levittowns not more than a mailing address or submit office, however they were not even fully within one municipality, further threatening to dilute the Levittown name. Was fully inside the boundaries of Willingboro Township. When the name was modified to Levittown Township, things lastly fell into place--Levittown was the offical name of a municipal company and never part of another entity underneath some other name.
For example, you possibly can count on to see furniture, electronics, clothing, home equipment, linens, dishes, instruments and many other widespread home items at each sale. You haven't got access to a big customer base and do not know the method to convey tons of of consumers to your sale every single day ... Depending on the size of the estate, the sale is usually a one, two and even three day occasion. I would go air tags, however because of privateness issues, air tags can't do is sharing since they are locked to the people AppleID.

15 questions
Thanks for the tag @oonajaeadira
1. Are you named after anyone?
My middle name is my Mom’s best friend’s middle name. My first name comes from a late 70s tire commercial.
2. When was the last time you cried?
Maybe two weeks ago? I had a bad stomach bug and things got messy. Cried mostly from being grossed out and humiliated.
3. Do you have kids?
Yep. He’s 8 and he outsmarts me on a regular basis
4. Do you use sarcasm a lot?
it’s a survival mechanism at this point
5. What’s the first thing you notice about people?
Vibes I guess. I can generally tell within minutes of meeting someone if I’m going to get along with them or not. Eyes and faces as far as physical features are concerned. I like people with interesting faces.
6. What’s your eye color?
Medium brown.
7. Scary movies or happy endings?
Both.
8. Any special talents?
I write, I draw. I sing, but i’m a bit rusty at that. My hubby and son seem to think I’m a good cook. I’m good with my hands in general.
9. What are your hobbies?
Art, writing, cooking, making friends with neighborhood cats, losing my mind over Pedro Pascal. I like to fish but I haven’t gone in quite some time.
10. Where were you born?
New Jersey
11. Have any pets?
I have two cats. Tasha is my inside cat. She’s somewhere around 16 years old. I’m not entirely sure of her age because she was a rescue. She’s a tuxie and her fur is super soft, like a rabbit’s fur. She’s a grumpy little thing, but she is also very patient with my son who was a bit grabby when he was smaller. Orange is my outside cat. We think she had a family at some point and she got dumped in our neighborhood. She had a litter of kittens under my deck so I ended up finding homes for the kittens and getting her spayed. She can’t be an indoor cat, we’ve tried. She knows the sound of my car and comes bolting across the alley. We have a screened in front porch so in the winter we keep food and water and a cat bed with a heating pad for her so she can keep warm. She’ll let you pet her but does not like being picked up. All the dogs in the neighborhood are afraid of her.
12. What sports do you play/have you played?
I am not a sports person. I am catastrophically clumsy and I have super-tight hamstrings. The only class in gym that I remember enjoying was archery because I could pretend i was in Lord of the Rings. I was one of those goth-girls who refused to change for gym and just sat on the bleachers reading.
13. How tall are you?
5'7″
14. Favorite subject in school?
Art and biology. Art because my teachers generally let me do whatever I wanted. I had a ceramics teacher who’d just plop down a big thing of clay and be like the rest of these guys are making snowman banks for christmas but you do whatever you want. Doing whatever I wanted usually involved dragons. Biology because I was fascinated by it. The endless intricacies of it. I LOVED dissections. That probably makes me sound like a lunatic and I’m pretty sure my mom and my teachers thought I was some sort of proto-serial killer, but anatomy just fascinated me. Still does. I have a collection of skulls and bones i’ve found in the woods over the years. My high school biology teacher told me how I could preserve the things we’d dissected in class in jars full of rubbing alcohol, so between his class and AP biology I had a nice collection of pickled dead things. My mom threw them out when I moved out and I’m still a little salty tbh.
15. Dream job?
I don’t know? Jobs are not something I dream about. I would like to be able to have time to do the things that make me happy.

─── extra facts.ᐟ
𝜗𝜚 Charlotte is going to NYU for film and photography.
𝜗𝜚 The New Jersey Devils team often lets her film and take pictures of the players for her classes.
𝜗𝜚 Her loves the color green, but ONLY sage green.
𝜗𝜚 She use to live in New York, but when Curtis was drafted to the Devils, she moved in with him in New Jersey.
𝜗𝜚 She started a YouTube channel in 2019 with the name ❛Life With Charlie❜ where she post daily vlogs of her life and often collabs in LA with various other YouTubers and TikTok stars.
𝜗𝜚 She absolutely adores her nephews Owen and Cayden. Owen is definitely an auntie’s boy.
𝜗𝜚 She’s really shy when you first meet her, but it takes no time for her to warm up to you.
𝜗𝜚 When she first met the Devils, Jack actually freaked her out with the amount of talking he had done with her.
𝜗𝜚 Her brother is super overprotective and always tries to scare boys away from her ❪ which she’s really grateful for at times ❫
𝜗𝜚 She met Benson Boone during a trip to LA and the two instantly hit it off, becoming best friends.
𝜗𝜚 She loves to read and sometimes gets lost in another world when she’s ready.
𝜗𝜚 She’s always wanted to fall in love in the rain.
𝜗𝜚 When she gets nervous, she bakes a ton which results in her making goodie bags for the team.
𝜗𝜚 When she flirts with someone or finds someone attractive, she always giggles and twirls her hair around her finger.
𝜗𝜚 When she meets Luke, she’s instantly playing with her hair and giggling while the youngest Hughes boy is grinning widely as his brother watches on with a look of disbelief on his face.
𝜗𝜚 Despite the playful banter that goes on between Luke and Curtis, he’d rather Luke date his little sister rather than Jack or anyone else on the team.
𝜗𝜚 She makes sure she attends as many Devil’s games as she possibly can to support her boys.
𝜗𝜚 Out of everyone on the team, Jack is definitely her best friend.
𝜗𝜚 She wants to meet actor, Dylan O’Brien.
𝜗𝜚 She’s a natural brunette but she dyes her hair blonde.
𝜗𝜚 When her and Luke begin dating, Ellen and Jim fell in love with her.
𝜗𝜚 Quinn instantly begins treating Charlotte like his sister, and the two often find themselves making fun of the other two Hughes brothers when they’re all together.
𝜗𝜚 She has a group chat between herself and the three Hughes brothers.
𝜗𝜚 Luke absolutely loves that his brothers love his girlfriend.
𝜗𝜚 One day, before they are dating, it’s raining and the boys are at practice, Charlotte having joined for the day, and remember that she has always wanted to fall in love in the rain, Luke instantly pulls her into the parking lot where he kisses her for the first time.

Victory! Our Impact for Cats in Legislation and Beyond—Summer 2024 Edition
A Win in Our Fight Against Cruelty in West Virginia
In an important victory, the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals sided with Alley Cat Allies and determined that our case to protect animals from cruelty at a Berkeley County shelter will continue to be heard.
Alley Cat Allies has been working to protect cats and dogs in Berkeley County since our in-depth investigation into Berkeley County Animal Control (BCAC) revealed a shocking pattern of animal cruelty in the shelter.
Learn more at alleycat.org/Berkeley.
Summer Goal: Help 1,000 Atlantic County Cats
Meet Sunny, cat #1,000 neutered by our previous grant in Atlantic County, New Jersey! He is just one of thousands of cats who’ve received care since we began a new phase of spay and neuter and TNR work in the area in 2022 (plus tens of thousands of pounds of cat food given through our community cat food bank support).
This summer, Alley Cat Allies and the Humane Society of Atlantic County aim to provide spay and neuter, vaccination, Convenia® injections, and other needed care to 1,000 more cats. We’ll celebrate again when we hit our goal!
Granite Shoals Passed a TNR Ordinance
Just months after the former city manager and a wildlife advisory committee made disturbing comments about killing community cats, Granite Shoals, Texas, passed an ordinance with heavy input from Alley Cat Allies. The new ordinance protects TNR and community cats throughout the city!
This victory is the result of months of our guidance and hard work with the Granite Shoals community. Now, the groundwork is laid for a strong TNR program, and we will continue to provide our expertise and support to pave the way.
