hi all! i'm a high-literacy writer aged 26, looking for other 21+ roleplayers who miss the shadowhunter chronicles/the mortal instruments etc. as much as i do.

i would love to write magnus, will, or mark opposite more or less anyone! i love the dynamics of this world and the drama. i love the tension between the downworlders and the nephilim in particular and would love to play around with that, though obviously it depends who you're bringing to the table.

while i have seen the show, and i don't have any particular beef with it, this rp will be book-focused. if you haven't read the books and are looking for malec (magnus bane x alec lightwood for tagging purposes, thank you mods 🙏) that's totally fine also! just be warned that my magnus will be book-based as opposed to series-based and we may need to opt for an au to make everything gel.

༶⛧┈♛ jace scurried across the roof of the library. he had chased a demon there the other night, and he wanted to have a proper look, afterhours, to see why by Raziel, the demon had tried to run into the old public library, instead of anywhere else. it had felt like it had a purpose there, and he could just feel it. so he'd brought weapons and gadgets to take a look, alone, to see if it was worth raising an alarm about it with any of the others at the institute.

༶⛧┈♛ he didn't have his invisibility rune on, but he wasn't too worried. most mundanes were blind to anything happening around them, glamour or no glamour, and specially at this late hour. most showed some rare common sense of just wanting to be home. which was useful for once. he broke the latch of the rooftop door easily, and snuck his way in.

So I’ve not been in the mood to write but I created a character last night who is a fledgling vampire sired during WW2 when she was saved from a concentration camp. She now suffers with blood rage and is needing the assistant to control it. 

The character was originally created for my friend. We have essentially taken the Katee Roberts underworld books and put as many canon and original characters into it and I love it so much.
