Even more inane dog water writing! Please read tags for credit... can't wait to find typos and awful grammar later on lol.
A rumor and a bad guy.
The past few days had been awful. Case after case had been springing up and all with concerning records. Considering staff had rescues to take care of after hours, such as myself, this increase of workload was worrying indication of something sinister. While there was no evidence to confirm the suspicions of my boss. There was plenty speculation among staff that an organisation was the cause.
Galar has a Team for sure. But this wasn't Team Yell's kind of thing. And sure they were a headache to deal with, sinister they were not...or cruel for that matter! And it certainly wasn't Team Rocket. They got disbanded...right?
I finished off the last bit of work I could before clocking off. My bones cracking as I rose from my chair. Heading down the hallway I met up with Kate.
"Ya look awful. Like something dead warmed up" she commented while handing me a cup of tea, rather something passing itself off as tea. Don't know what the centre got for drinks but I'd wish they'd spend a little more on tea that had greater strength than 3 tea leaves.
"Aye" I sighed along with my thanks. Taking a sip of the weak tea water tea. Weak but welcoming.
"So have ya heard?"
"Hm? Heard what?" I asked before taking another sip.
"About the rumor going about. Thought you'd of all people would know" she gave a rather confused look at me.
"If its anything about whom is behind all these new cases then I have an idea or two. But anything outside of that I dunno. Been drowning in work."
This for some reason just prompted her to give a small smile. Which only confused me even more. She clearly knew something about this rumor.
"Well I've got something for ya to think about on the drive back home! Not exactly a change of scene, but I'm sure it will catch your interest to say the least."
"Aight what's the word then?"
As per usual for these rumors. It started off with someone who knew a relative of someone else with a gammy leg or whatever. Although in this case it was true. A member of staff has a relative who fits the description, and they were the source of the rumor. Kate was on the money about it catching my interest too.
"A missing Ceruledge you say?"
"Aye. Kinda odd we'd hear about this while you have your wee ones don't 'cha think?"
"I think it's just a coincidence. Odd for sure, but nothing more than that" I finished the tea "I'd best head off before traffic gets worse. Cheers for the tea Kate!"
"Take care!" I heard her say as I made my way to collect the Ceruledge infant and her brother from the daycare in the centre. Thankfully the drive back home was calm with only moderate traffic. Perfect for mulling things over! Kate knew full well that rumor regarding the percular Ceruledge would hold my interest, and get my mind somewhat off the recent cases. The person who rescued the pokemon from the lake was set on finding out more about it and its trainer. Knowing there was someone going out of their way for this Ceruledge cheered me up somewhat.
The drive home almost flew by before I knew it. If not for the few spells of traffic it certainly would have! Arriving back home, I went to preparing my Pokemon their dinner before loading a game to play and relax and distract myself from the past few awful days.
A good hour or so had passed. And Ceru decided she wanted to watch me play the game by climbing up onto my lap. She seemed to enjoy what was being played on the tv. Or at the very least was interested. But her response to a particular npc caught me off guard.
"Rrrrrr"
Her growling prompted a chuckle from my tired self. I knew this character she was growling at. It was the main bad guy currently disguised as a rotund, joyful mayor. "You don't like that man?"
"Rrrrr!" Hissss!
Oh she really didn't like the funny round man on the tv! And her hissing got me into a fit of chuckles. "Oh we don't like that man huh?" I commented while giving Ceru pats in an attempt to calm her.
"Don't worry lass. He is the bad guy and we won't let him win!"
Ceru crossed her arms and gave a nod. This video game character wasn't going to win. Not on her watch!
The past few days had been awful. But seeing Ceru look so determined, and hearing her adorable growls cheered me up and reminded me why I do what I do. They're worth fighting for.

hello! it has been a long time since i've talked through my day! this one had such a big turnaround that i needed to document it, mostly for myself.
i had an appointment with a 'root canal specialist' today bc i had my first app with my new dentist a couple of weeks ago and his xray revealed an abscess wow how fun :) i couldn't feel it bc that tooth has a decade old root canal so there are no nerves to reveal there is anything going on!! fun!!!! he's a super nice dentist, i like him but he made me very panicked lol he was showing me how close it is to my sinuses on the xray. so he was like 'go see this guy asap' bc he wanted to know whether there was a chance my old root canal could be redone or if i'd have to get the whole tooth removed/an implant, all for the low low price of $5-6000 🙃 but obviously you can never see specialists asap!!! so i've been walking around for 2.5 weeks with dread/phantom pains that by the time i saw him the infection would've spread and idk had catastrophic consequences??? and then today when i went there was CONSTRUCTION at the turn i needed to make and the road was closed and i was like i don't know how to get there from another street??!?!?!??! i spent 10 minutes driving through suburban streets and my navigation kept trying to take me back to the original route with the closed road, and its the middle of town so there was nowhere i could just temporarily stop and look at the map, and i called them almost crying to let them know i'm coming but i might be late bc i just can't navigate these streets jegjkdgkjdkg
anyway i MADE it, i think i parked in another business's parking lot and just hoped they didn't care lol and then the lady at the desk was like 'our other specialist will have to see you bc the guy you're here for isn't here' so i was feeling uhhhh not good after my dentist talked him up so much. AND my dentist didn't send over my electronic referral and i had LITERALLY been stressed that he would forget to do exactly that for the whole 2.5 weeks oh my god, thankfully they didnt even seem to care. but then as i was filling out the paperwork in the waiting room 'no judgment' came on, and then 'wolves' right after??? and i was like this seems deliberate to try and calm me down 😂 and when the substitute specialist called me in he was so extremely calming and talked me through my options, one of which is indeed to try and redo the root canal bc he's confident he can, it would still cost a lot but wayyyyy less. he also said i could 'do nothing' (which is obv risky, and i would never do nothing, but that made me realise my infection is not about to bust through and spread across my sinuses any second, one fear down!). he was just softly spoken and super relaxed and he made me feel like this was not in fact a crisis and said i could go and think about what i wanted to do, and just call for an appointment when i decided. and then when i went out to pay 'i want to write you a song' was playing 😭 i asked the receptionists if there was a 1d fan in the house and one of them said it must just be a random playlist on spotify, so this was all a complete coincidence????? i told them i was enjoying it very much.
anyway long story short i had already taken the rest of the afternoon off work to go work in the garden, but figured there was a good chance i'd be so down about an unexpected and immiment $5000 hit that i wouldn't want to do anything, but i drove home feeling extremely reassured that i had options and i was not on the clock to decide, and also very relaxed by 1d playing in the background the entire time. i have also been extremely stressed that i would need to take the next step asap and this would be such a bad time as mum is working 50 hour weeks right now bc of the referendum, so i am on caring duty with nonna/nonno anytime we don't have carers here. but there's time! i had a v good afternoon in the garden after all!

Duleep Trophy: ‘White-ball specialist’ Kamboj sizzles with red, credits IPL experience for confidence
Medium-pacer Anshul Kamboj (23) was surprised and hopeful when he was selected in the India-C squad for the ongoing Duleep Trophy. “I was not hoping for that (Duleep Trophy call-up) because I’ve done well in white-ball cricket. Red ball was not good for me last year. But (after selection) I was hoping that maybe I would come in and play. So, I got my chances, and I have done well,” he said after…

Ew more dog water writing. Please read tags for credit given :)
A nameless knight no more.
Its been about a month since the infant Ceruledge was rescued. At first I wasn't confident she'd survive the first night. She was dangerously cold, dehydrated, lethargic and underweight. Now here she is, curled up asleep on my lap and has since gained a sibling in the form of a juvenile Armarouge. Taking a break from staring at a monitor and the paperwork it showed, I looked down at the sleeping knight. A soft smile drew itself on my face.
"You've come an awfully long way since we first met wee lass" I spoke in the softest tone I could muster, gently petting the little knight. She gave a soft groan as she stretched before settling down again.
"And we still don't have a name for you or your brother". While a name wasn't necessary. It would make work a little easier, and it just felt right for them both to have a name. The pair of them were special after all! How many trainers can say they've even seen an Armarouge or Ceruledge at such young ages? Let alone have raised one! Before I continued to be distracted by the cute little Pokemon sleeping, and poking me with her tiny blades in her sleep, I returned my attention to my work.
After saving the document, experience has taught me to save regularly, I reached for my mug of tea and woke the sleeping knight. She gave a soft groan, looking about in a mild, sleep induced stupor before giving the biggest yawn she could.
"Did I wake you? Sorry about that wee bairn. Guess I owe you some coco now as an apology huh" this unsurprisingly got some very happy chirping in response. She may have just woken up but she knew what coco meant. This got a chuckle out of me. "Alright then, I'll put the kettle on".
With a groan, and a crack from my knees, I rose from the seat that my backside had undoubtedly taken root to. I put the tiny Ceruledge down on her blanket before heading to the counter and preparing myself another mug of tea and her coco.
"How'd you like a name?" I looked over to her while waiting for the kettle to boil. My question distracted her from beating seven shades of purple out of her Snorlax plush. She looked at me with curiosity. "Would you like a name? Can't be calling you the small Ceruledge all the time now can we?"
I've been hearing another member of staff refer to her as Ceru. It wasn't the most creative name in my opinion, but I can't say I'm better at naming Pokemon. I mean my Gallade is called Bandit for crying out loud! Not exactly original.
" How'd you like to be called... Guinevere?"
The infant Ceruledge shook her head in response.
" no? Alright then how about... Jhona?"
She shook her head again.
"Ok. Then how about..." I had a sneaky feeling no matter what I'd suggest would get her approval. "... how about Ceru?"
This was met with happy chirps. "You'd like that? You want to be called Ceru?" She reaffirmed this with more happy chirping and what I could only describe as her happy dance. She really liked that name.
"Alright then, Ceru it is!" I smiled. And with the click from the kettle her name was settled. Ceru the tiny Ceruledge!
Once prepared, I gave Ceru her coco. "Here ya go, Ceru". This prompted some more happy calls from the little knight as she eagerly took her coco. Returning to my feet to get my tea I caught sight of the other Pokemon in my care and gave a light chuckle.
"Don't worry you lot will get some coco too! Just gotta make some more".

4 Growth-Focused Strategies for Credit Repair Specialists
Tumblr media
Are you struggling with repairing your credit score in Washington? Don’t worry, you are not alone. Many people face this problem due to various reasons such as missed payments, bankruptcy, or identity theft. But the good news is that there are ways to improve your credit score. In this blog, we will discuss five expert tips that can help you transform your credit repair journey in Washington.
1. Know Your Credit Score Inside Out:
The journey to credit repair in Washington begins with a deep understanding of your current financial standing. Request a copy of your credit report from all three major credit bureaus – Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. Under federal law, you’re entitled to one annual free credit report from each bureau. Once you have your reports, scrutinize them for inaccuracies, discrepancies, or signs of identity theft. Consider factors like late payments, outstanding debts, and derogatory marks. Understanding the intricacies of your credit report will empower you to formulate a targeted strategy for improvement.
2. Dispute Inaccuracies with Precision:
Inaccurate information on your credit report can drag down your score and hamper your financial prospects. Fortunately, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) empowers consumers to challenge erroneous data. If you spot any discrepancies during your review, don’t hesitate to file a dispute with the relevant credit bureau. In Washington, credit bureaus must investigate disputes within 30 days and rectify errors. Craft a clear and concise letter outlining the inaccuracies and provide supporting documentation wherever possible. By taking proactive steps to dispute inaccuracies, you can expedite the credit repair process and set the stage for improvement.
3. Adopt Responsible Debt Management Practices:
High debt levels can act as a millstone around your financial neck, dragging down your credit score and limiting your financial flexibility. To kick start your credit repair journey in Washington, prioritize responsible debt management. Begin by crafting a detailed budget for your income, expenses, and debt obligations. Identify areas where you can trim expenses and redirect funds toward debt repayment. Consider leveraging debt consolidation or negotiation strategies to streamline your repayment process and potentially reduce your debt burden. By taking control of your debt and adhering to a disciplined repayment plan, you can gradually chip away at outstanding balances and improve your creditworthiness.
4. Cultivate Positive Credit Habits:
Building a solid credit history is a marathon, not a sprint. As you work to repair your credit in Washington, focus on cultivating positive credit habits that will stand the test of time. Start by paying your bills on time, every time. Late payments can wreak havoc on your credit score, so set up automatic reminders or scheduled payments to stay on track. Additionally, strive to keep your credit card balances low relative to your available credit limit – ideally below 30%. Avoid opening multiple new accounts quickly, which can signal financial instability to lenders. Demonstrating responsible credit behavior over time’ll gradually rebuild your credit profile and unlock access to better financial opportunities.
Conclusion:
Transforming your credit repair journey in Washington requires patience, persistence, and a proactive mindset. By familiarizing yourself with your credit report, disputing inaccuracies, managing debt responsibly, cultivating positive credit habits, and seeking professional guidance, you can chart a course toward financial empowerment and independence. Remember, credit repair is a gradual process that requires consistent effort and dedication. Celebrate small victories along the way, and stay focused on achieving a healthier credit score and brighter financial future. With the right strategies and mindset, you can overcome obstacles, conquer challenges, and unlock the doors to financial freedom in the Evergreen State.
