Here are some random things I think have definitely happened in the St Cassian chamber choir rehearsal room.

Teacher: "Ricky, I'm not hearing you in the back there"

Ricky: "..."

Ocean has definitely asked Mischa to teach her how to say certain phrases in Ukrainian and he just teaches he swear words or sex jokes.

Noel gets absolutely destroyed by the teacher for horribly misjudged opt ups.

Constance makes cupcakes to eat after every performance. Ocean does not eat them. Noel cannot get enough of them.

Mischa once started beatboxing during a competition and Noel started laughing at them. Ocean yelled at them so hard that she cried. Constance comforted her profusely but she was texting Noel all night about how funny it was.

Ricky brought his cat to rehearsal once. Nobody except Ocean rehearsed.

Mischa showed up high to rehearsal and gave the best performance of his life. Ocean and the teacher have never understood why he never reached those standards again.

Noel tried to convince everyone to read books like the Bell Jar. Mischa made fun of him for being a nerd who reads but secretly read it and it made him cry.

Mischa left his phone unlocked on the table by accident once and everyone saw an explicit text from Talia. It was so explicit that Ocean actually fainted.

Constance is always late.

HEAR ME OUT:

Blind/ partially blind Jane

Since Jane lost her head, she also lost her memory, and Ive been seeing lots of headcannons that she’s always reaching out with her hands because she doesn’t remember, but her body does.

But what if she’s reaching out because she also can’t see?

It would give another reason for her reaching out, and it would add yet another layer of representation to the musical.

A lot of the Janes I’ve seen always have this blank, doll-eyes stare, almost as if she’s looking through the other choir members.

But what if she just can’t see them? (Or can’t see them well?)

It makes me so sad to think that the people from her past are right there, and she can’t even see them.

I think it would be really cool for someone to portray Jane as though she were sight-impaired.

Mischa – quiet ahh snorer. sleeps holding Noel. probably mumbles in Ukranian

Ricky – could probably be mistaken for dead tbh. sleeps with cat plushies

Penny – dead silent, face first, awful position

guys can we NOT sexualize the choir, theyre children. "oh but im a minor/younger than them!!" that doesnt matter they are either 17 years old or freshly 18, you shouldnt be sexualizing people that young. like i dont need someone telling me that they want to go down with mischa that is weird and disgusting to say. its not normal to lust over these characters i dont care if theyre played by adults the characters themselves are kids pls stop it
