Those of us who've read the book series:

Yes, Richard Ayoade is confirmed to return as Marmalade.

The people who haven't read the books are in for a suprise. An extraterrestrial surprise ;)

As far back as when the first movie released, director Pierre Perifel talked about how they were planning on doing the character identity reveal for Marmalade in the first one, just like the books, but went against it to avoid getting things too complicated. Now, the evidence shows that they'll surely do it. Evidence being that they're stealing a rocket ship, just like in book 5 of the series.
