nightlight - do you read before bed?

I used to for sure. But, I can’t. I fall asleep literally within 10 minutes. It’s a great sedation tactic but not great when you actually want to pay attention to what you’re reading. I used to play ace attorney before bed and now I can’t do that either, since that game requires so much reading 😭 I legit can’t focus on the plot, I just doze off.
