I watched the whole Unicron arc in Transformers: Prime recently and this was all I wanted to draw XDD I always wish more emotion and tears were shown in times like this.

I am also experimenting with their tear color. Originally I headcannoned cybertronian tears to be their bodies coolant, and so I drew it green. But after Breakdowns line "Boo hoo! I'm shedding lubricant!" While fake wiping a single tear away.. it tells me that they CAN cry and that they obviously cry lubricant. Not coolant.

Buuuuut I felt like blood red tears would be more interesting than the standard yellowish color of clean oil. So I went with that and called it a quirky cybertronian thing <XD

I'll likely change the colors when I make their official redesigns. But hey it was fun to draw for this post at least! :}}

Optimus, Bee, and Ratchet didn't even finish the first movie. Ultra Magnus got to the third one but left half way through.

Hi, me again! I've been about something involving both Autobots and Decepticons in TFP and that's how old do you think each of them are in human years. I know that since they're Cybertronian that they can live up to millions of years old with Optimus Prime, Megatron and I think even Ratchet being the oldest out of everyone, if I'm correct. So if we were go by humans years how old do you think each of the Bots and Cons would be? Also, did you get a chance to check out the Dreadwing story on AO3 I told you about?

Ohh boy - yeah human years works best because these guys are practically immortal. I tend to make them quite old-ish by our standards, mostly because they've been in a longggg war Ratchet: mid 70s

Wheeljack: late 60s to early 70s

Optimus and Megatron: mid 60s

Dreadwing, Skyquake and Soundwave: late 50s

Starscream and Shockwave: mid 50s

Ultra Magnus: early 50s

Airachnid: late 40s

Knock Out, Breakdown and Bulkhead: mid 40s

Arcee: late 30s to early 40s

Bumblebee and Smokescreen: mid 20s (and yeah I skimmed through the fic - I do enjoy it but I'm afraid of getting too invested since it hasn't been updated in a long while last I checked - and I don't want to deal with the crushing feeling of knowing a story will never be completed)

Smokescreen would make a very good distraction haha

the early days of being an Autobot were hard for KO. also the others def did this sort of thing to screw w/ him

this could work no matter which way it went. but drunk Knock Out is funny.

I would swap Knock Out and Smokescreen here, if only b/c KO is the kind to be like 'yeah i AM the sexiest bitch in the room, thanks' even if no one was talking to him.

Honestly Miko should have learned to understand Bee or the Cybertronian language in canon. It would have been so cool and would totally work.

Miko already is bilingual and understands English flawlessly. Since she's a transfer student on some level Miko would have to excel in a subject. Languages would totally fit then! It also would have added some extra depth to her character.

Plus it could be a nice bonding moment between her and the bots, especially Bee.

another thing that might make Soundwave pleasant company to an autistic individual is that there is no expectation of deciphering eyebrow sign language.

Bro I'm 100% into this. It's something I'm keenly familiar with because I'm also autistic.

I think the constant metal grating against metal would absolutely kill me, so noise-cancelling headphones it is.

Ratchet can be helpful in a "remove human from overstimulation" sense, while Bumblebee is a lot more keen to just hang around you until you feel a bit better. Dunno if his beeps help tho...

Smokescreen fucks up at first by being loud, but he'd pretty willing to learn, and certainly does his best to make you feel ok

Just hang around Ultra Magnus and Optimus if you want general quiet

Soundwave is helpful in the most basic way. He's a silent motherfucker, and this automatically gives him an advantage
