What are the landmarks of Kem lon-Dalan, like what’s the structures that kids say to meet up at cause people know where they are

I’m glad you asked! Again!

Gates are very common meeting places. There’s the North Gate, which is exactly what it sounds like: the gate leading north out of the city. Likewise, there’s the East Gate. The so-called “East District” is the part of Kem lon-Dalan atop the Brother (the eastern cliff of the Twins). It’s kind of a pain to get there, though. Your options are go around the cliff, or climb stairs. In contrast, the Sister (the western cliff) just has fortifications for defensive purposes.

The Market District runs along the western edge of the city and has three gates, namely the High Market Gate in the north, the Low Market Gate in the south, and just the plain Market Gate in between those two. (There used to be a high wall around the Market District, like there is around the Living District. Since the wall was torn down centuries ago, all that’s left are arches with gates that just always stay open, hardly more than ornamental.) There’s also the docks, of course.

The Living District is a big bulk of a district in the southeast of the city, pressing against the cliff and coast. It has three gates as well, the Pearl Gate in the northeast, the Iron Gate in the northwest, and the Dirt Gate in the west. Different parts of the Living District are nicer and more expensive to live in, and the name of the gate generally corresponds to how nice or not nice it is.

I am tired of talking about gates. If I have to say gate one more time, I’m going to scream.

The Red Beach is, as the name implies, a walled-off beach with red sand. According to the stories, a king from a far off land came ashore on that beach, riding a tide of his enemies’ blood. Natives know that it’s really an execution ground. Old traditions saw that those on death row had their blood drained onto the beach after death. That hasn’t been done for a long time, though, and the smell of iron is gone. It’s still entirely red, which is both disgusting and terrifying. Great for dumb kids to test their courage. It’s smack dab in the center of the coast, quite possibly the least welcoming sight for visitors.

The Veika ta-Lilasen is the grand square below the steps of the Veika ir-Jai, the palace of the tyrant king who supposedly ruled the entire Vandeth Desert some 1500 years ago. The stories go that a star fell to the teph*, where the Veika ta-Lilasen would be built, hence the name: “The Star with Us”**. Apparently, the tyrant king used the star to create not only the Veika ir-Jai—Wisdom’s Star—but the whole of Kem lon-Dalan, all on his own. But that’s preposterous. A story is all it is.

*The planet’s name is Teph (/tef/). If there’s a word with “earth” in it, it’s replaced with “teph”.

**The Vandeth language has no articles; rather, they are inferred from context.

And yeah! Those are some of the major landmarks in Kem lon-Dalan. There’s probably others, but to be totally honest, I haven’t thought of those yet.

TEPH...o en of my ocs......... his lore is long and ineed to redo it ithink but IN Short he is the epitome of bad luck and eveyron who adopted him either had a loved one die or TEHY died or their town had famines/pillagers or just bad shit happened wherever he wejnt + if you looked him inthe eyes there was like a 99% chance youd die so someone forced himto cover them upbut then eventually they got sick of him and TIED HIM TOTHE BOTTOM OF A GORGE and planned torelease him later in life when he was older (all of this happens when hes a child) but then gradually the otrovani who came down to feed him started forgetting and then he survived YEARS on scraps of dead animals that fell down into the gorge. eventually the chains that held him down rusted and he escaped, furious at the world and at the gods for punishing him despite his innocence. yada yada shit happens Two kingdoms who were feuding are about to unite (one including hte otrovani, the dragons that improsiond him)) so he was like Okm. im gonnacome to the wedding and therye gonna get assassinated and SURE ENOUGH. that happened and a war like none before broke out and no one even knwe it was him

A Associação Nacional dos Técnicos de Emergência Médica (ANTEM) considerou esta terça-feira que os diversos partidos devem tirar responsabilidades pelo estado do Instituto Nacional de Emergência Médica (INEM) e exigiu rapidez nas decisões.

E comunicado, a ANTEM lembrou já ter pedido há muito esta inspeção, felicita a ministra da Saúde pela "coragem de querer mudar o que está mal", mas exigiu rapidez nas decisões, considerando que os "especialistas" e "peritos" que durante décadas permitiram que o INEM e a emergência médica ficasse nesta situação "não devem passar pelos 'pingos da chuva'".

A Associação Nacional dos Técnicos de Emergência Médica (ANTEM) considerou esta terça-feira que os diversos partidos devem tirar responsabilidades pelo estado do Instituto Nacional de Emergência Médica (INEM) e exigiu rapidez nas decisões.

Em comunicado, a ANTEM lembrou já ter pedido há muito esta inspeção, felicita a ministra da Saúde pela "coragem de querer mudar o que está mal", mas exigiu rapidez nas decisões, considerando que os "especialistas" e "peritos" que durante décadas permitiram que o INEM e a emergência médica ficasse nesta situação "não devem passar pelos 'pingos da chuva'".

"Sem que ocorram passagens administrativas, mas que, ao contrário, sejam dadas provas do conhecimento existente, para que se providencie uma requalificação exigente, segundo os mais elevados padrões", sublinhou.

Se assim não for -- considerou -- "iremos manter o baixo nível de capacidades de intervenção destes provedores, que fazem a diferença entre a vida e a morte".

A formação dos TEPH já tinha sido criticada em dezembro, num relatório preliminar da Inspeção Geral das Atividades em Saúde (IGAS), que concluiu que há técnicos de emergência pré-hospitalar no INEM que ingressam na carreira sem ter os requisitos necessários.

No projeto de relatório �� auditoria pedida pela ministra da Saúde para avaliar a legalidade e a eficiência da gestão do INEM, a IGAS diz que o instituto não conseguiu assegurar a realização dos cursos de formação para os TEPH nos termos em que foram aprovados.

Aponta, designadamente, o prazo da realização desta formação (curso base) e a estrutura dos estágios em ambulatório ou bloco operatório, acrescentando que não foram concluídos todos os estágios em ambulância-escola por falta de recursos.

Na nota divulgada esta terça-feira, a ANTEM pede que toda a formação do INEM passe para as faculdades de medicina "com a maior urgência possível".

Em simultâneo, defende que não deve ser o Estado a pagar a educação e treino destes profissionais, mas sim cada um dos candidatos ou as entidades onde prestam serviço.

"Os atuais operacionais da área deverão ser reeducados e os seus conhecimentos atualizados, com a implementação de protocolos de atuação adequados à atualidade, com supervisão médica", acrescenta.

Na nota divulgada na segunda-feira, os ministérios das Finanças e da Saúde justificam a auditoria com as "recentes dúvidas suscitadas sobre o funcionamento" do instituto, considerando não ser suficiente uma "mera análise da documentação genericamente disponibilizada" no quadro da prestação de contas regular e legalmente estabelecida.

Até ao final de março, a IGF deverá apresentar um relatório com os resultados da auditoria.

On se croise vers beobank les commerces n’existent pas dans le rêve il y avait d’autre commerce comme en Russie des tsars très chique à même le béton par terre revisité et très accentué.

En rentre dans un magasin avec une façade couvert de fleurs rouges,mauve et jaune tous vrais et Fraîche,à l’intérieur une épicerie.

Juste avant les 3 petits marché après le paillas du seuil une jeun fille de 14 ans hey Ramo j’ai sais te trouve des nouveaux pulls de la Turquie si tu veux ok peut aitre j’ai essayé de justifier sa requête comme cois je ne pouvais plus parlé ancor une fois j’arrive presque plus à respirer la bouche et la gorge sèche autant la fine d’une aventure pittoresques en rentrant dans le magasin j’ai visité les lieux
