Temporary inactivity notice + Birthday and halloween!

It was my birthday on the 29th last month, I had a good time ^-^ I was 24 before, but you know what's funnier than 24? *snort* 25! XD and that's what I became! =D https://youtu.be/n7q_vNIz8HI I went on the train to the big city and we had a good meal at pizza hut :3 I had bbq chicken wings, onion rings, nachos and salad, j20, and a pineapple hawaiian pizza! yum! ^w^ It was very big so my helper and I shared some and took the rest home :3 Then we went to a science museum! seen some interesting things here including a cool robot, wish I got a recording of it cos it was funny too! The science museum had some toys and games there that we were playing, there was also a shop where I bought some goodies :3 Then we got some birthday cake on the way home but it was time for my helper/carer to go as it was getting pretty late so we both went home.. ^-^; but it's alright we still had time to make some birthday wishes! My good friend Wolfypoof was kind enough to sing happy birthday to me :3 she got to see the pretty unicorn cake too ^w^ if only I could share it with all my friends but my carer was away and it's not possible with online pals like Wolfy QwQ It was a really good cake but it was also very big, I dunno if I'll manage to finish it all before it expires! I'll have to see.. ^-^; But it was a nice birthday we were playing vrchat and watching House Of Magic and The Wild Robot throughout my bday and halloween :3 I have pictures! =D This bluesky thread shows what I got for my 25th birthday including the cake, gifts, and pizza hut ^-^ And on halloween I was fursuiting when I went guising so we have a cool photo of that too ^w^ We had good convos, good candies, and good jokes and laughs when I visited everyone in my fox form ^-^ it was great! Just so you guys know, I will be on hiatus everywhere for a whole week, starting around the 9th or 10th of november so I wont be active for a while. This is because I'm finally gonna be able to follow my dreams on travelling the world! >w< so exciting, can't wait! I'm finally making progress on my goals, I really hope I'll get to do travelling much more often starting from today ^w^ I want to enjoy exploring the world so much that I'll appreciate home when I get back! >:3 I especially wanna appreciate my country more when I return from all them holidays abroad ^w^ Been in scotland almost all my life so it'll be good to go back to spain again ^-^ As some of you may or may not know, I went to spanish islands when I was very very little, and I loved it! So I'm really looking forward to going back there again, this time to an island I haven't visited yet! :D Though I'm a bit nervous cos I'm going with a group of peeps I haven't met yet, I just hope they'll be kind <:3 I'm also a very shy in general, heck even in vrchat I'm shy, I only talk to people I know on there QwQ but I really hope I'll get to make some friends at least.. ÚwÙ I talk to alot of people both online and offline and have had alotta good convos with alot of people, but it can be hard to make friends in the offline world sometimes, especially since most people do small talk and I don't really like small talk :< I prefer deep meaningful conversations. I do have many acquaintances in the offline world, just not enough offline friends yet.. X.X; I have made friends before tho! but sadly we kinda lost touch :< but hopefully I'll make some good offline friends I wont lose touch with, would be great <:3 Anywho I'm off to tenerife for about a week, I might be here for a short while before then but on the 10th I'll be on hiatus for the whole week. Discord friends, if you're lucky I might be able to pop in to see yous occasionally ^-^ If I'm not busy that is.. :o but yeh, gotta chase my dreams so I'll see you guys when I return home! And to all my fluffies (aka my friends and fans) I love you guys :3 I'll trust that you'll protect my accounts from the haters while I'm gone UwU Your support means a ton! Anyways, see ya!

Sunshine & Strawberries

a Galex drabble (1,3k)

It was twenty-eight degrees and way too hot for Alex’s liking, the temperature wasn’t supposed to be this high in England. For some reasons he was fine with it in any other country but at home, at home he wanted the trusty cool weather, a nice breeze and maybe even some rain.  

His boyfriend however seemed to disagree. He had dressed up in shorts this morning and told Alex he was going shopping so they could have a picnic in the park this afternoon, like a little date. Alex had complained about it, but George just laughed and pulled him closer. 

‘It will be nice in the shade, trust me,’ George had said and with that he had kissed Alex and went to the store. 

When he came back with two bags full of groceries, his face flushed and forehead damp with sweat, Alex had wanted to object again but the look of determination in George’s eyes had stopped him. 

‘Do you want some help preparing the food?’ Alex asked after helping him unload the groceries on the counter. 

George wiped his forehead with the back of his hand and shook his head. 

‘No, you should get changed in swim trunks and get Otti from your mom’s. There’s a lake in the park so we could go for a swim as well,’ he said before he shooed Alex out of the kitchen. 

Alex did as he was told, as he often did with George because he’d do literally anything to make him happy and it was also very hard to say no to him. He’d just pout with those beautiful lips of his and bat his long eyelashes until Alex caved. 

When he came back with Otti by his side there was already a big picnic basket on the kitchen table, loaded with food and next to it was a cooler with some drinks. Alex also spotted a bowl, some water and a ball for Otti and his heart warmed, George always thought of everything. Everything but one thing…

‘You’re amazing, Georgie,’ Alex smiled, kissing his boyfriend's cheek. ��Did you pack some sunscreen as well?’

‘Oh Sugar, no I didn’t,’ George muttered and he quickly ran upstairs after patting Otti’s head in greeting.

The park was only a short walk away from George’s apartment, but the two of them were still sweating when they arrived. Otti was panting beside them, his tongue lolling out of his mouth as he pulled on his leash when he spotted two other dogs running around.

‘Let’s sit over there,’ George pointed at a large tree close to the water. The tree provided plenty of shade and there weren’t too many people there yet, making it the perfect spot for their little picnic. 

As soon as they put down their bags and layed down a blanket, George pulled off his shirt. His flawless skin made Alex stop what he was doing as he stared at his boyfriend’s chest, his eyes following the muscles down to his hips and the little hairs under his navel and he licked his lips. He would never ever get sick of this view. 

‘Are you going to keep staring or..?’ George smirked, inching closer to Alex and putting his big hands on his hips. ‘You want to go for a swim or have some food first?’ 

Alex tilted his head, thinking. ‘A swim first, then some food.’

George nodded in agreement and pulled Alex’s shirt up, helping him take it off before leaning down to Otti to unleash him. 

‘Last one in the water has to do the dishes,’ he grinned before bolting away with lightning speed. 

Alex yelped in surprise and quickly followed, Otti racing ahead of him. It was silly really, since they had a dishwasher at home, but it was fun all the same. George was often very serious, especially during race weekends, but when they were together he turned into the biggest goofball and Alex loved it.

George reached the water first and dove in with a loud ‘whoop’ while Otti was right behind him, barking happily as he splashed around in the water. The water was nice and cool when Alex walked in and he let out a happy sigh at the feeling.

‘Albono, get in here already,’ George yelled from a few meters ahead, already floating on his back. 

Alex smiled and held his breath before diving in, swimming under water until he reached George. He grabbed his boyfriend’s ankle, hearing him screech, before coming up and wiping the water from his eyes. 

‘I hate it when you do that,’ George pouted as he latched onto Alex’s body immediately. Wrapping his legs around his waist and his arms around his neck. 

‘I’m sorry,’ Alex smiled, kissing George's nose as he wrapped his arms around him and enjoyed the feeling of their cool wet chests touching each other.

‘No, you’re not,’ George muttered but Alex could see his lips tugging up in a smile. 

‘However can I make it up to you, my love?’ Alex grinned, his hands wandering down to George’s butt and squeezing. 

George yelped and let out a loud laugh. ‘Hmm let me think, how abou-’

Alex didn’t let him finish his sentence and kissed him. George’s lips felt cool and soft as they parted slightly, allowing Alex to slip his tongue inside and deepen the kiss. George hummed and let his hands slide through Alex’s wet hair and then down again to his shoulders, his fingers exploring the skin until they locked behind his neck again. 

When George pulled back they were both panting, but not from the warm weather this time. Alex let his forehead lean against George’s and for a moment they breathed in each other's air. 

‘All good now?’ Alex whispered, pecking George’s lips again. 

George nodded and tightened his arms around his neck. ‘All good.’ 

They stayed in the water a while longer, playing with Otti, splashing water and chasing each other around. When Alex noticed Otti getting tired, they went back to their blanket in the shade, laying out all the food George had brought. 

‘Wow you really outdid yourself,’ Alex laughed when George kept handing him bowls of food. 

There were strawberries, grapes, pieces of melon, little cucumber sandwiches, some sausage rolls, egg muffins and crisps. He also brought some treats for Otti and the dog happily chewed on them before laying down at the edge of the blanket and closing his eyes. 

‘Anything for you,’ George winked as he poured some juice into a plastic cup. 

‘Well, I must say that I was wrong before, this was a nice idea,’ Alex smiled, sipping his drink and letting his eyes wander around the park. 

There were multiple families, some couples and also groups of friends, enjoying the shade and the cool water. He was glad no one seemed to recognize them or if they did, that they left them alone. It was nice to spend some quality time with George like this and he really hoped they would be able to do this more often. 

George held out a piece of strawberry to him and Alex happily opened his mouth, allowing his boyfriend to feed him the fruit. It was sweet and perfect and Alex moaned and closed his eyes. God, all strawberries should be just like that one.

When he opened his eyes again George was staring at him, eyes locked on his mouth. 

‘Can I have another one?’ Alex asked, batting his eyelashes at George and opening his mouth. 

George nodded and blindly reached for a strawberry, nearly knocking over his juice, making Alex giggle and Otti lift up his head. 

‘Careful, love,’ Alex teased. 

‘Just open your mouth, babe,’ George replied, holding the strawberry in front of Alex 

Alex did just that and if he bit George’s finger and made him gasp, that was a total accident.

Bluesea Lagos de Cesar in Tenerife

We wanted to get our fix of winter sun, so booked in six nights all inclusive to stay at the Bluesea Lagos de Cesar in Tenerife. Where we stayed was perfect for winter, it was just a short walk to a nearby beach with the most beautiful black sand, the weather was gorgeous and the cocktails were flowing. At the buffet restaurant they had themed nights and a local fish option everyday. There was lots of fresh vegetables, salads and fruit, so I could give Belle apples, pears and bananas without having to rely on pouches all the time.

There was a lovely big pool for adults and adjacent was a kids pool with plenty of noodles for children to enjoy. There was entertaining quizzes and shows in the evenings and all-inclusive pool and piano bars offering a variety of cocktails and local beers. A playground was just two minutes walk away from the hotel and there was a beautiful coastal walk where you could enjoy looking out along the stretch of the sea for miles, with plenty of benches and bars to enjoy the beautiful vista. The Canary Islands is definitely a great destination for the winter months, when it’s cold in England you’ll definitely get your sun fix and it’s only took four hours to get there thank you a smooth travel experience with Ryan Air, most of which Isabelle slept through! Another successful mummy and baby holiday!
