Tender grilled chicken breasts marinated in a flavorful blend of tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and spices, creating a deliciously unique dish.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/4 cup tahini. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Put tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix them together to make a marinade. Put the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is covered all over. Put it in the fridge with the lid on for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for the best taste. Set the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat to heat it up. Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade. Grill the chicken for about six to seven minutes on each side, or until it's fully cooked and the middle is no longer pink. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley. Have fun with your tasty Tahini Chicken!

This is a quick and tasty Pressure Cooker version of the classic Chicken Marsala. It has tender chicken breasts in a rich Marsala cream sauce with tasty mushrooms.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced. 3/4 cup Marsala wine. 3/4 cup chicken broth. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley. 1 cup heavy cream.
Instructions: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess. Select 'Saute' mode on the pressure cooker and heat olive oil. Brown chicken breasts on both sides, then remove and set aside. Add mushrooms to the pressure cooker and saute until golden brown. Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits. Return chicken to the pressure cooker and lock the lid. Cook on 'High Pressure' for 10 minutes, then perform a quick release. Remove chicken and set aside. Select 'Saute' mode again, stir in butter, parsley, and heavy cream. Simmer until the sauce thickens, then return chicken to the cooker briefly. Serve chicken over pasta or rice, spooning the Marsala cream sauce on top.

Tender chicken breasts baked in a rich and creamy Marsala sauce are served over al dente penne pasta in this comforting and tasty dish.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced. 1 small onion, diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup Marsala wine. 1 cup chicken broth. 1 cup heavy cream. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley. 8 ounces penne pasta, cooked al dente.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Brown chicken on both sides, then remove from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and onions. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute. Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 5 minutes. Stir in heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Return chicken to skillet, spooning sauce over the top. Transfer skillet to preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. While chicken is baking, cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Once chicken is done, remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve chicken and sauce over cooked penne pasta.

1-How are you?
Im ok. I got 2 awards from school today for being a really good student in bio and history this first quarter, so thats cool. I also have friends which is nice and exciting. So pretty good I guess!
6-Age you get mistaken for:
Anywhere from a year older than I am (15) to about 21. Its weird.
13-If you could change your eye color, would you?
probably not honestly. I like my blue/green. Id like to make the colors a little more defined though, so my eyes are more striking. That'd be cool :D
