Rocket's Transmasc* Pride Push-up Challenge

Inspired by this post and my own need to start exercising more I've decided I'm gunna do a push up challenge for Pride! And y'all should join me!!

The idea is Extremely Simple: how many push-ups can you do today June 1 vs. how many can you do June 30! And then come tell your favorite transbro, Rocket!

Wanna do them every day? Awesome! Maybe only do a couple a week? No problem! Want to just improve your form/transition from wall push-ups to inclined to knees to full plank push-ups? Hell yeah let's do it!

It's pride and summer and we deserve to get the chest/arms/shoulders we want. No matter where you start progress is progress and that's what we're going for!

Before typing this post up hit 15 in a row so my personal goal is getting to 25 consecutive push-ups by June 30 but even if I get to 20 I'll be super happy with myself! Hopefully I can keep this up and I'll let y'all know how I'm doing throughout the month and please come let me know how you're doing!

*not trans/masc exclusive. I, Rocket J. Onthemoon am a masc trans dude and thus naming it after me. All identities and expressions welcome and encouraged to join in!

#Jason keeps beating up Tim and then chasing him around trying to get him to join him #including AFTER Tim kicked him directly in the balls #he had a whole murder board about Tim when he was stalking him #Damian also keeps trying to beat up/kill Tim and prove he is the 'superior Robin'#Dick is generally pretty chill but he and Tim have a history of getting into shenanigans together #also Dick has a tendency to go a bit feral when Tim is involved and hurt #Stephanie once said Tim had a 'bad case of the Stephs' and while I love that for her absolutely not #Cass neither wants to kill Tim nor be romantically entangled with him #which is good!#but like Dick she also goes along with his plans without as many follow up questions as she should probably have #and by 'as many' I mean 'any'#she pretended to stab him through the chest to throw off a bunch of assassins #and I'm pretty sure she didn't question a single second of it #Tim just turned to her like 'I have a fake sword and I need you to pretend to kill me with it'#Cass just gave a thumbs up with no follow-up questions #Duke #my beloved #I know he and Tim don't interact much in canon #but in my heart I feel he would not be normal about Tim either #like regular ass Tim Drake figuring out Batman's secret identity and deciding to just become Robin because Gotham and Batman need it?#attaching rockets to a skateboard to get around?#coming up with insane and convoluted plans and consistencies that don't make sense to anyone else?#plans and contingencies that WORK?#Duke would see Tim as aspirational and go along with whatever insane bullshit nonsense he comes up with just to see what happens #he would 100% be down for whatever Tim has planned and would absolutely feed into it #he just wants to crank that little chaos gremlin up to eleven and watch him go #Bruce is desperate to keep them from interacting in any capacity for longer than thirty seconds at a time because HE KNOWS #HE KNOWS what will happen if they ever team up #it's why he put them on separate shifts #for the record Bruce ALSO had to sit through this presentation

I typically don't do this but does anyone know that SC fic that's like. Set in the 1840/50s and starts with Lena moving West to establish the Luthor company before Lex gets there and she's married to Ray and has a kid and one on the way and then Ray winds up dead in the first/second chapter so she has to marry Kara who's a transmasc farmer in order to keep the business because 1840s laws? I've been wanting to reread and I cannot for the life of me find it

#Team Rocket is a go #I remember absolutely adoring it honestly #and I want to book mark it properly #but I have a horrible suspicion it's one of those fics that sitting in my history that's been deleted/removed by author #Barry was there for a lot of it #and I think Cat ran the local general store and made a tea that was basically Kara's gender potion

Rest in peace Rachael Lillis, you will be so very missed. I absolutely adored your work as Jesse and Misty, and Jigglypuff too, and they remain some of my favourite characters from childhood. (Gosh I have always loved Misty and her voice so much, it's probably why my favourite Pokémon type to this day is water type.)

All this to say, thank you for sharing your voice with the world.
